I had an air ticket from Nagpur to kannur on 28 Nov 20 but unfortunately it was cancelled by Go Air itself and I was being informed that payment will be refunded immediately but I didn't get any refund till now. I have been trying to connect Go Air customer care by teliphonically but couldn't. Very very poor response I got when I sent mail to their authorities too. So kindly I request you to do needful action please.

    I have booked flight for 5 december 2020, flight schedule timing is 5:00 pm and now flight pre ponned to 10;15 am which is almost 7 hours before schedule time and i am unable to catch the flight i have booked flight for specific reason for that time and now i required full refund amount of rs 3500 after cancellation but they are cutting chages of rs, 3000 please ask airline to refund full amount as there is default fro their side

      Flight from Bangalore to Lucknow on 27th October, PNR IC2JMN was cancelled but the go air company has not refunded any money nor any contact can be made.
      They have kept my money as credit shell which I don't want.
      Kindly look into the matter and help me get back my money

        We have booked flight ticket for my family for 1st of dec 2020, Goair cancelled the flights, and didn't notifed us via mail or calls or msg.

        Customer care service is totally inactive and doing fraud openly.

        There is no place for common man and these airline is just doing fraud.

        We are tring to reach goair customer care from three days, but they are not answering to anyone, it means they are doing fraud with the common man, they dont understand the problem of common man and just doing whateve they want, if they have cancelled why they didn't rescheduled the flight .

          Inspite of numerous mails, twitter messages i havent received any response from Go air on my refund.

          Further trying to reach your customer support since ages now s but inspite of waiting for more than 1 hr no one is answering.

          PNR PFL9RE on GoAir flight G8-327 from Mumbai (BOM) to New Delhi (DEL) on[protected] at 06:20 hrs was cancelled by you. In need my refund immediately.

            This is regarding my Flight booking with GO AIR - PNR No. CEENKE.
            The booking was done on 6 th Feb 2020.
            We were supposed to travel from Ahmedabad to cochin on 12 th May 2020 and our return flight was on 31 st May 2020.
            G8 701 - AMD-COK on May 12 th
            G8 702 - COK - AMD on May 31 st.
            Due to the cancellation of flights because of the ongoing Covid pandemic, we were unable to travel during the period.
            Now, we are shocked to see that the flight dates have been changed to 31 st May and 13 th Dec 2020 by the airlines.
            If we haven't travelled to Cochin on 31 st May, how are we supposed to return on 13 th Dec?

            Kindly take cognisance of the blunder and initiate a full refund at the earliest.

              My PNR-F3UYRI. Booking date 28 October 2020. But various reasons flight timing change. That's time not suitable for me. Then I cancel my tickets. So more times call customer care number but nobody receive. At last I send a mail but not response .not cancel my Air tickets & not refundable.

                    Iam sorry to say I have requested GO Air and make my trip for my international tickets refund booked in Jan 2019 for a travel date of 30th April 2020 but due pandemic and travel bans we don’t think we have any plans to travel in near future hence requested make my trip to process my refund but the message is airline has rejected refund for some weird reason.
                    I hope we all are in very difficult times and the amount of Rs 54559 for my family tickets with PNR HDTJQH refund will be very helpful.
                    I also understand Supreme Court of India has made clear all the refunds to be made on priority.
                    Secondly and very important my friend who has booked for same tickets via cleartrip got refund processed without any trouble and also be default for same travel dates and destination so why do I have to chase everybody and I response or Thayer easy reply saying no refund.
                    This saga has put doubt either or make my trip or go air as same airlines has processed refund for some people but not processing for some like us.
                    I urge you to process the refund on priority and have also request DGCA to help on this matter as this is becoming real pain and problem.
                    I don’t even mind to reach out for legal course as the amount is not small and post clear direction by govt of India and Supreme Court of India has ordered refund for all cancelled tickets when it isn’t it needed by customer.

                    Go air note this is 11th mail but it’s very disappointing to say no response and no action by both makemytrip either as when they want business they chase and charge hefty amount for service but when needed they are shying away from their service of refund.

And she say me that whole amount refund in your account with in seven days of cancellation. But till now the amount not credited to my account .please do needful.                         My flight was cancelled on 14th Nov due to reason the service didn't explain. I mailed regarding the refund to Goair customers care service multiple times from multiple accounts but the case hasn't got any response till date. I need my refund since i do not wish to travel from this airline anymore.

                          This is to acknowledge you that we have booked a flight from new delhi to ranchi on 7th december 2020.But in due course of time when we called to the airlines on 26 Nov 2020 they said that the flight has already been cancelled on 7th december 2020 without any information conveyed to us .They said that they have messaged us and mailed us but contrary to that we havent received any information.This is really highly irresponsive behaviour and horrible service by your airlines.We didnt expect such a service from your airlines .

                              I booked round tickets from third party portal (Make My Trip) having the same PNR for both the to and fro journey, PNR : K1IBRB . The round trip from Pune to Kolkata (scheduled for 20th March 2020) and the return journey was from Kolkata to Pune ((scheduled for 6th April 2020). I was able to complete my forward journey but due to nation wide lockdown I was not able to complete the round trip.

                              Its been more than 6 months but I still didnt get any refund for the other half of my journey. Nor was I able to reschedule.

                              Please look into this and provide options for refunding.

                                Its to bring it to your notice I have travel booking for 27th Nov 2020 and 28th Nov 2020 which was direct flight at the time of booking and while checking PNR status three days before noticed the flights are no more direct but stopover of 10-12 hours has been added which is of worry & concern for me since I am travelling with my mother (senior citizen and health specific concern).
                                In regards to this i am trying to reach out customer service support on the given numbers for the last three days..

                                To my worry none of these numbers are connecting and its simply frustrating.. Every time I call it goes into IVR mode and keeps me hanging around 5-10-15 minutes without connecting to any executive for assistance.

                                Infact I tried to reach the Grievance Redressal team over give emails
                                [protected]@goair.in, [protected]@goair.in for the support but no luck and only frustration..

                                Its the worst ever experience I had ever with any of the airline so far..

                                So clueless, helpless and feel cheated by so called professional GOAIR airline... with no assistance ..

                                Not sure what's happening here and no value for customer I guess.

                                I am looking forward for the cancellation of flight with full refund...

                                  Hi, I had booked me ticket for 10th June 2020 in flight numberG8-269 from lucknow to Delhi and the PNR number was JFE15B however the flight got cancelled and i raised my request to refund the amount but the airlines sent me a fresh request for 1st December which i didn't request nor confirmed. I again sent email on this issue but haven't received any reply on my email. I have been trying to contact customer care since 4 months but noone is receiving the call. Can someone please help me on this? Either you refund my amount or give me the right to use the credit note and book my new ticket on my own.

                                        We have booked GOAIR G8 553 flight from Ahmedabad (11:05 AM) to Hyderabad (12:45 PM) for my parents from 28th Nov 2020 through Cleartrip. PNR X37S4L.

                                        GoAir line has changed itinerary and has changed route without our knowledge. I.e. instead from original route Ahmedabad to Hyderabad at 11:05 AM to 12:45 PM, the flight now departs from Ahmedabad via flight no G8 767 at 08:20 AM to Varanasi 10:25 AM and next flight from Varanasi G8 503 at 13:30 to Hyderabad 15:30.

                                        My In-laws senior citizen are planned to traveled from Ahd to Hyderebad and they are now facing lot of issues due to this sudden change by Go Air. We are trying to reach all possible customer care and local number of Go Air [protected] / [protected]/ +[protected]/+[protected] but NO successful communication is established with Go Air. All customer care numbers ring for full time and no one is picking up call.

                                        This is complete unprofessional behavior from Go Air. We sincerely request authorities to take strict action against Go Air and ban their license from flying. Big companies just escape with money. Is this NEW INDIA. ?
