When called to the customer care and asked, if jain meal was added to the respective pnr number, the executive said that there is no jain meal available, but when asked during the boarding time jain meal was available. Due to this there was alot of inconvinience caused. Please tell the executive to give the exact information about the flight details or the queries that are been asked by the by the passenger.

    Sir, i am student of 10th class and went to jolly trip after my examinations. I enjoyed a lot and dissapointed at my return journey by goair. My luggage was missing in the above flight at rgia, hyderabad. Complaint was given on same day, still to day no information from the concern office at hyderabad. Very poor response from hyderabad air port staff.
    I request you to kindly help me and provide my luggage bag and make me happy.

      Dear sir,
      Very good evening.
      I would like to bring to your kind attention as bellow :-
      I had booked air ticket on 05/01/2018 for journey from ccu to maa (Journey date 12/10/2018) vide pnr no. M8wi7d and back from maa to ccu (Journey date 22/10/2018) vide pnr no. C72cyj for payment of rs.38, 381/-.
      On 18/04/2018 i have received a mobile call from your good airlines stating that both the flight have been cancelled and the amount paid for will be refunded in full soon.
      As i had purchased the ticket from makemytrip, i make a call to them to know the fact. They contacted with your airlines and express that alternative arrangement may not possible even one day pre/suffix or change instead of reaching/leave from maa to bangalore and suggested to make refund of full fare and thus they process to refund.
      As we have to go and back to visit south india during puja vacation we have reschedule our programs by changing reaching place from maa to blr and return date from 22/10/2018 to 21/10/2018 by which we save the cost of air ticket (Cost of same date and same place as was earlier will be higher as compaired).
      Following are our details of air tickets purchased on 18/04/2018 and 19/04/2018 due to your flight cancellation :-
      On word journey : ccu to blr on 12/10/2018 vide pnr no. X753kf rs.20, 961/- & pnr no. Xgbznh rs.14, 886/- by spicejet sg516 and
      Return journey : maa to ccu on 21/10/2018 vide pnr no. L3ms9n rs.19, 569/- & pnr no. L2fdbk rs.15, 363/- by vistara uk731.
      Thus the total cost comes to rs.70, 779/-.
      Difference of purchase of new ticket and your refund comes to rs.32, 398/- (Rs.70, 779/- - rs.38, 381/-) we have compailed to pay because of your flight cancelled and huge time gape in between 1st booking date on 05/01/2018 and intimation of cancellation date on 18/04/2018.
      Became a good customer we should not bear the enhanced cost of rs.32, 398/- as we have no fault for rescheduling our date and place and increase in price due to delay in giving information. Makemytrip customer care have make a conference call with your customer care service along with me and principally all agreed with my justified claim and suggested to write before you for consideration.
      Considering the all above, it is earnestly requested before you that please
      Sympathetically consider for refund of an amount of rs.32, 398/- the enhance price in excess
      You have process to refund as we have compailed to spend an extra amount, for keeping good
      Relation with your customer and obliged.

I have already send mail to [protected]@goair.com appealing refund of enhance cost of ticket for re-purchase of air ticket due to flight cancellation on mail dated 19/04/2018 & 20/04/2018, but I am sorry to say that no reply has been received from your end.         I has booked ticket on go airlines flight no:g8 - 262 for travelling date of 11th april 2018 from bhubaneswar to hyderabsd. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now i haven't recieved my ticket money. I contacted customer service of travel agent. They said money refunded within 7days. Still now i haven't receive.

        I need grateful on this issue within 2 days else i am going to lodge a complaint against go airlines and clear trip travel agent.

          I had booked goair flight from goa to bangalore on 19th at 1.45pm... I came to airport at 1pm as my daughter of 2yrs was crying heavily and due to traffic... I requested them that flight is delayed and it is going at 2.45pm.. They did not listen and i had to book other flight by calling my friend as i did not had money... I have decided not to travel in go air and m telling my friends also to avoid this airline s

              Hello, i would like to bring in to your notice that inspite of go air being the most preferred airlines it is the most uncooperative airline. I booked the ticket from bombay to goa (Round trip 26thapril - 29th april) for 4 passenger from my cellphone. And due to autocorrection feature of phone one of the name got misspelled and ticket got booked with misspelled name. The very next moment i called on to customers care no. Stating that i want to give the request for correction of name and i could give whatever proof needed for authentication. But the person refused to take the request stating there is no policy for correcting the name. Instead he told me to cancel the ticket and issue the new ticket (No refund for for ticket which was booked). That option was obviously not acceptable and not economical also. After many requests he said that he can just put a remark against my pnr no. That the name of one of the passanger is misspelled but he also mentioned that it depends upon the airport authority if they will allow or not. (Again no clear idea was given like airport authority means the go air staff at the airport or the security guards at the gate) next day i even called at goair airport office to find out the alternatives but this time the experience was even bad as airport office person just banged the phone immediate after saying no name change policy and did not pick up the phone after that. This experience was really bad for me. And i still don't know if the person would be allowed to travel or not. I checked with some other airlines and even friends and come to know that there are many airlines who consider these types of cases and allow the passenger to travel with valid proofs. So i wonder why goair is so uncooperative. It is just not possible for us to buy another ticket. And humans are not error less machines. So i humbly request you to consider this as genuine case and give the confirmation that the passage can travel with the same ticket.

                Kindly do the needful and revert me soon what happen next regarding my complaint which is launch to Mr Arun Singh, due to irresponsible of Go Airlines Flight Guard i lost my NEW CHILD Pram, I should get reimbursed with the New Pram or Reimbursed my pram Amount..

                Who give him the permission to open the beg . We were there around 2 hr they should call us, if they found anything wrong. When we reached hyderabad then we got to that our luggage has not come. . They really did the mistake . We duffer so much problem on that day. Very bad stuff
                My self akash garg .As i have travelled from delhi to hyderabad on 7/4/18 my PNR NO- KZK8WB.I took my boarding pass around 3 am and my flight was taff of at 5:40 am. I stay around two hour at airport.when we reached to hyderabad my luggage was missing and after talking to hyd security they arrange my luggage but power bank is missing.

                      This is with respect to my below query regarding the cancellation of my ticket as I am not doing well with my health and my doctor has suggested me not to fly on which I have been following up almost since ages in order to know the process.

                      It is quite strange that how a big organization like GoAir is working that they do not even respond to the emails sent to them and this is really shocking as a user will at least expect response from you guys. They only sent me an acknowledgement and since then there have been no response at all.

                      In addition to this, I have already called the GoAir Customer care number and their response was not suggesting as if they are Customer Care rather they are just there to answer the call and direct the people to your emailing system (which is of no use as no one ever bothers to respond), as per them (Customer care) they do not take care or help with refund processes and only way to get the response is via your email system.

                      This seems like vicious chain where customer is just being ping-ponged and not helped. I really think that you need to work on your customer service.

                      I hope Nodal officers/Air flight authorities will have a look into this and call/email me with respect to this matter.

                        My name is ravi chandwani

                        This is to bring to your notice the most disgraceful act performed by your team.

                        I have been a frequent flyer of go air and this is the least i can expect.

                        Firstly when i was flying from jaipur to hyderabad on 6th april 2018 although i had done web check in, i was asked to wait in queue along with those who have not done web check in.

                        If i have to wait in queue why do you even have to introduce web check in option the first place.

                        While travelling back from hyderabad to jaipur i had my boarding pass with me still i was told that the gates are closed and didn’t let me in although i was on time.

                        I was forced to miss my flight as the staff was non co-operative and i had to book my tickets again as i had to report back to office. Other flights make sure all the passengers who have boarding pass are on board, then why does go air have to do such idiotic stuff to harass their passengers?

                        This is annoying and i will give reviews based on my experience on all social sites so that others are not victims of such horrible experience.

                        I need full refund of money invested in tickets to and fro.

                          After security check at kolkata airport i have forgotten my handbag at screening center.

                          Identification of bag is as follows-
                          Black colour handbag with only long belt for lifting, containing sari, woolen sweater, shoes, chappal, two wooden bowls, jerkin etc.
                          After taking my mobile after checking due to hurry for boarding as the time of flight is less, i had forgotten to take that bag from screening counter. I request you to follow required further process and return it to me.

                            I am using this platform to spread awareness about the incompetence and unethical go air who are doing everything in their power to avoid paying conpensations to their customers who face/ed unfair cancellation and the never heard back from go air. I have written to these people from general email enquiry to higher level email address but still await a response after 3months.

                            The cancellations of flights that happened twice in my case and the compensations that go air owes us (To me and my companions) according to dgca's guidelines.

                            The flight booking which was originally booked for 16:20 on 24thfeb2018, which got cancelled few hours before departure.
                            After choosing a rescheduling option for 25thfeb2018, the flight was again cancelled, and this time without sending me or my partner any informative message on the previously provided phone number or email with no reason provided.

                            With no other alternative option by go air other than rescheduling the flight again or full refund - which was not enough to book the last moment ticket on another carrier (As we finally had to do), this incompetent behaviour by go air has not only caused stress to me and my partner but also has ruined our holidays in india by taking away our pre-planned holiday trips, plans and bookings, with the consequent waste of money.
                            According to the 'civil aviation requirements series m part iv section 3' issued on 6th aug 2010 para 3.3.2 - clearly states that the go air owes us a compensation (In this case twice for the each cancellations) for this incompetent and totally unacceptable behaviour.

                            If any of the go air employees decide to reply or get in touch, i look forward to hear from you soon with a satisfactory response.

                              I have booked flight ticket t996ug from bangalore to hyderabad and then cancelled within hours f or 11 may 2018. This i had booked on 11 apr 2018 and same day i have cancelled.

                              But the refund amount it is showing rs 00. But amount they charged was 2167.
                              When i spoke with goibibo they said goair was gave 600 rs will take 300 rs as service charge and will refund 300 rs.

                              This way both goair and goibibo was looting and cheating the customers. Be careful with this people.

                              I was doing web check in but in the last window popped that unable to do web check in due to outstanding payment but money is deducted from my paytm wallet sum of 199

                                Multiple cancellations of goair flights!!

                                My onward journey was with goair and inward with spicejet. Goair canceled the flight and i had to call in and request for a refund.

                                They couldn't offer any other alternate flight for the same price nor another option. So, i had to cancel my return with spicejet for which i was not eligible for a refund.

                                The same happened my april 26, 29 flights with goair, but luckily both were booked with goair. I had to call in and request a refund for both.

                                If such crappy service is offered by airlines, there should be a rule that they should compensate for the return/onward journey with another airline. Customer anyway has to bear with the inconveniences and the monetary loss, when the obnoxious airline like goair escapes with money (If not called for a refund by customer).

                                'i was asked to mail to '[protected]@goair.in' and there is no reply to the 4 emails that i have sent!!

                                Goair is the first airline that i have come across with such unreliable and worst service.

                                  I have cancelled my ticket bearing PNR : KC4C2H. On the refund status at GO AIR website, it is showing that refund of Rs. 2148-/ is approved. But there is no reflection in my bank account yet. Kindly look upon this issue.

                                    This go air airlines.. Is actually doin a complete fraud by cheatin customers without even mentionin proper guidelines regarding cancellation fee.. I booked a ticekt for 3590 which is apparently a refundable ticket.. They didn't evn mention in terms and conditions how much will be the refundable amount.. Now they are sayin my refundable amount is just 390rs.. Then what is point of mentioning a ticket as "refundable" when they are giving just 10% of refundable amount.. This airlines is charging abruptly huge amounts as cancellation fee. Without even mentioning about this in their "terms and conditions"... I really want this company to look into this issue and solve mt grievance

                                    I booked a ticket under student discount from delhi to Mumbai with PNR A2ULFF.
                                    Money got successfully deducted from my Paytm account but From GOAIR side the transaction got declined. It is expected that goAir refunds 5025/ in my account asap.

                                      I was supposed to fly to cohin from mumbai in go air flight g8 347 on apr 6, 2018, with my wife and 1 year old infant.
                                      We were denied the boarding passed mentioning that we arrived late, while, in fact we arrived just in time (Atleast 53 minutes before flights departure).
                                      Not sure where i could complain. I have a snapshot of the flight deaprture time.
                                      GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir i was travelling from ahmedabad to bangalore on 31/03/2018 flight no g8 801 my pnr number is kcd6rx seat no 24 d . wile check in... my bag was in very good condaction.. wile v reach to bangalore international airport when i took my bag 4m ur laguage lounch my bag was torn your management is responsable for my daimage bag so replacement my bag soon...THANKYOU...
