My flight had been cancelled two times .first 11th June and after rescheduled on13 june .My money is also blocked for a specific one operator . Neither I can book another operator flight nor can book on Goair. customer care numbers are always busy (i.e [protected] and[protected] . I had also tweeted but no response. Me and my family have been stuck in Mumbai for the last one month due to cancellation of tickets.
Now i see the flight for next month but can not see my refunded amount.
customer care numbers are always in waiting.i tried daily 2 to 3 times and also money is deducted for waiting (approx i spend 500 in waiting calls.
I also mail to nodal officer and other mail ids but no response just auto generated acknowledgement mail received .Nobody cares and response . I am fully frustrated .
No response from any one neither on mail nor on tweeter and also not getting any call from goair.Is anybody who cares the peoples.
Kindly refund my money otherwise book my ticket.so that i can send my family to home

    My goair flight g8-2519 from new delhi (Del) to nagpur (Nag) on[protected] was cancelled by goair. I received a message from goair stating that i have been given a voucher for the cancelled goair flight, which can be used on the same sector for upto 1 year. I want to bring to your notice that i have no plans to use the voucher. Therefore, i ask you to kindly direct goair to refund my hard-earned money that i paid for the service which goair failed to provide. Otherwise, this will be tantamount to theft/daylight robbery.

    Please help.

      Hi for booking idnf[protected] i had booked goair flight g8-404 for 10th june 2020 with pnr r4bufi but the flight got cancelled by airlines and goair sent us msg saying our pnr is saved with them and we can rebook the flight with same names.

      Now my concern is since the travel date is already gone hence when i go on go air website to reschedule or change the booking the option is not available. Sine the refund is not given by airlines hence i tried calling goair but the call just goes on answering machine and no one replies to call. Hence i cudnt book ticket. As i cudnt wait anymore hence after no help for rebooking from mmt and goair i had to book other tickets and call my people.

      As there is no name change also provided for rebooking so i want refund back as the tickets booked were for my employees whom we don’t have send again... So what is the use even if the pnr saved for year. When the time was their to use pnr at that time no one helped so now i want my money back.

      Now i am really frustrated and will file complaint against airlines for stealing my money in name of booking and not providing any customer support.

      Also same for makemytrip as well as this is their responsibility to look after. This is 14th time i am raising query but i haven’t received any proper reply for same. Last time when customer support person called he said he will check and let me know but later no one is responding.

      Very shameful support i am getting form makemytrip and no support from goair...

      Call me on [protected] to resolve.

        My travel was scheduled for 20th june, 20 via go air from mumbai to chandigarh. Just 2 days prior my ticket is cancelled without giving a valid reason as to why and there were no alternate flights available for the rest of the coming days. Not only was there the risk of getting stranded in a city during covid but i ended up paying more than double the price of the original ticket via another airlines. Go air sent a promotional mail saying if they are unable to accomodate in an alternate flight, they will refund the entire anount. But now they are not replying to mails or tweets. This is highly unfair in uncertain times like these.

          I have been trying to contact go air customer service but no response. My flight has been canceled and i requested for refund because to the same sector i would not be able to travel in one year. Therefore protecting my booking (Pnr) for one year is not going to benefits and i will loose my money as well.

            I had purchased ticket for my mother through go air (Pnr mcts2x) to travel from abudhabi to kannur. The booking was rescheduled thrice due to cancellation of flights (5th may, 17th may and 19th june respectively). My mother was repatriated to india last week by vande bharat mission.

            Recently, i had sent few emails requesting for cancellation and refund, the only response from your side was an email with complaint number (G[protected] & g[protected]. I had sent compliant emails to [protected]@goair.in & appellateauthority, but no use.

            Its clearly evident that customers has no rights and go air is looting money from us.

              Goair has worst service.
              Flight has been cancelled by go air and i didn't get full refund or credit shell of pnr in my account.

              Also, goair is not providing proper information to their customer. I have dropped 6-7 mails to
              [protected]@goair.in but no response from them. Also, i have tried customer care but no one responded.

              Please find below last message which i received from goair but i haven't found any pnr balance or refund.

                    Aging flight booked through goibibo due to urgency pnr r6ft8p date 06/06/2020 flight cancelled by you flight number is g8391 again flight cancelled by you

                    Please note that due to covid peoples already facing salary problems and common /middle class person never prefer to go by air its really costly difficult but due to covid-19 and urgency to reach at family booked ticket twice from different agent and no any future plan to travel
                    Please if amount not return by you its really hard to overcome that loss i will try every option possible

                    1) i will came at your bombay office
                    2) try to option for getting money return back
                    3) try for media/social media or whatever possible

                    Many time mail send to you and also try to call but not received by customer care

                      I have booked ticket on 29 feb first for 26 april 2020, but flight cancelled due to lock down. Then i have rescheduled on 6th june. On 6th june agian

                      But not cancelling option. As per my requirement and fare high on alternative days i have not rescheduled. Now neither reschedule option is

                          This is an example of extortion & exploitation of customer in such a
                          Pandemic times. I booked a ticket from hyderabad to lucknow via delhi
                          For 21st april 2020, which had to reschedule from 21st april to 11th
                          May because of lockdown & for this i had to pay an additional fee of
                          298/-. This ticket was also automatically cancelled because of
                          Extension of lockdown. Now, go-air says that you may book the tickets
                          From that reserved amount of ticket in future within an year &
                          Currently they don’t have any ticket available to book. Moreover, in
                          Such a pandemic situation, i had lost my job. So, it's not possible
                          For me to do another costlier ticket or to let this money (2964 + 298
                          Ie.3262/-) to be held with go-air for future bookings because i know
                          That within a year it will not be possible for me to travel by air.
                          So, i request you to please refund my ticket amount so that i can use
                          It for my necessities in this hard time. Is this a time to enjoy with
                          The interest earned by the money of innocent passengers?

                          They refunded 298/- balance they left with yatra. From yatra 2905/- received but they are charging 300/- as online fees that's quite absurd in this pandemic.

                            Worst experience ever while flight booking with #goair.

                            Pnr-zygh9t on goair flight from pune to delhi and delhi to bhubaneswar on 6th - june -2020 was cancelled without notifying me. Today i got this information while trying to check-in. I tried to reach them but nobody picking the call and no body bothered about any email.

                            I am so frusterated and disappointed with their service. They are simply looting to the customer by rescheduling flight with high fare difference.

                            There is no option given by airline to cancel the ticket. I have a couple of acknowledgement over the email but no one has come back with a solution.

                            I feel like looted and cheated as both of my tickets are no use to me.

                            Unable to contact goair customer care :[protected]/ +91 [protected].

                            I will never suggest to book flights by #goair airlines.

                            Dear Customer Care Team,

                            Request to please take the below seriously, & I am expecting immediate resolution or else I will be forced to escalate this on social media, & also if required to Consumer court for justice.

                            Our ticket PNR:- T8VFWZ had original departure date of 4th May 2020, which we were forced to reschedule due to your below advisory which stated
                            "If we do not reschedule 14 days prior to the original departure date, then rescheduling charges will be applicable".

                            Below is a proof of the advisory released:-

                            Hence having no other option even when our travel plans were not ready just to avoid rescheduling charges, we had to rescheduled our flight to 28 Dec'20 to the same destination.(i.e. Chandigarh) Here, Please note it was forced upon us to reschedule before 20th April or our rescheduling charges will be taken away.

                            Now you release a 2nd advisory on 10.06.2020 saying "You can reschedule your booking without any charges for departure up to 31st July". Below is proof:-

                            By this time since we had a confirmed travel plan ready, we tried to go to the online "Manage booking" section and tried to reschedule our flight before 31st July, it showed us hefty rescheduling charges. WHY?
                            We called up customer care and told them that rescheduling charges should not be applicable here, they said since you have done it once you cannot again reschedule or the rescheduling charges will be applicable, we tried to explain to them that the first rescheduling was forced upon us, we got no positive response from them pointing to the policy.

                            Now we have no option left other than cancelling the ticket and losing the cancellation charges.

                            It was a planned game that you (Go-Air) have played, to trap your customers to loot their money by bringing up different policies from time to time taking advantage of the pandemic & lockdown situation. On the contrary, my friend has a ticket with Indigo airlines and they are protecting the full value of the ticket in the wallet and also allowing him to use the balance as per his will, even part by part (FYI)

                            Sorry to say, but "A big thumbs up to INDIGO (for their wallet approach) & Thumbs down for GO-AIR (for their crooked ways to loot their customers by bringing out Customer trapping policies)"

                            I request you to either please
                            1) Refund our money OR
                            2) Give us another chance to reschedule our ticket without applying rescheduling charges

                              I have booked flight ticket from mumbai to bhubaneswar on 19th march 2020. But goair flight cancelled the trip. After got flight cancellation message from goair, i have cancelled the ticket through easymytrip.
                              I have received from easy my trip refund amount is 1797.00 but my booked ticket amount is rs. 9886.00

                              Please process rs. 9886.00 amount refund

                              My pnr no : e4n46cdate of travel : 19th march 2020travel : mumbai to bhubaneswar

                              I have received below message from today from easy my trip.
                              As per the recent dgca circular number-av 29011/27/2020-dt, passenger may claim full refund for the reservation booked between 25 march 2020 to 14th april 2020 to travel between 25th march 2020 to 3rd may 2020. You are not eligible for a refund as the booking & travel date criteria does not match as the booking was done on 11/12/2019 and travel date was 19mar2020.

                              As per airline advisory correct refund has been processed.

                              Airline advisory: customer doesn't have to cancel their booking at easemytrip or goair website/app/call center as goair will not refund any amount for the flights canceled by the customer or if even the flight is suspended by goair.

                                I booked a flight from pune to nagpur on 7th june scheduled at 07:25 hrs from go air website but the flight has been cancelled and the money is not yet refunded as promised. I called the goair customer service but they kept me waiting on call for one hour and didn't respond. The flight is booked on the name of yug shrivastava, registered email id being [protected]@gmail.com and pnr p97cuj. So i would like to file a complaint on request for refund from the airlines as soon as possible.

                                  I am writing this in mental distress that despite sending repeated mails (5 times, screenshots attached) and calls (Never gets connected) to go air, i am not getting any response from their side. I booked a ticket (Attached) through makemytrip app for 6th june, 2020 to travel from kolkata to delhi. Its a very urgent travel and i had to be in delhi by 6th evening.
                                  Its more than two weeks, but there is no response from their end. Neither i was able to web check in nor they have officially confirmed about flight cancellation.
                                  Also according to their website, no information is being shown for flights before july. If they were not prepared to fly passengers, they should not have booked the tickets in the first hand. Now after booking, they are unreachable.
                                  They cancelled the flight without even informing me and now i want full refund of my money (Not in credit shell as my job will not allow me to travel anywhere for the next two years).
                                  Page 3 of passenger charter of ministry of civil aviation clearly says that the passenger is entitled for a full refund if flight is cancelled from airline's end.
                                  I have already taken up the matter to social media and lodged a complaint at airsewa portal (Ak922328) and now if anything happens to my job or my mental health, goair will be solely responsible for it.
                                  I hope the airline will maintain cordial relationship with its loyal customers for future and return the full amount immediately.
                                  Hope to hear from you on a priority basis.

                                      I am yet to receive refund of money due to me view cancellation of flight from jaipur to kochi on 20 mar 20. The pnr for two tickets bought by me and my daughter are k41pqi and b6wtf respectively for total four passengers. Despite reminders sent to feedback go air and [protected]@goair, no response has been received. I do not wish to avail the option of shell account.

                                        Hi,
                                        I had booked a flight with pnr a3gn2f for the flight g8-387 from mumbai to ranchi on 8th june. Goair as part of its latest scam; cancelled the flight altogether and there is no information on any refund initiatives.
                                        They are running a broad daylight scam and we consumers are left with no option. I am not the only customer complaining and it's now a proven point that goair is running a scam.
                                        Request your intervention in getting my refund processed. Also penalty should be levied on goair for their pathetic service and scams.
