This is to bring to your kind attention that i, saket bhandari had booked a flight round trip ticket from ranchi to new delhi on the 3rd of january. It was done through an agent at sun ticketing point, guru gobind singh road, hazaribagh who charged an amount of 6000 for the round trip tickets. Requesting for travel certificate to claim my lta as l have lost my boarding pass. As there is no provision on goair website to raise a request for travel certificate, i am raising this request as a complaint.

Travelling in g8 656 on 28.12.17 from chennai to kochi my checked in stroller bag was completely damaged. A damaged baggage report was made through your staff shri naveen at cial. Worst baggage handling ever in any flight services. On 28th december 2017 i flew to delhi with go air and while receiving the baggage i found the handle of my trolley broken. On complaining i was made to fill up a complaint form and the only thing i got yo hear from the baggage department was "sorry". I made small mistake in my name while booking this domestic flight ticket thru paytm (wrote Niresh Kumari instead of Nitesh Kumar, somehow it got auto changed while typing). I realized my mistake immediately after booking was confirmed and called Paytm. Paytm asked me to contact GoAir customer care. But the GoAir customer care representative denied making changes and asked me to cancel and rebook.

The flight was canceled by goair and have not refunded the full amount despite calling them multiple times. Every time they assured they will be initiating the full refund but haven't refunded its been almost 2 months from the time the message from goair regarding flight cancellation was received....

My flight number is g8 293 which is from pune to bangalore which is actually scheduled 1.25 at 13.01.2018. By this time i got two messages like first delay by 30 minutes and second delay with another 25 mins. Now my schedule of departure is 2.20. Further delay may also happen the way the timing it's going.

I will ask one question, now for your delay you are making us to wait unnecessarily 1-2 hrs with actually planned activities...
