I have booked a ticket in GoAir to travel in the month of April 2020 but due to Covid-19, travel was canceled, and under protect my PNR, my travel date was rescheduled to a later month. The last I checked around two weeks back, the travel date was in December. But now when I use my PNR to check the ticket details, it says, "No flights are added to this itinerary".
I received one mail from GoAir two weeks back where it says my ticket is canceled but it doesn't specify any rationale for it. Nor any-where it mentioned about the refund. I tried to contact the GoAir customer care, no response was there and no reply to my mail.
I want them to process my refund amount immediately.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
