A guy is using your company name and asking money for training. 3 people paid 1030 rupees each for job recruitment on dec 1 2017 and only one paid 15230 rupees, which he said is refundable, for training on dec 4 2017. Please take action on this guy. Your company's name is being spoilt by him. He said if the other two doesnt pay he wont give the job because three of them paid 1030 together.

    I, ms sandhya yadav, travelled on 03 december from 10:10pm-12:00am from ahmedabad to delhi in flight no. G8 714, class n. My next flight was on 4 december at 6:25am from delhi to varanasi, flight no. Sg2195. Goair ticketmaker told me that he will transfer my luggage to varanasi, but when i reached varanasi i didn't find my luggage and spicejet customers said that they didn't get any luggage from delhi.
    Kindly provide my luggage from delhi.

        Dear concerned
        I had book a ticket through my travel agent from delhi to jammu. I was alloted pnr:g8-d3fi5c in flight number go air g8_185 which was scheduled to depart from indra gandhi international air port at 14:55 hours on 30th nov 2017, but in the morning of the same day i received an sms from the airlines that the flight has been cancelled, the airlines didn't bother to make alternate arrangements, but instead left the customers unattended.
        This has caused a huge inconvenience to me and losses also.
        I had to take new ticket from air india which coated me rs 11, 400 and also other inconvenience.
        I request your airlines to pay for my loses or i will lodge a case against the airlines in consumer court at srinagar

          I just had a shocking experience with go air website on line booking system!!!

          I am rajan telang a senior citizen. Let me narrate ….

          Today morning i booked a flight for my wife susmita telang at 12:03 pm as under..

          Goa to mumbai – date 5th feb - flight at 13:10 - pnr no ccz8vx

          I checked flight details twice and then made payment by credit card. I instantly received e-ticket. I was shocked to see that booking was done for 6:45 flight & not 13:10 flight!!! (E-ticket attached)

          I was taken aback. I instantly called your customer care and spoke to mr pranay. He said for changing the booking to 13:15 flight i must pay rs 2225/- as penalty!!!

          I made payment of the penalty and my booking was changed to 13:15 flight. I received a new e-ticket with same pnr no at 12:25 pm!! (New e-ticket attached)

          I then spoke to your ms shilpa who was kind enough to lodge a refund request on this pnr - ccz8vx

          I am attaching both e-tickets – old & new! (1st attachment on left is old one with error — 2nd one is after paying penalty – change fee)

          Sir i earnestly and humbly plead with you that i have no fault on my part! This is a clear system air! I had checked the flight details twice before making payment.

          Request you to pls refund me the penalty – change fee amount of rs 2225/- which i had to pay for no fault of mine and oblige …

          I am sure you will know this is a genuine case and refund my rs 2225/- & oblige

            Yesterday while returning from Delhi airport to Mumbai when we were travelling from terminal 1 to terminal 2 in GoAir bus we forgot our luggage. After realizing about our luggage we went to your staff enquiring about the same but we didn't get any appropriate response.Is it not your responsibility to make sure that we get back our belongings.Really really disappointed.

            Hey My grandma has booked a flight for 5th dec. Her Id prood has her name as Vasna Phadke which is her after marriage name but by mistake she booked her ticket by her routine name Leela Phadke which is before marriage name. We have effidemit document for that. Will they allow her to depart domestic flight from mumbai to chandigarh?

              This was a msg i got

              After clicking the link above one pdf file is downloaded automatically. I herewith attached that pdf please take a look, i need to know is it true.

              There i can see a phone no, i call him to this number mentioned his name as rajiv nambiar -[protected]

              After i call he answered and said to deposit 9600 on this acct number. Ie,

              Acct holder name : dr. Surjeet singh

              Is this seriously something job fraudulent. I noticed from my knowledge... Please take action from your end.

              Hi my name is VENKATACHALA I travelled 15/nov/17 Delhi to Bangalore in g8 557 and my pnr no is K4g87p please provide me a duplicate boarding pass for reimbursement in my company
              I have received interview letter asking me to deposit 9600 rs into their account. I can easily judge that this letter is fake. But the company should take strict action against such persons making fraud recruitments by Go air’s name.

                    I was travelling by goair on the 25th of november and my flight got preponed. I called them to check my flight timings and this horrible woman riya who refused to even talk about the issue. They just said there was no way my flight could be changed. The customer service absolutely does not understand or behave properly. It is absolutely useless service that is being practiced.
                    I am never flying by go air again and i am going to ask all of my family memebers to stop using this.
                    I am a senior journalist in a newspaper and i am going to do a report about the service received from go air.

                      Initially they asked me to pay 850 for job confirmation. They told me that it's a refundable amount after getting the confirmation letter. And when i made tge payment the very next day they asked me to pay 8100 for document verification and courier charges. They told me that after the payment tgey will send all the documents. After the payment they asked me to pay 7500 for account opening in hdfc bank. I refused to pay the money. Because i dont had any money more to take. A women was making all the calls. She told me that ask money to the friends and pay. Becaude in the evening am getting the refund amount. That's how i paid 8100. But again she said that ask money to my friends. I told her that i can't make the payment just refund my money which i paid. But she told pay the money or you won't get any refund. She called me from 2..3.. Numbers...

                      I need my money back. Please help me.

                        Hi,

                        This is to complaint against go air, stealing valuables from check-in luggage. I traveled with go air flight no. G8/710 from new delhi to leh on 17 nov 2017.
                        Rs. 4200/- found missing from the inside pocket of my bag.

                        Also submit reports at leh airport but till date no reply from goair side.

                        Requested to reimburse my money and need verification reports so culprit should be punished as per law.

                          With reference to the above, i booked round trip by online to mumbai from banglore, on 11th november for two passengers, however while i logged in for first time there was no response of confirmation of booking through online payment, so i logged in for second time after waiting for about 10 minutes with rescheduling of return flight from morning to night flight on the same date, but after booking for the second time i received confirmation for the first time logged in flights with above pnr number and flight details to my mobile phone (No e-mail till date) and i did not receive any confirmation for second booking for the same flight with same passengers and date but after 1 hour i received phone regarding double booking for the same flights and double payments and and i was assured that second booking will be cancelled and amount will be refunded and same will be communicated by e-mail, but till date no mail or any information, please cancell my second booking and arrange for the refund. \

                            I had booked the ticket for sadanand gurav and prema gurav on 6th august
                            For 12th nov flight from the go air website the payment was deducted and the confirmed ticket was issued on my email
                            Then i did a new booking i clearly remember its a new booking, even i work for a airline and i to know how to book a new ticket. We are not
                            Technologically challenged people or people who can be fooled.
                            I did i new booking from mumbai to goa on 4th and goa to mumbai to goa
                            Return on12th nov for ankita gurav and shraddha gurav on the go air website again
                            When i went to the airport on 12th nov and they said only 2 passenger namesare listed that too ankita and shraddha only where as i have confirmed
                            Ticket for 4 passagers.
                            It is not my problem that there is a system error and same pnr is generated.
                            The call center is saying first that the amount was refunded then they said
                            No there was a name change done on the pnr on the same day on booking.
                            This is fooling the customer i have not done the name change i did the new
                            Booking.
                            Were as i have the amount debited from my account. Later the people sitting
                            There were saying the flight is booked and u dont have seat?
                            Then my question is how more 8 passenger were allowed and the flight was
                            Overbooked??? They were charging us 12000 per person to book a seat??
                            Ultimately had to rebooked on a morning flight of another flight for
                            Rs 20000 and had to stay at the airport whole night.

                            The go air system is facing issue and they are blaming on customers because they have to refund the amount.

                              I was suppose to board a flight on 8th of november g8-151 from ghy to delhi it was a via flight i went to the airport waited for 4hrs didnt know y my tickt were cancelled as i had exam on the vry next day lastly after a long wait the go air ppl gave a toll no.in which i koled up nd their reply was u just cancelled ur flight a min ago a random person from nowhere cancelled my sit nd widout any investigation they cancelled my tickt i couldnt give my exam nd didnt get my refund as well im vry upset regarding dt 4, 300 just went in vain nd definately wasnt a refundable ticket as well get back to me as soon as possible as dts my hard earn money... Hope u will get it

                                I have never unprofessional behavior like go air shown show 2days back on airport. No one ready to listen. No one is answering to call. Misbehaviors at airport. Even call center team accepted. We are getting many such complaint like this. No one answers on head office number. Lucky it was answered today morning. Got number of nodal officer. She also good for noting
                                I will suggest not to opt go air. Seeking an appointment with ceo to. Havr discussion on this incident.

                                  I am travelling from delhi to bagdogra airport on 23/10/2017 by flight no-g8 157 pnr no-mo25ka and i have missed my luggage in delhi airport
                                  I have called in go air office at delhi airport in mobile no-[protected] to mr sourav and he confirm me that my luggage founded and kept in go air office but still they have not handed over the luggage to me or not send in bagdogra airport now it near about 1 month gone but they are not giving my luggage back to me. So i request you please look in this matter seriously

                                      The baggage crew broke my bag and talked to me very rudely, the head of the baggage service, he was like really rude and said that it was already broken, and then the crew guys came to me and asked me to sign on the sheet, which supposedly meant that i acknowledge that they have informed me that the bag was broken by the airlines and it was their fault (Which is not the truth), but it meant that i acknowledge that the bag was already broken, i want refund, otherwise, i am gonna go to consumer forum. Mind it.

                                      Resolution - a full refund of the cost of the bag.
                                      Photos - the goair crew already has so many pics. The bag is of no use to me now. :|

                                        Reference-g8-224, 2 nd november, srinagar-delhi
                                        I am (Manoj antony) writing to you in connection with the above flight was supposed to depart from srinagar airport at 14.55 hrs, but was delayed by 1 hr.
                                        Our connecting flight from delhi-cochin by air india flight number a143 was at 18.05 hrs on 2 nd november.
                                        As we reached the airport at delhi the boarding gate was closed. We had to take another ticket by next flight.
                                        I am entitled to a sum of rs.20544 due to delay of your flight. Looking forward for a compensation for the default from your side.
