Hi we are very frustrated with go air services.
I have booked ticket my friend after 01 hour i have again booked other ticket 28 feb 2018 from delhi to mumbai.
In first ticket it shows departure terminal 1 d from new delhi airport and second ticket it was printed terminal t2.
I also tried to contact with go air customer care number [protected] but number is not working after sometimes call automatically disconnected.

Early morning we are facing issue to catch the flight firstly we go d1 after that terminal t2 it was disgusting.
Very bad services by go air.

    Dear sir/ma'am
    This is to inform you that on 7th march, 2018 i travelled from bombay to delhi by flight number g8-439. The flight landed at 10:35 p. M at terminal 2 delhi. After collecting my bag i realised that i left my power bank in seat pocket 25f/e and thereafter immediately reported the same to the cabin crew waiting at the departure area and they informed us that the aircraft gate has been closed and therefore we had to make complaint at gate number 4 near the departure area but the staff present there one rajeev sharma misbehaved with me and refused to entertain my complaint and informed me to speak to the security and he will not help me. I request you to please initiate action against rajeev sharma and found my power bank and give it to me.

      Go air cancelled all flights in march due to operational problem. This is such a shameful thing to inform two days prior to the journey. I had planned to travel on march 9 with infant. Cancelling at the last time is not at all acceptable. I am in lot of trouble due to this. The customer care person is not ready to provide any other alternative. This is the second time i am experiencing the same issue. I regret making a choice with goairif you are travelling with infant, please don't ever think of flying with goair as they are the least customer centric flight.

      We had booked on Flight no. G8 652 (PNR NO. MEC7XE) for 2nd March 2018, on 13 February 2018. But on 28 March we were told the flight was cancelled. We want full refund for the same. Had also cancelled our return flight on 4th March (PNR no. K7IEG G-8 655) We need a full refund for this too as we had no assurance the flight would not be cancelled.

        Hi team,

        I am pretty disappointed to say that that goair services are really bad.

        I had scheduled flight on 1 mar'18 from pune to delhi, but due to some medical urgency (After consult with doctor), we couldn't able to travel.

        I had drop a mail to your refund team on 1st feb'18 with all the medical document proof. And since then i am keep on chasing but not received even a single mail/call.

        I have call their representative more then 20 times but those guys also not help me.

        This is a worst experience i have had in my life till now. I will be making sure that from now onwards, i won't use your horrible airline service nor my friend, relative, family will use.

        . I am looking for my refund of flight.

          Hi, i have made a booking with goair for a flight g8-652 from chennai to cochin on 24th feb 2018 and a return flight on 26th feb g8-655. On 23rd i get a message from go air confirming that my flight was cancelled due to “issues beyond our control“. I made a call to them and got it rescheduled to a flight at 2.00 pm. I was travelling to my home town for an emergency. But i had no other option to reach home on time. Considering that this may be really something which was beyond their control., i flew with goair.
          But, the surprises never ends with goair i guess. On 25th, when i checked my phone, i saw a message from go air stating that my afternoon flight, for which i have already checked in got rescheduled to 4 in the evening.. Unfortunately, as this was an emergency travel i had to reach my office at 1 30 in the afternoon for an urgent meeting which i couldnot avoid. I called up the customer care to know the exact reason.. And also to know what can be done. They made me wait for nearly 45 minutes to get things done and that too which forced me to book another flight with another airlines costing me around 5k. Sure that goair lost a customer due to their bad customer service. But the time and money lost for me must be compensated.

            It's been 30 days passed away, still i did not get my flight cancellation refund of rs. 976.
            I had been calling so many times to custmer support to get my refund back, but still didn't get a single penny. So could you please process my refund as soon as possible.

                  On the 27th of feb, i had my flight from delhi to mumbai and my luggage was deported to bengaluru instead of mumbai. The staff was really slow and inefficient about the lost baggage. They took more than two hours just to figure out where my bag is also the incharged person did not give proper replies when asked and the next day when i got my bag it was in a very bag=d condition and damaged from a lot of places.

                    Dear sir /madam,
                    I booked my air ticket through make my trip from delhi to chandigarh for dated 26.2.18 and my ticket was confirmed by your airline, but when i reached to check in on igi airport t2 in the morning of 26.2.18, i was told by your manager that flight for chandigarh has been canceled. I asked them why you didn't inform me and they told me that we called you once but ur mobile was off. I want to submit that may be my mobile was off but why you didn't send me any email or sms and added upon by the fact i did not get my refund till date. I suffered a lot due to this negligent and insensitive attitude of go air airline and i am seriously thinking of not traveling in future with goair air line.

                      I booked a ticket by mistake with the wrong destination. The ticket was booked for a travel 2 months later. I called the airlines to reschedule my destination but they refused and conveyed that i have to cancel the ticket. I have got no refund in this transaction. A complete loss of 7000

                      In the meanwhile i have another booking with spicejet, they were allowing the modification without any extra money but go air has been stubborn and have looted the money.

                      These companies like go air are operating in this space just to extradite money out of consumers with their baseless and anti customer support attitude. These companies are not making or what that they need to loot customer's money to survive, they could not even support me even when i reported the mistake within 1/2 an hour. The companies are shameless beings who are there just to take the money. They say "as per our internal policy, we cant the refund the money.

                      Your direct competitor was willing to support, but i guess your ceo's bonus is dependent on the loot of your customer's money.

                      Guess will never book with go air and try to provide as much feedback as i can all across so that no one else falls to book go air.

                        I have travelled from Kochi to Mumbai through Go Air G8-468 flight on 04.02.2018. Unfortunately I lost my boarding passes. As I want to claim LTC, I need a travel certificate for me as well as my husband. I have requested for the same through Go Air helpline No. [protected] but till date I have not received it on my registered e-mail ID.

                        Hence, I am requesting again to issue travel certificate for PNR No's :- P5G3MP and FBF6PK of Mrs. Soumya Sajeev and Mr. Sajeev Kumaran respectively.

                          Worst airlines. I was supposed to travel from chennai to kochi on thursday and it got cancelled. I booked my return ticket on the same airlines and it was initially 12:30 and they first rescheduled to 4:00 pm and then again rescheduled to 5:15 pm... I will never recommend this airlines to anyone i know.. Money is not all that matters... Time is precious and they don't value it

                            Mumbai to ahmedabd.

                            Ahmedabad at 11.00

                            After pay more rs.2425.00 for reach ahmedabad at the
                            Ealriest but i reach 11.00pm so it is not worth for.

                              I originally book flight from amd to del for 24th feb 2018 which got cancelled, i had to reschedule it for 25th feb 2018. Today is 25th feb and the flight gor cancelled again without any message or email. The option i have is to either reschedule or full refund. Unfortunately the full refund is not enough to book the last minute ticket. I want my compensation for extra days i spend where i was forced to stay by this incompetent company and i want compensation for the new flights which i booked to to get to my final destination.
                              Knowing the incompetence of this company i still hope there are some business ethics left in them.

                              I want my compensation or the face a court case.

                                This is puneet verma.
                                I forgot my wallet in front seat pocket (My seat 10b) while travelling from pune to delhi (G8 -278) on 24 feb. My ticket pnr is v3j2pi. I have been trying to contact customer care and all other the contact i could but there is no luck. Customer care people are denying to help. I went to airport at least twice but the staff is denying to provide any help. My wallet has lot of imp stuff apart from money that i can afford to miss. I would want to file a complaint against the airline staff.

                                  I booked myself between blr & ngp on 22, feb by g8 812.
                                  I paid extra for a reclining emergency exit and took seat 13f.
                                  This seat was non functioning, it's reclining facility was broken and i had a horrible time because of the malfunction.
                                  Apart from this the flight was delayed 3 hours and took off at 1am.
                                  A horrible experience throughout the late night with no reclining facility has got me into back pain issues.
                                  I would like to have a refund of my money as the facility charged for was not provided in the aircraft.

                                    I am supposed to travelling today 22 nd feb at 18:20 from hyderabad to ahmedabad but my flight got cancelled just an hour bfr without informing me and i was already at airport they gave me tomorrow's flight i want my transportation money frm airport to my accommodation worth around 2000 and accommodation charge... I want compensation for this inconvenience... Tomorrow i want this money do give that...

                                        I have logged a request to get travel certificate for my travel fro New Delhi to Mumbai, dated 29.01.2018 for which I had lost my boarding pass.

                                        Airline - GoAir
                                        PNR No - Z936FG

                                        Request was logged on 13.02.2018 at customer care helpline number, i.e. [protected] but complaint number was not provided by the officer there. I was informed that i will get my travel certificate within 48 hours of raising the complaint, whereas I am yet to receive the same even after 10 days of raising the complaint.

                                        I need the travel certificate to get the travel claim reimbursed from the company & hence requesting you to please help in getting the same.
