I am writing this in mental distress that despite sending repeated mails (5 times, screenshots attached) and calls (Never gets connected) to go air, i am not getting any response from their side. I booked a ticket (Attached) through makemytrip app for 6th june, 2020 to travel from kolkata to delhi. Its a very urgent travel and i had to be in delhi by 6th evening.
Its more than two weeks, but there is no response from their end. Neither i was able to web check in nor they have officially confirmed about flight cancellation.
Also according to their website, no information is being shown for flights before july. If they were not prepared to fly passengers, they should not have booked the tickets in the first hand. Now after booking, they are unreachable.
They cancelled the flight without even informing me and now i want full refund of my money (Not in credit shell as my job will not allow me to travel anywhere for the next two years).
Page 3 of passenger charter of ministry of civil aviation clearly says that the passenger is entitled for a full refund if flight is cancelled from airline's end.
I have already taken up the matter to social media and lodged a complaint at airsewa portal (Ak922328) and now if anything happens to my job or my mental health, goair will be solely responsible for it.
I hope the airline will maintain cordial relationship with its loyal customers for future and return the full amount immediately.
