I have done security checkin for my check-in luggage, but did not receive at bangalore...

Goair flight from mumbai to goa PNR ..J7MDWJ was cancelled at very short notice...The goair counter at mumbai airport refused to make alternate arrangements.we had to stay at a hotel overnight and book new flight to rteurn to goa..

I had a goair ticket from leh to jaipur on 28th june morning 11.25 am. It was cancelled. Go air was rescheduling it on 30th june morning. Two days accomodation and fooding charges were denied. I travelled on 19th june, 2018 from mumbai to lucknow on goair flight g8 397. My pnr was 041gyv.

On arrival the baggage was received in damaged condition. The same was shown to the airport in charge. Mail was sent to the nodal officer alongwith the picture of the damaged suitcase on 23rd of june as per the instructions of the airport incharge.

I have no clue how to reach them, customer care people don't have any information. Mailed goair by using their escalation matrix and tweet them also still not getting any response from their end.

Booked a ticket with go air for june 17th on may 8th. No prior information in any form was given that the flight was cancelled until we went for a direct check in on june 17th at the airport. Go air staffs both customer care and airport behaved in a very bad way and informed that after all this, they would refund the money back.
