Hi, i was travelling with goair from delhi to kolkata in flight g8103 on july 25th 2018... When i went to pick up my bag it never showed up... Learning this i had a word with the goair associate, subsequently they sent one trainee without a nametag to assist me and a couple of fellow travellers... While booking the ticket, the date of departure was chosen to be 29th but after the payment made, the final ticket comes to email with date of departure and flight time changed completely by 2 days and from Early morning to late night difference.

I had a flight from hyderabad to kolkata that is G8 122 on 13 th july 2018 at the delayed time 10:45 pm.
I sent a ruksack in the check in bag counter for cargo but after i recieved the bag the bag was partially open and two boxed of packed food was missing from the bag.
As a customer this is totally disappointing to say that the flight service is not trust worthy.
Because of this inconvinience caused i would never prefer...
