I purchased air ticket from go air before 4 months to travel from dmm to cnn.
Travel date was 27 may 2020. Due to the international flight ban followed by the covid 19 pandemic, i got intimation from go air through email to reschedule the ticket 14 days in advance (To reschedule without fine). So i rescheduled to 12 june 2020, hoping that the international travel ban shall be lifted by this date. The fare difference not received till...

I booked a ticket for 17 april with pnr number i5wrws. It has been cancelled due to the nation wide lockdown. According to the government rules they have to pay me full refund. But as of now i didn't get one...

Goair - the airline doesn't want to communicate on neither mail nor any executive available on phone.
5 tickets have been cancelled during national lockdown and 1 ticket has been cancelled during cyclone in mumbai.
Some of the tickets have been booked through makemytrip and rest booked through paytm.

They have just given me a request no.-g[protected]Cancelled during lockdown) g[protected]Cancelled due to cyclone)...

I have received a message that my flight g8-172 from pune to new delhi has been cancelled. I am calling customer care since and since the call is going on and on but there is no response.. It's very pathetic.
I need to get full refund. I am unable to understand what type of service is this..
I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.....

I had booked goair flight on 21st may, pnr#t5kvjf for travelling on 6th june 2020.
I had lost my job and vacated my house and living at my friend's house, just 2 days before they cancelled my flight and demanded extra 6000/- for rebook, as i had no option, i gave them extra money.
Still they again cancelled my flight 3rd time, somehow contacted their customer care after lot of trying, they told me this time...

I had booked a flight from delhi to bengaluru on 8th june with goair. They cancelled it on 6th night and didn't give a refund or a different flight to rebook. As it was emergency trip for me i had to rebook with different airlines. They never pick up their customer support. My money is gone. Please help.

I have booked ticket on 7th april through mmt mob app for kolkata to ahmedabad for dtd 15th april 2020 by goair flight g8-537 with pnr-m4j4xi. But due to lockdown flight cancelled and my money stucked for almost 3 months. No any sufficiant reply by airlines given even just shows the status pending. So its really cheep....

My client had booked a flight from kolkata (Ccu) to bagdogra (Ixb) with goair, the principal agent being m/s kafila holidays. The flight no. Was g8-538 with pnr byypgq and the travel date being 03/06/2020.
The booking was made under corporate booking as per the airlines' terms which allows full refund upon booking cancellations.
I tried to communicate with the airlines on their customer care numbers but the calls remained unanswered...

@goair worst airlines i ever seen, continuously flight getting canceled and my money stuck thrice. Now i have to go with another airlines with huge amount (As its emergency and i have to travel). Why the hell you have given customer care no, when there is no one to assist? At least have some courtesy to reply...

Dear sir,

My trip was planned from goa to new delhi on 30 apr 2020. But my flight cancelled by go air due to lock down in country due to covid-19.
So company protect my booking amount in credit shell instead of refund in my account.
Credit shell validity is one year. While i am unable to plan my travel at least one year. So there is no mean of credit shell.
