While travelling from goair g8-335 from srinagar to new delhi, i got my checked in bag in such damaged condition that it can't be used again. And they are refusing to pay any kind of compensation for the damages by terming the cause of damage as normal wear and tear.
Whatever the cause may be it caused me lot of inconvenience as i had to go from delhi to jaipur by train with the same bag. And they dont take any responsibility for any damages and inconvenience to the customer.

    I had boarded from guwahati to delhi in flight no. G8 153 on 23/09/2018. But when i collected my trolley i found that it was broken which was ok when i checked in. So i contacted ms. Nawajoo she told me fill a form and so i inquired her how are you going to replace my trolley; to that she said that it will take a week's time, so i asked her to provide number of management team so that i can talk with them bit to my surprise instead of cooperating she said that she can't provide the number and also i asked her name which i can give reference she said that she can't give her name where as her name is visibly tagged on her chest but when i inquired she partially hid her name so i could see her last name i. E nawajoo. So kindly revert me back on my damaged trolley by your crew members. Anticipating for quick acknowledgement and action on this matter at the earliest.

      I lost my luggage in go air flight on 4th of sep. 2018 sector from delhi to leh, (Pnr: wc8k4k, flight no. G8-215, seq.: 114) even visited delhi in search of my valuable items but till date no positive response from any concern even i mailed to the concerned and complaint two times..
      The delhi staffs not taking it seriously so kindly make it possible to get it soon as i'm great need of it..

      Hope for your swift response and waiting of your response sir...

        Hi
        I came at 5.30 but still they didnt let me check in as they were saying all the passengers have boarded.
        They didnt even try to help were just saying we cant do anything.
        I had my interview at 1 but thanks to goair beacuse they didnt even tried to help me. I missed it.
        I was requesting them to do something but they just kept saying no.

        Please refund my ticket fare.

          Dear sir/ madam,
          I am dr. Deepshikah tewari, working as senior scientist, center for nano-sciences, iit kanpur. I was coming from banglore with my parents (Senior citizens) on 16th sep. From goair flight. Our ticket number was u98fmg/1/2 (71yrs.), u98fmg/2/2 (62 yrs) and u98fmg/3/2.
          I would like to draw go airways senior leadership attention on the pain my parents have faced on check-in counter. We have waited for a very long time in the queue then came to know that counter was closed so we missed our flight and shifted to next day flight which took more than 5 hrs. To reach from banglore to lucknow and secondly we have to arrange one night stay on banglore for taking next day flight.
          Due to all this, i reached late at amausi airport hence i missed my cab from lucknow to iit kanpur and i was unable to join my duties on time at iit kanpur.
          I want compensation for all of our my time and physical & mental pressure.

            My parents had traveled from goair recently with 2 items of luggage..
            on reaching Kolkata 1 of the luggage was missing and the other was broken...
            On enquiring about the luggage they had to wait for 2 hrs for the 2nd luggage to come back at midnight as the goair team had misplaced the luggage ..
            the 2nd luggage too was broken when received...
            now from one of my luggage bags few of my branded clothes are missing which were quite expensive...and both the luggages are beyond repair..
            i did complain about it to goair but they are not giving me enough compensation...
            i want them to either replace both of my luggage bags.. or provide me enough compensation so that i can get it replaced..not to forget about the clothes that are missing...
            I want a proper companesation..so i dont bear any losses from my side ...
            Please check into this matter...

              I have the planned vacation between 29th sept to 3rd oct 2018 and 5 passenger ticket has booked 3 months in advance (From bbi to pat) as senior citizen travelling along with me (Pnr b8pnmd)
              1. Now they have cancelled the flight due to operational issue and neither they have flight before one day or next day flight..

              2. Also i have booked the return ticket from patna to bangalore (My job
              Location) under your air lines on 3rd oct. This is getting impacted because
              Of cancellation of flight on 29th sept (Pnr q5lrfp)

              After so many mail to nodal officers, there is no response about my all the ticket.

              I am looking all the money invested should be recover from goair because of their cancellation.
              It looks like they earning the interest by collecting the money in advance..
              Now i have to reschedule my plan..

                We boarded a flight from mumbai to nagpur on 14th september, one suitcase was labelled overweight and we could not get it in the cabin, so the bag was taken and after reaching nagpur when we claimed it and saw that its rear side was badly cracked. Even being a u. S. P. A. Bag it was very tough to even bend it, showing that it was definitely broken intientionally. This is the third time someone from my family took goair and found out the their bag was completely damaged.

                  I traveled in the ahmedabad-delhi flight on 7th sep, 2018 at 18:50pm flight. After landing in delhi, i found my red travel bag damaged on the belt when it arrived. I spoe to the goair staff there and have given them the information about the damage. I have images of my damaged bag. It is sad to face this from you. I would like to claim the amount equivalent to my damage as early as possible.

                    Hi team i made wrong booking with the wrong date l9zrwg//t3t8ti also contacted go air company just with in 30 i did the booking informed that i booked wrong date booking i am looking for the waiver in cancellation charges i booked the ticket for my mother and father mr harish gandhi and mrs kanta gandhi selected the wrong date, also i created new booking with the correct dates q8k2nw and o15mwb, i made the same correct booking with same go air airlines only still there agent are not helping me i want my refund as soon as possible i accept this is human error, but you must provide the exception for the one time waiver my grandmother is getting operation in rohtak hospital she is suffering from cancer we just came to know that on 8 september we were going through the hard time in that tension i did the mistake, i would request you to waiver the charges i also informed your team the same thing but they are not doing the same please check the medical document below in the attachment, its mentioned in the document she is getting operated for the breast cancer i hope you understand the state of mind at that time

                      I have tried 10 times contacting go air on multiple customer support numbers, but it keeps getting disconnected either at start or while talking to customer support personnel, in fact once they put my call on hold and then got disconnected.

                      The following are my travel details and i need a travel confirmation certificate for claiming my expense from my company.

                      I was flying from Bangalore to pune on 1st sept 2018 the aircraft departed and and half way through went back to Bangalore. I don’t feel safe traveling in this airline. This is horrible. Request you guys to take care of these things and not ignore people’s safety

                            I have kept one mobile in my checked in bag. But when i received my bag from airport it was opened from front pocket and my mobile was not there.

                            This is not fair charging while doing web check-in and not while buying tickets. We cannot proceed to do web check-in without selecting seats and selecting seats are chargeable. This is not acceptable if you are providing option of web check-in.

                                I travelled from pune to chennai on on 27/8/2018 on flight no. G8 633 g class. My seat number was 21b. When i was proceeding to sit on my allocated seat someone sat at my seat. When i informed to this to the concerned air hos tee on the board, her name could not remember, however i could identity her on my enquiry. She does not care my complaint nor give polite reply. Instead she was very furious and scolding indecent way. When i did not commit any fault on my part, she behaved without nehaving generous and kind words and insulting and hurled words at me. Her total behaviour is nothing but arrogant and even does not fit for such post of air hostee. Her behavior is nothing but undermine the reputation of your concern. When i left the plane, i lodged a complaint to the concerned air hostess chief/team manager. She politely listened my grievance to look into my complaint. Kindly take disciplinary action against such air hos tee in the interest of the welfare air travelers like me.

                                  I was traveling with go air with pnr s7qpuz frm kolkata to bengaluru. We were two passenger me and my wife we were having total luggage weight of 33kg in three suitcases. At the time of luggage check in they asked me to pay additional amount of rs 1200 for 3kg. When i asked them the reason she said only 30kg is allowed i asked her total of 22kg oer person is allowed and we are two then total of 44 kg should be free i can take some in as a hand baggage but she denied and asked me to either check in by paying additional or u can be aside. What the hell is that i have also droped the mail with all pics of receipt and all but didnt get any hlp. This is totally cheating. Go air is cheating passengers by charging them extra in different names. I m going to take a legal action against go air.

                                    I had plan my holidays to kerala three month back and did all my
                                    Flight and hotel booking well in advance. I have goair flight from
                                    Ahmedabad to kotchi on 30th august 2018 and return flight was on 5th
                                    September 2018 through indigo. However, due to natural calamity and
                                    Very very worst situation in kochi and surrounding destinations, i
                                    Don’t want to continue my travel plan and that is with two small kids
                                    And one infant. My all hotels from that area are non operational and
                                    They had cancelled all my booking for said date and provided me full
                                    Refund.

                                    Infact, for my return flight which was from trivendrum to ahmedabd on
                                    5th september 2018 with indigo, they got my tickets cancelled and
                                    Provided me full refund as well.

                                    I have been talking to go air customer support team since 15th of august
                                    And every time i have been given different dates and asked me to wait
                                    Further. Today i have been told that cancellation is only possible
                                    Till 29th august 2018. As you can see i got my all booking cancelled
                                    Including return flight, and there is no question to continue my
                                    Travel during this time with my small kids.

                                    I demand airlines to provide me cancellation with full refund without any
                                    Charges. My pnr numbers for booking are f31tmv and f2tj7f.

                                      I done the journey on 20jul18 from delhi to hyderabad through go air against pnr - nc5chk and i was handed over 2 luggage bags in delhi airport to goair team against g8 [protected] but i am not getting 1 of my luggage bag (American tourists) and i am chasing from last 1month but i am not getting any positive response from go air team, i done the complaint (G[protected] at airport, also i am doing the follow up with mr rajesh in hyderabad but till the time i am not getting any responsefrom there side, there is my original educational certificates, my atm & cash of rs 2500/-and my clothes is lying in that bag.
                                      So it is my humble request kindly arrange to provide the same as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased three confirmed tickets g8-175 flight on 05 jun 18 for boarding date 12 jul 18 from lucknow to delhi. The flight cancelled but non was intimated by goair. Request for alternate arrangement the booking staff were issuing confirmed tickets to either to know/high profile persons when i objected then i was also issue confirmed tickets for g8-269 flight which was delayed and rescheduled at 1830 hrs. Facts are unknown to me. When approached for boarding pass i was refused stating there is no seat available in the flight whereas the passengers who came after me were issued board pass. As there was no way then i was told that goair can offered taxi as there was no seat in any of the flight. I was issued share taxi by goair lucknow team that to non-commerical vehicle. The issue high lighted to goair nodal officer but till today they are making cock and bull story and avoiding the facts. My all questions are unsolved by nodal officer (1) once the flight cancelled then why goair failed to intimate? (2) it should the first come first serve system for issuing ticket at the counter why it was not followed? (3) once there was no seat then why i was issued confirmed tickets? (4) how air ticket can be equal to shared taxi fare? (5) how goair allowing their passenger in personnel vehicle in lieu of commercial vehicle? (6) by providing personnel taxi goair steal the gst of indian government?
