I have cancelled tickets for 4 of my family members including myself well in advance. The ticket is refundable and still go airlines has denied a refund. They are forcing us t travel in these unprecedented times otherwise we lose all our hard earned money which is more than 30000. They aren't responding on mails or social media and this is why i am initiating an official complaint against them. Please help and ask them to refund the amount....

I have recieved a call saying that they are calling from go airlines and they collected total amount of around 27k and then they send a offer letter from [protected]@goair.in...

It has been more than two months and you have not refunded the amount for the cancelled flight. My pnr is v72kuc
I repeatedly emailed for a full refund but you have not responded.
It was a fully refundable ticket and you cancelled the flight, not i. How can you penalize a senior citizen customer for you cancelling the flight?
I tried to call your customer care more than thousand times to get the refund....

When i visited the goair site, i was really shocked to see that unilaterally go air has modified my itinerary without my consent as follows.

I have been trying for more than 24 hrs to contact customer care but haven't received any positive response so far. This is the worst customer care service and they are of no use. They don't pick up your calls and even if they by any chance they will cut your call in the middle or they might put you on hold for like 10mins " oh depending on how lucky you're ". My flight was on april 24th and due to lockdown my flight was cancelled. I booked air tickets of 16th september, 2020 from delhi to varanasi through sastiticket.com on 14th september, 2020 around 9:45 am pnr l3kwny.
First passenger name is mrs. Ritu garg which is alright but second passenger name is mr. Sharda prasad pathak which is mistakenly taken as mr. Ritu garg same as the first name. Kindly changer the second passenger name to mr. Sharda prasad pathak to avoid any further inconvenience.

My parents had booked 2 tickets return journey from pune to Bangalore in the month of March but due to Covid the flights were canceled.
