Go Air cancelled my flight from Delhi to Mumbai on Mar 22, 2020 a few hours before the flight. This was at the time govt. was announcing a lockdown starting on Mar-25, 2020. This left me scrambling to find another flight and found one with some difficulty.
After that, their customer care stopped picking up calls. Their automated system made you wait for 5 minutes and then the call kept ringing or someone just hung up the phone.
Later it was announced that they won't return our money but will save our PNR for a free flight within one year. But the problem is, I already bought another flight, and I am not flying anywhere within one year, so I don't need it, I want my money back.
Today as of 9-Aug-2021, they have still not returned my money despite multiple appeals.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Hundred Blades Rs. 5250/- from me and hundreds of other consumers. They just cancelled the flights and kept the money.
