I did my ticket for 25 of march, but due to lockdown it got cancelled, GoAir till date have not even send any single Message about cancellation, I checked on there website it's say that you PNR is secured and you can reschedule you flight in one year with the same PNR, well it's fine I can understand the situation, but now when I have to travel back, and every Airline is operating, GoAir is not operating, no flights are shown for my destination, now how will I rebook my flight, I have sent many mgs, and called customer care, waiting for 3-5 hours on hold but there is no response, they just say our agent with respond soon, but till date no one have respond, I am reall fell up with this, I just want my money back so that I can do another flight ticket .
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
