Due to this pandemic as all the flights were cancelled, I was unable to travel.
Upon asking for refund, GoAir is not entertaining my query. I have been chasing them since couple of months but I have never heard back from them. I have tried to reach them over the call, sent them multiple emails, tweeted many a times but I never got a response.

Below is the detail of journey.

    I booked a flight ticket from delhi to varanasi for date 12 jun 2020, however, the flight was cancelled for unknown reason. Now i am trying to book another ticket from varanasi to delhi, using the option of pnr credit, but the system is saying 'no account found or balance'.

          I booked a flight through goair from nagpur to mumbai which was scheduled to fly on[protected].
          Pnr k2bw6l, goair flight g8-2607.

          The email was sent on[protected] that the flight is cancelled. I did not recieve any refund for the same.

          Ideally there should be full refund.

            I had brought the ticket (Pnr: z7up9m) of goair airlines from delhi to calcutta (Both ways). The flight got cancelled due to lockdown and i could not travel and i don't know when i have to travel in future. But i didn't get any refund of the ticket and i have already dropped the email regarding this 8 days ago and i didn't get any response of that as well. I just want my full refund.

            I did not get any response from your side. GoAir flight is pathetic i will never travel through GoAir anymore also i will never suggest anyone about this flight.

              My flight booked for 19 july 2020 from new delhi to patna and flight got cancelled by the airline flight no is g8-2511 and the traveller names are neha priya, satyam gupta and arya gupta. When the flight got cancelled by the airline so the total amount should be refunded.

                Subject:- goair airline is neither issuing refund of my air ticket amount i. E. Rs. 7007/- nor responding
                Anything.
                Dear sir,
                I wish to draw your kind attention regarding my refund issue, the facts are as following:-
                (1) i booked my goair flight ticket through happyeasygo agency to fly from srinagar to lucknow bearing pnr-yf5znh on 23/05/2020.
                (2) goair has cancelled my flight bearing pnr-yf5znh which was scheduled on 07/06/2020, at the evening of 05/06/2020. So that i rescheduled my ticket to fly on 08/06/2020. Cancellation sms received from goair airline is enclosed.
                (3) goair airline has again cancelled my flight on 6 june 2020 at evening bearing pnr-yf5znh which was scheduled on 08/06/2020. Cancellation sms received from goair airline is enclosed.
                (4) the applicant was stuck in srinagar for more than 03 months due to national lockdown, but due to the wrong attitude of goair airlines, the applicant suffered extreme mental pain and suffered financial loss.
                (5) since my flight ticket was cancelled by goair airlines for flights related to pnr-yf5znh scheduled on 07/06/2020 & 08/06/2020, that's why i cancelled my ticket by visiting the booking agency (Happyeasygo website) on 06/06/2020. Happyeasygo agency responded and said that the credit shell of this pnr-yf5znh has been created by goair airlines and refunds are not being accepted. Therefore, you should contact goair airlines directly.
                (6) so that, on 25/06/2020, the applicant sent an email to goair airline, stating that my flight ticket bearing pnr-yf5znh should be cancelled, while mentioning that "i no longer have to travel" and the entire amount of this ticket i. E. Rs.7007, to be transferred to my original account. On which, admin goair sent me an email saying that his agent will contact me soon and allotted a service request number-g[protected].
                (7) even after more than one and half months have passed, no one has responded and neither has any the agent contacted the applicant. Then the applicant again requested to provide his refund rs.7007/- to admin goair and feedback @ goair.in through email on 07/07/2020 but till date no reply was given by goair nor my refund was refunded.
                (8) i also want to bring for your kind consideration that i have called both their (Goair) helpline numbers-[protected] & [protected] many times, so the automatic system keeps saying for a while after that the phone call is disconnected automatically.
                Therefore i request to you that making necessary intervention in the above context kindly make a huge effort to get the amount of rs.7007/- as refund in my original account. For this, the i will be thankful for life.

                      I had booked tickets on goair for 7 passengers from bengaluru to mumbai. The travel date was 9th june protected. The flight operations had started till then but still goair cancelled the flight and they sent a mail stating that they would offer a full refund as they have cancelled the flight from their end. Since then im trying to contact goair constantly through customer care and mails but they are not replying or responding. The only time they picked up the phone, their customer executive straight away refused for the refund and disconnected the call. I want my money back. Please help i wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon. The details of the passengers and pnr are attached below.

                        I, vishal kohli would like to bring this to your kind notice that my ticket for the sector delhi-goa-delhi was scheduled for 5th august dep & return on 9th aug 2020 with pnr no o96zwj & gfiktr.
                        Flight was cancelled by the airline on 20th july.
                        It was a family trip and now looking into the current situation i don't want to get life of my family in danger by travelling our of state.
                        I need refund but goair has given credit shell.
                        I've lost my job in april due to covid and in urgent need of money to pay my dues.

                          Gud evening sir,
                          I have booked my air ticket from chandigarh to srinagar on 21st june. My pnr is c7znkm in g8-911. This flight is cancelled by goair. I m trying to contact customer care but there is no positive response. There is no refund for my airticket. Its more then one and half month there is no response.

                              Hi, team we have booked ticket for 5 family member, but due to some reason goair cancelled there flight.. We have been asked to reschedule, they are not ready to accommodate us in same day or next day flight.. We have been forced to pay additional amount + taxes + convenience fee which we have already paid 1st time of booking..

                                I have booked a flight ticket for my wife from delhi to bangalore for 19th march 2020. The flight was cancelled by airlines over telephone but did not send any txt message even after repeated request. Finally, they send an email when visit their counter at delhi airport...                                   Hello,

                                  I had made a goair roundtrip flight booking from delhi - mumbai in april, which was cancelled. I rebooked the flight for july which again got cancelled. Further i booked it for august and now again it got cancelled. I have paid for the fare difference each time. The traveler includes a senior citizen.
                                  With no response from call center or email support we are left no where to go.

                                        I have book my flight G8 2506 from Mumbai to Chandigarh with PNR no. P6GMMC for 29 jul 20. But it rescheduled so many times and I have to go urgently my home. So I want to try to talk customer care so many times. But no response I got even waiting more than 30 minutes every times. I am very disappointed and I want to take my full money back as soon as possible. Thank u.
