Sir I had booked myself & wife for a round trip Pune to Jammu on 16-17 Nov21 and return on 19 Nov21. I now believe that G8 176 scheduled to depart from PNQ to DEL at 2225 on 16 Nov21 will not be able to operate due to airport restrictions on operations only from 0800 to 2000 because of runway repair. This is being covered in national newspapers repeatedly including Times of India today. I have raised this issue with Go First through MMT but to no avail. May I request you to reschedule me and my wife by an earlier flight that day at 1930, which is before the cut off time of 2000.It will cause us senior citizens less stress from now till 16Nov, and above all it is the logical thing to do as non operational flights should not be offered to customers for booking. My booking reference is SC21PQ.

    Dear Go first,

    I had prior 20 days booking for My wife and 2 children (one infant) for flight no. G8-303 on 18th August 2021 @ 18:40 from BOM to MAA ... Which got later on rescheduled 2 days before (Dear GO FIRST Flyer! We would like to inform you that your PNR Q63U9C on G8 305 on 18Aug'21 from BOM to MAA is scheduled to depart BOM at 05:50 and arrive MAA at 07:40.)

    Unfortunately on 17th Aug eve at 20:20 received msg stating.. Dear GO FIRST Flyer! We would like to inform you that for your PNR Q63U9C the flight G8-305 on 18Aug'21 from BOM to MAA has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You may call us on[protected] /[protected], up to 2 hours prior to departure for any changes.

    @ 20:59 In first attempt to contact your customer executive([protected]) we spoke with Mr Ankush we understood rescheduling policy and due to network glitch (call duration 6m 53sec) recorded audio attached reference number ending with 0004 we were unable to conclude and call got disconnected. I tried again at 21:31 on 2 numbers which were provided on E ticket but both the numbers didn't existed.

    Next day on 18th Aug we again called your customer executive ([protected]) we spoke with Mrs Natasha for 44minutes (recorded audio attached below reference number ending with 0005) she refused for reschuduling

    1) We can't reschedule flight
    2) Didnt connected to Senior /Supervisor on request
    3) Threaten to take refund else be ready for no show tag
    4) Zero co-operation and understanding
    5) Adamant and stubborn with wrong knowledge of policies.

    Despite of her so much reluctance how we got rescheduled ticket(1 boarding pass attached) for 20th Aug 2021 for G8 305 and my family reached the destination today ??

    It was a dreadful and most shocking incidence of life because of wrong and adamant call of your executive Natasha my family would been in big loss and mishaps. Request you to go through the matter seriously and pls conclude at earliest...

      I had to book a ticket from Delhi to patna by tye name of Ankita pushp. And by mistake i booked from patna to delhi.
      Its been 30 min of booking that i am talking to shruti from goair customer care. But no help at the end . Kindly dont book any ticket with go air. I have never experienved such misbehave from any airlines earlier.

        My Mother was supposed to travel from Mumbai to Lucknow on the 12th of june. The airlines cancelled the flight in which she was supposed to travel and gave us an option to either take another flight or get a full refund.
        We requested for a full refund on 11th June by calling the customer care around 4:45 pm.
        due to some mismanagement from their end they did not cancel our flight and the next day we received a call that we were a no show.
        We raised the concern with the airlines and they assured us that it was a mix up from their end and we will get the refund within 30ndays.
        we have followed up with them multiple times but still no response or update on status.
        Still not received any refund and on top of that they repeat the same statement everytime we call and also, do not give us any written communication on where the process is.
        We have been harassed enough mentally and financially. looking for a solution to this

          reversal amount : 1343.55

          I have book a Air Ticket by using my credit card on 25/02/2020. due to pendamic goair has cancelled my booking. and they inciated the transection to same mode of payment. but i have cancelled the my credit card erliear, and i have requested to goair transfer the amount in my personal account.but they have done in same mode of payment. i have check with my credit card provider they requested to me to provide the ARN transection number. then i called customer service they saying we have initiated the amount and we dont have any ARN number or any transection number. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

            I was supposed to travel today I.e. 14th August from Srinagar to Doha via Bombay. When I reached airport for boarding pass, I was told that my flight is canceled.
            G8 386 srinagar to Mumbai
            G8 1571 Mumbai to Doha
            My PNR Number = C84JFJ
            I was surprised to hear this at last moment. I was not informed about cancelation neither by phone nor by email. I have booked Qurantine Package worth 1.5 lac for 10 days based on this flight schedule. Now I am asking you that how I Go First Airlines is going to compensate my loss. This is horrible experience.

                Go Air cancelled my flight from Delhi to Mumbai on Mar 22, 2020 a few hours before the flight. This was at the time govt. was announcing a lockdown starting on Mar-25, 2020. This left me scrambling to find another flight and found one with some difficulty.

                After that, their customer care stopped picking up calls. Their automated system made you wait for 5 minutes and then the call kept ringing or someone just hung up the phone.

                Later it was announced that they won't return our money but will save our PNR for a free flight within one year. But the problem is, I already bought another flight, and I am not flying anywhere within one year, so I don't need it, I want my money back.

                Today as of 9-Aug-2021, they have still not returned my money despite multiple appeals.

                  My pnr no. K57WJF lko to delhi and delhi to jammu today departure time is 6.15 AM. I Travelling this pnr no total 6 passenger Lko airport from home 80 km distance for trevling but very poor service and this flight time is change to 9.15 AM give message in airport. Not any information by e-mail or sms. Very poor service.

                      I made a flight booking with Travolook for GOAir Airlines

                      PNR: WYYQSW
                      Booking Date: 23 June 2021
                      Flight date: 15 July 2021
                      Amount: 7286+600
                      Service request number 1: G[protected]
                      Service request number 2: G[protected]

                      The flight got canceled 1 day before departure. Till now I didn't get a complete refund.

                      On 15th July morning, I got a call from go first customer care and said if I want to travel from Cochin to Bombay it's possible. I said No because the trip is to GOA and there is no connecting flight from there. The customer executive agreed to give me a complete refund because I canceled the whole trip.
                      But, I didn't get any refund till now.

                      3 times I talked with the go first customer service center, the only thing they told is to mail to the feedback team. They will respond
                      2 times I mailed to the feedback team I just got only reference numbers.

                      other than That I didnt got any refund

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          Go air flight ( G87352) option was booked for their direct flight to Kolkata from Ahmedabad . later on it was observed that the flight is going via Kolkata and reaching time also extended from 7.45 to 9.30 .

                          with PNR- N5R6KS my wife and Kids were travelled alone. I had booked the direct flight looking the current covid-19 situation and their alone travel. There were no any intimation during the booking

                          Due to the long travel time, all passenger gone through the mental harassments and now they are sick.

                          Now we are looking for full return for this unhuman behavior of Go Air.
                          Will take this matter to Ministry of Civil aviation if needed

                            Hello this is Bhagyashri Prajapati from Surat... I travelled by go first flight on 27th july 2021, flight num - G8 233.. from leh to delhi.. after reaching delhi airport we came to know our baggages were not reached..my next flight was from delhi to surat at 6 o'clock.. so i had to come to surat, now after 2 days i had to rush to airport for my baggage collection by private vehicle, as i live far from airport i had to pay extra money to cab driver.. i need my money as a compensation for our inconvenience

                                Flight was Rescheduled to depart Bom on 1 Jul 2021 at 18:45 and arrive AMD at 19:50

                                So I cancelled My ticket
                                By mistake I select normal cancellation

                                Refund is credited in my bank account is
                                Rs. 471.

                                It is not Full refund.
                                What can I Do ?

                                    I have booked the ticket from Ahmedabad to Guwahati for 21 July 2021.
                                    According to that booking I have to change the flight at Delhi Airport.
                                    Ahmedabad to Delhi- G8 720
                                    Delhi to Guwahati- G8 151
                                    Announcement was done that the passenger who are traveling further to Lucknow and Guwahati must be seated.
                                    But as I was having different flight number i was not informed that the same flight will go to Guwahati.
                                    If the same flight has to go to Guwahati early intimation and proper communication to be done to passenger.
                                    I have done the security check in again at delhi airport and was about to miss the flight.

                                      Hi- My PNR detail is EB55TQ. At first, I had booked a ticket for my four family members from Patna to Mumbai having departure time 14.25 and arrival 16.20. DOJ was 21st July. But, you rescheduled the flight and changed the departure to 13.10 and arrival 20.25. Almost 8 hours of journey. I have small kids and I can't go with this long journey. When I complaint, your executive again rescheduled the journey to 22nd July. But, it happened again the same thing and you rescheduled the flight.. This is completely wrong thing and I am literally frustrated.
                                      I have requested for refund in the night but yet I didn't received any cancellation confirmation.
                                      Please refund my amount asap as I have to rebook the flight and I don't have that much amount. Please consider on my request and return my amount at earliest.
                                      But, i would say seeing this instance, no one can trust on you. You have very bad service.
