Kindly note i have booked a flight through goair of 1st june under pnr no. Q7qjhm from mum-del, the flight got cancelled by airline at last hours & the customer (Means myself) has no information till i banged my head. Aftwards, they assured me of generating pnr credit immediately to re book my flight. I accepted that also but 72 hrs were gone, no pnr credit was available, only received a fake/ bogus/ empty email from goair stating "you can now rebook your flight with pnr credit" but when i tried, it was nothing credited. As my traveling was urgent so i immediately booked another flight & reached my destination. Afterwards, it has been now 60days almost, i am chasing goair for my full refund. I have written 100 emails, msgs on fb, twitters etc but neither their customercare dept responds nor senior team of goair. It seems, they are cheating their customers badly as 60days are enough to generate full refund. Sometimes they come up with trivial excuses such as as dgft did not approve to fly that flight. If dgft did not approve that flight how come goair or their aggregator yatra.com was taking booking of that or those flights, why those flights were flashing on their platforms?? It's not customer's fault. I have booked & i have paid fully so they need to refund as per the norms of civil aviation. Then lately they pushed for taking pnr credit for future but that is not required, as neither i am going to travel again through that segment during this pandemic situation, nor it would same number of passengers, therefore, i have been requesting & requesting so far to them to give my full refund back but it seems all my grievances are falling on deaf ears. Please help urgently to safeguard our interest & impress upon the airline to give my refund asap. Even they have sent me a full refund credit note on 21st june 2020 but to date, no actual amt is credited in my account. It was all fake & scam.

      With reference to your reply about sector change is permitted.
      It is intimated that, my guest who lives in Village and never goes too
      long out side. She came to Chennai along with my brother in law to look
      after my hospitalised wife. My brother in law returned just after dropping
      her. The flight was booked due to on going korona pandemic problems to send
      her back. After cancellation of Booked Flight she went back by train to her
      Village and she will never come back to Chennai. After few month I will
      also go permanently from here to other place on posting as I'm in
      transferable service . Therefore it is evident that the passenger for whom
      the flight was booked not going to travel in future at all. Now once again
      it's humbly requested that my booking amount is to be refunded immediately
      as I needed it for my sick wife to meet hospital expenditures.
      The need full action from your end will help me a lot.

      going to travel by air first time along with one of my friend. Today we

      the flight cancellation message and we booked another flight on urgent
      basis as no GoAir flight is available in next 15 days. There is least
      chance that she will travel in next one year or so . As she usually
      doesn't
      move even out of her district. So please refund my money as soon as
      possible because your "rebooking offer in next one year" is waste for me.
      Please consider my case else l have to file complaint in consumer court
      and
      CIVIL AVIATION.

          This complaint is strictly for go airlines company which i am doing here after hectic follow-ups. Since i have two journey for which i had booked ticket with pnr reference number x69u6c and because this lockdown situation flight cancelled and there is no need to travel now, even since after that i got an email from go air that your amount will be refunded and same i have forwarded to customer care and even calling them from 2 months, they are not even picking up any calls nor they are replying to my follow-up emails. My total amount of rs.6791 is stuck with this worst go airlines which i am seeing now. I am attaching all the screenshot and mentioning date of journey from which flight is cancelled

          1. Pnr reference number - x69u6c - flight 3was scheduled on 7th may from mumbai-to-ranchi and it got cancelled still no refund received.
          2. Pnr reference number - e6iz8m - flight was scheduled on 01-june-2020 from ranchi-to-mumbai and it got cancelled still no refund received.

          My humble request please take necessary action and allow my hardwork money to refund to me.

            Hi Sir/ Madam, I\'m trying to get in touch with the call center of GoAir Airlines and none of the calls have been received. I understand that during a pandemic there is more demand but that doesn't mean there is no service provided. I have an emergency and I have to fly but the flight is postponed without any intimation. I have been calling the customer care for almost 48 mins no response, 2 hours and then I have been on call from my friends number there is no response as they cut the call within a few seconds. This is not the way you treat your customer when they are in dire need of help. I have an emergency as I have left my home and have no place to stay in Bangalore and booked a flight accordingly for 21st July and I need to be home soon. Please take a strict action against this fraud and request them to rebook my flight with some other airlines. I am not in staying well here in Bangalore. There is no such treatment we have received from any other airlines. Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you.

              I had booked my air  tickets via clear trip booking site for GO AIR airlines 404 Trip ID[protected] flying from new delhi to varanasi for 10th of April 2020 with Go Airline PNR No P56VFF for three passengers namely Ms Himani Shali, Ms Rachna Pandeya and Ms Suman Rani.As a law abiding citizen we had canceled the tickets as per the instructions of GOI on imposition of countrywide lockdown due to spread of Covid19.

              Sir looking at current situation, we won't be able to travel uptill next year due to some health issues and therefore I request you to kindly refund my money back to my account.                   Pnr j3ujji chandigarh to mumbai 29 june 2020 11.30 am flight the flight was rescheduled to 13 september 2020 and not at all notified me and then i used to reschedule it from site but then they cancelled it from their site and told i can reschedule but when i tried to reschedule again it didn’t allow i have paid 10, 834 rupees and not even getting response. Why should i pay to a flight that did to fly at all they have to refund even the nodal officer of goalie is not responding i want refund

                    We booked one pnr(QYEFFT) for travel to Varanasi to cochin on travel date 20th July 2020. But Airline has outbound this itinerary to 13th September 2020. Party not willing to travel that date. So please arrange full refund as early as possible.

                        This is to inform you that i have booked my flight on 10th of july 2020 from goa to varanasi on "g8 381 from goa to mumbai" and on "g8 349 from mumbai to varanasi". Pnr f2r1rl
                        But due to cancellation of flight from your side i have not been able to travel to my destiny. There is no refund option coming in your website. Only the "change booking" option was coming, which i could not do as i had to reach my home urgently. Also, no calls were picked up from your side at goair call centre. This is very poor service you are offering to customers.
                        So, its a request to you to refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I have booked flight for sxr- blr wide pnr F5Q6PC, my flight was cancelled by airline itself.they were asking to reschedule the ticket instead rescheduling i cancelled my trip .For the past 2 months i am asking for refund via emails, they didn’t respond even for a single mail.Kindly initate my refund or else give me ticket for the same sector.

                            Since four month, we are awaiting for the refunds of 13604 with interest as flight has not operated on that day.

                            Please arrange to process the refund the full amount in my account as soon as possible .

                            I don't want to reschedule the flight as we don't have any future travel plan in coming 2-3 years .so please arrange to refund the complete amount as soon as possible to my account.

                                In march first week my parents and our relatives total 14 pax
                                Group was gone for pilgrimage to kolkata by train.

                                In return have booked flight for them only for to take experience of flight journey.

                                Below pnr for go air my parents and other relatives suppose to travel on 18 march 2020 from kolkata to ahmedabad

                                On 17 march 2020 evening we were informed by go air that the flight is cancelled which we booked for my parents and other group.

                                We have find the best alternate is flight only because train was full and we were unable to book train, so we have choose indigo flight as alternate because covid situation was worst that time.
                                Go air have cancelled flight due to covid 19 and indigo have successfully flown that time even covid 19 was very active in india.

                                On 17 and 18 march i have received call from go air kolkata office asking me if we want full refund or not. I had informed them to process full refund. And i have booked indigo flight instead of go air.

                                Now go air is providing us pnr protection instead of full refund.
                                I and my agent had make lots of mail and tweets and calls but not getting positive reply from them.
                                Go air is offering credit shell and pressuring us to use that credit shell in our next booking.

                                All 14 pax are aged and not able to take the flight journey next time.

                                We are not in fault as the indigo operated successfully on 18 march and go air is cancelled then only fault is of go air. And go air must give us the refund only and not any credit shell.

                                After lots of mails, tweets and calls we seems that go air is testing our patience since last 3 months and not giving any reply on mail and tweets.

                                I am doing this last mail as request for refund. If i will not get reply or refund within 1 week then i will take the legal action against the go air.

                                  My pnr no is ifquvr. Email id - [protected]@gmail.com. Goair sent cancellation message on 08 july 20 evening. My money was not refunded and given option for reschedule the ticket. My financial condition is bad. I don't want credit shell. I want refund. I emailed to goair on 09 july 20 but no response.

The said ticket was booked for my guest "Lakshami" who has already gone by train as there were no GoAir flights available in July and August. Further she will not travel again, so how can I avail my money. This is very bad practice of GoAir airlines of first booking tickets and then cancels and not returning money. In this way they are looting money from us. Because many people do not require to travel in future.

                                  I had lodged a complaint on the DGCA website on 15 July 2020, for which I did not received satisfactory disposal but a routine forwarding of an email from Goair refusing refund. and the case is showing as closed on the website. I even endorsed a copy of this email to the CVO, DGCA, so they can enquire how the case was closed without positively looking at a common man's complaint against a giant corporate airline and to give me proper justice. But no response. No response from PMO also. who is the appellate authority to resolve complaints against officials of DCA itself?

                                  I need my money to be refund back full as my guest passanger for whom tickets was booked allready went back to her home. She is not going to travel in future also on this booked ticket. Hance holding my money for future travel is not justified. The amount to be returen back without further delay.

                                    I have booked flight for 2nd june from nagpur to pune in feb 2020. And i have tried to contact goair for cancellation but was unable to do so. And i had to reschedule my flight to 26th jan 2021 as i didn't had any other options as no cancel tab was available then on goair website. Now i am trying to cancel the flight and refund amount shows rs -1978 (Negative). When the flight was cancelled why i am not eligible for refund this seems to be unfair, i want to cancel and get the refund.

                                      I haven't got my refund from go air

                                      Before the lockdown 1 i booked a go air flight G8-1802 from bangalore to port blair for 20th of march. But the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself and was not able to connect to the customer support.
                                      It's been 4 months and i haven't received any refund. I booked the tickets from my amazon account....

                                      Respected sir,

                                      In march first week my parents and our relatives total 14 pax
                                      Group was gone for pilgrimage to kolkata by train.

                                      In return have booked flight for them only for to take experience of flight journey.

                                      Below pnr for go air my parents and other relatives suppose to travel on 18 march 2020 from kolkata to ahmedabad

                                      On 17 march 2020 evening we were informed by go air that the flight is cancelled which we booked for my parents and other group.

                                      We have find the best alternate is flight only because train was full and we were unable to book train, so we have choose indigo flight as alternate because covid situation was worst that time.
                                      Go air have cancelled flight due to covid 19 and indigo have successfully flown that time even covid 19 was very active in india.

                                      On 17 and 18 march i have received call from go air kolkata office asking me if we want full refund or not. I had informed them to process full refund. And i have booked indigo flight instead of go air.

                                      Now go air is providing us pnr protection instead of full refund.
                                      I and my agent had make lots of mail and tweets and calls but not getting positive reply from them.
                                      Go air is offering credit shell and pressuring us to use that credit shell in our next booking.

                                      All 14 pax are aged and not able to take the flight journey next time.

                                      We are not in fault as the indigo operated successfully on 18 march and go air is cancelled then only fault is of go air. And go air must give us the refund only and not any credit shell.

                                      After lots of mails, tweets and calls we seems that go air is testing our patience since last 3 months and not giving any reply on mail and tweets.

                                      I am doing this last mail as request for refund. If i will not get reply or refund within 1 week then i will take the legal action against the go air.
                                      GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
