surname correction

Dear sir,

I have booked tickets from yatra.com. My flight is from kolkata to new delhi on 13th, december 2019.

Flight pnr number is m3hisi.
I want to change the last name of one passenger with name gayatri saini

The last name must be removed. So the actual name will be mrs. Gayatri.

regarding unethical charges for baggage

Hi this is chandan from jaipur i have booked a flight from jaipur to mumbai on 8 th december 2018 at 8 am, when i checked in to my baggage go air employee my jai singh solanki has refuse to put one of my baggage in cabin he said to me u will pay extra charge and we will not allow this beg in cabin and he continued arguing with me at he charged me 2000 bucks for it and weight of my baggage is below from 7 kgs. This is how they take advantages...

lost baggage at pune

Lost one bag containing valuables in go air coming on g8 241 from bangalore to pune on 7th dec 2018. There was a bag handler who came after we boarded the go air flight in bengaluru asking to show our boarding pass and baggage tags. We asked if there is a problem he said all is fine. After arriving at pune the bag wasnt there. Despite lodging the complaint and tracking no traces and no feedback. We have to keep calling. Till this morning...

The invoice number [protected]c69drm dated 16 oct 2018 amount rs 4670.00 should be cancelled and the amount should be refunded back to me at the earliest.

I had written this email on 6th nov, 21 st nov and 06 dec 2018 but no action has been taken till date which was assured...

loss of item during journey

There was a loss of some precious items during my flight journey from mumbai to patna. The items were taken out without my permission and this is really pathetic and disgusting. This is such a bad impression of an airline company like yours. You should be very careful about these things and should inform about these things to the customers. Kindly refund my money for the same else i will take strict action against this....

high cancellation charges and poor customer support

I did a booking of flight from pune - patna just few minutes back for 2nd feb 2019. By mistake, i put the wrong destination and i just wanted to swap the cities but the cancellation charges for a small mistake too is 3000 inr.
I called the customer care and talked to gaurav for this adjustment but they are asking me to pay for the cancellation charges plus extra penalty. Pnr no. Zf87je.

lost my boarding pass

damage of baggage

I have travelled from delhi to ahmedabad on 25-nov-2018 by goair flight no. G8 713 vide pnr no.072lpm, seat no.24a. On arriving at the destination airport i. E. Ahmedabad, i found my baggage having got damaged.

While initially i did not see any goair staff to attend to my problem, i could find one staff viz. Mr. Dibyajyoti boruah at last. But he was over busy in attending two other complainants and could give some time to me...
