It's been 30 days passed away, still i did not get my flight cancellation refund of rs. 976.
I had been calling so many times to custmer support to get my refund back, but still didn't get a single penny. So could you please process my refund as soon as possible.

On the 27th of feb, i had my flight from delhi to mumbai and my luggage was deported to bengaluru instead of mumbai. The staff was really slow and inefficient about the lost baggage. They took more than two hours just to figure out where my bag is also the incharged person did not give proper replies when asked and the next day when i got my bag it was in a very bag=d condition and damaged from a lot of places....

I booked my air ticket through make my trip from delhi to chandigarh for dated 26.2.18 and my ticket was confirmed by your airline, but when i reached to check in on igi airport t2 in the morning of 26.2.18, i was told by your manager that flight for chandigarh has been canceled. I booked a ticket by mistake with the wrong destination. The ticket was booked for a travel 2 months later. I called the airlines to reschedule my destination but they refused and conveyed that i have to cancel the ticket. I have got no refund in this transaction. A complete loss of 7000

I have travelled from Kochi to Mumbai through Go Air G8-468 flight on 04.02.2018. Unfortunately I lost my boarding passes. As I want to claim LTC, I need a travel certificate for me as well as my husband. I have requested for the same through Go Air helpline No. [protected] but till date I have not received it on my registered e-mail ID.

Worst airlines. I was supposed to travel from chennai to kochi on thursday and it got cancelled. I booked my return ticket on the same airlines and it was initially 12:30 and they first rescheduled to 4:00 pm and then again rescheduled to 5:15 pm... I will never recommend this airlines to anyone i know.. Money is not all that matters... Time is precious and they don't value it...

I booked myself between blr & ngp on 22, feb by g8 812.
I paid extra for a reclining emergency exit and took seat 13f.
This seat was non functioning, it's reclining facility was broken and i had a horrible time because of the malfunction.
Apart from this the flight was delayed 3 hours and took off at 1am.

I have logged a request to get travel certificate for my travel fro New Delhi to Mumbai, dated 29.01.2018 for which I had lost my boarding pass.

Request was logged on 13.02.2018 at customer care helpline number, i.e. [protected] but complaint number was not provided by the officer there. I was informed that i will get my travel certificate within 48 hours of raising...

I was travelling from new delhi to guwahati on 19.02.2018 vide goair flight no. G8 ‘151. Took off from t2 at 12.35pm. I checked in my bag at ur boarding pass counter and while taking my bag at guwahati airport i was surprised that my apple earpiece worth rs 800 was missing from the side pocket of my bag. Pl look into this matter and provide me the earpiece as it was totally with u....

I am flying on the above mentioned flight on 18/02/18 flight was scheduled to depart at 10:40 and now rescheduled to 13:10 hours. The staff is unable to provide any further details regarding the cause of delay or any more delay expected. This is highly unprofessional behaviour on part of the airlines as people choose a particular time of travel for n number of reasons....

Check in staff miss rina was very much furious and used filthy language to a respected senior citizen my parents.
She forced me to bring back before her again only for check in. Another staff had already personally verified the id proof.
It has caused severe mental torture to us
