I had booked my flight via goair from delhi to ranchi scheduled to depart on 21st august, 2020 at 09:55 am (Pnr - g7tfqz) on 14th august, 2020 and got the confirmation mail and sms stating the flight number, journey date and time. All of them were as opted by me.

Later that day i generated my itinerary from their website and got the printout.

Today (18th august, 2020) they suddenly sent me a mail stating that the flight is scheduled to depart on 22nd august 2020. The mail nowhere indicated that it has been rescheduled or anything like that. It was a cleverly drafted mail and was intended to look like a normal confirmation email. Facts were cleverly not mentioned.

I visited their website immediately to find out that no flights are being operated by goair that day. When i tried to go for cancellation so that i would book my flight via some other airline as the journey on the above mentioned date was very important for me., i was offered around rs. 600 as refund.

The goair customer care does't respond to any calls.

All of this rescheduling was done without any information, intimation or consent due to which i am stuck wasting both time and money. I am a doctor by profession.

Later i had to book tickets in another airline costing me extra money and stress.

I am attaching the screenshots of all the emails supporting the facts told by me.

This a clear cut violation of consumer rights and ethical business norms.

Goair should be held accountable for this criminal act and i should get the compensation for my losses caused due to not being able to travel and extra stay.

So i request you to look into the matter and take the action required so that acts like these do not become routinely common in the civil aviation industry in india.

The airlines have responded with a confirmation email about receiving the complaint. They will respond in a few days according to the email.

A fraud calling from number [protected] pretending from this site called me and used my card to transact money .

No help received till date not even the promised refund! pathetic service by goair.. never gonna fly in go air and also abstain all my friends and known people from doing it!!

    I booked flight goair on 10/08/2020 after that they gave me pnr credit which i dont because my parents are stuck in rajasthan i called so many times they havent recived call all the time they misusing covid -19 issue i want refund my whole amount to my acc

      I had booked a ticket from lucknow to delhi in your flight no g8-2510 having the pnr no n6lsvc for 25th august 2020 at 0855 hrs

      On 24th august 2020 i got the message and automated call from go air that the flight has been cancelled and after that i tried to call customer care many times but no one had responded.

      On 25th morning i got a call from boarding team that the flight is operational. The availability of mine in delhi was the atmost important for my family but due to this irresponsible approach i could not reached on time.

      Now tell me who is responsible for this mental trauma and harassments which have faced during this time? Who is responsible the extra money which i have paid for the booking of another flight?

      Even after having the complaint no g[protected] which i got on 24th aug-20 itself no one has responded. Even while i am calling to their call center firstly they pick the call at least after 20 mins and after listening the issue they disconnect the call.

      What is this behavior? Is this is something which is very responsible? You are holding the money of someone and you are not responding, this is shameful...

        I was booked a flight ticket by Goair lines on 03 Jul 2020 from Bangalore to Pune which was scheduled for 28 Jul 2020. PNR number O78N7M and booking ID [protected]. After few days the flight was cancelled by it self. So that ticket was cancelled. But the refund amount not received till date. Please solve it.

          I did my ticket for 25 of march, but due to lockdown it got cancelled, GoAir till date have not even send any single Message about cancellation, I checked on there website it's say that you PNR is secured and you can reschedule you flight in one year with the same PNR, well it's fine I can understand the situation, but now when I have to travel back, and every Airline is operating, GoAir is not operating, no flights are shown for my destination, now how will I rebook my flight, I have sent many mgs, and called customer care, waiting for 3-5 hours on hold but there is no response, they just say our agent with respond soon, but till date no one have respond, I am reall fell up with this, I just want my money back so that I can do another flight ticket .

            We have booked two flights from hyderabad to chandigarh for my wife and mother-in-law. Our flights have been canceled many times, and there is no flight showing in goair before 21 sept 2020.

            I'm taking follow since feb 2020 but there is no single response from nodel office and ms. Vida d'souzam.

            I want to take a refund of my money, so request to you please help.

            Hi, I got one fake call & email from [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected].
            They has asked any UPI payment, will ask about your PNR no and booked ticket amount.
            After that they said, they will provide you voucher same time and give it. For voucher, you need to use any UPI payment option to activate it, I used google pay and they have given me "[protected]@okicici" and asked to enter amount and in comment put "RFC REFUND" and enter your pin. I didn' t put the UPI pin and save me from this trap.

              I have booked a flight departure date 1 september 2020, the fight was cancelled by the airlines and asked us to save the PNR for 1 year,

              My husband has to travel on emergency from ahemdabad to Jaipur and he will of course travel from any other airline so there is no way to extend the PNR

              The customer care is so pathetic, the call goes on and on, the PNR number for the same is W67BVF we want our full refund as soon as possible, such a pathetic service by go air is not expected at all

                Hi,

                I have to receive refund of rs 7394/- from go air yet to be confirmed by you because pnr x3543l on goair flight g8-404 from varanasi (Vns) to bengaluru (Blr) on[protected] at 12:20 hrs is cancelled. Kindly check and initiate refund as early as possible. I am not interested to travel in the future also.

                  I am trying to reach GoAir for the last 6 months for my rescheduling flight but the call is stuck on IVR for 2 hours. GoAir- you need to fix this. This is not expected from an airline company. You cannot ghost your customers and call yourselves India's most trusted Airlines. You guys are India's LEAST trusted Airlines until you don't fix your customer centric approach. I need a call back urgently.

                        Flight between doha and mumbai (Return tickets) were cancelled due to covid. Inspite of repeated reminders, go air is not refunding the ticket amount. Instead offering travel shield which is if no use to me.

                          I am horrified at the kind of service goair provides, to say the least. I had a booking in flight g8-2601 on the 5th of june 2020 from mumbai to nagpur. My pnr is iblsqa. I got a message from go-air on the 3rd of june that my flight was cancelled and that i will get a full refund if i call on these 2 useless numbers given below

                          [protected]
                          I understand that due to the pandemic situation, they may be getting a huge volume of calls, but it can't be the case that the numbers are never reachable!!!
                          I even sent a e-mail on the email id [protected]@goair.in and i was told that one of their agents would contact me, but no one contacted me.. I again sent a mail 17 hours before the scheduled departure of my flight. But, as expected, no response.
                          I tried filing for a refund on goair website, but there is no option of refund on their website. Why don't they have an option of refund when they know that it's impossible to approach them i any which way!!!
                          I then rescheduled my flight for the 9th of june as that was the only option to make sure that my money doesn't go waste. But, voila!! I got an automated call which told me that this flight was cancelled too!!
                          Now, my web check-in is also stuck halfway, and it is asking me to contact the above 2 useless numbers to de-select my seats!! I mean, why???!!!
                          Pathetic service i have ever seen. Just guzzling up people's hard earned money. Don't ever travel by goair.. They are fraudsters!!
                          One more thing, i was also supposed to get 1048/- rs. As a difference of fare when i rescheduled my flight. There is no clarity given as to how would i get back this amount??

                              Due to this pandemic as all the flights were cancelled, i was unable to travel.
                              Upon asking for refund, goair is not entertaining my query. I have been chasing them since couple of months but i have never heard back from them. I have tried to reach them over the call, sent them multiple emails, tweeted many a times but i never got a response.

                                I took Goair flight so many times but this time i really faced deep problem and difficultly just because of chosen you.
                                I book round trip from srinagar to delhi 6 june 20 and back to srinagar from delhi on 15 june 20. I reached delhi comfortably but my return flight which was scheduled on 15 june was cancelled without prior information and intimation. I booked another ticket for 1july2020 but again my flight was cancelled that is so ridiculous. As per your and govt policy that amount will be safe till 1year, if flight was cancelled due to corona Now i want to book my ticket from srinagar to delhi but not able, when i reach payment page no balance show against my PNR S8ZL6Z as per site and govt policy in corona my pnr is protected.
                                Now tell me how can i rebook my ticket.by using my unused ticket balance

                                  Hv booked go air flight from delhi to kochi on 06 jun and my pnr no. Is u6zu4c and r2w14l. I want my full refund on above mentioned pnr tickets. I am defense personnel and i reached at my duty station, by another airline bacause your airline is not working and i am not going to fly anywhere for next 2 years,, so i can't use your credit shell. So it's request to refund my money as soon as possible.
                                  I already registered complaint several times but didn't get any reply. Only get aknowledgement no. Latest aknowledgement no. Is g[protected].

                                    Domestic flight booking has cancelled from airline, travel date has been auto updated to flying date in september without any prior approval and intimation..
                                    I wrote couple of mails but getting no response from "admin goair" mailbox.

                                    Please provide a complete refund for the ticket instead of future travel date.

                                      I booked a flight of go air for 10/08/2020 from delhi to bombay. I received a message from the airline the flight has been rescheduled for 11/08/2020 (Message received): as i have to go on 10/08/2020 due to some urgency, the schedule for 11/08/2020 is useless for me. Therefore i booked another flight ticket for bombay and get my job done. The details are as follows:

                                      As you could notice the date of travel was 10/08/2020 and i have mail for refund on 09/08/2020. But the airline is not responding positively till 14/08/2020.
