Hi,
I have logged a request to get travel certificate for my travel fro New Delhi to Mumbai, dated 29.01.2018 for which I had lost my boarding pass.

Airline - GoAir
PNR No - Z936FG

Request was logged on 13.02.2018 at customer care helpline number, i.e. [protected] but complaint number was not provided by the officer there. I was informed that i will get my travel certificate within 48 hours of raising the complaint, whereas I am yet to receive the same even after 10 days of raising the complaint.

I need the travel certificate to get the travel claim reimbursed from the company & hence requesting you to please help in getting the same.

    I was travelling from new delhi to guwahati on 19.02.2018 vide goair flight no. G8 ‘151. Took off from t2 at 12.35pm. I checked in my bag at ur boarding pass counter and while taking my bag at guwahati airport i was surprised that my apple earpiece worth rs 800 was missing from the side pocket of my bag. Pl look into this matter and provide me the earpiece as it was totally with u.

      I was travelling from mumbai to delhi on 13.02.2018 via g8-643. The flight was schduled at 09:05pm but delayed by 1 hour to 10:00pm. When the check in desk didn't open then we enquire about the flight & came to know that the flight has sill not landed. There was further delay which took next 2 hour to took off & started at 12:00 midnight.

      I had to continue onward journey from igi delhi to chandigarh via volvo for which i had booked ticket for inr 705/-.

      Due to delay in flight, i missed my bus & had to suffer a lot during travel to chandigarh with ample qty of luggage.

      I want goair to review this complaint & arrange to refund of my volvo bus fare for bearing the delay & difficulty during journey.

        The wheelchair assistants vanished, as a result, the very old, handicapped grandparents missed the flight. They were taken inside by them and left on their own in the middle of hussle bussle for hours. It is difficult to express in details the follow up story. To their utter discomfort and confusion and after many follow ups from outside (Since we couldn’t go in), the staff still refused to understand the gravity of their blunder and any humane compassion. They could have taken the responsibility and taken them in the same flight, which they arrogantly refused.
        We are shocked, disappointed and left with such a bad taste of experience; worse for the grandparents who are too old to digest this for the rest of their living years.
        After many hours of running to and fro, the staff finally agreed to take them for a 11:15 patna via flight to ranchi (Needless to say, a painfully long one for the old people). We want to bring this incident to your notice. Our grandparents are left with this unfortunate experience as a mark which i don’t want to repeat for others in the future.
        Kindly take a strict action against the people responsible, that is my humble request.

          I am flying on the above mentioned flight on 18/02/18 flight was scheduled to depart at 10:40 and now rescheduled to 13:10 hours. The staff is unable to provide any further details regarding the cause of delay or any more delay expected. This is highly unprofessional behaviour on part of the airlines as people choose a particular time of travel for n number of reasons.

            Check in staff miss rina was very much furious and used filthy language to a respected senior citizen my parents.
            She forced me to bring back before her again only for check in. Another staff had already personally verified the id proof.
            It has caused severe mental torture to us

              I am unable to get a travel certificate for go air for more than 3 weeks now. The last person informed me there was a technical issue in the back end team and hence they are unable to process it. Really go air - an airplane company with such sophisticated software not able to fix a glitch for 3 weeks, now i really wonder how many glitches you guys have in your systems. Looking at the numerous complaints regarding travel certificates, i think the glitch has been there for over an year now.

              Remember that you will lose your customer base if this carries on. Not sure when but surely because of poor customer service you will lose your customer base.

                Thanks to goair ground staff, i have lost my baggage at delhi airport.
                I was carrying my baggage to board plane when one of the ground staff told me that size of my baggage is not fit to go on board.

                After arguing when it was allowed earlier ground staff did not allow the baggage in the cabin. Finally i handed over baggage to ground staff.

                Finally at jammu airport i came to know my baggage is missing.

                  My father was travelling from delhi to bagdogra. He was first informed that the flight is delayed. After waiting for 3 hrs, he gets to know its cancelled. Its been another one hr that he was said for the accomodation but no response, infact the go air staff are misbehaving with him. Is this the kind of behaviour with flights these days?
                  He has had to struggle with the airport authority and he is damn tired now. If this continues, i will make sure the complain reaches higher. I have some videos of the same.

                      I am kiran dutta travelled from pune to nagpur on 14th feb 2018 flight no g8 283. When i picked my baggage at nagpur airport belt no4 i received my bag with broken handle. I immediately went to go air office at nagpur airport but here no one is available to address me. I am help less and i am very much in hurry. This is not expected this from well known airline's company. I hope you will address my concerns.

                        I have raised a request for travel certificate with goair customer care on 10th feb 2018. I asked for service request number but customer care executive denied to disclose it.

                        My pnr is ZD3RWK for my travel from delhi to pune on 09th dec 2017 and from pune to delhi on 10th dec 2017.

                        I have been following up with customer care everyday for this and everyday my cell number is put on block. Customer care is intentionally not picking up phone., Also there is no such information available on goair.in website. This is really frustrating.

                        It has been over 3 days for the request i made on call. This is really inappropriate behaviour from your end.

                        Please help me get this resolved asap. I need to submit this for my ltc by friday, 23 feb 2018

                            Dear all,

                            I booked a flight from delhi to ahmedabad.

                            I got a confirmation from goair that booking has been confirmed.

                            But that was fake message from goair.

                            I paid inr 5987.

                            But still fare got increased & i had to book flight again for inr 14507.

                            I had to pay more 8520 for a flight of 5987.

                            Kindly refund back inr 8520 because the website of goair has loopholes & how can they send message of booking confirmation & generate pnr no. & they didnt book my flight

                            I also mailed them but no reply since 3 days.

                            If you do not reply now i will have to file a case aginst goair under consumer protection act

                              I am gagan bains. My flight was from chd to mumbai. After security check in i lost my boarding pass. 20 minutes before departure i contacted with concerned airlines members. They told me its not possible to reprint the boarding pass. I was not allowed to board the flight. Security personal working at airport help me alot and tried their best in searching for boarding pass. But the airline members were not able to find any solution. I know its my mistake but there should be some alternate for such cases.

                              Actually i contacted airlines 20 minutes before boarding not departure. I reached at airport one hour before schedule boarding.

                                I had my flight with goair for three passengers from lucknow to delhi (G8188) scheduled on 27 dec 2017. The pnr for the same is lbvdpk.

                                Due to some operational issues at the airport the flight was indefinitely delayed. After waiting for a few hours and checking regularly with the goair lucknow team i was told that there are very less chance of the flight actually flying. They told me that i can get my booking cancelled and they will process a full refund.
                                So i went to the goair counter and got my booking cancelled. I was told that they have initiated a full refund and i will receive the amount in my card.
                                When i checked my card statement i found that no refund was received on my card. So i checked with the goair customer care team, i am being told a different story.
                                I am being told that airport staff can't cancel the ticket and i should have contacted the customer care later and then they would have processed the full refund. Now since it has been more than 7 days, they won't be able to process from their side and asked me to contact you.
                                I have no idea why this is happening. Is it the goair staff at lucknow have no idea of goair policies and they are misguiding the customers. They should have clearly told me that, i should contact customer care instead of telling me that i don't need to do anything.

                                Please ask the airline to initiate the full refund for my ticket. Also ask them to educate the staff at airport to be aware of company policy in such cases.

                                    Please refer to my earlier 4 complaints i am sending hereby mobile sms which i got from you & where it was clearly written the time of departure as 13-55 hrs & your booking staff wrote in my tkt the time of reporting as 12-30pm (Vide tkt. Which i had already attached to my earlier complaints ref no[protected], dt 3/1/18.[protected], dt.7/1/[protected], dt. 11/1/18.[protected], dt 2/2/18. This shows that your co. Has violated the norms & denied it's boarder to board. I hence demand full money refund.
