I had travelled from mumbai to delhi on 16//12/18 by flight g8 - 465. I did not get my checked in baggage after landing in delhi. Go air personel had written the form and had told me to wait for 24 hrs as they will track my baggage. They had told me that they will call me within 24 hrs, but have i not got any call from them and nobody is answering the phone no given. My suitcase colour is dark red. I need it urgently as i have important things in it.

    I lost my bag at the bar/toilet gate 25 at mumbai airport. I flew from mumbai to cochi on 10.45 flight on 16th.
    I knew i had left my bag bit cabin crew would not let me leave aircraft!
    I filledin a letter when landing in cochi that would be sent on next flight back to mumbai! I have not heard anything yet?

      I complained a lot ahmedabad airport bt they didn't gv me proper answer, i complained banglore airport they also didn't gv me proper answer, they both did nothing, that's very badly from your flight..

        Hello,

        I booked a flight through goair by mistake i booked it from delhi to hyderabad instead of hyderabad to delhi. When i contact on customer care what these guys were giving me solutions that there can be rescheduling but for that i have to pay 4000. I told them same issue was with spice jet but they people were so kind so genius that they listened to me with patience and on the minimum amount of rs. 184 they did rescheduling for me, i want to tell this is actual customer satisfaction. I was so happy that i were not having any words to say thanks them. But this goair customer care was asking to pay rs. 4000 for rescheduling. If i have to pay 4k then why i will book with goair. I would like to go with spice jet.

          On 13th december 2018, i flew from delhi to kolkata on goair flight: g8-101, pnr: q5piqc, after landing found one suitcase was missing. Same time i informed goair kolkata, about my baggage missing and they call delhi goair and told me that my luggage was stopped due to security reasons (Found/suspect power bank inside my luggage). Same time i submit a letter as a formality for baggage missing. I told them that, there was a brand new samsung note 9 phone inside my luggage which the scanner detect as a power bank. I have some expensive items in that suitcase and the airline must arrange to deliver it to kolkata earliest or compensate for the same.
          Kindly do the needful on earliest and oblige.

              Go air cancelled their flight due to operational reasons ... this flight was supposed to depart from Jaipur to mum on 2nd dec
              Upon lot of inconvenience and paying more to another airline I could get a return flight for my senior citizen parents ..

                    Hi this is chandan from jaipur i have booked a flight from jaipur to mumbai on 8 th december 2018 at 8 am, when i checked in to my baggage go air employee my jai singh solanki has refuse to put one of my baggage in cabin he said to me u will pay extra charge and we will not allow this beg in cabin and he continued arguing with me at he charged me 2000 bucks for it and weight of my baggage is below from 7 kgs. This is how they take advantages from the customer how are in hurry. I am at frequent flyer no company did this to me now i will never travel by go air and put this case in social media also and tell try to avoid this airline.

                      Lost one bag containing valuables in go air coming on g8 241 from bangalore to pune on 7th dec 2018. There was a bag handler who came after we boarded the go air flight in bengaluru asking to show our boarding pass and baggage tags. We asked if there is a problem he said all is fine. After arriving at pune the bag wasnt there. Despite lodging the complaint and tracking no traces and no feedback. We have to keep calling. Till this morning of 8th dec 2018 no traces. What a horrible system. This means in any indian airports if bags are lost they can not be traced? Indian airlines have to leran otherwise a day come when go air loose its reputation.

                        Worst experience with go air flight due to mishandling of luggage by go air
                        Staff
                        Baggage was badely damaged, reported same to ground staff on arrival first
                        They don't acknowledge the same, that they had not done the damage leaved
                        Me in humilation and harrasment situation after half an hour of wasting my
                        Time they acknowledge and agreed for the same, provide me recieving after
                        Taking pics of damaged baggage and ask me to submit baggage next day i
                        Again wasted my time and and deposited the damaged bags at airport to go
                        Air staff.
                        But till date no exchange of baggage is processed and after following up
                        With them they are telling we will repair the damaged area of bag.. Is this
                        Acceptable...???
                        Go air you should have some courtesy to your customers... You should also
                        Think about customer satisfaction.
                        Waiting for solution asap.
                        Worst flight experience not recommend any one to fly with go air.

                          I request for travel certificate to claim my travelling allowance as l have lost my boarding pass.. I have travelled from hyderabad to bangalore on 01.07.2018 airline pnr is q42c2s. On 5th december i wrote my feedback pretaining travel certificate but i didn't get any response. Hence i'm once again requesting the authority pls issue travel certificte so that l can claim my ta.

                          Go Air simply rips you off. I cancelled a ticket from Delhi-Kolkata and they dedcucted 3000/-. The Customer care says their standard cancellation charges are 3000/-. Seriously got ripped off. Never using the airline again.

                                My flight with pnr no c69drm goair flight g8-912 from srinagar (Sxr) to chandigarh (Ixc) on 03 nov '18 at 14:15 hrs was cancelled cancelled.

                                The invoice number [protected]c69drm dated 16 oct 2018 amount rs 4670.00 should be cancelled and the amount should be refunded back to me at the earliest.

                                I had written this email on 6th nov, 21 st nov and 06 dec 2018 but no action has been taken till date which was assured that the refund will be made as early as possible.

                                Its been more than a month but still i have got no refund for the same.

                                  I am writing this mail to bring you the notice of incident happened with my father during the flight g8 / 803, from bangalore to ahmedabad dated 4th december 2018 at 18.20. My pnr number was:u7917z, seat number 30f.

                                  My father was travelling in this flight and by mistakes he keep power bank in his luggage bag, he has check in before 3 hr of boarding time, in this time he didn’t get any call, messages or alerts from goair staff, but while he sit on plain he got call from duty staff from json (+91-[protected]) about power bank is found from bag and they are keep the bag in airport. After my father was reach out to destination (Ahmedabad) he reach out to goair staff and start the process for getting bag and sign papers, bag has lock so my father has also give the permission in written to break lock and get rid power bank from bang and send bag in next flight. When i received my bag i see many items are missing from there is one file which contains important documents and papers. I request to you please help me to get this documents and file. The folder colour is yellow and that i have missing. I call again to json he told me hat pratik knows about this he give me no ([protected]) but he is not replaying.
                                  Hope goair has some courtesy to respond to their customer problems.

                                      There was a loss of some precious items during my flight journey from mumbai to patna. The items were taken out without my permission and this is really pathetic and disgusting. This is such a bad impression of an airline company like yours. You should be very careful about these things and should inform about these things to the customers. Kindly refund my money for the same else i will take strict action against this.
