Hi,
We had made bookings for 3 passengers with PNR AD9D7U for travel on 1 April 2020 via Yatra.com, which got cancelled due to COVID.
It was communicated to us that either it would be refunded or we could use the full amount for travel within 1 year. As in the current situation it would be uncertain if we can travel I sent couple of requests via email to [protected]@goair.in as suggested on their site, but no response from them so far. Now I wish to plan travel and use the credit for the same, but as suggested on their site, if I go to 'manage bookings' and enter my PNR, it correctly identifies it and gives the names of passengers, but dosn't show any flight or amount there and not giving any option to book from there.
If I contact customer care, the voicemail about covid care instructions literely keeps going on for more than half an hour and it's impossible to reach any customer respresentative there.
Pls. look into it and let me know, if you can refund the full amount or we can use it for travel planned in Nov and how.
