Dear sir/ madam,
I am dr. Deepshikah tewari, working as senior scientist, center for nano-sciences, iit kanpur. I was coming from banglore with my parents (Senior citizens) on 16th sep. From goair flight. Our ticket number was u98fmg/1/2 (71yrs.), u98fmg/2/2 (62 yrs) and u98fmg/3/2.
I would like to draw go airways senior leadership attention on the pain my parents have faced on check-in counter. We have waited for a very long time in the queue then came to know that counter was closed so we missed our flight and shifted to next day flight which took more than 5 hrs. To reach from banglore to lucknow and secondly we have to arrange one night stay on banglore for taking next day flight.
Due to all this, i reached late at amausi airport hence i missed my cab from lucknow to iit kanpur and i was unable to join my duties on time at iit kanpur.
I want compensation for all of our my time and physical & mental pressure.
