    Dear sir,

    My trip was planned from goa to new delhi on 30 apr 2020. But my flight cancelled by go air due to lock down in country due to covid-19.
    So company protect my booking amount in credit shell instead of refund in my account.
    Credit shell validity is one year. While i am unable to plan my travel at least one year. So there is no mean of credit shell.

    I have sent multiple mail to go air management (Md, ceo), dgca, aviation minister.
    But no one is responding on this matter.
    I do not expect such type of rude behavior.
    I want my booking amount refund in my bank account only.
    No one is authorized to protect my hard money in credit shell.
    So i request to you please help me on this matter.

      I had booked flight on go air flight g8153 having pnr c3byfi, flight departure date was 22 march 2020
      Unfortunately, because of covid-19 this flight was cancelled but i didn’t receive any email or sms notification yet.
      After the flight was cancelled i had contacted contacted customer care and they promised me to refund the amount but i dint get any refund amount. Still am waiting for the refund and now customer care number, emails even nodel officer, appell authority not responding,
      Requesting to refund the amount as possible
      And i don’t want the free rescheduling because i have already reached the destionation by alternative means.
      Kindly refund the amount

        Hi

        I have booked my tickets in advance in the month of february 2020. My travel dates are 16th june 2020 and ticket pnr is n3uvuy

        When these tickets were booked, there was no covid-19 pandemic. But once the pandemic started spreading, all the travel etc. Was banned and lock down was imposed throughout the country.
        Given this situation, i had approached many times for ticket cancellation because, there was no scope of going for vacation during these times. Even, goa as a state has kept tourism banned as of now. So there is no point and there is no way i can go for this travel.

        Also, we had done booking for small children to travel, which is also now not possible because government does not allow this.

        Given this situation, it is totally unprofessional to hold back the money and to force us travel.in these times, as the travel is totally not possible, the airline not cancelling tickets and not giving money back is totally unfortunate and sad.

        I have tried calling customer care so many times but i have got no proper answer. This is totally unprofessional and unfair on your part. Please get me my refund back and please don’t force us to go to float this into consumer forum and consumer courts.

            I booked my flight on goair on 21st may 2020 after the govt of india (Ministry of civil aviation) announcement of opening the skies again for domestic airlines on 20th may 2020. The flight was g8321 from mum-del route. From 30th may, i had been continuously trying to reach airlines & also putting all efforts to do web check-in as it is made now mandatory to get access to airport terminal (As web check-in it starts 72 hrs before the actual departure) but neither there was any customer care support available nor the web check-in was happening. It all added to the grave panic. Finally, after slogging for 72 hrs, i received an email from airline stating the flight is canceled & you were given pnr credit to rebook your flight as & when you want again without paying any rescheduling charges. And again it was just an email, no actual pnr credit was issued as i had tried for the next 48 hrs non-stop, finally as my traveling was urgent so i booked another flight to reach my destination & to date this pnr credit by goair is not generated. They are fooling customers to just sending empty emails. Their operations have started but no customer service is available to date. You just keep calling on different numbers but they never bother to pick up your call. Even the platform yatra.com (Aggregator) has no customer support at all but taking all bookings & allowing customers to suffer & bleed. I do not require any pnr credit now so i have already started the process of a full refund on yatra.com but it has been again 50 hrs since no update on that as well. Writing, writing & writing emails to both & calling, calling & calling but all falling on deaf ears. They have no rights to impose customers to take pnr credit to customers if not interested in that as there was no such term mentioned while making this booking through yatra or with airline. I need my full refund urgently & asap. Please support & take necessary action to safeguard our interest & money & help me to get my full refund back in my card account.               My flight with pnr - a6p9fm from bengaluru to mumbai scheduled on the 6th of june in which i had booked 3 seats got cancelled because of "issues beyond out control" as stated by goair. For full refund they asked to contact the customer care but no body has been replying to there calls. The flight was scheduled on 6th of june at 8:45 am and because o[censored]rgent need to reach mumbai, i was forced to book a train instead. I demand full refund for my tickets.

                      Goair neither intimated me the flight status nor given any message and they cancelled the flight.
                      I went to airport in taxi by paying inr. 2500.
                      I met goair rep mr. Deepanshu nijhawan at chandigarh airport. He told no flight to goa today. He was saying money will be refunded.
                      But till date there is no message from goair.

                        Hello sir /madam

                        I had flight on 4 june.. But flight got cancelled.. It was showing yesterday on goair website rescheduling option.. But today it is showing outbound.. Plz refund as soon as possible.. I have a right to ask for refund according to your policy if flight got cancelled either reschedule or refund.. I am not able to reschedule so.. Kindly refund.. I will be grateful to you.. No one is replying me nor by call or mail.. Plz reply goair.. And kindly initiate refund.. Plz

                            Dear concerned,
                            I had booked ticket from srinagar to chandigarh pnr wfb2xh and due to i got mail regarding the peponement of flight which was supposed to departure at 13:45 and when i get mail i tried several times to get webchekin done via web but i was asked to contact airlines

                            Then i tried 100 of times to reach go air call center but couldnt get connect then i reached airport @ 1100 hrs but due to unavailability of ground staff grievances team i was asked to wait and try again only  which again showed me do te same thing

                            I was forced to go back home without any assistance by the airlines staff
                            Kindly do the needful
                            Let me how to go legal on the same

                              My flight g8-237, pnr fb163n from delhi to ranchi on 20th march, 2020 was cancelled by the airline.
                              I was informed via call that my refund would be initiated within 2-3 working days.
                              But, it’s been more than 2 months and i haven’t received any mail or call from the airline.

                                    I have already booked one ticket from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar for 25th March.
                                    Due to flight non-operational I couldn't go.So now I want to reschedule it.
                                    I tried to call almost 400 times, but no one picking my call and
                                    sent mail also 10 times but no reply simply creating one ticket and sit down.
                                    Really I am frustrated in your service.
                                    This is my first and last booking in your airlines.
                                    Really you people are cheating to customers.
                                    GO AIR provides very worst service in the world which is proved.
                                    Don't know to resolve one ticket, how many business working days you are taking ?
                                    You are telling not to call and connect via mail, but mail no reply...!!
                                    Then how one customer will be get connected you ??
                                    This is my mistake that I booked ticket in GO AIR.
                                    Could you please help me .
                                    Don't simply create one ticket and sit down.
                                    At least close the tickets from your end as a professional.
                                    Don't know why GO AIR is not having chat bot system in this days...?

                                      Hello, I booked a GoAir flight(G8-120) from BLR to DEL for 2nd June, 2020. I tried to checkin on 30th may and 31st may bht they were showing some error while assigning the seat and informed to contact the customer care. Since then i am am trying the customer care number but they are not responding. I am a doctor and I urgently needed to go back and provide help at the maharaja agarsain hospital, Agroha, Hisar, Haryana.

                                      Their customer care is not reachable. Their website is not working for rescheduling and I am stuck with no help from anywhere. I paid 6000rs for this flight and there is no refund policy for that also.
                                      Moreover they are asking extra charges for rescheduling on their website.
                                      It's causing a lot of inconvenience to almost everyone traveling via GoAir. Please look into it and make them atleast to respond to phone calls and refund the money as its their mistake only to cancel the flight at the last moment without any prior notice.
                                      We believe in you and hoping for a solution at the earliest.
