There is no response from the company till now. Today I received one message from them but they are not Refunding and saying same thing as they were telling before.

GoAir does everything possible to adhere to published flight schedules. However, there are times when circumstances beyond our control make changes inevitable.
As per policy, you can use the value of your ticket for travel on a future date and for the same sector up to one year from original date of travel. There will be a one-time waiver of change fees, but fare difference, if any, will be applicable. You can use our website www.goair.in or app to reschedule all impacted bookings, even if your booking was made through a travel agent.

It is my humble request that my money should be refunded. The said ticket was booked for my guest "Lakshami" who has already gone by train as there were no GoAir flights available in July and August. Further she will not travel again, so how can I avail my money. This is very bad practice of GoAir airlines of first booking tickets and then cancels and not returning money. In this way they are looting money from us. Because many people do not require to travel in future.
I like to Inform you that I have booked this flight for my gest who come for one time to visit Chennai and they are not going to come back in future. Hence I couldn't be able to use this amount in future. Therefore it is requested to return my money.
Further I like to brought in your knowledge Chennai-Jaipur is not my hometown sector therefore it is not possible to plan any journey by air in this sector.
