I was having flight today from delhi to srinagar at 5:40 am with pnr no z2jyml but due to heavy traffic on the airport i came late jus 5min and the duty officer refused to gv boarding pass and behaved very rudely. After that the counter officer kicked us out through emergency exit n asked us to pay 3250 for nxt fight which was on the same date as we were discussing this issue with the go air manager.. He also didn't helped us thn after that we went straight to ticket counter for the payment of 3250 for nxt flight. As we wr with hope that we vl now get another by paying extra 3250 even ticket counter officer. I done my transaction from my debit then he said uh need to wait 5min. With this he come me after 5min saying sorry we don't any seats available nor we having any nxt flights to or day after tomorrow for srinagar. Even when i asked duty officer regarding when fights get late why don't you refund our amount at that time then reply with egoistic manner that we are giving refreshments for that to you. Now m very thankful for such a great customer service from go air. I hope uh take this complaint seriously so that we can't face further problems in future and i can atleast get some refund.

    Go air is not providing the udf refund for arriving at delhi. I have booked the flight from kolkata to delhi on[protected] and the date of travel is[protected]Pnr-p84s4t)
    I have already talked to airlines they are saying they have not charged the udf but how is it possible as the government exempted the udf arrival tax from 7th july.
    This is the worst service. Go air is not even responding to the mails.
    Other airlines are way better than the go air. They don't believe in customer satisfaction.

    Please check the attached image(Notice given to DGCA by Supreme Court) for your reference. In that it is clearly mentioned that all the airlines have to refund excessive UDF for arrival and departure in Delhi.

      I travelled from go-air from pune to delhi. My suitcase which i received at delhi airport was damaged with handle broken. I looked for go-air help desk for help, however just saw one single person who was almost asleep. I showed him the luggage and he casually replied, we do not address these issue. He asked me to email at [protected]@goair.com. I emailed at that moment itself and also tweeted. I kept on following up for more than 10days (See my twitter). Every time i would get response saying the team is looking after this and would get back to me. After 12days, they replied to my email saying it's not airline fault and this should have addressed at the ground staff itself. But the question is where was the groud staff available in to address the issue. The suitcase is now of no use and it's so irresponsible reply from goair. While there are rules in place for unruly passengers, but who is going to take care of such unruly and irresponsible service provider.

        It is regarding refund for PNR No 8IXU9U flight from Kolkata to Chennai. Flight has been cancelled at your end and promised to refund full amount. But in spite of calls to customer care and mails at refunds @goair.in, I have not received my amount . It has been more than one and half month . Go air is the worst is customer satisfaction. I didn't exepect this from GO air . Details can be found in my mails .

          My mother along with 200 passengers is stranded at ahmedabad airport.. Go air flight 718 was to start at 5.30 pm ahmedabad to delhi... Not yet started.. The staff had been giving different excuses since 6 pm... When the passengers raised their voice.. Police was called to silence them and then the go air staff ran away... Still no news of when the flight will take off.. And no staff to manage the passengers... Spicejet flight got late and all the passengers were immediately served food packets... But goair staff ran away.. Good customer care...

            I booked my flight tickets blr lko through air. Irctc.co.in with transaction id "[protected]".
            Pnr for blr - lko : ajvcgt
            Pnr for lko - blr : ayumoz
            But my onward and return flights got cancelled from the goair airlines. And i opted for refund of my cancelled tickets on 29th july 2017. But the same is not been initiated from goair till date. Everytime, i call the customer care, they tell that there is an issue with their refund section and ask me to inform irctc to drop a mail to goair for refund initiate.
            Even after calling them multiple times, i am not getting any positive response from them.
            Its my worst flight experience with this airline.

              My and my family (3 member) flight was on 6th sept 2017 from ranchi to delhi. I got an email from goair in the early morning that flight is cancelled due to the reason beyond their control (Attached e mail). I called their call center multiple times immediately but no one picked up the phone. As my travel was important due to my next international flight i immediately purchased from air asia for the same day (Refer to the attached document).
              Later goair after purchasing mentions that connecting flight from delhi to jammu is canceled and ranchi to delhi is on, which is nowhere mentioned in their mail.
              I canceled the air asia ticket which cost me 23500 for 3 tickets. After cancellation, i will be getting back inr 15500 (Still not received). I had a loss of inr 8000+ due to wrong information provided by goair.
              I want goair to refund my money.
              In addition, there was a mental harassment on the day of my travel.

              I am not able to attach the mail copy, as i am not getting an option.

                I have booked air ticket of go air for the date 08/09/2017 (Pnr no b6spjw, mumbai to lko). I reached airport at 2:00today and joined the queue at 2:15. When i reported at the counter your staff said that boarding pass has been closed.
                We immediately closed that ticket through easemytrips.com. Now i again go to counter and requested for another flight, staff said plz pay 9750 rs we will convert your flight for 09/09/2017. We paid same amount. When i inquired from go air for said ticket which was provided by your staff after submitting 9750 rs he said your ticket has already cancelled. If ticket was already cancelled why your staff provide new ticket. I request you please refund 9750 rs because when ticket was cancelled why u take that amount and provide null and void ticket.

                  Go air is one of the worst airlines i have ever booked. My booking pnr: mfbifg got failed through ivr and those airline # people are not even bothered about my complaint. I have mailed to all the available mail id's. Did not even got a single response. Please don't book the flight through go air ivr. If you expect any good customer service, i would recommend please do not go for go air as they have the worst customer service than any other companies through out the world (In any sector). To pick up the call the customer service people will take minimum half an hour. Suppose if you have any issues then gone case, they will take a lot of time or it will not at all be solved. From three months i am waiting and not even got refund or any response from the customer care.

                    I regret to inform you that i have been informed about cancellation of flight g8-338 of 8.9.2017 for patna-delhi only
                    On 7.9.2017 morning. That left me hardly any time to make alternate travel arrangements, which also become costly.

                    It is deplorable that your airline doesn't consider the difficulties to its passengers caused by flight cancellations which are unilateral, without any invovlvement of the passenger. To compound the miseries, they do not bother to give sms or e-mail to the passengers well in advance, say at least 3 days so that the financial loss is minimised.in my case, i request you that i may be refunded the entire amount of fare paid by me (Rs.2, 649) and also the fare paid by me for booking indigo flight 6e612 rs.5, 926, totalling rs.8575/-at the earliest.

                      This is with reference to my complaint number G[protected] in regard to Booking ID. NF[protected] for flight from HYD to DEL (PNR No. YPQQOG). I would like to inform you that your web-checkin portal on your goair website is unresponsive and due to which I missed my flight which was on 29th July 2017 (Saturday). Even the feedback section where we can drop in the feedback is not responding. It is further stated that I may proceed with a complaint to the consumer forum if I don't get my refund for the same. I would also like to add that I reported 50 minutes prior to the time of departure and my seat number was visible to your airport ticketing staff and still she didn't allowed me to go through as the on-site check-in portal was closed by then. GoAir people didn't responded at all since 17 days so moving forward with this complaint. Looking forward for a positive response.

                            Cancelled the ticket where they just sent a mail and sms, no verbal information provided. I booked direct flight for 1sept morning 7 and they rescheduled for 2nd sept afternoon 4 via mumbai and hault is for 3 hours

                            My hotel booking got cancelled cab booking got cancelled and i had to pay all these from my pocket which i l not.
                            I want compensation for all this orelse i l raise complaint. This is not happening. Don't cheat people this way. Your executives only know to say sorry but at the end we have to suffer. 2 hrs journey will not take 12 hrs. I want compensation or stict action will b taken regarding this.

                              Respected sir/ madam, if you are not taking seriously my issue than i will have to take some bold decision as my new bag was badly damaged during journey with go air. After so much of complain and request i am still not getting any comfortable reply. My service request no was g[protected] and it is almost 4 months that from your site no action has been taken yet. Every time you have send a mail by writing that within a short time you will contact me. But after that no reply comes until and unless i have not mail you again. This is very much disgusting. Why you people are so irresponsible after running a so much reputed airline.

                                Im a frequent traveler of go air and i have never faced a problem like this ever! Your staff member namely harmeet singh had an issue with your atm machine and after giving it a try, he bluntly asked me to go stand in a long que of atm and get the cash to him! I think you should sure send back this jaat back to where ever hes from and my suggestion would be to that he should just talk to the cows of punjab there and not to humans! Jokes apart its so disappointing to see your crew members behave like this and get up from his chair to almost hit me. Not being your other crew member stopped him he must have gave me a punch on my face! I hope it will be dealt with strict action or else i would have to go to social media and trust me i have people who can destroy the image of this airlines. Expecting a reply from your end!

                                  Goair is not refunding the full udf as the information published by directorate general of civil aviation (Dgca) says:

                                  "excess airport charges to be refunded to passengers flying in and out of delhi for the flights which are booked before 7th july 2017 and travel date is after 8rth july 2017"

                                  The airline is only processing the refund for the flights which are departing from delhi, they are not providing the arrival udf refund, which is a violation of what dgca has told.

                                  As in case if there would have been any amendment with the information shared it would have been same with all airlines but only goair is doing so.
                                  GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have same concern with Go Air.It is more than 20 Days but even their top management are not responding on this matter.After that I have wrote to DGCA (sugam.[protected]@nic.in) & waiting for their reply.

                                    I have bought two tickets through your airlines (Go air) my guest on 24/05/17 vide pnr no. Xswdcd from leh to delhi and date of journey 14/07/2017 for 02 pax. The same was canceled as the guest could not visit india due to his other priorities on 29/06/2017. The refund amount rs 24550.00. Since then we have been constantly in touch with go airlines for refund for which we have sent the number of reminders for refund, along with the necessary documents required by them. Whenever we had a telephonic conversation with them we are being informed that the refund has been already processed and has been sent to gate way through the payment has been made. I have been checking my credit card statement every month now. The two month are nearly over and i still haven’t got the refund as stated above due to me.

                                        Referring refund of rs - 29692/- on pnr# zyr23n

                                        I have sent 4 emails so far, one each day starting from 21st august. I have escalated the same to nodal team as well as appellate team and even the ceo of the company but all in vain.

                                        It seems go air team is not bothered to reply.

                                        What irritates me more is that none of your team members is having a basic courtesy to acknowledge and reply to an email.

                                        I am talking about my money not your money so i need this to be responded and refunded at the earliest.
