Charging extra change fee

Me and my brother booked ticked with goair flexi. While booking the ticket from Patna to Bengaluru we paid extra so that the flight won't charge us extra change fee for the date change. But now when I'm trying to change the date, they are asking us extra 2500 each.
We tried contacting them through Twitter, Instagram, email ..we also tried calling them for various days no response

Refund my money please

Payment declined

Dear sir/madam I have booked flight ticket through go air app, my booking not successful due to payment declined but amount deducted from my account now bank says they confirmed with merchant and said payment successful .Final status is payment deducted but ticket not booked and amount not refunded...

I need a refund for my cancelled flight due to Covid

I need a refund for my flight which was cancelled due to covid lockdown. Go-Air is is giving me an option to re-schedule. I do not want a re-schedule. I need a refund.

The reason I do not want a re-schedule is that:
1. firstly there are a limited number of flights operating that too at not so suitable hours.

Terrible policies and customer support

I booked a seat on flight no. G8-175 on 31 August 2020, scheduled to depart from Lucknow (LKO) to New Delhi (DEL) at 18:35.

On 17 September 2020, I received an email that: For your PNR P55NVV on GoAir flight G8-175 from Lucknow (LKO) to New Delhi (DEL) on 01 Oct ’20 at 18:35 hrs has been rescheduled to depart at 22:10 hrs on 01 Oct ’20.

That means the flight has been postponed for 3 hours 35 minutes. That’s...

I want to raise request for refund at goibibo for my flight booked on 23rd may-20 but this website is not allowing me to raise complaint. Further to that, I even tried to call customer care no. & from 34 minutes, It is in queue only.
Due to lock-down flights were not operational, even govt. has informed to refund the money of passengers for the lock down period.

Rescheduling of previous booked ticket

I have a booked goair ticket on dated 15/03/2020 and pnr no/booking reference t3khjl allotted to me for travelling. Due to nationwide lockdown i couldnot performed my journey on 06/05/2020 fm jammu to patna. Now, i want to reschedule my trip from your wbsite but i am unable to do so. Flight Cancelled by Airline

My flight was cancelled by airline and ensured that my ticket fare is protected under go air credit shell, but when I was trying to book for another trip but I Was unable to retrieve my protected fare.
I was travelling from Ranchi to Ahmedabad and it was a connecting flight from Ranchi to Delhi and Delhi to Ahmedabad. Then Delhi to Ahmedabad flight got cancelled by airline.

Refunding amount

Onsumer dear sir/madam
I mr. Satish kumar gautam here by say that i had a very bad experience of go air airlines. I have booked a flight ticket dated 05/08/2020 on 03/08/2020 and my transaction was successfully done and amount rs.5575/- was debited from my account instently. I have all proof of transaction which was done by me. I have called several time to go air airlines and they refuced that the amount has not be credited in there...

For getting refund or reschedule flight

Credit voucher and refund issues-covid

I booked flight in go air for jouney on june 1st but due to covid it got cancelled and i am trying to contact customer care by phone and mail. But they are not at all responding and money is locked up and website is also not functioning properly for booking tickets.
Credit voucher system is of no use with GOAIR. i booked tickets in many airlines.everyone accept calls and respond and refunded amount but only Goair is not responding.....

Regarding refund of fare in full due to lockdown

I have a booking with goair on 29th march. Travel route from delhi to varanasi. Due to lockdown the flight got cancelled. As per the latest guidelines my honourable court and dgca the airline must refund the full amount to the person but goair is not providing the refund instead they are forcing to take a credit shell. I have no further travelling plans this year following mid of next year. Please help me in getting the refund from goair...

complaint against go air ground staff regarding fraud for extra baggage charge.

I shreetej sharma, my pnr is z7tfwp, i travelled from bengaluru to kolkata on 22nd september, 2020 on flight g8 830. I had extra 9 kgs of luggage with me for which the ground staff at the go air counter charged me 4500+750=5250, but as per the regulation i can travel with a baggage of 20+7kgs, but my cabin luggage was just 1 kgs as i had only one laptop with me, which in total makes it as only 2-3 kgs of extra luggage.

flight cancel and amount difference

Go air customer care is horrible, multiple 60 mins waiting but no response... Without information they keep cancelling the flight and even no returning amount and re-booking asking for difference amount... It's a open loot, if they are cancelling the flight then it is their responsibility to give alternative.

not received refund from 4 months

I booked 2 flights from mumbai (Bom) to nagpur (Nag) on monday, 25 may 2020 and my trip id:[protected]. This flight was scheduled to departure on june 05 2020 but 1 day before the flight i got call from goair that the flight was cancelled i checked the status and the flight was cancelled so i cancelled the ticket through the cleartrip account and applied for the full refund.
