This is the third time my flight was cancelled by GoAir. I'm unable to place a call on either of the numbers provided by them i.e.[protected] / +[protected]. I'm also unable to make cancel the flight via manage booking option it gives me the error: Agent is not authorized to ignore restrictions.
I need my refund before the date else I will not get my refund from Travel Agent.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have booked flight for 3 passengers from Bengaluru to Kochi. I am trying to book wheelchair assistance using the web but there is no option.. When trying to contact the customer care, call is not getting transferred to the customer care executive.

      Still waiting for full refund, airline cancelled the flight due to operational issues and only refunded the partial amount with reason saying we changed the date, so deducted total 9K from the total charges. As per the DGCA rules if the airline cancels the flight we are entitled for full refund.

        We booked our onward and return flight via go air from Bangalore to Maldives to travel of 14th April and return on the 17tg. The bookings were made in early March and we got a price close match to Indigo. However we chose to book Go Air and not Indigo because of the timings.
        Just 2 weeks prior the onward flight was cancelled with no alternative and no confirmation on return flight status either.
        We incurred an additional 20k to rebook on Indigo. So far no response from the airline.

          This is in reference to PNR KGL1JR, luggage was damaged for AUH DEL AUH sector, we have been calling Go air everyday for a solution, but regret to say that the most unprofessional airline that takes so long to resolve a case .
          Bank details has been shared on 24th March but till date did not receive any amount in the Bank details mentioned in the mail.
          Please resolve the case at the earliest.

            I had booked my return flights Bengaluru-Male a month prior to departure and had planned holiday by booking hotels and services. But 10 days before departure GoFirst airline has cancelled both the flights and now we are left stranded at the last minute with huge losses on cancellation and exorbitant prices due to dynamic pricing on airlines if we go ahead with some other carrier. Why is there no proper grievance redressal system for customers when flights cancel their operations close to departure date?

              i had travelled by go first air from ahmedabad to kochi with my family. at the luggage arrival belt at kochi when i have received my three checkin bag. one bag was damaged ( zip lock broken, one handle broken, one handle is loosed and unable to carry vag)received by me at airport. i have reported this incident
              to go air lady officer at kochi air port. she has check my bag and firstly offer me 1000 rs to me. i was ready to take amount because i have to hurry for my next journey. then she called on phone to some one and denied to give cash money. also did not register my complaint as well. so i have told her that i will register complain by my self. and she said to me so as well. i was really very upset for that kind of go air staff behaviour. also my bag was broken and go air did not have any responsibility. i m very mentally stressed due to this incident. i want cash compansation of my broken bag. otherwise i will take further action against go air regarding mis guidance, mental agony and broken luggage. my mob no. is [protected].
              plz reply in positive manner to avoid further complaint on consumer support and on google review

              i have mail to nodal officer and grievance as well but did not get any responso so i m posting my complaint on this

                  My Brother travelled to Phuket from Delhi on 12th Dec 22 from G8 73. He arrived at Phuket, but his luggage has not reached Phuket. We tried reaching to customer care of GoAir but haven't received any help yet. no one is taking any responsibility for the lost. on 12th Go Air customer care executive said that it's not their business to track. we need to connect with Airport authorities only. Today they are asking to mail it some feedback ID and asking time for another 48 hours. My brother is @ Phuket without anything. The experience is really bad with the airlines.

                    Hi, this is with respect to PNR Q6FDSF, BLR-DEL flight on 06 Dec 2022. Inspite of web-checkin the boarding passes were not issued. The site says successful check-in and boarding passes would be mailed to your email id, which was never done. Inspite of reaching airport in time, the extra time spent in getting boarding passes from counter (additional 30 mins) led to missing the flight as there were huge rush at security. The gate staff were continuously informed about chaos situation at security and maned to reach around 25 mins before flight take-off. Instead of helping, the gate staff shouted on me and denies the boarding. I had also called the call centre and requested for mailing the boarding pass 2 hours before boarding. They also refused. Go-Air is maximizing their profits by cheating humble passengers and its a serious case for criminal filing against this company. They cannot deny a digital boarding pass after successful web checkin

                      I want to change the first name of the passenger with name Punmiya Bharat Jain.

                      The first name must be changed to Punit. So, the actual name will be Mr. Punit Bharat Jain.

                          On 15.11.2022, the flight has been cancelled, I am asked at departure go air Airlines he told that the flight has cancelled and refund through online, I check the web check in the system, in that message has showed you have to reschedule the flight or REFUND the amount. I press the box on left side of the message but it is not clicked, I contact the my company Payworld customer care office, he said that refund is not possible you have to contact go air office.
                          At that time I have booked at 12.20 p.m. on 15.11.2022.
                          Please refund the cancelled flight and oblige.

                            27th sept 2017 g8 697 delhi to jammu 12.45 booking ref: gb1s3x rs. 14200

                            Due to cancellation of above flights by the company, we are requesting for refund of air fare amount.

                            Even after lapse of 6 months our amounts are not received by us so far. Number of times telephoned to the customer care of go air but no response. Kindly make arrangements to refund our amount. We badly need the amount.

                              I had booked an air ticked through easemytrip. (PNR-PEWZ9H). The flight got rescheduled to a late night flight. I cannot travel at that time so i cancelled my ticket because it said full refund. I have not received any confirmation from GoAir or Easemytrip

                                I would like to claim a refund due to the flight cancellation suffered on 18/08/2022 with the following details:

                                Names: Rodrigo Perez Dominguez / Alba de Frutos Bayon
                                Reservation ID: WFKEKH
                                Flight: G8183 GoAir (Go First) Varanasi-Delhi 22:15-23:30
                                Amount requested: 192, 8€ (alternative flight booked)

                                I request the refund since there was no flight when we arrived at the airport and we had to urgently book another flight with a third party to reach Delhi and avoid losing our next flight back to Spain, which cost us the requested amount of 192, 8€.

                                  I travelled from Jaipur to Mumbai on 6th Oct 2022, Time: 2:24am, Airline: GOAIR. When I arrived at the Mumbai airport, my baggage was fully damaged while receiving it from belt No. 2. They have asked me to fill the form and promised me that ill be receiving call from there side within 24hrs. Its been 5 days but I haven't received any calls or mail from there end. Sharing the images of the bag and the form. Kindly take the action and I need my compensation.

                                  Its been almost 8 days now still I haven't received my amount nor I can see any progress from the airlines. Ill be taking the legal action with 24hrs if I dnt receive my amount.

                                  Such a irresponsible airline service. Totally Unethical Behavior

                                    GO AIR flight from MUMBAI TO KOCHI while booking the flight shows the timing of 2010 but once you book the flight it gets ammended
                                    On 15 AUG 22 same incident happened i have to book another flight because of this thing which costed me very heavily.
                                    On 30 SEP 22 i have to book the same flight again its timings got modified to 2210.If the timings are ammended once it may be concidental but same thing happening is not co-incidental.

                                      My PNR is PEIRGX.
                                      Ordered two samosas and one veg sandwich and pay 1200 but in flight i got coffee and cake which I refused to take as we are not taking sugary products.

                                        I was charged Rs.4400 for extra baggage on the 5th Sept with PNR CF5FGE by GoAir at Mumbai Airport. The problem here is I was charged twice for Rs.4400 as the first time swipe on the machine said "Time Out" and hence I was charged for the 2nd time despite the money being debited the first time too. Now I am left with 2 charges for of Rs.4400 each for the same transaction of extra baggage.
                                        I have sent several emails and called GoAir customer service multiple times and now I am exhausted and appalled by their customer service response.
                                        On the 8th Sept 2022, [protected]@flygofirst.com sent me an email stating they are refunding my 1 charge of Rs.4400 and I shall receive it in 7-10 business days but nothing yet!
                                        PLEASE HELP! A FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
