Hi,
My flight with Booking reference X1J22B got cancelled and i am still awaiting the refund.
Customer care told me that it will take 15 to 20days for the refund. But its almost been more than 20days and still i havent received my refund.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

    No refund against cancellation of flight G8-373.
    PNR - R8EF3J

    The airlines cancelled the flight without any notification to customer. Got to know about cancellation only while checking in online one day before departure.
    I had to attend a very important business meeting. There are no other direct flights for 5 days for my itinerary.
    The customer care is not at all responsive. Doesn't take calls or respond to any mails.

    What am I supposed to do? This is pure violation of customer care policy. I need my money back. Please help!

      Hi,

      I got the attached cancellation email on 21st Nov’20 for my Go Air flight which was scheduled for 22nd Nov’20. This is so unprofessional of them cancelling flight at last moment.

      However i have requested them to refund my amount, but no response. Also they are not taking calls.

      Would be of a great help, if you could arrange funds in my account.

        I have spend a few days now trying to get in touch with someone at the Goair call center and I have always had to wait for atleast 2 hours before I am able to speak to anyone. After several attempts, I managed to get in touch with some one and explained my problem and every-time they have put me on hold for 30 minutes and then dropped the line without resolving my issue. It has been over 3 weeks now that this has repeated. I have raised complaints to the nodal officer and appellate authority with no response.

        Not sure where I should go to resolve - my pnr TE2R9H

        I want to reschedule my flight that was cancelled due to Covid

          PNR A846RJ from Ranchi to Delhi was scheduled for tomorrow i.e 22nd Nov. I have just received confirmation that flight has been canceled and asking for another 4k for booking for the same. This is cheating.i want you to book for my ticket for tomorrow without any additional charges. Phone no [protected]

          can you let me know the status. Tomorrow when your flight is scheduled for the same sector why can't my booking is adjusted in that flight. Why should I pay extra money for booking. Why are you cheating n troubling. Every time I have worst experience. if you cant run airline why do you sell ticket and then loot customers.

            Hi,
            I have booking in flight G8-770 with GoAir from Delhi to Banglore on 21st November 2020. They rescheduled my flight thrice and made it indirect flight via Ranchi. I booked the direct flight for the evening and now they have made it for 7:30 am morning. They are not even replying to calls and mails. This company is a fraud. I will never book my flight again with them. Please take necessary action against them and get our money refunded.
            My PNR no. Is I4M2TV
            Earlier it was G8-770 then they changed it to G8-404 and now it has been changed to G8-155 to Ranchi and G8-375 from Ranchi to Banglore.

              Dear Madam/Sir,


              You have cancelled our flights DELHI – LEH (July, 8th) and LEH – DELHI (July, 24th) and I've received credit notes to travel again instead of refund !!!

              But I was the victim of a mountain accident this summer and my doctor informed me that travelling is now impossible for me.

              So I ask you REFUND of all the tickets (February, 2020) YOU HAVE CANCELLED on July, 6th and 18th because rescheduling is impossible.


              Could you pay back us, please.

                  My Goair flight ticket PNR Number W3QWJL from Pune to Ranchi (Connecting flight ) was on 27/10/20 at 2100 hrs was prepond by Goair and i was not informed by any means as a result i missed the flight and requested them for full refund by sending 6 to 7 mails but they neither giving reply to my mail not refunding the amount.

                    I have booked two way flight from HYD to LKO and vice versa. The one from HYD to LKO was cancelled, no refund was given. The one from LKO to HYD has been rescheduled without any knowledge. It goes via Delhi with more than 9 hours of layoff. I had booked a non stop flight. Moreover, their customer care does not pickup the phone.

                      I have book a ticket from Guwahati to Patna for 01dec2020. They give me connecting flight ticket via kolkata. Now they have cancelled flight from Kolkata to Patna. Now they are not providing any alternate flight nor refund for whole journey.
                      Dear Smart Flyer! GoAir would like to inform you that your PNR O6NFGP on flight G8-761 on 01Dec'20 from CCU to PAT has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control.
                      Why should I have to travell with go air, they should provide me other flight for travell.

                        Am Gargi Swarupa Sahu.My flight with PNR G5M26P scheduled from Mumbai to kochi on 14th November 2020 and return flight with PNR L8H8UZ from kochi to Mumbai both got cancelled by goair airlines.I have mailed several times .But there is no response. Kindly refund my full amount by money only to my account as soon as possible.

                          My flight pnr no. YYFTUW and flight no.G8-202 from Ranchi to Delhi has been cancelled, I have called Go air customer service N no. of times but no one is answering.. Expecting you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Even if i am using this PNR for fresh booking its not working. Its been more than 15 days but no body is answering my mails, i have written to nodal officer, refunds, feedback(email ids) but since today no one has ever reverted.

                            when i landed at srinagar i collect my lugguage i went out side n checked my lcd n it was broken once i checked i tried to contact goair staff but security persons didnt allowed me to contact them ... then i was waiting for whole 3 hours at the goair counter but non of the person assested me... i request ua good self kindly look into this matter

                              My name is Jamshed Dastur I am staying in Muscat Oman. I have book one air ticket from Muscat to Mumbai (return) for two person. My air ticket date of booking was 25th February 2020. My travel date was 14th June 2020 from Muscat to Mumbai & return on 29th July 2020 from Mumbai to Muscat. I have book this ticket from your authorised agent name Marmul travels in Muscat. I could not fly because both country airport was close. BOOKING REFERANCE NUMBER ZBSCUD

                              This ticket is for my wife & daughter, Now in December we want to fly to India from Muscat but same travel agent is telling there is no flight for this period. So I have to travel through Oman Air & I have to pay again ticket fair amount. I told travel agent to adjust that amount he told me no, it is not possible because Go AIR has not paid them.

                              So I am requesting you to refund full amount, because from your side as you don’t have a flight for Muscat to Mumbai. Pl. refund full money without cutting any amount as soon as possible.

                                I have not yet refunded against PNR I2M3GL which was booked 23.02.2020 for travel date 24.05.2020. I have already lodged the request for refund on [protected]@goair.in but still not received refund amount. I have tried customer care number so many times but there is no response received from them and not able to talk with customer care personnel only call is waiting

                                  Hi, I was due to fly with my mother (PNR KYW8SD and PNR GE6Z5E) from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad (Flight No. G8 481) on Thursday 19th November 2020. When I logged onto their website to do a Web-checkin, that is when I found out that my flight had gotten canceled. I still haven't received any information regarding this and I demand a complete refund on both my tickets.

                                  On the web portal, a different flight is now being offered which is more than 12 hours before the original time and has a layover in Varanasi instead of a direct flight.

                                  This is the second time that I'm facing this issue. One of the tickets was in fact used from a credit shell offered by the company. The service is absolutely bizarre and no customer support is offered whatsoever. Please help me get a complete refund as this airline will continue doing this to 1000s of other passengers like me every day. Any help is appreciated.

                                    Hello,
                                    I have booked flight from pune to ahmedabad (PNA XE1JKK) for 17th Nov, the flight was to depart 08:45 and reach Ahmedabad on 10:15 am, when I tried to do web check in today, i see that it has changed to depart from Pune at 09:55 and then layover at Delhi for 6 + hours, and then reach Ahmedabad to 19.50. No intimation was given for this change! Highly unprofessional !!

                                        This is to inform you that we processed a booking for a re-issue bearing PNR - WYKP2D.
                                        While processing the transaction, the amount was deducted immediately from the account. However, the payment status is not yet confirmed.

                                        When checking with the Bank Manager, we received a confirmation that the payment was successfully credited to the Airlines Bank Account. Below is the transaction details:

                                        Additionally, while contacting the Customer Support Team of your airlines, we were told that the transaction had failed and the amount would bounce back to our account within 24-48 Hours (which didn't happen).

                                        After posting the complaint there is still no response from Go Air team!!!
                                        Horrible customer support team they really don't understand the problem and keep talking as if a script is running, and disconnects calls without addressing the issue..
