I had booked flight from go air dt.21/02/2020 for ranchi - mumbai; up and down. Due to covid-19 these flights were cancelled but till date had not received the refund of the tickets yet.

    I booked go air flight g8-720 and g8-697 for my travel plan in 04 april 2020 but due to all india lockdown and corona crisis my flight has been cancelled by airline and i didn’t receive my refund. As per dgca notification airlines have to refund the whole booking amount without deducting any amount to passengers but after numerous conversations with go air customer support, i didn’t get my refund. As informed by go air customer support my pnr is saved till 31.12.2020 and i can reschedule my flight without any charges. However, now i am planning to reschedule my flight and i am unable to update/reschedule the flight date to october 30, 2020. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis. Contact me on [protected]

      I booked two tickets on may 23, 2020 from delhi to kolkata. The flights are cancelled automatically due to lockdown. I called up for refund but they mentioned that my pnr is stored for one year.

      I am now changing my destination from delhi to silchar. There is no goair flight. I want the refund. They are denying the refund.

        I booked a ticket in you goair from ranchi to delhi on dated 18 sep 2020, pnr is zyvq6d. The flight was cancelled by you and said its preserve till the next 1 year please manage your booking via your website and app.
        '
        I managed to booking as per your instruction by mail and checked for next day flight which difference of fare is approx 834/- require by you. I paid and you sent confirmation mail with a seat number.

        Now you mail suddenly that balance due is 1579, what is hell, what you want, why this.

        Flight canceled by you. Mail sent by you.
        Need a full amount refund till tomorrow and need confirmation mail by you till tomorrow.

        Need solution

          I booked air tickets of 16th september, 2020 from delhi to varanasi through sastiticket.com on 14th september, 2020 around 9:45 am pnr l3kwny.
          First passenger name is mrs. Ritu garg which is alright but second passenger name is mr. Sharda prasad pathak which is mistakenly taken as mr. Ritu garg same as the first name. Kindly changer the second passenger name to mr. Sharda prasad pathak to avoid any further inconvenience.

            My parents had booked 2 tickets return journey from pune to Bangalore in the month of March but due to Covid the flights were canceled.
            Now we want to reschedule those tickets but the customer care is not responding at all.
            Is this how the airlines are supposed to be now just to be sweet during the time of your journey.
            Please assist off board as well to the customers who are facing trouble.
            You are not even refunding the 10k amount
            For a common man it is a big amount but you people really don't understand.
            I hope this message reaches out and you guys atleast respond to the calls.

              I have booked my flight of goair (From lucknow to mumbai) from make my trip website. Pnr detail is g7jesm dated 05/09/2020.
              I have received mail from goair on 03/09/2020 that this flight was cancelled due to unknown reason. Mail is as below-

              Dear smart flyer,
              Warm greetings from "goair".
              For your pnr g7jesm on goair flight g8-2620 from lucknow (Lko) to mumbai (Bom) on[protected] at 06:50 hrs is cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. These changes are due to issues beyond our control.

              I have raised refund request of this cancellation on 03/09/2020 and followed by many times but could not received any call/mail from neither mmt nor from the goair. I have marked cc to his nodal office/grievance officer and other peoples too, but no response.

              Please help me out on this subject and i m going through from the mental trauma, this is a kind of harassment from mmt and goair.

              I would also like to declare that this is a kind of mental harassment for me and mmt and goair will be responsible for anything happened wrong with me during this period.

              I have received a call from mobile no. [protected] and he said, he is from GoAir customer service.
              Later, he was asking my card details along with the CVV no and one time password.

              I would just keep you updated that this kind of fraud also in the market and those stupid peoples hacking your website for fraud purposes.

              I have forwarded this details to CYBER cell for further investigation.

                I ashok kumar gupta, booked a ticket from delhi to pune for date 08-apr-2020 via goair. It is including 4 passengers.
                As per current situation of corona virus i can't visit and want to keep safe me and my family. Under this situation and center govt guideline and sc order for cancellation of air ticket i tried to cancel my ticket but goair is not ready to refund amount.

                Is there no control even after center govt guideline on these airlines. This is a serious issue and giving financial crunch as well as health problems also.

                Can you please redirect to airlines as per center govt guidelines.

                  Pnr no.: p77d8m go air flight was booked for
                  Hyderabad - kochi for 8 th april 2020 through happyeasygo. Because of lock down all flights were cancelled according to government norms and for that i didn't get any mail or text message communication from goair. When i called up to goair they told they have already cancelled this flight.

                  Now i am not planning to travel in this year so asked happyeasygo to release my payment for goair flight booking so happyeasygo told that goair has rescheduled my flight to 13 december 2020 which i never rebooked/rescheduled at all. And goair never asked or informed or notified to me that they have rescheduled to 13 december 2020.

                  Now from goair i am not getting any response about this matter, tried mailing them with below mail id [protected]@goair.in i am not getting any response and same situation with customer care number also. My money is stuck because goair didn't cancel my flight and rescheduled without my concern. So happyeasygo is also not taking any responsibility and telling me to contact goair.

                    full refund for cancelled flight

                    My pnr is rydjft. I booked my goair flight from patna to hyderabad on 22nd may 2020 using easemytrip.com.
                    Because of the cancellation of the flight multiple times, i had to reschedule my booking to other dates several times.
                    Finally, i travelled using other airline due to unavailability of goair flights on the desired date.
                    Now, goair is saying your pnr is protected and i can use that amount for travel within a year....

                    I have booked a return ticket from pune to chennai on 6th september 2020 from go air official website, the whole process went smooth. I have completed the payment to but they sent me the itinerary showcasing payment status as declined but what to do the money is deducted from my account and added in their account. Now they are hardly accepting my calls through customer care. Once they did and asked me to write an email to [protected]@goair.in and done that immediately but no reply from there end. Now i am just asking them to send me a confirmed itinerary because i have to take the flight on 17th september 2020 and it's urgent and they are not much cooperative.

                      Hi team. Requesting you to please help me with the pnr details as i had to book trip.
                      Previously had book ticket from my elder brothers account but due to some issue requested for the cancellation and recently received msg that you can book a trip with the refund amount. Which i am not able to use while booking the ticket.

                      Requesting you to please have a check and provide the details as i called in the cs but no body is responding and its keep on ringing.

                        I have booked goair fligjt from hyderabad to chennai in jan for travel in may2020, how ever die to lockdown fligjt was cancelled and now when i approach go air for refund, they are refusing. Can you help me in filing a complaint against them. I have booked for return ticket with indigo flyer and got refund as well.

                          Hi, i had three ticket booked pnr-pc9uwa from pune-delhi on 18-9-20 for which i got an email from you guys on 30-8-20 stating the flight is cancelled.

                          I don't wish to travel on any other date except that so would request you to refund the amount i paid as indigo which was my return flight has refunded me full amount without any deductions what so ever, but you guys don't want to refund just keeping an open ticket is not gonna help me what so ever!!!

                              I booked a flight with these cheats on1st june from srinagar to delhi. They took the money like greedy sharks and later did not even let us know that the flight is cancelled. Its been three months since then, they are only saying they have issued a refund, sometimes they say there is a credit note. But nothing works, even their website does not work. They are shameless bunch of people who only know how to take the money of the passengers. This airline deserve to shut down.

                              I am trying to rebook my flight and use my pnr credit. But nothing works,. All they say is pnr does not exist or record does not exist. What level of shame do they even possess.

                              No one in their call center responds. My pnr is n9jkvw

                              I want to book a flight from delhi to srinagar but nothing is even happening.

                              Why are these people so shameless.

                                  Hi,

                                  I booked 2 tickets from pune to ahmedabad for 6th june. The flight got cancelled and i needed to reschedule it for 7th june again it got cancelled. Again i booked for 8th june and the flight got cancelled.

                                  As i had an emergency at home, i come by another way.

                                  I have asked refund for my 2 tickets. I called, mailed multiple times but didn’t receive any response.

                                  Could you please initiate my refund of rs: 7100 as soon as possible.

                                    I had booked two tickets through cleartrip on goair dated 21 may 2020 amounting rs 4861.00 and rs 5126.00, flight no. G8 336 with pnr no. U8e2qm and pyz2kg and with trip id.[protected] and[protected]. The travel date was on 1st june 2020. On 31st may 2020 after 10.15 pm i got a text message that the flight is cancelled. I was prepared fr the journey and has promised to vacate the hostel on 1st june 2020 early morning. But i faced such a negative situation. With great difficulty and effort, i have arranged the amount for our tickets. Now they are telling the ticket will be kept as open ticket and we can travel with that same ticket within 1 year time span. My travel was from mumbai to kochi. I was working on mumbai at that time. And now i'm not having any use with this open ticket. Kindly understand the situation and please refund the amount. Its such a negative situation.

                                      I had made a reservation with Goair in the month of March for travel in April. Due to nationwide lockdown imposed due to Covid-19 pandemic, I couldn't travel and I saw on Twitter that my PNR E3VU7F was locked and that I was allowed with sector change. Today, I wanted to make my booking and saw that in order to change my sector I'll have to call the customer care. I called them 3 times and after an average of 32 minutes unanswered call, the call got disconnected automatically. I tried reaching them out on Twitter and asked them to change my sector from Mumbai-Bangalore to Lucknow-Bangalore only to be asked to wait.

                                      I request everyone to atleast think 10 times before booking your next trip with Goair as my experience was utterly horrible. No one can be so unprofessional in their approach. There are other airlines in the market as well which don't have so many complaints against them as many as these people have. I have attached my screenshots of waiting for more than 100 minutes in total to speak to customer care and to not get any response from them.
