Hi,
As per checking my PNR S4EDUY in GO AIR portal getting not same information as you wrote in trailing mail. Without Informing me how can you change my travelling time from 2 hrs to 9 Hrs and change flight direction. As per received Ticket my Journey time 11:00 AM on 15th November and Arrival Time 13:00 Hrs on 15th November but current status in GO AIR website for Web checkin then i am able to see different time and different flights(G8 424 time 06:00AM). Why are you cheating to me for sharing the wrong ticket.Who is responsible for this unethical work. I never expect from Flipkart this case. How can I manage with my family with new change travel time(06:00 Hrs).Being in such a great professional environment at least you should have updated me before changing time of my booking . Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and tell me about my journey so that we can reach on booking time.

    Dear sir

    This is complain lodging so many times but issue not resolved.

    I am having issue with the transaction dated on[protected] of Rs. 33, 153.00/- towards INB/[protected]/CITRUS PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD/, for which amount has been debited from my account for the declined transaction.

    As checked the details, the bank records show that the transaction vide reference number (PRN) [protected] was successful and the same has been routed to the vendor.

    We request you to coordinate with my axis bank by confirming the PRN details and please reflect the same amount to my account.

      Flight G8-284 from PNQ - BLR, originally scheduled to depart from Pune at 13:00 on June 5th was rescheduled at the last minute to depart at 20:10 (June 5th) making it impossible for me to catch the flight due to prior commitments.

      Making such drastic changes (a 7hr+ delay) to the itinerary even when web check-in was enabled and I had checked in successful is disappointing and has caused great inconvenience.

      I recently received a call from GoAir saying that the refund amt calculates to only 400 something which is ridiculous.

      I've had experience with GoAir before and had believed it to be sincere but this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism was not expected.

        I have made a spelling mistake in my first name while booking my ticket, and I was in need of assistance with the procedure I need to follow to correct the same. I am constantly trying to contact GoAir customer care but I'm not getting any response. Can I get a valid customer care number or email address where I will be properly assisted.

          I had done a booking for 2 tickets in Jan for travel to and back Mumbai - Cochin in May which was cancelled due to Covid. I was asked to change the dates at an additiional fees of Rs 2000+ which I did for Nov 12 to 16. I get a msg that the said flight is cancelled and can change booking for the next 1 year. When I go for a change booking for 1st Nov21 and return on 4th Nov, I am asked to pay Rs.11660. This is utter nonsense victmising the existing ticket holder who has already paid money and has not enjoyed any service . I want the monies paid to be returned.
          The PNRs are DYZ9ND and WC6L7N.

            I have booked ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on Go air scheduled flight on 29/03/2020. However, due to Covid 19, all flights got cancelled and our PNR was saved for booking at later date till one year.

            Now, i am trying to reschedule my flight but under "Manage Booking", no flights are visible against my PNR (Q51HMV).

            I tried contacting helpdesk[protected] / +[protected] but no body picks despite multiple calls at various times.

            Request you to intervene and help me in booking my ticket.
            This is not good from Go Air to not give option to reschedule the flights.

            Please help as soon as possible and revert.

              I Booked tickets for a round trip between Bangalore and Mumbai for self and family before pandemic lockdown in the MakeMyTrip portal. Onward journey date was 17 May 2020 and return journey date was on 23 May 2020. Due to lockdown all flights were cancelled and the refund was supposed to be in credit shell as per the Govt. of India and can be used before 31 March 2021.
              Booking amount was 21715 rupees for both onward [ GoAir ] and return [SpiceJet], but now GoAir tickets are cancelled which is of 11740 rupees without my consent and showing No refund due in the portal.
              When called to GoAir Customer care, they say refund is not possible, and changing the passengers also not allowed, only rescheduling is allowed with same passengers. since i booked for my family with kids, it is not possible to travel with kids in this pandemic situation.
              now i should either get full refund or should allow the change in the passengers or should get the amount in credit shell as per govt order.

              We have not received any reply or call back from go air. Looks like they dont ant to refund our money. I needed to book my flight tickets and want to use the moeny that they will refund or put in the credit shell. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                Go air customer care doesnt reply to customer who is calling toll free number till hours of holding . Not getting proper response as how to use credit shell for the ticket booked in lock down which was cancelled by airlines. I need a call arrange by customer care rep and provide resolution as ticket prices are increasing daily on your site.

                  I need a refund back for my ticket as per the Supreme court’s ruling which clearly said all domestic flights are supposed to refund the amount of their customers to the original mode of payment. You guys are breaking the law by withholding my refund amount and by pressurising me to only book from your site. A ticket to where I wish to go costs Rs. 8536 on your site, I’m getting a ticket of Rs. 4436 with Air India. Either you guys refund my money or give me a voucher that I can use else where.

                    PNR No. : U6E5SS

                    My above PNR no. flight had cancelled due to Covid. My credit shell not given by airlines. They have already re booked my ticket on 13th Dec 2020 without contacting me. I have no plan to travel on that day. I have tried so many times to contact to go air at customer care no and by mail but no one responding. I want to resolve my problem. I want my money refund or credit shell.

                      I am raising this complaint to instantiate a case of horrible extreme customer Harassment caused by Go Air Airlines under pandemic crisis for ticket booked on 26th October 2020 for three passengers for travel on 25th November, 2020 for a scheduled direct flight G8 916 with PNR EDJJ7X from Kolkata(departing at 8 50am) to Chennai(arriving at 11 10am).
                      The journey has been planned for scheduled routine medical check up of my aged parents at Apollo Hospital Chennai. The total journey period might have been 5 hours at a
                      maximum from Kolkata residence to Chennai. All of a sudden the carrier named Go Air airlines authority intimated us through email about the change of our journey schedule
                      without our consent. As per new schedule our total journey has been broken into two parts with two different flights from morning 6:20am to afternoon arrival at 16:15 pm covering
                      10 hours flight journey in place of 2.5 hours flight journey as per our earlier plan. Moreover we have reach Kolkata airport early morning before 4:00am for completing journey
                      formalities. This reflects the inhumane noncooperative attitude of Go Air airlines authority towards aged flyers deliberately forcing them to take an unscheduled route to reach their destination.
                      If you are stopping the flight completely for your company internal reorganization you should not have allowed customer to book the ticket for the direct flight, alternatively the direct flight should have been stopped from end of November so that existing bookings is not affected. It is horrible experience with Go Air. I would not recommend this airlines. You are not committed to your flyers.
                      If Go Air is really concerned about the issue, request to allot us to the direct flight in other allied airline services like indigo, spicejet, airasia for direct flight from CCU to MAA for same PNR.

                      rescheduling flight now and then, already done 3 times and changed non stop fligt to a flight with layover.
                      i a m travelling with small child, these people are causing mental harrasement.

                        I've booked go air ticket from kolkata to pune and In one of passengers surname by mistake 1 extra character is added. So Actual name is - Shaira Khatun and on ticket it has been misspelled as Shaira Khatiun . So need to remove i from surname i.e. it should be Khatun.

                          Dear GoAir,

                          My flight was on 27th Oct20, from Varanasi 20:20hr - Bengaluru 22:50hr (PNR-I5JZPS) but the flight was rescheduled two times within a short span of time.
                          I had my examination on 27th Oct Morning Shift and Flight was also schedule in the morning. This is my worst experience with GoAir.
                          I had my next exam in Bengaluru but there is no other flight on that day.
                          I called many times to customer care, e-mail GoAir, but no response from your side. I just want my full refund for the ticket.

                            Hi,

                            We had made bookings for 3 passengers with PNR AD9D7U for travel on 1 April 2020 via Yatra.com, which got cancelled due to COVID.
                            It was communicated to us that either it would be refunded or we could use the full amount for travel within 1 year. As in the current situation it would be uncertain if we can travel I sent couple of requests via email to [protected]@goair.in as suggested on their site, but no response from them so far. Now I wish to plan travel and use the credit for the same, but as suggested on their site, if I go to 'manage bookings' and enter my PNR, it correctly identifies it and gives the names of passengers, but dosn't show any flight or amount there and not giving any option to book from there.
                            If I contact customer care, the voicemail about covid care instructions literely keeps going on for more than half an hour and it's impossible to reach any customer respresentative there.

                            Pls. look into it and let me know, if you can refund the full amount or we can use it for travel planned in Nov and how.

                              Refunds of cancelled tickets

                              Sir, I have booked tickets from Goa to Jammu for 23 Mar 2020 with PNR G2UWRL. Which was cancelled 3 hrs before departure and I visited Go Air counter same time and the GoAir representative assured me for refund in 15 days but due to lockdown the same was not refundable which was understood after few days they have massaged me that my booking was safe with them and can manage with in 1 year means whenever with in one year I ll travel the amount...

                              Hi, We have booked flight tickets for 5 persons to and fro.
                              But due to covid situation, we have not travelled and also informed the same to airlines and later flights were also cancelled.
                              They informed us the PNR's will be valid for 1 year, but no one is sure when the situation will be settled. It's total 10 tickets ad around 25K.
                              No one is responding to emails or phones. Please refund the amount, if required can deduct some amount .

                                I had a flight on 8th November from PNQ to NAG which got cancelled from GoAir stating the reason beyond there control, now they say they hold the cash for one year where I can reschedule any time after 8th, now when I checked there were no flights in the current and upcoming months.

                                No I need my refund, how to proceed.

                                  We had a booking of flight for 4 passenger from Mumbai to Jaipur on 23 March 20 via flight no G8 2607 of Goair against PNR E5YF2P and return flight from Jaipur to Mumbai on 28 March 20 via flight no G8 2608 of Goair against PNR YFE5XH which was cancelled due to covid pandemic. After which our purpose of visit was meaning less as we did not wanted to fly we tried to cancel tickets which was restricted by Goair, we were not even allowed to change destination or passengers in said ticket and was only left with one option to fly to Jaipur.
                                  Now after 7 months we booked ticket to Jaipur as per restriction of destination change by Goair for Mumbai to Jaipur On 30 Oct 20 via flight no G8 2607 for 4 passengers by paying extra INR 4700/- against PNR E5YF2P. And return flight against PNR YFE5XH by paying extra INR 4908/- Now the flight timings for G8 2607 was 16:00 departure and arrival by 18:10 at Jaipur. On 28 Oct 20 we received a message stating that flight G8 2607 on 30 Oct 20 is preponed to new timing 14:50 departure from Mumbai.
                                  Now when we reach airport on 30 Oct 20 we come to know that the flight G8 2607 has been postponed to 31 Oct 20. Now the airport staff of Goair was not ready to listen to our problem after struggling for 1:30 hrs we were asked to fill refund form on airport and left stuck with no option other than to try for other airlines.
                                  Now after searching we find out that we can book Indigo flight to Jaipur for which we need to pay INR 19338/- for flight no 6E6998 to Jaipur against PNR VWM9RN for 4 passengers.
                                  The service and response provided by Goair is pathetic and completely irresponsible. Due to there irregular changes we have lost on lot of money and additional stress was created.
                                  Also would like to complaint that Goair does not provide a single free sitting while doing web checkin not even the middle seats. Then what for do they take money from passengers to make them travel when they are not offering any seat on flight.
                                  This does not end here on our return flight no G8 2608 from Jaipur to Mumbai against PNR YFE5XH which was timed to depart at 18:40 hrs.
                                  Now due to previous experience we tried checking for flight flying schedule on 31 Oct 20 where we come to know that flight G8 2608 has been preponed to a new time of 08:10 hrs without any intimation or information received from there end. How can Goair plan anything on our behalf how can it cancel or prepone a flight by 10 hrs this is so lethargic and unprofessional.
                                  It was due to our active way that we found out that the flight has been preponed by 10 hrs otherwise we would have missed our flight.
                                  Also we had few meetings planned which cannot be completed due to timing change done by Goair.
                                  We would like to get apologies from Goair and reimbursement for losses we have attracted due to there irresponsible and un professional behaviour.

                                      I booked ticket of goair lines in lock down period from mct to patna. but my ticket is cancelled due to lock down. and received email from goair that your ticket is valid for one year you can reschedule your ticket when ever you want in one year. but now i called customer service 20 days ago they told me that i am unable to do the reschedule please write email to [protected]@goair.in. I also mailed this email id on 21 OCT-2020 but till now i am not getting any reply from customer service.
                                      I also keep CC to Nodal officer, But not getting any reply till now.
