    I have booked a ticket through sastiticket by pnr i3836s for travel from lucknow to bangalore via new delhi on 15-sep17.

    On 13th sep. 17, the airline had cancelled the flight due some engine issues.

    The refund was supposed to be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation.

    Kindly check and clarify why the refund is not yet made as it is more than 40 days from the date of cancellation.

    Also, make the refund immediately.

      I booked go air refundable tickets (Booking id nf[protected]) from makemytrip site for 26th november by paying rs. 12, 648/- around 3 months back (With the ease of timings of the flight and the arrival terminal shown at the time of booking). Since i need to travel with a senior citizen, changes in the timings and the terminals were very important for us. Recently i received continuous messages & e-mail from makemytrip regarding the reschedule of timings of the flight and other mails regarding change of the terminal for the said flight. Since i need to travel with a senior citizen, the changes are not acceptable to my family and we need to cancel the tickets.
      I also found that as per the recent history that this flight is getting delayed daily and reaches only after 11 pm which is not suited to us.
      On contacting go air, i found that they will refund only rs. 2548/- out of booked ticket value of rs. 12, 648 which is too less based on my genuine problems of change in timings, terminal and daily delays.
      I requested go air to cancel my tickets and to refund a considerable amount which they are not accepting as per their mails.

        Iphone 6+, 15000rs, all my indentification documents and cosmetics

        Ihave launched a fir with police i seek your help to investigate it further and look into it on priority

          I travelled to bengaluru from hyderabad on 5th nov 2017 on flight no g8 291, was alloted seat 19d, when the hostess came near my seat i asked for green tea to be served to me, the hostess said will go and get it and serve and she never came back till the flight landed, others were served, when i asked her why u did not serve me the beverage, she simply said she asked other hostess to serve and even never bother to sorry. If this is the state of affairs passengers will loose interest and would think twice before booking tickets on your airlines.

            Hi,
            My name is devendra jain. I had goair flight g8-171 from delhi at 18:20 hrs on 20 oct 2017 terminal 1d. Pnr : sb5ejn
            It costed me 3512 inr), i reached at the counter at 5:39 pm due to delhi traffic otherwise i would be there at least 2 hrs back. Still goair denied me to give boarding pass, and i pleaded, requested and tried to convince them that i still have 45 mins, and it's very urgent me to reach pune, as next day i had international flight (On 21st from pune). But they didnt listen to me and denied for boarding pass and forced me to take another ticket for next flight and i was stranded, i couldn't go back, i had no option except to get my ticket transferred for next flight (G8 175). For doing so, they again charged 3250 inr as transfer fee.
            Just because of goair official's negligence, adamant and inappropriate behavior i had to pay two times, 3512 + 3250 = 6762, was total cost to me for just one way flight from delhi to pune. Your representative even don't bother to listen to me with courtesy and in helping voice or assistance.
            It' we people because of which you stand in market, if you don't treat us well, you will be gone.
            I want complete refund of it. Let me keep you very straight, if i don't get the refund, i have all proofs, will file case in consumer court as well if needed if justice is not done. I still have boarding pass and ticket to take this forward.
            This was my first and last flight with you, and will not be choice of flight in my entire community, foes, folks and entire social network i have, entire office network that i have and wherever i can spread this incident as an eye opener repeatedly in my entire life span. Truth will prevail for sure everywhere.

              Sir,
              I had booked a ticket from guwahat to pune, via delhi in goair aeroplane for 29th october, 2017. The ticket was booked on 9th of july 2017. The following is the details of it.

              But just two day before my travel, on 27th afternoon suddenly the goair customer care phone number [protected] called me and said that my flight is cancelled "due to unavoidable circumstances." i had an urgent meeting and programme in pune on 31st of october. I tried to call the customer care several times, but they never picked it. Then i spend nine hundred rupees to reach the guwahati airport from narengi and inquired in the goair outlet there. They outright rejected to accommodate in any flight nor were able to give any positive response. They asked me to cancell ticket. I gave them the extendable date 28-30 th october. Finally pleaded them with folded hands to put me in any flight that i may reach on 31st morning in pune. But they simply said, "we cannot, we are sorry." there were tickets available in other airlines. Why the goair could not satisfy the customer? I booked a ticket in indigo (6e558/177-pnr-gjy8me) on 30th paying 11, 000 and spent another 5, 000 for hotel stay and reached pune on 31st morning.

              I had booked four months in advance, ticket was confirmed, has the airlines no moral obligation to see my need? So far my money is not refunded. I will wait for two more days, if no positive response is heard from the goair, i will go to consumer court and file my complaint.

                Dear sir/ ma'am,
                I had mistakenly booked a flight from jaipur to ahmedabad for date 24 nov-2017 for 3 persons as a refundable ticket with pnr z1gbyb and now the cancellation/resheduling charges are more than the ticket amount hence no amount is refundable. If customer is not getting any refund then why is this ticket is in refundable category!
                I want to reschedule my ticket and also i am not getting any response from your customer care no. No body is answering the call at your customer care number.
                Please do the needful as early as possible.

                It is not resolved .. kindly give me my refund amount for ticket cancellation or else you should havent mention it as the refundable ticket. The company is making fool to the customer by giving a tag of refundable ticket. The cancellation charges that are taken on ticket is more than the actual ticket fare. and then too telling it as a refundable ticket. Help me resolve this problem..

                  I traveled by goair flight no. G8-228 from delhi to kolkata on 27/10/2017.
                  My meal was pre-booked for a non-vegetarian refreshment. I was served a non-veg sandwich and a mango juice. When the crew member - neha was attending to me, i requested for a non-veg cup noodles which was denied due to unavailability. There after i asked for a poha or upma which was also denied. Even the juice choice was denied. I asked for a coke which too was denied. Instead they only offered tea. I finally accepted the sandwich and mango juice. A little while later, i saw the crew member offering another guest cup noodles and coke. I immediately asked for the cabin in-charge to speak with me. Sumit, the cabin in-charge promptly met me. Upon listening to my complaint, he stated that these are the rules of goair wherein a fixed menu is offered to customers who pre-book a meal. I felt cheated that the crew members lied to me. I requested sumit to ensure a senior person meet me on landing at kolkata which was also denied.in light of the above facts, i condemn the customer service standards of goair especially being in the aviation sector where the competition is trying to appease customers out of the way. I demand an unconditional apology and a suitable compensation for the mental agony caused to me.

                      I had rescheduled a go air flight from 22/08/2017 to 16/08/2017 for my friend anoop tp who was travelling from delhi to banglore. Pnr no. Is rz7iur. For rescheduling, i had to pay rs 6913. I was asked to pay through ivrs mode. I paid the amount but it was conveyed to me that transaction has failed and i'll get back the refund within 3 days. And to complete the booking i was shared a link through which i completed the payment again. So, an amount of rs 6913 has been debited twice from my credit card account. I've been trying to get back refund of rs 6913 from the airlines, but i am disappointed with their service. Customer care no. Gets connected only after trying for 15-20 minutes. I have mailed the concern to their mail id on 9/10/2017 and again on 17/09/2017. And spoke to the customer care 4 times. Every time, they are saying a different thing. Last time i was informed that i'll get revert mail from the id through which i complained. I did not. It has been 8 days since then. Again i called today, 25/10/2017, they are saying it will take another one week. Customer care executives are just buying time. They are not willing to solve the issue.

                      My banker has said, it is two different transaction, hence, it has been billed twice. They are right in saying so because the payment has been made in two different names for same transaction to go air. I am attaching the relevant files. Never avail go air service.

                        My self ashok kumar meena. I booked a flight between patna to delhi on 23 july. My journey date 13 august 17. I have paid to airlines through sbi net banking but my ticket show to due payment. The payment of 2375 rupees deduct my sbi bank account. Neither i got ticket nor i received my payment. I registered a complain to sbi bank but they told that they had done payment to your airlines.
                        Sir, i told over the phone to go air customer care on 12 aug2017 regarding my ticket, he told me my tickek has been cancelled and payment will be refund in bank account within 7 days and also told that i can't travel through this ticket, i travelled my journey by train that day.
                        After 7 days i call to your customer care about this issue then he told meb send a email to [protected]@goair.in with ticket and bank detail of ministatement.
                        I already send all required proof but neither i received my refunds nor receive any reply from you.
                        Dear sir, i called to your customer care about this issue on 16.09.17 then he told me my old ticket had automatically cancelled but same day 23 aug 17 time 6:1 pm a new pnr no ny8zka automatically generated, so my amount not refund in my account.
                        I truly saying i have no ideas about this pnr, neither any email received me about new pnr nor any call or sms. I called many time about this ticket but no one tod me about new pnr till 16 sep 17.
                        In this regard i told you pls refund my amount because neither i travelled in your flight nor got any intimation via emai, sms, phon call, pls help me sir,

                          We booked four tickets from bombay to ahmedabad pnr no: j4quxc on 28 august 2017. And the journey date 19 september 2017. Flight was cencelled because of rain. I was cancelled request on 22 september 2017. But we received only no refund. We don't understand what is the reason. We are not getting any refund. This is unacceptable from an airline like goair. So take immediate action or give us the explanation & process fast for refund.

                            Dear go air team,

                            Passenger name : mazhar imam, rushda matin and hammad emamkolkata to srinagar and srinagar to kolkataattached : ticket. I would like to bring one of the situations in your notice. Which i underwent last week on 2nd of october 2017, i had a flight scheduled srinagar to kolkata at 18:50. I was travelling with my family, including 1 year kid. On the same day, when i reached the airport around 17:00 (5 pm), i was informed that the flight has been cancelled due to sun set issue (No one has given prior intimation of the cancellation nether from makemytrip nor go air).in none of the way, it was taken care to inform me about the cancellation beforehand. The way next day due to some terrorist attack the whole city under immense tension and with an infant along, you may imagine how tenseful was for me to be in the 3rd of october 2017. I was offered the next day flight for 3rd october derouted from mumbai which took more than 10 hour for me to reach my destination. Sir the conclude, i and my family esp my kids went through a lot of frustration and exertion for 2 days. I expect a compensation. I demand full refund for my tickets amount and compensation as the airline and has fooled us. This is no way to treat your customer and amend his/her travel dates as per airline’s convenience. Your ethics are a pity and i am going to make sure that this incident outreaches as many people and on as many social platforms possible.

                              It's regarding a travel certificate that the airlines are supposed to mail if the customer demands. For the same i mailed goair for issuing me a travel certificate for travel reimbursement from my company, however even after mailing the airlines several times they have not yet responded other than a service no: g[protected]. It was a bit urgent also

                                A bad experience with goair airlines, earlier i have booked the flight in morning hours departure at 8:40 but the airlines have rescheduled it at 11:00 according to their will. It created lots of problem for me as the work for which i have booked the flight now not gonna complete in time.
                                Another problem with the goair airlines is that they never picked up the call.
                                To whom we contact..?

                                Please arrange another flight at the same time that i have booked earlier.

                                Or refund the full amount.

                                  Booked a domestic flight from delhi to calcutta for 14 july 2017 and had international flights from there to vietnam. When we arrived at the airport we were told the flight was delayed. We had provided an email address and indian phone number but were not informed of the delay earlier in the day.
                                  The delay meant we would miss our onward flights. The desk manager told us to our faces that goair would reimburse the cost of having to buy new flights. I bought new flights on my credit card because he had promised the money would be returned.
                                  This was a lie. The airline did not get us to our destination at the advertised time so we missed our flights and had to spend a lot more money replacing them. The airline has been very slow to reply to my emails - only replies when i've written on its facebook wall - and has completely ignored my grievance that we were lied to by a member of its staff.
                                  I cannot afford what it has cost me in new flights and goair has not assisted at all with my enquiries or to make a formal complaint.
                                  I want the airline to honour its promise of reimbursing me for the costs i incurred because of the delay.
                                  Goair cannot treat customers as if they have unlimited money and expect customers to pay for its incompetency.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have booked my go air flight thru paytm for 20th sept 2017 from ahmedabad to mumbai. My flight time was 23:50 and arrival time at mumbai airport was 01:10 next day. I reached airport around 10pm did my checkin & they issued me boarding pass and informed me that due to bad weather in mumbai the flight is delayed by half an hour, i agree to them and informed that i have international flight to doha from mumbai international at 04:10am in the morning and further delay would miss my connecting flight. Around 11pm i came to know they have further delayed there flight and the new departure time was scheduled for 2:30am, i was left in panic & agony with this news as i had my qatar airways flight at 4:10 from mumbai international to doha and then to paris. I started looking for go air staff as i was going to miss my international flight due to delay in flight from ahmedabad but i could not find a single staff of go air near boarding gate or in waiting lounge which is very shameful so i have to request to the security staff to cancel my boarding pass so i can go to the check in counters. Finally security people understood my problem and cancel my boarding pass and let me go to the checkin counter. I went to the checkin counter and requested to speak to the manager, i explained the whole scenario that i will miss my international flight, please help me to get another flight which can take me earlier to mumbai but he informed me that there is no flight departing till early in the morning. I was left helpless so i decided to talk with qatar airways and explained them the whole scenario and informed them i will miss out my flight to doha, qatar airways staff informed me that they have one direct flight from ahmedabad at 3:45 am which can take me to doha and then i continue with my journey to paris but it will cost me rs.70, 000 additional on actual price of the ticket. I asked the go air manager to pay that amount because it is because of them i am going to miss my flight from mumbai but as expected they refused to take liability & offered me a full refund which i have in writting from go air. I paid rs.70, 000 out of my pocket due to the delay and carried on with my trip. After i came back from my holidays i rang go air for refund but they said as i have done my booking thru paytm i have to ask for refund thru paytm. I requested paytm for refund and also attached the letter given by go air for full refund. After couple of days i got email from paytm that airlines have charged me cancellation fees and i am not entitled for any refund.

                                    I dont know what to do now and from where to get justice, i paid hefty price of rs.70, 000 for missing my connection due to there flight delay and now they have refused to give my refund & given me false promise about the full refund.

                                    Please help me to get my refund & justice.

                                      I booked a ticket in morning dye to some change in plan spoke with customer care priyanka she told that cancellation charges 2255 which is equivalent to tickect fare of del to mumbai 2050hrs g8 429 hence after coming to know this told to post book my ticket at 2230 hrs del to mumbai but they said 4500 rs for tickect and cancellation charges 2255. Therefore buying tickets for 1000 and refund given is a peanut. Challenge no details is given at the time of booking i can prove it please do check on the online booking or this will go to media that how u ppl loot the customer.

                                      While booking i filled my last name as a surat by mistake but in actual it is vaghani.
                                      Now how can i change that mistake?
