I, Gufran Khan, booked a flight on 21st May for 20th June and I got a mail from your company on the same day that my payment has been declined so I made another booking on 23rd May for 21st June knowing that my previous booking has been declined by GoAir but today I got a text at 5:57 AM telling me that my declined booking has been confirmed. I want one of my booking cancelled and all my money back without any deductions. I am also sending the screenshot of the email of the declined payment as a proof.
Look into the matter at your earliest and I am very disappointed with your customer services to say the least. I want the entire sum of INR 3822 back. horrible experience! wouldnt ever prefer and recommend this airline.

    Hello,
    I booked ticket for 2 persons but had to cancelled the same.
    Refund requested to goair 1 month back and i have been following up with goair. Bank account details are also given to them. Refund has not received yet. It is not clear when i will get the refund.
    It is very much frustrating.in future will think twice before booking with goair.

      You have display board at delhi terminal 2 for web checkin passengers, however when i checked with counter executives the response is like this:

      1. 1st guy said we have a separate queue for web check in passengers for luggage drop which is not there.

      2. 2nd guy said we don't have any designated counters for web check in passengers.

      Want to know who is correct and if there is no designated counter/queue for web check in passengers then why the display board is there? That too you are serving in india capital city airport where you will get many foreigners as your customers.

      This service laps looks very crazy. Please look into it. May be for you this can be small issue but for india guests (Foreigners) it's big issue.

        Respected team
        I am gurdev singh had booked a flight from hyderabad to delhi on 19/may/2018 and flight date is 29/june/2018. From the starting of the process i had opt the 10:20 am flight and when i had done all the payment then in confirmation chart, it is written that your flight timing is 5:35 am, this all is doing unfair with me, as i have face ample of errors in the go air website and one of the customer executive also told me that website is facing technical errors. While booking i have seen 2 errors and made the booking once again. I kindly request you that change my timings that i have made during the process (10:20am) and i am not be paying extra charges for this time changing as this is your fault not mine. Hope to hear from you soon.

          Dear sir,

          I, being a writer and freelance journalist from shillong, meghalaya, would like to inform your high office that goair airline company has lost my bag in transit.

          I was travelling from bagdogra to guwahati on 12 may 2018
          The lost bag contains most valuable personal items along with one laptop with precious data.

          Now i cannot explain the ordeal i am going through in simple words.
          This company has literally put me and my family in dire strait since i have lost my precious data saved on my laptop.

          What is most disappointing is that after my sincere complaint this so-called reputed company informed that it will pay me humiliatingly paltry amount rupees 2000/- as compensation as if i am a beggar of a street.

          This is outrageously unethical and unjustified.

          This public airline company is legally culpable for the lost of a bag of a gullible passenger which is all for its sheer lackadaisical attitudes, negligence on the part of the ground crew and cargo members.

          Dear sir, thus, i humbly seek the intervention of your honorable office in the matter so that i, as an innocent customer, is appropriately compensated.

          Relevant papers are duly attached herewith for your kind references and action.

              Had go air flight from bbi to mumbai. From mumbai had jet airways flight to amsterdam. Go air staff didn’t upload the baggage from bbi saying flight is overloaded and said they vl b sending luggage next day jet airways flight to amsterdam. 2 days have passed but no update, didn’t recieve baggage at amsterdam. My sis is in merchant navy ship at port and ship vl be sailing tomorrow 20th may from amsterdam. Need the baggage today or tomorrow mrng at any cost. She has an infant with her and is facing too many problems. None of the airport service nos is responding. Pir also raised. If we try to call the no mentioned in pir, the person is disconnecting when we ask about baggage. Completely helpless. Need the baggage at any cost.

                  I was travelling through go air from goa to hyderabad on 17 may 2018. My flight details are g8-572 and pnr ty4qnd. After collecting my luggage i found a very expensive watch of 15k was missing. I am a frequent flyer and this has not happened with any other flights. This is totally unacceptable. Goair baggage staff person is not at all listening to me and telling stories. Asked me to write a mail to feedback team instead of taking a complaint.

                    I along with my family had planned to travel to mumbai on 8th may and ha booked tickets on goair thru makemytrip site.

                    Pnr is gdhh6r
                    Flight no g8302
                    5 pax including my father

                    I have to cancel the ticket as my father s jagannathan was admitted to hospital suddenly and got discharged only on5th may.

                    He can’t travel in this situation and we all had to cancel the tickets.

                    I was surprised that there is a cancellation charge of rs.2950/- per member and only 3000would be refunded.

                    Kindly consider for cancellation of tickets with min charge and refund the full amount. Am attaching the discharge report for your reference.

                    The tickets are cancelled only due to personal emergency and consider it favourably.

                        I have been charged twice for the seat selection charges during web-check-in for one of my clients.

                        The seat selection charge was INR 199/- which was deducted from my bank account on the first attempt but my transaction was declined by the airline (please refer to attachment for the screenshot). Thereafter, I have to make the payment again and this time it was successful, however, I have not got any refund for my declined transaction till now.

                        I'm also attaching the screenshot of payment decline, Screenshot of the messages that show the transaction number/ID, Screenshot of Account statement mentioning the transaction ID.

                            Please train your cabin crew with some manners. On my flight to delhi from hyderabad there was a girl name anjali. On the flight how can even you even hire these kind of people who don't have manners how to talk to people we are the corporates clients who keep traveling frequently. I asked for water she denied and told after 10 mins and her 10 mins went until we were about to reach delhi when i again asked for water she gave me the water and later taunted me with speaking to her colleague that itna he urgent he toh lekar q ni aate pani apne saath. When i asked for a feedback form they replied that we dont have forms available in the flight i have asked my company toh never book goair for me and even if they do i keep in my mind that i have to travel with my own water.

                              Dear all,

                              Please note that i have received my baggage in damaged conditions. I travelled from ahmedabad to kolkata vide flight no g8 0532 and received my baggage in damaged conditions. Same thing was highlighted to ground staff and got a revert that cargo staff doesn't take care of the bags. I have some fragile items in the bag and provided declaration at the time of check in at ahmedabad airport.
                              Such unprofessional attitude of the ground staff while handling bags with fragile tag is not acceptable. Made written complaint to the ground staff vide no - 1566713.
                              Require compensation for mishandling and receipt of my baggage in damaged conditions.

                                  Hi have made a complain and send letter to go air regarding my baggage being damaged during my flight on 4th may from mumbai to bangalore. So far no calls or emails. Forgot replacing the bag not even sorry.
                                  This shows much go air care for their customers. No wonder indigo has taken over. Next time if i have option i rather not travel in goair.
                                  Thank you go air for making yur customers preferences easy not to choose you to fly...

                                    There was a power bank in the luggage and staff informed that they will send luggage in next flight post normal check. However i have not received my luggage neither i am getting any information about when i will receive it back.

                                      Flight 532, ccu to gau /dt:6/5/2018.
                                      Time:9.20am
                                      Airport staff forcibly took my hand baggage and put in as chk in baggage and charged me for extra weight. Surprisingly they bargained on the extra weight cost which started from rs.2700 and came down to rs 1800 (Still don't know on what basis they charged). Staff took full advantage of me, a senior citizen traveling alone and behaved like a goon by forcibly snatching my hand baggage and putting as check-in baggage inspite of my repeated request. My hand baggage was the standard size of 55cmx45cm. The receipt has no details of what they charged me for. I demand an apology and refund for such rowdy attitude of your staff.

                                        I have booked a ticket on 14 apr, 16 apr and 19 apr for traveling from guwahati to delhi, in first two date i tried to make payment through paytm gateway and in third date through master card payu all time payment has been deducted from my account but payment status was declined from go air, thereafter only one amount rs 4678 refunded to my account. My booking references are as under

                                        Many times i contacted from go air customer care and they convence me that payment will be refunded in approximate 7 days but three to four weeks has passed away and no refund credited to my account.
                                        I felt very inconvenince in booking of go air ticket and i will never travel through go air also recommend to everyone that don't travel through go air in future
