Goair airline officers help me all time and suggest further procedures of cancellation goair airlines booked tickets...
So please consider my mistake
And please cancel the tickets and refund payments...

    GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    There is no obligation of an air carrier to issue the duplicate of the boardng pass.
    The bag tag + ticket is a prove a registration for the flight also.

    It loos that your service provider demand the boarding pass against law.
    Nevertheless, the airline can issue the certificate that the passenger was on-board on a particular flight following the written request of the passenger, addressed to the air carrier at their web site.

      I along with my mother boarded goair flight g8175 (19:55-20:05) on 28/11/18 from delhi to pune. After all the passengers were on board a ground staff came to me and ask my mom's and my identification documents, he took those documents and left the flight i kept waiting for him to return but to my surprise the plane started moving and when i contacted the on board staff about my issue they refused to help me and instead they asked me to be calm, thanks to few of my co-passengers who made the onboard staff realize that it was a big issue after that your staff members made false claims that i'll be provided with the documents after we land at pune. No action has been taken to provide me my documents. I'm extremely disappointed with your airline and this had been my worst experience by far. If i'll not hear from your team within 3 hours i'll be filing a case against your airline as well your staff on the flight lead by monika. S.
      This was a terrible example how this private airline is harassing its passengers how little do they care about.

      I haven't received any updates regarding my documents.
      Whoever's responsible for updating the status don't you dare to mark it resolve until you hand over me my documents else along with my previous case I'll be filing another case against your airline for deceiving the customers. YOU HAVE NOT RESOLVED.

        I did a booking of flight from pune - patna just few minutes back for 2nd feb 2019. By mistake, i put the wrong destination and i just wanted to swap the cities but the cancellation charges for a small mistake too is 3000 inr.
        I called the customer care and talked to gaurav for this adjustment but they are asking me to pay for the cancellation charges plus extra penalty. Pnr no. Zf87je.
        No courtesy from the airlines towards customer to adjust on few points and showed the rule book. This air line just want to bankrupt their customers and get rich, money - minded airlines with poor customer services.
        Just think from this perspective, a person who is flying in case of emergency and did this small mistake, had to pay a penalty of 3k per flight and then re-book the flight. An average salaried person in india will had to go through so much because of these money-making rich airlines, who charged 3k for the cancellation of a single flight booking. Each one should file a case against these airlines in india and take some action on their cancellation charges, really [censored] flights with [censored] money-making rules.

I will be thankful if you will help me to get the duplicate boarding pass for the flight. Flight was booked in defence quota on 21 Oct 2018.

            I have travelled from delhi to ahmedabad on 25-nov-2018 by goair flight no. G8 713 vide pnr no.072lpm, seat no.24a. On arriving at the destination airport i. E. Ahmedabad, i found my baggage having got damaged.

            While initially i did not see any goair staff to attend to my problem, i could find one staff viz. Mr. Dibyajyoti boruah at last. But he was over busy in attending two other complainants and could give some time to me after waiting for about one hour.

            After listening to my problem, he took photographs of my damaged baggage, boarding pass and identity proof. But he refused to lodge my complaint citing reason that he was busy in attending to other complainants he did not provide any acknowledgement of having received our complaint and suggested me to lodge my complaint myself on the email address given on reverse of the boarding pass. While i was already late due to non-posting of sufficient ground staff, i was further disappointed due to non-lodging of my complaint. What a bad service!

            I wanted to take his photograph and contact no., but he refused stating that it is not allowed, although he did provide his email address, which is [protected]@gmail.com. I am not able to attach photographs of damaged baggage due to large file size, but you can obtain the same from mr. Boruah.

            To add to my woes, after reaching home, when i wanted to lodge my complaint on the said email address as suggested by the goair staff, i found that there was no email address on the reverse of my boarding pass. It was rather website address of go aiŕ, which was also not accessible. Hence, this complaint.

            Please arrange to get my baggage repaired immediately.

              But not a single penny was refunded

              These people are duping their customers with hefty charges in the name of cancellation charges.
              As per the notice issued by govt, all airlines need to refund the amount of booking if flight is cancelled by airliner.

              Goair is basically duping all o[censored]s and giving non sense replies. Mailing them or calling them is not giving me any sort of explanation, hence this rant.

              Pathetic airlines, pathetic service and you guys are just here to make fool of your customers.

                I wa totravel from jammu to srinagar on 8th instant. I reached in time and got my boarding card, bud mdm neha did not accept my bag and asked me to take it as cabin baggage. The security did not allow it as cabin baggage as there were items not allowed as cabin baggage. I rushed back to the counter and requestesd mdm neha to accept the bag, but she refused depicting arro
                Gance. I requested the manager mr ravi raman, who waess there to intervene. He snatched the boarding card from my hand and threw it towards mdm neha.. I can say you have goon staff who can do like this. Even dsp security intervened, but ravi raman did not agree. Mdm neha by now was strill issuinb boarding cards, in desperation i had to leave without any fault of mine. I am awaiting your reply to start legal proceedings to teach the goon manger a lesson.                   Sir, i am an indian air force soldeir and was returning from my leave.
                  I had booked flight from ahmedabad to guwahati on 11 nov 18 which i had boarded and my pnr is m2i8yl for flight g8-532.
                  During checking in i had given my only bag as luggage to counter personnels to properly lock it with locking strip which they usually and bound to do.
                  But when i reached guwahati i found my bag not locked for which i complained it at "may i help you" desk at guwahati airport and she shown helplessness and regrets.
                  As i had to reach my unit i rush for my only train to missamari and when i reached here i checked my bag and i found that my original rayban goggles are not available. They were robbed from my bag.
                  I complained it to airlines on feedback forum as well as to their senior executive customer care through e-mailed.
                  But they are not ready to take liability for the loss and showing inability.
                  Though i had requested through multiple emails to check through cctv footage regarding their staff's mistake to not properly locking my bag and to check for the responsibile ppl from their staff for my loss.
                  But they are not taking any step to recovery my issue.
                  Sir it costed rs 7000/- and is a big loss for me earning meager payments as an indian soldeir.
                  I request you to please intervene and help me in getting paid or with my google's back.

                        Due to the luggage had a powerbank inside without any prior notice the baggage was stopped at the airport and when i reached my destination i was told that the baggage has been stopped at the airport n i had a meeting nxt day and then u say dat the baggage will b opened and any loss of objects will not be our responsibility x28f5l pnr no moreover the attendant at the airport made me sign over the documents saying it will b opened or else it wont b send here if anything goes missing we wont b responsible and was talking were rudely

                            Air ticket was booked to my colleague on[protected] vide pnr u8lhwj transaction failed for four times and then was successful. Meanwhile rs 67972/- was debited from my savings account of icici bank. Bank says amount has been debuted via citrus pay to go air and they have to refund. Customer care of go air assures that the amount will be credited back to the savings account within seven days. Till now nothing has been refunded

                              My pnr is h4klts, i was promised for a waiver on rebooking charges or a full refund on cancellation by agent sajeed in customer care but later i was informed he lied.
                              I made 2 different complains to nodal officer and appellete authority but it's been 4 days and no reply.
                              Complain numbers g[protected] and again g[protected].
                              I spoke with 6 agents and 4 hung up on me including a supervisor, sajeed promised to talk to some lady manager who comes in the morning to get the charges waived and asked to call after 24 hrs which i did. I spoke with the customer service late at night over 1 hr each day and they just told me sajeed lied.
                              No action has been taken by the nodal officer or the appellete authority of goair even after multiple reminders and complains.
                              Please help me to get the full refund.

                                While booking on GoAir flight ticket before confirmation of ticket amount was deducted from my SBI account, I use SBI Net banking to book a ticket. I also talked to the customer care executive of Airline but i did not got any response. Here is my PNR of flight ZF5U8R from BOM to SXR on 18 November 2018. and booking date is 01 Nov 2018. Please do the needful to refund the deducted amount.

                                  I booked a flight from bangalore to pune on december 10th at 16:45pm. I booked it in my name instead of my mother's name. I called the customer care immediately after the confirmation of the ticket i. E. When i realised that the ticket was booked in my name. I asked for a name change. Being one of the top domestic airlines in india, how can you not have the option of name change?

                                    Respected sir / madam,

                                    Pls find attached my boarding pass aswell.

                                    I mrs advocate gurmeet coutinho a passenger o[censored]r go air flight (G8 319) from.. Mumbai to delhi had already checked-in in time n was waiting for my boarding at the airport n as i had gone to d washroom i was 5-6 mins late for my boarding.. The go air staff on d boarding counter said that they had announced my name which i did not hear n further (Joane fernandes) called up my husband (As his mob no was registered during the flight booking) and told him to inform me to rush to the boarding counter.. I rushed to the boarding counter as soon as i cud in 2 mins.. I was at the counter at 0936 hrs.. But the staff did not allow me to board the flight n started speaking to me in a very rude manner in spite of my pleadings he continued rudely n raising his voice... After wasting more 5 mins of time instead of allowing me to board he started speaking more rudely and in an unpleasant manner... Even though the guy (Staff) next to him asked him to sign me in and it cud be done.

                                    As it was very important for me to fly n reach delh... I had to book another flight n wasting my time and money.

                                    After a brief argument the go air staff (Mr. Sharukk khan) abused me by giving a very cheap bad word (Jaa teri maa ka [protected]@$£a) at which i was taken aback as to hw can he use such a language towards a female passenger hurting the modesty of a woman & dignity in front of other passengers. I am not so worried about the flight missed but the cheap way your go air boarding counter staff... (Sharukk khan) spoke with me.

                                    This is really unacceptable by any means n go air can’t hv such staff that will tarnish the image of the airlines... Such people cannot be there handling operations of the airlines.. I want some strict action taken against the illmannered said staff.. Or else i will not hold back to get the media involved in this incident n to further pursue it..

                                    Awaiting your swift reply.. If not then me and my family an others will never ever fly go air again.

                                      Hi, this complaint is regarding an goair staff member at checkin counter in banglore, his name is jatin, he started shouting at me when i requested him to give me some discount in excess bagage charges. He called me cheap and told me if i am come to buy vegetables and i quote “how you people come to travel by aircraft”.
                                      When i told him to let me talk to his supervisor he said he is the supervisor he is the head of the entire airport, i wonder what kind of goons goair is hiring.
                                      Now because of this jatin, i am never traver goair again.

                                        I entered airport at 9:55pm sharp for my flight no g8 144 instead of letting me go, your personel didnt gave me allowance even wen i did my webcheck in, although i m a regular traveller to go air and dis time it was my worst experience with your non cooperating staff...
                                        It was the last flight from patna to delhi for wch i suffered both mental and physical pressure...
                                        Do look in the matter...
