customer care is not responding.

My go-air flight was on 1-july 2020. Now its been cancelled and i'm trying to contact the customer service from last 12 hours continuosly but they are not picking up the call. Also the next go-air flight is 7-8 days later its too late for me. Atleast provide me tickets in some other airlines or provide me a refund.
The customer care is not even responding calls or emails. Also the nodal officer is not responding the mail....

full refund not credited even though flight was cancelled for pnr g7mrhz

We booked this goair flight from pune to chd via irctc but the flight got cancelled.
Inr 14910 which was paid via agent is now refunded but 600 inr that was paid directly to goair for rescheduling as the flight got cancelled for the initial booked date is still not refunded.
Pfa screenshot which mentions that inr14910 along with inr600, so total of inr15510 will be refunded.

change of flight without information

Flight cancellation against UB3S7Q

I have booked tickets from Mumbai to Indore on 7th March 2020. The travel dates were 23rd May 2020. Due to nationwide lockdown Go Air cancelled flight on 23rd May but have not refunded the booking amount. Refund of tickets

I’m writing on behalf of mr krishna das who had a ticket booked from calcutta to mumbai and was supposed to fly on the 22nd of march. His pnr is w96dgj and the flight number was g[protected].
The lockdown was announced on that date and hence the flight was cancelled and he couldn’t fly back.
As i’m checking on go air website there are no flights from calcutta to mumbai in the coming days, nor is there any information available....

regarding my full refund of pnr p6kfuc of 08 june 2020 in srinagar to goa

Flight has been cancelled by go air and i didn't get full refund or credit shell of pnr in my account.

Also, goair is not providing proper information to their customer. I have dropped 6-7 mails to

Refund and rebooking

My flight had been cancelled two times .first 11th June and after rescheduled on13 june .My money is also blocked for a specific one operator . Neither I can book another operator flight nor can book on Goair. customer care numbers are always busy (i.e [protected] and[protected] . I had also tweeted but no response. Me and my family have been stuck in Mumbai for the last one month due to cancellation of tickets.
Now i see the flight...

no refund for cancelled goair flight

My goair flight g8-2519 from new delhi (Del) to nagpur (Nag) on[protected] was cancelled by goair. I received a message from goair stating that i have been given a voucher for the cancelled goair flight, which can be used on the same sector for upto 1 year. Hi for booking idnf[protected] i had booked goair flight g8-404 for 10th june 2020 with pnr r4bufi but the flight got cancelled by airlines and goair sent us msg saying our pnr is saved with them and we can rebook the flight with same names.

Now my concern is since the travel date is already gone hence when i go on go air website to reschedule or change the booking the option is not available. Sine the refund is not given...

Refund for cancelled ticket

My travel was scheduled for 20th june, 20 via go air from mumbai to chandigarh. Just 2 days prior my ticket is cancelled without giving a valid reason as to why and there were no alternate flights available for the rest of the coming days. Not only was there the risk of getting stranded in a city during covid but i ended up paying more than double the price of the original ticket via another airlines. Flight ticket cancellation

I had purchased ticket for my mother through go air (Pnr mcts2x) to travel from abudhabi to kannur. The booking was rescheduled thrice due to cancellation of flights (5th may, 17th may and 19th june respectively). My mother was repatriated to india last week by vande bharat mission.
