I had a flight from hyderabad to kolkata that is G8 122 on 13 th july 2018 at the delayed time 10:45 pm.
I sent a ruksack in the check in bag counter for cargo but after i recieved the bag the bag was partially open and two boxed of packed food was missing from the bag.
As a customer this is totally disappointing to say that the flight service is not trust worthy.
Because of this inconvinience caused i would never prefer go air in future.

    My Flight schedule on 12/07/18 8:10pm Delhi to Ahmedabad and it was canceled so I booked on 13/07/2018 7:25am so more than 12hrs me and my family has to suffer in the Delhi Airport.
    So I need Accommodation for my family.
    I am on tour so it's very hectic for me and my family to spend 12hrs in the Delhi airport.
    Go air is wasting my time and planning and giving headaches to me and my family to spend 12hrs in the airport so
    You have to understand the situation.
    Requesting you to provide accommodation.

      Me and my father was traveling from Lucknow to Delhi with flight G8-175. While Boarding the flight there was a security staff "Sushant Kushwaha" he misbehaved with my father. He doesn't have etiquette to talk to senior persons. I would say all the GoAir staff doesn't have any etiquette.
      They guys don't know how to deal with senior persons.
      For sure me and my family is never going to travel in GOAir for our whole life.
      He was abusing and when we asked about we will complaint against you he used the senstnsace "do whatever you want".
      I am expecting strict action against GoAir otherwise I am going to lodge a FIR against GoAir for sure. They guys doesn't care about there customers and they are just making money... I will make sure me, my family and my acquaintance will never do any kind of booking with GOAir.
      Worst staff they have...

      I have lost my boarding pass for ticket no G8-CEBNWR.

      I need it to submit it at my office.
      It's been 7 days I have requested for a travel certificate and everytime I call the customer care they say 48hrs??? whats happening Mr. Wadia

        I was travelling from Lucknow to Bangalore and I lost my wallet. I got a call from ground staff that have found the wallet. He gave me his on duty manager Bangalore's contact number and name ("Mr. Sharat"). I called him in the morning and he told me to come and collect the same from Ticketing counter. I went there and I had worst experience with bangalore ticketing counter staff "Navin Jose". His behaviour was so rude. He told me that we did not find any wallet. He contacted "Mr. Sharat" ([protected]) on phone and he came and told me that I forgot my shelf key today. Come tomorrow. And all the discussion happened in a very unprofessional manner. Believe me the two employees ("Sharat" and "Navin") were so rude and unprofessional. I had 14000/- rupees in my wallet, 2 debit cards and DL. I lost everything. They did not call me again. I believe they have stolen my wallet. I want that some body should take some disciplinary action against these two persons.

          They giving me my refund but now all air fare is high and I can't afford this

            Dear sir/madam,
            it is highly unfavorable action done from the go air side, u have cancelled our flight at the spur of the moment and even u are not providing us parallel time flight service as we have to continue our journey further . So it is our request either you provide us service in the same period of time or refund our money at todays rate of any other flight as no other flight will provide us flight at the same rate at which we have booked u 10 days ago ...kindly take it into action..quickly ASAP...

              I have done security checkin for my check-in luggage, but did not receive at bangalore airport. I complaint to Go Air authorities. They enquired and told me that they will follow up with me and given me one go air airport authority number[protected]. Despite made numerous calls this person did not responded. I called to other numbers as well from Go Air portal, but all efforts in vain. I want my proper compensation for my luggage.

                I had booked ticket for one of my relative and she was travelling alone. She had two suit cases with her, one big and one medium sized. While travelling with other service providers, we had used medium sized suit case as hand baggage but at GoAir counter, Mr Jithin M, the rude GoAir staff, told my relative that she has to put both the suit cases in check in luggage and has to pay for additional luggage weight. Our relative panicked as Jithin was asking her to pay for additional 11 kgs which means she had to pay 4400 for no reason. She called me and told the whole story, luckily I was waiting outside the airport with my wife and we ran to buy a new back pack and gave to it to our relative. Shr shifted her stuff into the back pack and because of all this hassle, she got late and then GoAir staff didn't let her board the flight as a result she missed her flight and our money went in vain. Later we booked ticket with Vistaara at the airport itself and the same medium sized suit case was allowed as cabin luggage. This is how GoAir is trying to make money and their staff is useless shameless. These people shd learn from IndiGo and Vistaara. Shame on u GoAir.

                  My daughter and her two friends had booked an Indigo flight Goa to Mumbai on the 5th July 2018 and return Go Air flight G8 379 return from Mumbai to Goa 06/07/18 on the 12th June 2018 through Ease my Trip.
                  (booking Reference t4cvvv)
                  On the afternoon of 6th July, as they were boarding the flight to Bombay she received a message that the flight is cancelled, no reasons given.
                  On arrival at Bombay airport, they were told to take the refund and buy another ticket by another airline. This was so much more expensive being previous day which they refused and so very reluctantly Go Air gave them an alternate flight G8 375 from Mumbai to Goa for the following day 07/06/18 at 5 a.m
                  All three passengers are Doctors gone to answer an exam. They were supposed to fly back soon after the exam on Friday night. They had to report to duty on Saturday which means for no fault of theirs they would not be able to rest being deprived of the night's sleep.My daughter was on duty on Saturday night
                  They do not live in Bombay.
                  I tried calling the Go Air Consumer helpline spoke to Mr Sangram. He advised me to send an email to goair.
                  I sent an email to GoAir after speaking to their Consumer Care representative. I received this reply, " Your service request number is G[protected] and our agent shall respond to you soon." They have not responded till date.
                  The three of them had to wait so many hours.( Original time of departure 22.10 hours on 6/7/18 and actual departure was 5.00 hours 7/7/18)
                  Go Air should compensate them adequately.

                        Goair flight from mumbai to goa PNR ..J7MDWJ was cancelled at very short notice...The goair counter at mumbai airport refused to make alternate arrangements.we had to stay at a hotel overnight and book new flight to rteurn to goa..
                        Kindly provide adequatevcompensation for all the inconvenience, loss of time money and one full working day
                        I do not understand by what the length of the complaint has got to do with my problem.You do not seem to understand simple english
                        Our flight which was supposed to depart at 10 pm on 4 th july was cancelled at 8.15 pm.No alternate arrangements were made. We spent 20000/- rupees on overnite hotel stay and another 7000 for new tickets next day.
                        It is the duty of goair airline to compensate us for all this
                        we also lost a complete working day and furthet loss of income.

                            I had a goair ticket from leh to jaipur on 28th june morning 11.25 am. It was cancelled. Go air was rescheduling it on 30th june morning. Two days accomodation and fooding charges were denied. We had urgent committments which couldnot wait for 3 days. So we had to cancel the ticket and book from another flight. This costs us rs30000 extra. (We had 3 tickets so rs10000 extra per ticket). We suffered this loss only due to goair's cancelled flight. Plus we had to pay for the accomodation for 1 day.

                            Please help me to file for refund of the flight ticket and the extra money we had to spend and the accomodation.

                              I have reserved ticket for 15 July 2018 with pnr no. W2K7FL from Bangalore to Delhi.
                              By mistake at the time of booking the name typed as Ms. Richa Sinha but i want to correct this name as Ms. Rishu Sinha. Please correct according to request. Its very small change but no one from your organization give me good treatment. It's very shameful. Also they told me to cancel reservation. For only small correction why I cancel the ticket. It's not good policy.

                              I have booked ticket for 3700 and getting 3500 as cancellation charge.

                              Could you please help me on this.

                                I travelled on 19th june, 2018 from mumbai to lucknow on goair flight g8 397. My pnr was 041gyv.

                                On arrival the baggage was received in damaged condition. The same was shown to the airport in charge. Mail was sent to the nodal officer alongwith the picture of the damaged suitcase on 23rd of june as per the instructions of the airport incharge.
                                The reply we got from go air is as follows
                                Dear mr. Mehrotra,

                                Thank you for flying goair g8-397 from mumbai to lucknow.

                                We note your feedback regarding the damage caused to your baggage when you traveled from mumbai to lucknow on 19 june 2018. At goair, we endeavor to ensure that the customer’s baggage is handled efficiently and carefully, and necessary checks are in place so that baggage entrusted to us is secure at all times. However, in the course of normal handling, baggage may show evidence o[censored]se such as scratches, minor cuts and dents for which we do not accept liability.

                                We investigated your concern and understand that your baggage was assessed by the staff at lucknow airport and the damage was found to be due to normal wear and tear.
                                Nevertheless, you have our assurance that your feedback is important to us and we’ve shared it with the concerned team to help improve our customer responsiveness.

                                Mr. Mehrotra, while we understand your disappointment on this occasion, we regret our inability to comply with your request for compensation and assure you that no discourtesy is intended.

                                We hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you onboard our flights again.

                                  I had 3 pnr. For only one pnr tickets got cancelled and am struggling to get refund for rest 2 pnr.
                                  I have no clue how to reach them, customer care people don't have any information. Mailed goair by using their escalation matrix and tweet them also still not getting any response from their end.

                                      I was on a flight of go air from mmbai to ahmedabad flight no. G8 363 my baggage was not present at the arrivals when i contacted the staff they informed me that my baggage was not allowed to board the flight they took an authority letter and told me that i will get my luggage when the next flight comes and they gave me their contact number its been 12 hours i arrived but there is no information with staff that when my luggage will come even they are not receieveing the phone. This is the worst service i have ever experienced with an airlines.
