I was travelling from BLR to SXR via DElhi yesterday from GoAiR Airline, when I arrived to my destinatiom i.e; SXR airport I didn't found my lagguage and when inquired by the management I found out it was still in the possession of BLR airport, the contains my essential documents which i have qualified this far including passport, and basic life items … the bag is purple in colour, I request you to please sort out this problem ASAP with all my things included in it . BLR G8 190 and G8 190... where sequence no of boarding pass of delhi to Srinagar 032,

    I had a booking with Go Air from Ease My Trip with PNR no. NYI2UT. the flight was cancelled from airlines end and they have rescheduled it to travel in any date between 13th December 2020. They are also not replying to any mail neither their customer support is receiving any call. I do not want to travel in their specified date. I want my full refund of Rs. 4086.00

      I had booked the ticket with the PNR - MY43GT for my mother on 15th April 2020 for Travel on 7th May 2020. Since the flights were cancelled they said I can re-book the ticket for the same passenger only for a future date saying my PNR is protected.

      Now when I try to re-book for the same passenger for a future date it doesn't show my amount for usage while booking. Moreover I get a mail saying they have cancelled my old ticket(PNR - MY43GT) with ZERO refund as of now.

      Why is this airline allowed to play with our hard earned money? Disgusting response from customer call centre also. No one got onto the call upfront but all I heard was how to wash hands amid lockdown for 45 mins.

      I need a full refund for my ticket and I don't wish to fly with this airline ever again.

      I'm happy on a note that I booked my other tickets with AirAsia and Spicejet. Former entertained full refund while the later one shows it in a credit shell. GoAir has just cheated on the consumers showing no mercy amid this pandemic also.

        Hi Consumer complant Team,

        This is pertaining to refund against flight cancelled by GoAir citing issues beyond their control for flight ticket booked on 7th July for Bangalore to Delhi for 10th July vide PNR# PE4ZMX for Rs 18958.
        I have been trying to reach out to customer care of goair but you won't find a person picking up call, it's an IVR call which gets dropped lately to consumer frustration. I wrote mail to Goair on this, again no response. I posted on Twitter and yet again no response.
        Supreme court has issue directive to all Flight operating bodies to make refund for flights cancelled during and post lockdown under certain guidelines. But again Goair is silent on this as well. I posted on twitter but they just don't respond. and it is highly frustrating and taxing for a person like me who has to work so hard for my money. these are my hard earned money which company like Goair eats up and have no backend support to sort such issues of cancellation refund which is not done by consumer.

        I need you to please help me in getting my refund initiated ASAP from them.

          I have booked a ticket in lockdown period, now i want to utilise that ticket but not able to book now...continuously trying to call on customer care but nobody picking the call, its ringing and ringing...

              Me and my brother booked ticked with goair flexi. While booking the ticket from Patna to Bengaluru we paid extra so that the flight won't charge us extra change fee for the date change. But now when I'm trying to change the date, they are asking us extra 2500 each.
              We tried contacting them through Twitter, Instagram, email ..we also tried calling them for various days no response

              Please help
              In this pandemic I don't know what else can I do to reach them and ask my query

                Dear Sir / Mam,
                I have booked three tickets from GoAir on 16 June 2020 but the flight was cancelled due to covid19 and i am unable to travel for next two years due to some personal reasons so i would request you to refund my amount to the respective account accordingly.

                From Ahmedabad to Chennai.

                I have mailed to GoAir several times and called the customer service people lots of times but there is no response, so kindly revert me back asap and refund my amount asap.

                    Dear sir/madam I have booked flight ticket through go air app, my booking not successful due to payment declined but amount deducted from my account now bank says they confirmed with merchant and said payment successful .Final status is payment deducted but ticket not booked and amount not refunded

                      I need a refund for my flight which was cancelled due to covid lockdown. Go-Air is is giving me an option to re-schedule. I do not want a re-schedule. I need a refund.

                      The reason I do not want a re-schedule is that:
                      1. firstly there are a limited number of flights operating that too at not so suitable hours.
                      2. The flights are not non-stop. While the other brands are offering flights to the same destination with zero stops.

                      Please refund my money.

                          I booked a seat on flight no. G8-175 on 31 August 2020, scheduled to depart from Lucknow (LKO) to New Delhi (DEL) at 18:35.

                          On 17 September 2020, I received an email that: For your PNR P55NVV on GoAir flight G8-175 from Lucknow (LKO) to New Delhi (DEL) on 01 Oct ’20 at 18:35 hrs has been rescheduled to depart at 22:10 hrs on 01 Oct ’20.

                          That means the flight has been postponed for 3 hours 35 minutes. That’s okay because amid this COVID-19 Pandemic, many things are beyond our control so little bit adjustments are acceptable.

                          Again on 30 September 2020 at 11:55AM, I received an email that: GoAir would like to inform you that your PNR P55NVV on G8 175 on 01 Oct ’20 from Lucknow (LKO) to New Delhi (DEL) is scheduled to depart Lucknow (LKO) at 09:20 and arrive New Delhi (DEL) at 1030.

                          That means the flight has now been preponed for 12 hours 50 minutes.

                          At a short notice of less than 24 hours, it was informed that an evening flight has been rescheduled to a morning time. October 01, 2020 (Thursday) was a working day, so it is common sense that a person is booking the evening flight so that the work/office may be attended during the day time. Without the consent of the passenger, how can the airlines decide that someone will be able to skip the office. It is a highly unprofessional and unacceptable approach. Due to the negligent policies and incompetent services, I was not able to reach Delhi on the night of October 01, 2020.

                            I want to raise request for refund at goibibo for my flight booked on 23rd may-20 but this website is not allowing me to raise complaint. Further to that, I even tried to call customer care no. & from 34 minutes, It is in queue only.
                            Due to lock-down flights were not operational, even govt. has informed to refund the money of passengers for the lock down period.
                            Till date, I have not received the money.

                            Please help me to get my money back.

                              I have a booked goair ticket on dated 15/03/2020 and pnr no/booking reference t3khjl allotted to me for travelling. Due to nationwide lockdown i couldnot performed my journey on 06/05/2020 fm jammu to patna. Now, i want to reschedule my trip from your wbsite but i am unable to do so. An error is occurred while rescheduling my flight on dtd 23/10/2020 as i want travel on the date from and to the same destination as i booked earlier. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem at earliest so that i can take n/a. I also want to say that the custoter care centre of goair is not responding to call.

                                My flight was cancelled by airline and ensured that my ticket fare is protected under go air credit shell, but when I was trying to book for another trip but I Was unable to retrieve my protected fare.
                                I was travelling from Ranchi to Ahmedabad and it was a connecting flight from Ranchi to Delhi and Delhi to Ahmedabad. Then Delhi to Ahmedabad flight got cancelled by airline.
                                As flight was cancelled by airline and not by me so I need my full refund. This is also very rude that no one responding to mails.

                                  I mr. Satish kumar gautam here by say that i had a very bad experience of go air airlines. I have booked a flight ticket dated 05/08/2020 on 03/08/2020 and my transaction was successfully done and amount rs.5575/- was debited from my account instently. I have all proof of transaction which was done by me. I have called several time to go air airlines and they refuced that the amount has not be credited in there system and also the ask me to call bankers. I also talked to my bank and they said that this transaction has been done and goair airlines has received the amount of rs.5575/-i again called goair airlines but they are still refucing the transaction. Sir, this is my hard earned money and i have full rights to get back. I request to yourself to inspect this fraud transaction by goair airlines and i need a clarification for this. I hope you will support and try to get back my money. I am enclosing the transaction detail which i got from my bank.

                                    I m suffering from your bad service.. I have booked ticket for 14.04.2020. Still i did not not get refund. I want to reschedule my flight for 01.10.2020.                                       I booked flight in go air for jouney on june 1st but due to covid it got cancelled and i am trying to contact customer care by phone and mail. But they are not at all responding and money is locked up and website is also not functioning properly for booking tickets.
                                      Credit voucher system is of no use with GOAIR. i booked tickets in many airlines.everyone accept calls and respond and refunded amount but only Goair is not responding.. trying from so many months,

                                      I want to lodge a complaint against Go Air lines the most unprofessional airlines in the Indian aviation industry.I am stunned and shocked on the behavior on the part of airlines to torture the passengers in this way and still on the worst side not even refunding the amount of the air ticket.
                                      I would go on the record to say that NO ONE SHOULD FLY GO AIR AIRLINES . ITS THE WORST AIRLINES IN INDIA.
