My luggage bag was damaged when i received it at ahmedabad airport.. i compaint to their staff but they are saying that any damage to luggage can be happen during flight and its not their responsibility for damage

    Dear Sir, Madam,

    I contact you regarding this flight I booked from Dubai to Malé.
    Indeed, I am requesting for a refund as once at the GoAir counter to take my paid flight, we did not let me in so I could not take this flight.

    As requested after my booking, I did my Pcr test and all necessary papers, but no one advised me I could not do any transit to go to my finale destination. Before entering the flight, we told me I was not allowed as this flight has a transit in Mumbai.

    I spent my time at the airport calling the Indian immigration and go air customer care telling me different informations plus I could not have any assistance and this situation kept being frustrating. I kept receiving inaccurate informations from each GoAir services at the airport plus could not find any solution to this situation.

    I had to pay for another ticket obviously expensive at last minute as this information was never shared to me upfront whereas my online check-in had no issues. No mention about the fact I could not transit was shared at any moment.

      I (Name: Sujith Panackal Sasanka Panicker, Mob no:[protected] and Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com) booked an Air Ticket for 04th Dec 2020 to travel from Muscat(MCT) to Kochi (COK), Flight number G8-4023, Booking Ref: EMT76157495PNR: A8 YUCK. Due to the Covid 19 restriction, the flight has been canceled and I requested for 100% Refund request as per guidelines to You and the ticket agency "Easemy trip" also. But so far I didn't get my money back. I communicated with Easemy trip for the latest updates and they said me to wait and they are also waiting for your action on the same. This is more than 3 months past that I am waiting. Please do the needful to get my money back ASAP.

        I would like to file a complaint against GoAir Airlines with reference to my flight dated 5th March 2021, From Pune to Ranchi, cancellation.
        Find details below regarding the event, inconvenience caused as well the questions i would like to receive a response to.
        I made a pre booking of to and Fro GoAir flight on 5th March and 8th March respectively. The booking was made 2 months prior to the travel date. A day prior to the travel I received a message stating that the flight has been cancelled due to "Operation issues". Q1. Why didn't I receive a call regarding the cancellation? Upon calling up the customer service, i was given few options1. I can cancel my tickets and receive a full refund. I was told that this will be done FREE OF COST. Really? Would you like to charge us for this as well?2. I can reschedule + 4days, this will be FREE OF COST. Again, really?3. I can take an alternate flight
        I took option 3, because you guys didn't really leave me with many options, My whole trip was pre-planned, any change would mean a drill down effect on the whole plan. This would also mean more incurred charges as well further inconvenience.
        So yes, option 3, i was given an alternative which had a layover of 12 hours. Q2. How is a pre-booked flight cost with layover of 2 hours equal to flight with layover of 12 hours?Q3. I am travelling with my elderly parents, do you think this 12 hour layover puts them in a comfortable position?Q4. Who will be liable if this dis-comfort causes health issues?Q5. Are you not responsible to provide accommodation due to the layover? Remember that the flight was cancelled due to reasons at your end and the liabilities incurred should be taken care of by you.Q6. Who is responsible to provide covid test as now we will need to enter a zone which mandates Negative Covid Test?
        Also the customer service has not been of any help, all i could hear is "We are sorry for the inconvenience" " We can reschedule and so on free of cost" and when it was asked to pre- book seats on alternate flight, free of cost, it was denied. Q7. Who is responsible for all the inconvenience caused and mental trauma i had to go through due to all this?

          I had book the flight from bengluru to Delhi on 26 Feb and timing is 20.50 that is direct flight but my flight continually reschedule with connecting flight frist reschedule time is 17.40 and second reschedule is 12.35 so that I didn't reached my flight and spoil my whole day plan
          So I want to full refund and proper solution in this case

            On the 3 Feb 2021, i had flight from Bangalore to Delhi, Delhi to Srinagar, with PNR O8925J. On arriving Srinagar airport i found that my luggage was damaged, torn from three sides which is clearly visible that it had been mishandled. I called the support and was asked to drop an email, and was informed that someone would get back on priority but received no update, after waiting fr a week or so I called the support and I was informed that backend team will contact me within 2 hours but received no call, after 5 days I called them again I was informed that backend team will contact me within 24hours, received no updated, after a week i called them again the agent informed that they cant do anything and i have to file a complaint at Srinagar airport and i reside in Banaglore, i asked him should i go to srinagar airport there is silence, i just don't understand that why do these guys provide false commitment, i have wasted my time, my energy explaining the same thing to 100 people who receive the call at the customer service, this is totally unacceptable, i would need a replacement bag or a refund

              I booked a flight from mumbai to delhi for 1st march 2021 (01/03/2021)
              Flight time was 21:35(09:35)pm when i booked it
              I didnt got any prior message or call from goair or the airport authority
              At 6:15pm i checked in via my mobile phone while in check in procedure i saw that the flight is reponed from 21:35(09:35)pm to 20:23(08:25)
              I entered the mumbai airport by 07:45pm and reached your gate 65B at 08:02pm boarding time was 19:45(07:45)pm
              The staff was not there ground staff and security asked me the gated are allready closed bt i was there 23mins prior of departure
              Goair staff is not helpfull at all
              I have to reach at my place any how by night
              Now they are asking me to wait at airport till morning
              How can i stay i airport for 11-12hours ??
              How do i take rest ??
              Who will care for my health ??

              This is my worst travelled history with goair

              I need an explanation with goair

                I had booked a ticket with goair in FEb 2020, PNR no. M6ZYGC to take my aged mother for a medical checkup from Goa to Mumbai. As the flight was cancelled and as she cannot travel to mumbai because of her comorbid condition I am unable to reshedule the trip to a later date. After repeated calls to the customer care of go air I have got either no appropriate reply nor a refund. on the contrary, I have been asked to reshedule my trip which is no longer possible because of the medical condition of the traveller.
                I therefore ask you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount.

                  I have cancelled my ticket directly with airlines as my flight was rescheduled for morning instead of evening time. But due to some urgency I cannot travelled in morning and cancelled my flight.

                        PNR U9VVTW, travel date - 20/05/2020, Jaipur to Bengaluru, two Adults and 2 child, GoAir Flight G8-1807, booked through cleartrip using HDFC smartBuy option.

                        Inspite of our regular follow ups, GoAir has not refunded the amount INR 15920. The flight was cancelled as it was during lockdown. We are entitled for 100% refund. Function for what we were invited by my relatives is not going to happen again so there is no meaning of rescheduling of travel. Also we are not in the position to take this financial burden in the crisis. Need urgent assistance on this pls.

                          My elder brother Aiman Ali Ahmed who had travelled from Riyadh to Lucknow and reached via Go Air unfortunately on 27th Jan 2021, at the airport he got to know that the aircraft did not carry his luggage. That was just a blunder mistake where more than 30 passenger's luggage was stuck, not only my brother.

                          - My brother was supposed to go to hometown which is somewhere around 7 hrs journey from Lucknow airport, without any courtesy airport authorities told that we have to come back again to collect the luggage. Do you really mean it ? this is your mistake and we as a customer have to travel 7 hrs to pick up the luggage and again travel again for 7hrs.

                          - Initially, we did not get any update about our luggage and somehow with my contacts I got a number of the Airport manager who is Abdhesh Kumar he promised that luggage will be delivered with in a day or 2 and now been more than a week he has promised and now there is no response from his side as well.

                          - I am seriously worried about my luggage now, I don't know where it is now, I am very sure that it's not safe, privacy of my luggage would have 100% compromised.

                          I am writing to bit top levels to let them know what is happening with their customers and how we are treated.

                          - I will wait for Monday and if by Monday I am not getting my luggage to my hometown I will FIle a legal complaint to court about it and I have all the recordings and screenshots of the promises made by go air that too when I reached out, no proactive updates.

                          - I am in contact with most of the people who lost luggage and they are ready to file a legal complaint.

                            GoAir customer ke sath cheating kerraha hai mere pas customer care se baat kia tha bar bar bataya payment nahin dena padega aur GoAir airport counter me kehta hai pay kerna padega mere paas call recording bhi akhir kitna time lagega apne hi call center me inquiry karna aur refund kerna? Jis portal se ticket booking hua tha usi me refund kerna koun si bari baat hai?

                              Our flight from bangalore to Delhi is cancelled.We are not sure if our flight from Delhi to Srinagar is cancelled. Customer care is 24/7 busy. We are unable to book other flight also because of your worst unsure untimely cancellation and no response.The least GoAir can do is respond to the customers.

                                I have done booking for goair with PNR#JYIFQD and Pnr NDCRPK. I have supposed to travel in April 2020 but due to lockdown not possible. Goair initiative of credit shell offered but once supereme court judgement came in favor of lacs of travellers other airlines refunded me but goair still wasting my time and energy and sitting on my money from long time without full refund of money.

                                I have sent numerous of mail to all channels of goair starting from customer care to nodal officer to appellate authority. But they are tuned to same line credit shell thing and violating supreme court order as well.

                                Once told me you can't get refund but only credit shell because you booked ticket in December 2019. Once I have attached supreme court judgement that clearly says provide full refund within three weeks of claim if travel lies from 24th March 2020 to 25th May 2020 then they have replied no in this case also I can't give you money but rescheduling option.

                                Due to unfortunate incident at home I am facing financial crunch and they are adamant to refund money and talking unethical and even avoiding supreme court ruling. I can't leave them without getting my full refund and knock every possible door . Kindly help me to get my money back.

                                Kindly help me to get refund as they can't force me to rebook ticket for exchange of money. After corona situation is different from situation before. They should also understand this.

                                  I have booked a flight and it got cancelled and company is not willing me to given any extra amount as they have cancelled. And after that also company is not giving any convenient flight and they have denied me for the flight of other company at same time.                                     Hi,
                                    I had booked a GoAir flight from makemytrip app and the booking ID is (NF[protected]). Please note that amount of ₹ 6495/- was deducted from my Makemytrip wallet.

                                    Flight was cancelled and till now the money is not refunded to wallet. Makemytrip is harrassing me to contact GoAir and GoAir is asking me to contact Makemytrip. Makemytrip is giving vague reply that GoAir will create a credit shell but is refusing to give further details on how to access the credit shell.

                                    I request on this forum to please help me get justice since 6495/- is not a small amount and Makemytrip must refund the money to wallet as I was using their own wallet. Please help

                                      I had a ticket with GoAir to travel from Patna to Pune on 22nd Dec 2020 with PNR C76E2J connecting flight at Bangalore in the same airline. Somehow they delay in departure from Patna and my connecting flight of GoAir from Bangalore has been missed. Theyn they arranged the alternate flight to Mumbai from where I caught the taxi and came to Pune at my own cost which cost me around 2500/-. I further emailed them regarding reimbursement for this amount but I only received auto generated Ack no. G[protected] and G[protected].
                                      They never replied me back or reimbursed my amount.
                                      Can you please look into this and forward the request to concerned department.

                                        My booking with GoAir having PNR 1] Q5JVSF 2] M82U7J 3] G53RGS
                                        were booked between 14/03/2020 to 17/03/2020 for travel between 10/06/2020 to 20/06/2020 to Delhi/Leh/Srinagar/Jammu.

                                        Due to Covid they cancelled all the bookings & has kept the booking amount for travel within March 2021. I have earlier also written to them that they fully refund my amount as i have not cancelled any booking.

                                        Im asking for full refund again
                                        GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
