    I booked go air g8-262 tickets for mr. Umaballava mohaptra and mrs. Kalpana garabudu from kolkata (Ccu) to bhubaneswar (Bbi); time/date of journey 18:45 22nd march 2018; pnr y7vgtz.

    I got a telephone call from [protected] that the flight has been cancelled. I made alternative arrangements.

    I have not received refund of rs. 2, 729.00 neither from go air nor from irctc. Please make arrangements for the refund.

    I had booked a flight from srinagar to delhi for 30th june today itself by mistake because of some typing error my first name is written as kamlesh instead of Amrish, i called the go air within 5 minutes i came to know about this through my, i want go air to provide me a resolution because your customer care is pathetic PNR :- JIM7VK.

      On 10/3/2018 pnr no ub8sfn 4 members of my family were travelling from delhi to mumbai by flight no gb 446 but it was cancelled from goair side. It is requested to provide me full refund. Passangers were kamal srivastava, shraddha srivastava kushaj kumar and luv kumar. On the booking counter at delhi it was told to us that our tikets is cancelled from airline side but till date we have not recieved our refund. It is again requested that please return our money.

          I took my flight g8 231 del-pat on 31/03/2018. Checked in 3 luggage with flight well in advance. However, in patna i have received only 2 luggage and lost the third one. When contacted the local officer satvender at patna airport, he found out. Apparently, it's still in delhi and not yet been sent over. Don't know what is happening and whether i will get my luggage back. Or i am just facing delayed tactics!

            We had a booking under the above mentioned pnr round trip ccu & ixb. But we were unable to board our flight from ixb to ccu as the boarding was completed at 14.13 hrs. We agree that the check in should be 45 minutes prior from the time of departure but due to huge traffic in siliguri city we reached the airport at 14.13 hrs. The reservation counter person said that due to heavy demand of seats they have allowed other passengers against our tickets. Please note that we were six persons including of two senior citizens and one baby of 3 years. It was really very shocking for us and we suffered a lot due to this poor service. Moreover we had to spent lot of money for alternate option. It is very obvious that we would to like demand a refund for this non compliance of service.

              My name is vibhu and i am frequent traveller. I had booked 2 ticket on 20feb 2018 and cancelled the flight because of some time schedule issues. But the go air service department at the airport had promised me for the flight cancellation amount will be credited on my account with in 7 working day. I had called them many times they are telling simple excuse on bank delay like that. Now its almost 1 and half month completed and the amount is not yet refunded in my account. I am trying to go legaly on this. Its not about the amount, the go air airlines is cheating the customer by without sending the refund amount like this. This is my worst experiance ever had with a airlines in india.

                They have cancelled the flight and refused to re book the flight for chennai to kochi on 14th of april 2018. This is very pathetic and causing huge problems for the travelers. They are denying for providing another flight too.

                We want a free booking for the passengers for this route maa-cok on 14th of april 2018. Time:7:45 hrs.

                Even i am not satisfied with the customer care personnel's behaviour.
                Please look into this on priority

                  This is to bring to your notice about a recent bad experience i have gone through:

                  I am a frequent traveller of go air, in the month of november, i booked a flight from bangalore to nagpur through go air website - pnr o6p8fz & flight number 812.
                  After booking i didn't get any message confirmation neither i received any mail confirmation assuming that my tickets didn't get booked. I checked all folders.

                  After few days, as i thought the earlier ticket was not booked, i booked another ticket via goibibo that too goair bangalore to nagpur for a different date which got booked and i got mail confirmation via sms and mail both. Flight details - pnr - d1bhpl and flight number - g8812

                  Suddenly a few days back i received a mail from goair stating that the flight (Pnr o6p8fz) is rescheduled (Which i assumed didn't get booked as i did not get any confirmation from your end then), i immediately called your customer care and told him all the history and requested to refund the money full amount but unfortunately i didn't get much help rather he was asking me to pay extra amount for rescheduling the same flight. This is not the kind of support i was expecting from a well-known brand.

                  My concern is being a frequent and loyal customer of goair, i have paid twice, now i have two tickets same destination with different dates one on 31st and one on 5th.

                  This is a very pathetic situation and experience i am facing for the first time with goair, hope you will take this concern while understanding my situation. Expecting to get a well-balanced resolution from goair.

                  Please reply asap, as a flight is on 31st march 2018

                    I had booked 6 tickets on g8-653 on 1st april 2018 from cochin to bengaluru. Today (28th march 2018), i got a call from go air stating that my flight is cancelled and they are not able to make any alternative arrangement. I had booked tickets for around 2000 rupees per passenger but now i see that the prices are double with other airlines. Since goair is cancelling the flight, they must provide me seats in alternate airlines.

                    I am not ok with receiving full refund. The must compensate me for the losses i suffer.

                      I was traveling from srinagar to delhi thru go air on 25th march 2018. Vide flight no g8 129 pnr no ryv9qa seat no c13 during the security check i was asked to put my flavour cigrate packs in luggage bags at luggage identify place i along with security person went to luggage identify staff and handed over the same to put my flavour cigarettes in luggage bags while putting my flavour cigarettes in luggage bag the go air staff were committing each other about my flavour cigarettes and were discussing the flavours of the same. After that in delhi i found the flavour cigarettes and pashmina shawl worth rs 25000/- is missing from my bag in this regard i also spoke to the srinagar airport staff but they refused to accept the same and suggested me to write a note on feedback for the same. Now i am going to lodge fir for the same.

                        Had booked from bbsr to hyd on 20.3.18 by flt g-8 262 leaving at 20.25 hrs. Read about go air not adhering to air safety standards and cancelled flights. Called them up on 15.3.18 where in they gave me the option to take multiple stop flights. Managed to get a booking done for same sector for 21st. Today got a message this flight is cancelled and the only option is to take a refund or go via multiple stoppages and reach in 14 hrs. Today tried for a flight for 22nd but even that flight is cancelled. I have a connecting flight from hyd on 23rd hence forced to buy a ticket at higher rate. This is harassment and high handedness of the airline company. The govt should take action against these airlines. Now even calls are not going through to the call centres.

                          I had 2 booked ticket (9 passengers) for 23 june 2018 from delhi to mumbai from yatra.com. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, i had to cancel my tour. Hence, i have to cancel the tickets too. While checking for cancellation charge, i am shocked. I am not gonna refund any of the amount. Total cost of the tickets was 21, 205 rs and if i cancel the tickets, i will not get a single penny back.
                          Firstly, i had contacted yatra via online chat. They were only telling me the cancellation rules. Sharing the details of cancellation charges but not willing ti help me to save my money. Yatra is charging 400 rs per passenger for cancellation and goair is charging 1750 rs per person, plus they are having some taxes on it. After all these, i am getting 0 (Zero) rupees as refund. Yatra.com has only telling me the same thing again and again. I had told them you can't take all my money, even if i am not travelling. They said that nothing can be done from their end, i can check with goair.

                          I had contacted goair as well. They are too telling me the same thing. As per policy, cancellation charges — bla bla bla...

                          These companies are nothing to do with the passengers emotions. We all works hard, day and night and companies like these are fooling us, cheating with us, robbing us by making # policies and rules.

                          I belongs to middle class family and can't afford to lose such big amount.

                          Requesting you to look after my case (So many other citizens may have faced this) and help me to get my money refund with minimum cancellation charges.

                          Thank you for your patience!

                          We would like to inform you that as we have checked cancellation charges depends on the Airline fare rules. Cancellation charges is displayed on Yatra website before the confirmation of the booking. Refundable means post charging the cancellation amount remaining refund will be refunded to customer. Refund amount depends on the cancellation charges and cost of the ticket. Hence, amount charges as per the cancellation policy.

                            Pls refer my service request. Till date l have got no response from your end. I requested for travel certificate to claim my ltc as l have lost my boarding pass. Ticket details are:leh to delhi and delh to guwahati. Airline pnr is t8my8t and. Qzceyr. But till date there is no response... Wrote mail also. Pls issue travel certificte so that l can claim my ltc.

                              I shared medical reports, passport scanned copy and birth certificate of my child.
                              Its been 2 weeks and i have not received any reply (Except auto generated acknowledgments) from their end stating the status of the request.
                              How long refund team takes to verify the documents. It is very very frustrating, there is no customer care support who can help me to know the status of the request (G[protected], g[protected], g[protected], g[protected].

                                  I am ashwani thapa.
                                  My flight was from Bangalore to Patna on 1st March 2018 (Go Air G8-272).
                                  When i reached Patna and was on conveyor belt to receive my baggage. But i was informed that as i had power bank in my baggage so it was still in bangalore.

                                  They made me sign some papers for permission to open my baggage and take the power bank out. and informed me that my baggage will arrive next day and i can receive it from the airport.

                                  Next day i was informed that my baggage has come to patna airport and i can receive it.

                                  I came home with the baggage and the power bank(separately in an envelope). After some time i noticed that my 2TB Hard-disk (Company-WD) was missing and only the wire of the hard-disk is separately present in the baggage .And i am 100% sure that it was kept in the baggage.

                                  Please check and return my 2TB hard-disk or refund the money.
                                  That's very disgusting. I did nit expected this from the airline.

                                    My flight g8 423 on 13th march from delhi to hyderabad got cancelled due to technical grievances. This problem aside, i called on 15th march to inquire about my refund amount. The customer care executive mentioned that he will initiate the process now and i will get the amount by 7 days.

                                    I was furious as i had to call and inform for a refund even though flight got cancelled. The executive informed me that till the time customer himself calls and asks for a refund the amount will be in the care of goair. What a pathetic attempt to extort money from busy customers.

                                      So casual attitude of the goair respondents on the phone.

                                      My flights from hyd - bbi (To and fro)- 16th march to 20th march got cancelled due to airlines issue and no compensation is being given to the me.

                                      Parents have flown from delhi to hyd to visit bhubhaneshwar and puri, hotel bookings are all done in advance. But due to goair flights cancellations, all bookings go in vain. Why would i bear all the loss?

                                      Sincere request airlines to book same day flights in alternative flights or pay for every penny loss of mine
