We had a booking of flight for 4 passenger from Mumbai to Jaipur on 23 March 20 via flight no G8 2607 of Goair against PNR E5YF2P and return flight from Jaipur to Mumbai on 28 March 20 via flight no G8 2608 of Goair against PNR YFE5XH which was cancelled due to covid pandemic. After which our purpose of visit was meaning less as we did not wanted to fly we tried to cancel tickets which was restricted by Goair, we were not even allowed to change destination or passengers in said ticket and was only left with one option to fly to Jaipur.
Now after 7 months we booked ticket to Jaipur as per restriction of destination change by Goair for Mumbai to Jaipur On 30 Oct 20 via flight no G8 2607 for 4 passengers by paying extra INR 4700/- against PNR E5YF2P. And return flight against PNR YFE5XH by paying extra INR 4908/- Now the flight timings for G8 2607 was 16:00 departure and arrival by 18:10 at Jaipur. On 28 Oct 20 we received a message stating that flight G8 2607 on 30 Oct 20 is preponed to new timing 14:50 departure from Mumbai.
Now when we reach airport on 30 Oct 20 we come to know that the flight G8 2607 has been postponed to 31 Oct 20. Now the airport staff of Goair was not ready to listen to our problem after struggling for 1:30 hrs we were asked to fill refund form on airport and left stuck with no option other than to try for other airlines.
Now after searching we find out that we can book Indigo flight to Jaipur for which we need to pay INR 19338/- for flight no 6E6998 to Jaipur against PNR VWM9RN for 4 passengers.
The service and response provided by Goair is pathetic and completely irresponsible. Due to there irregular changes we have lost on lot of money and additional stress was created.
Also would like to complaint that Goair does not provide a single free sitting while doing web checkin not even the middle seats. Then what for do they take money from passengers to make them travel when they are not offering any seat on flight.
This does not end here on our return flight no G8 2608 from Jaipur to Mumbai against PNR YFE5XH which was timed to depart at 18:40 hrs.
Now due to previous experience we tried checking for flight flying schedule on 31 Oct 20 where we come to know that flight G8 2608 has been preponed to a new time of 08:10 hrs without any intimation or information received from there end. How can Goair plan anything on our behalf how can it cancel or prepone a flight by 10 hrs this is so lethargic and unprofessional.
It was due to our active way that we found out that the flight has been preponed by 10 hrs otherwise we would have missed our flight.
Also we had few meetings planned which cannot be completed due to timing change done by Goair.
We would like to get apologies from Goair and reimbursement for losses we have attracted due to there irresponsible and un professional behaviour.

      I booked ticket of goair lines in lock down period from mct to patna. but my ticket is cancelled due to lock down. and received email from goair that your ticket is valid for one year you can reschedule your ticket when ever you want in one year. but now i called customer service 20 days ago they told me that i am unable to do the reschedule please write email to [protected]@goair.in. I also mailed this email id on 21 OCT-2020 but till now i am not getting any reply from customer service.
      I also keep CC to Nodal officer, But not getting any reply till now.

          GoAir confirmed the booking few weeks back. Before 4 days of the departure they called saying due to technical challenges they are not operating the flight. They offered to give full refund. However now the tickets are too costly.
          This is a scam . They are taking bookings but then cancelling. Might be earning interest out of the money

            I had booked a flight in GoAir in Cleartrip.com. However, before the flight, I came to know that GoAir was in fact not servicing the flights for several days. I subsequently received an SMS from GoAir informing me about the cancellation, but I still haven't received any refund. It has been 4 months since the date of the flight.

                My flight from Mumbai to port Blair was cancelled on 29/10/20 by Goair without informing me. My PNR was T29LPB. I traveled from Pune to Mumbai to catch the flight. It was bad experience with no there on counter to help. Airlines didn't provided me the cab to come back to Pune. The manager just wanted to refund the money. He was not interested in giving any other solution. The way of talking was not appropriate. He kept me waiting for an hour from the time he got to know my grievance. How can an airline cancel the flight without informing the passenger. Very bad experience with Go air.
                Please tell what can be done to compensate the physical and mental agony I went through.

                    I am arvind raj and I am writing this mail because I booked the flight for delhi to patna with the pnr no- Z65FNF( flight no G8 133 ) on[protected] dep-at 15:10 arrival at 16:40 but unfortunately my timing is changed which is reschedule on same date but timing changed which is dep- 18:50 arrived 20:40. so i request you to kindly change my timing at earliest between 12:00 to 16:00 because that day is the festival day that is Deepawali. kindly arrange the another flight for this I will always thankful to you.

                          I have booked flights from hyd-maa and maa-hyd respectively.

                          PNR T8JWFZ on GoAir flight G8-504 from Chennai (MAA) to Hyderabad (HYD) on[protected] at 14:40 hrs is CANCELLED

                          PNR Q7D5YP on GoAir flight G8-508 from Hyderabad (HYD) to Chennai (MAA) on[protected] at 12:45 hrs is CANCELLED

                          I have tried calling many times and mailed their staff but until now no response.

                            Dear sir. My name is Prathish Kuruvilla, I had booked my tickets on goair from Delhi to leh which got cancelled from their side .My flights were G8357 on 10 Jun and G8203 on 11 Jun.

                            It's been 4 months and I haven't still got the full refund for any of my tickets cancelled from the airline side. My tickets PNR are i6j9sp and c5upjp.

                            I had been requesting the airline company again and again to refund my full amount as soon as possible. I had contacted their service executives and haven't got any positive gesture from them either. Iagain requested the pls refund the entire amount. will have to move to consumer court if they still insist on lackadaisical attitude towards consumer.

                              5th June 2020 (flight got cancelled by Go Air)
                              PNR: ZEIVJX

                              Instead of refunding the amount, they promised to put it in ou credit shell that can be used to re-book flight. In case of a change of sector the customer care had to be called to re-book it. The customer care team is now not responding neither over an email nor their customer care number is reachable.

                              Expected resolution: Either to refund the flight booked amount so the same can be used to book from a better airline service or provide a call back to re-book my flight at the earliest

                                I had canceled my ticket on 29th of augest 2020, booked via paytm. After that they showing that processing needs 24 hours. I called goair but got no response. Same with the email. Almost 2 months are gonna complete now but still no sign of getting my money back.
                                This is just a airline of thieves

                                  I Kameshwar Prasad Singh had booked a flight from Bangalore to Patna on 16th February, 2020 with PNR No.RFHH8R (Go Air )-Travelling Date on 11th April, 2020 in Ixigo website, since the flight was cancelled due to the lock down but i did not receive the refund from your end till date.

                                  I have also informed to the respective airlines and Ixigo that i don't have travel plans in near future due to current covid-19 situation.

                                  As per DGCA Guidelines refund to be issued within 15 days from October 7, 2020 but still there is no communication neither from the airlines nor from ixigo.

                                      I have booked a ticket in GoAir to travel in the month of April 2020 but due to Covid-19, travel was canceled, and under protect my PNR, my travel date was rescheduled to a later month. The last I checked around two weeks back, the travel date was in December. But now when I use my PNR to check the ticket details, it says, "No flights are added to this itinerary".
                                      I received one mail from GoAir two weeks back where it says my ticket is canceled but it doesn't specify any rationale for it. Nor any-where it mentioned about the refund. I tried to contact the GoAir customer care, no response was there and no reply to my mail.
                                      I want them to process my refund amount immediately.
