W5g17p was my pnr and when i reach in the cok airport before 5:00am today 2/2/2018, friday the counter was closed. Myself and 11 other pax along hasnot allowed to check-in by the go air cok airport staff. Even after we requested the staff their behavior was very unsatisfactory and we been left unattended by anyone. Since we had a very urgent meeting in chennai we missed that. Afterall it was a domestic airline should have reconsidered the paxs. I humbly request the authority to look into this seriously and not to repeat such incident in future.

    आपसे अनुरोध है कि IRTC के साइड में (PNR L8MLWG & JELFYR) प्रॉब्लम होने से टिकट सेक्टर और डेट गलत बुक होगये है जिसको मज़बूरन यात्री को कैंसिल करना पड़ा और जिसका कैंसिल चार्जेज यात्री को अनावश्यक भुगतना पड़ रहा है अतः यात्री को दुबारा से सेम सेक्टर और पैसेंजर (PNR A9UCWA) में आपके ही उड़ान से नया टिकट IRTC साइट में प्रॉबलम के कारण ट्रेवल एजेंट से ज़ारी कराया है, अतः दोनों टिकटों की कॉपी आपको संलग्न किये। है अतः आपसे मेरा अनुरोध है कि मेरा IRTC बुकिंग में प्रॉब्लम के कारन जो गलत टिकट ज़ारी होने से कैसल की राशि लगी है उसको माफ़ कर दिया जाय ताकि मुझे पूरा रिफंड वापस किया जाय. क्योंकि यात्री इतना विशाल रद्दीकरण चार्जेज भुगतने में असमर्थ है।

        Hi,

        I need a travel certificate for the following flight:
        G8-120 Bangalore to Delhi, 15th February 2015, PNR - ​6971B9

        The booking is in my name - Mannu Amrit.

        Customer Care number was unable to help me since they said that their softwares have been updated and they couldnt retrieve the booking. I have sent several emails but havent heard back from Goair since couple of weeks.

              This is to bring to your kind attention that i, saket bhandari had booked a flight round trip ticket from ranchi to new delhi on the 3rd of january. It was done through an agent at sun ticketing point, guru gobind singh road, hazaribagh who charged an amount of 6000 for the round trip tickets. I was supposed to depart on the 19th on a goair flight and return back on 22nd on an indigo flight. I had planned the trip to manali very well and booked hotel on oyo rooms and bus ticket for my friend too for ludhiana from where we both would continue the journey. I was ready to leave for ranchi that morning when i suddenly got a message at around 9 from goair stating the flight had been canceled. I began trying to call the customer care service but nobody picked up the call until it was 2 hours. I went to the agent who suggested me to cancel the ticket as there was no response from the other end. My whole trip and plan were wasted and i later had to book another ticket but suffered a great loss.
              All the relevant images are attached. I would like to get refund of atleast the tickets' amount of rs. 6, 000 and the amount exceeding in the ticket i booked later on the 21st.

                  Nagpur to mumbai 7.40 pm 21.02.2018, air hostess rakhi leaked my husband's contact number to another passenger seating behind who seemed to be working in airlines too and friends. Seat number 13c the passenger was also behind in c seat. The female passenger is calling on the number continuously and is asking for illicit favours. Please take action against rakhi as they cannot breach passangers privacy and share personal information.

                    I am writing this to inform you regarding my the loss of suitcase on 14th january 2014 i travelled from mumbai to delhi in flight no. G8 -467 my pnr no was wctvvk was travelling with kids and mind was completely drained because your flight was rescheduled thrice and when i reached delhi airport one of your passengers took my suitcase. His pnr ni was e6jctz. Since one week i am trying to contact on the number which was given to me by airport authority but got to know it is wrong no.

                    I booked my flight from kochi to portblair in G8651 and G8 305 direct flight on PNR 04MC3P in your goair airline . My flight was on 18 Dec 17.Myself PAWAN WALIA. But go air cancelled my flight ticket from kochi to chennai. I only travelled from chennai to portblair on same PNR. My refund amount is 4680 rupees.
                    I have booked a ticket under booking id MG8T7LDKJ and PNR NO. T7LDKJ DATED 8th Sep, 2017 in flight no. G8-181 from DELHI TO LUCKNOW after that flight cancelled by goair itself but refund with compensation not received till date. we have expand Rs. 10000/- for reaching the desination at lucknow due to urgent work.

                      Mr p mohapatra at goair bhubaneswar airport is an insane because he doesnt not how to speak, understand you guys have clash in the flght but that what you are being paid for. He behaved rude with me even if he could have mentioned the same thing politely. He has no patience to listen and wonder how goair has appointed such illiterate people. Shows what family background he is from and he so shabbily dressed, i hated myself that why i am even talking to him, even if your bag is extra by 1kg they say very rudely that "be careful next time" wonder if they have been groomed for this job.

A damaged baggage report was made through your staff shri naveen at cial. Till date none from go air contacted me. Also sent an email to go air feedback as advised by your cial office.                                 I have raised a request for travel certificate with goair customer care on 13th jan 2018 via call and via email on 16th jan 2018 (Rq number - g[protected].

                                My pnr is * for my travel from blr to amd on 25th oct 2017.

                                I have been following up with customer care everyday for this and everyday i am told, "please give us 1 day" or "it will be done in 24hrs" or some # commitment. Today i was told "tc request require 7 days to process" whereas there is no such information available on goair.in website. These are contradicting responses and really frustrating

                                It has been over 5 days for the request i made on call and over 2 days for the one sent via email. This is really inappropriate behaviour from your end.

                                Please help me get this resolved asap. I need to submit this for my ltc by friday, 20th jan

                                        Worst baggage handling ever in any flight services. On 28th december 2017 i flew to delhi with go air and while receiving the baggage i found the handle of my trolley broken. On complaining i was made to fill up a complaint form and the only thing i got yo hear from the baggage department was "sorry". However, since i had my return ticket booked with go air i had no other option to fly with you. On reaching delhi airport t2 i made sure the "fragile" sticker was stuck on my baggage and the did the same in the boarding/baggage drop counter and made me sign on the sticker as a proof that the bag was submitted in the broken condition. Then on reaching kolkata i found my bag totally distorted, to be precise, chain of the bag torn. On speaking to one of the executives she apologized and said the golden word "sorry" and explained that since i have signed on the sticker since the handle was broken they are not being able to help me. So basically i was proved to be a liar. Just to summarize go air baggage department sucks and will never fly with go air again in my life and will not recommend the same to my known circle.
