I had booked the ticket from ranchi to delhi on 16th dec 2017 with pnr-nyvunn under the name - sachin kumar in flight no. G8-246 ticket amount was rs. 3334/-. But airline cancelled the flight and i had again booked the ticket by air aisa airline with an amount of rs.6971/-
I have been trying full day on 15th & 16th dec to contact the go air on [protected]/[protected] but have to listen to taped message. Even i had trying to contact airline counter at ranchi airport but counter was closed. Till date i have not received my money.
Kindly do needful.

    Im sanjeevani singh. I'm suffering from medical condition and had undergone a tvt tape surgery. Also i have sensory bladder, my bladder cannot store more than 150 ml o[censored]rine after which my whole body becomes uncomfortable. I had void/ passed urine before take off. The flight g8 441 from mumbai to nagpur was suppose to take off at 4.10pm. Till 5.25 it was on runway due to atc i was uneasy almost for 45 minutes and wanted to rush to the loo, but the callous flight attendants were extremely rude and asked me to pee on my seat in the cabin. This was such a shameful statement on part of your flight attendants. My dignity was torn into pieces. Such females should be grounded immediately. I always had doubts about goair and now i'm sure. This is a lot of insensitive people.

    My flight one is M35T7F which was tomorrow morning and it has been cancelled. I have called the airline atleast 100 Times I haven’t got in contact with anyone. I called the Head office and they put me on hold for 5 minutes. Do you all understand the meaning of 100 times. Can you do something about my booking please ?
    Hello...my self Deepankar Panda I have booking with PNR E3QRNS the flight G8-176 on 19Dec'17 from PNQ to DEL which has been cancelled with very short notice. I have back booking from Delhi to Pune thus cancellation of this flight will cost me double. Calling customer care but no one picking call...pls resolve the same urgently...tnx

      We were kept waiting in d bus with no ac or ventilation and the driver also didnt listen to us, even after getting a prebooked meal, only veg sandwich and juice was available, no tissue in toilets, on complaining about all this the crew member gave a deaf ear and behaved rudely and asked us to complain and fill up the feedback form. I will never fly through goair and will never recommend it to anybody, if this kind of behaviour still persists your tagline will be goair - gone in the air.       I have booked tickets from Paytm. My flight is from Patna to Delhi on 28th, Dec 2017.

      Flight PNR number is J7GEXJ.
      I want to change the last name of one passenger with name Prabhat Singh.

      The last name must be changed to Ranjan. So the actual name will be Mr. Prabhat Ranjan.

      I was carrying a Titan Skinn perfume travel pack in my check in bag. It has 3 perfume bottles inside the box. When I collected my luggage after landing, 2 of the 3 bottles were missing.
      There was no lock to the check in bag.

        I was flying from delhi to patna through goair airlines flight no. G8‐149, my seat no. Was 30e, for submitting my tender for pmkvy scheme at bsdm, bihar govt. Office, my eat number was 30e, after reaching patna airport i came out of plane and i found my wallet was not with me. It was light black in colour, having 10, 000 inr, my aadhar card (No.[protected], delhi metro card. When i requested to a ground staff of goair name ranjeet, he did not supported me to find out my wallet. I doubt that he is supporting his colleague who has stolen my wallet and he was the part of that theft of my wallet. My lending time was 4:40 pm on 21 december. I request you sir, please do cross check mr. Ranjeet and his partners

        Please do me favour, try to recover my money and documents as soon as possible. i know nobody could stole from a plane within the tight security. It must be a mischief of any of the GOAIR staff and I have doubt over Mr. Ranjeet. He was a ground staff there on lending at Patna Airport.

          I have lost boarding passes. I travelled from new delhi to bangalore by goair flight number g8-113 on 27th august, 2017 with my two family members (Total 3 members including myself). Booking id no. Nf[protected]. My employer is asking for boarding pass to settle the travel bill. Please arrange to arrange to issue a travel certificate immediately.

            I tried calling the above numbers more than 20 times and waisted hours and hours, no response yet.

                On 14 nov 2017, i traveled from bagdogra to new delhi by flight pnr no x9bkug flight no. G8 158. Presently i have lost my boarding pass of the same booking id. So plz provide me a duplicate boarding pass of the same booking id on my email [protected]@gmail.com. So that i can claim my lta of the same booking id in my organization. Its very urgent for me because a long time has passed.. Thanku

                  I had booked a flight with go air a month prior to my scheduled trip flight no g8 717 n just the night before i got a message that the flight has been cancelled. Dear smart flyer! Goair would like to inform you that for your pnr y15hpb the flight g8-717 on 18dec'17 from del to amd has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You will be contacted within 24 hrs for further assistance or you may call [protected] or[protected]. Kindly note effective 29th oct, all goair flights will operate from terminal 2 (T2) new delhi, indira gandhi international airport.                     18th dec ticket

                    I got an sms telling that my flight got cancelled. When i called back they told me some options, which i was not satisfied and they promised to call back in 24 hrs.

                    I never got call back and again when calling customer care, the line is engaged for more that 2 hrs.

                    Now the go air website still shows that flight is not cancelled, but i am not sure how to proceed. I spend more than 2 hrs on phone and still cant reach customer care.

                      I was in flight g8 565 from mumbai to goa, today i. E. 17- december 2017. I ordered a sandwich and girnar masala chai. The water for the tea was not at all hot. I requested for a bill which was for inr 320/- and was told that it will be given in sometime. However i did not receive the bill for my order.                         Crue mambers required to behave reply to customer in polite manner. Combo meal what u offering in flight are very bad, which u serve to corporate customer. When i have asked chasunut, in very wag manner crue member replied this only comes. If she want money she have asked. Do we bagger, or we don't have capacity to buy. Apart of that asked water 2 wise, not served by lady crue. Very wrost experience, several time i requested my travel desk not to book ticket with goair. Train your people before sending to hospitality industry

                          Hello Go Air Team,

                          Today i got a Automated call stating that my flight from Cochin to Bangalore on 17th Dec is been cancelled.

                          I m not sure what is the reason for cancellation but please understand that the travel on that date(17th Dec) is important for me.

                          My Dad is in Cochin hospital and undergoing treatment and we travel every week from BLR-COK and COK- BLR. i had already booked my BLR- COK tickets and the return is with your airline.now i came to know that you have cancelled the flight for 17th Dec.

                          First of all - I didn't like your automated voice message stating we regret to say your flight is cancelled because my phone was showing as a SPAM call and i usually don`t pick any SPAM calls fortunately i picked this one and got your message.

                          Now can you help me getting this resolved.

                          I spoke to your customer care agent and She was of no help, no courtesy.She offered me flight for next week 22nd of December and expect me put leaves in my office for 18th - 22nd December as i live and work out of Bangalore. 2nd option was full refund which i don't want, if my trip was a casual trip then i can understand the situation and without any hesitation i could have taken any option but here you have to understand my situation . my travel dates and times are very much fixed.

                          I need a proper solution here and i request the airline to arrange a alternative travel plan for we both by today for the same travel date 17th Dec after 3PM.

                            I am pramod ep and i had booked a ticket in go air flight g8-657 from cok-blr on dec 20th. Now i received an intimation that flight is cancelled. They are requesting to call the helpline for refund/rebooking. Firstly i lost an additional 1500 due to this cancellation. Now i am unable to reach them by any means caaling customer care/ sending emails to refund email id. Kindly let me know what is the way to get the refund.

                              I had booked a return ticket to chennai on 16th dec and 17th dec return.. Under the name josy tharian pnr t82uuj.. Flight g8 656and on flight g8656.. Pnr no 12brxy.. The airline cancelled both the flights. I had to rebook the tickets which cost me 3000rs more... The airline offered free refund or free booking in their intimation.. But it seems next to impossible to get them on the phone.. Have been trying day and night to contact them but have to listen to taped messages all the time. Is this some kind of fraud?. I have been trying to call the numbers listed in the mail but no response... How can i get a full refund of tickets.

                                Self booked ticket to yatra for travel from mumbai to chennaibin go air flight on 09.12.17. Pnr no s64typ.
                                I done mybwebcheckin but not in a position to take the boarding pass and my seat no is 6b.
                                After reaching airport 45 mins before flight time, i am not able to take printout from kiosk and then approached counter and mr. Julio carvalo in tkting counter refused to provide pass. Further approached duty manager and already their was a huge arguments of other passengers on similar issue with mr. Riyaz and he told in my case why goair staff denied to issue boarding pass. He suggested me to put the complaintnfor my refund.
                                Finally i hv to travel by indigo next available flight.
                                I want go air to take necessary action and refund my money

                                        Travelling from ahmedabad to delhi 10th jan 2017
                                        I cancelled this flight on 28th september, 2017
                                        Today is 6th dec 2017 and i have complained to [protected]@goair.in 6 times but no reply
                                        I also mailed nodal officer [protected]@ goair.in ms neha bora 4 times but she also didnt reply me
                                        I also have mailed appellate authority [protected]@goair.in ms vida d'souza 2 times, also she did not reply me

                                        I called customer care at least 6 times and they put on hold for 15 min or more saying they need to investigate everytime but at the end they they have marked with highest priority and will see to it call back after 7 days

                                        Then i call again but same cycle goes on

                                        This is cheating

                                        Goair is testing customers patience, atlast the customer will be fed up and leave and they will have all the amount

                                        This is the way is is getting public money.
                                        Ridculuous!
