goair cancellation refund not processed for more than 50 days

I had booked go air tickets (Mumbai to ladakh) on 12th mar 2017. Due to some unforeseen reasons i had to cancel the same on 1st aug 2017.

A refund amount of inr 19, 338 was to get credited to my account. I have been constantly following up but till date (Today is 3rd october) and its not done.

non refund of cancelled flight

I booked our flight through irctc from bhubneshwar to patna

Both the flights have been cancelled by you. After geting information i cancelled my ticket informing go air and subsequently through irctc also.

misbehaving, stressing, no humanity staff and poor infrastructure airline is goair

As a fresh passenger in air transport, i suffered the most crucial suffering from goair staff on 28/sep/2017. My ticket was booked for lucknow to cochin. Lucknow mumbai flight was late for 2 hours g8 402 flight. My seat was 16f. From lucknow i enquired the goair staff there on gate about is any problem to get mumbai cochin connection flight. missing objects in checked baggage

Hi, i travelled from today morning from goair flight g8 329 pnr lk5ekg. I had checked in 2 baggage’s, out of which the outer zip of 1 bag was unlocked.

On reaching my destination, i realised that a very expensive and rare pen was missing from this outer pocket of the bag.

unethical behaviour of staff

refund money for rescheduling my flight

I have booked a flight from delhi to mumbai. By mistake i booked a flight on wrong date on correction they charged me 4900rs for rescheduling. I want that money back. How can i give this money. After all they are going to manage my cancelled seat to anyone else. So how can i suffer from these unrelevant charges. They are not doing good to anyone.....

no refund received after ticket cancellation

No refund received after cancellation of my Mumbai to Leh flight (PNR 5UGUE3).
Called customer services twice but only fake assurance and nothing.
Have also sent emails and escalated the issue with their nodal officer at [protected]@goair.in, received no response.

They can keep the refund amount if they want, but at least tell me that so that i wont waste my time....

worst staff behavior. worst airline ever!

This airline is the worst airline ever. Staff members act as if they own go air. There's no cooperation even from the manager's side while all he keeps saying is "i'm there to cooperate".

extra udf not received back

Go air is not providing the udf refund for arriving at delhi. I have booked a round trip ticket from kolkata to delhi on[protected] and the date of travel is[protected]Pnr-c44jsc) from kolkata to delhi and[protected] from delhi to kolkata
I have already talked to airlines they are saying they have not charged the udf but how is it possible as the government exempted the udf arrival tax from 7th july.

refund pending

I have booked a ticket for 12th oct, 2016 flight no. G8-1104. Due to continuous rescheduling of my flight for almost 4 hrs i was forced to cancel my ticket pnr no. Cnz2yi. Since then they have not initiated the refund process nor have they communicated the same to me. And as per their policy if a flight is rescheduled for more than 2 hrs they provide free alternative ticket for the journey. Nothing had been done and i have made another ticket....

extra payment sought for aisle or window seat allocation

Dear sir,
Three o[censored]s were travelling by flight no. 557 from new delhi to bengaluru on friday (22.09.2017) at 6.50 pm flight. We had booked our tickets together. When we tried to make the online boarding pass, we were informed that if we wanted to be allotted seats together (In sequence) for aisle seat we have to pay rs.99/- and for window seat we have to pay rs. 199/-. I felt this is a bad practice. We had booked our seats together...

didn't issued me boarding pass for getting just 5 mins late

I was having flight today from delhi to srinagar at 5:40 am with pnr no z2jyml but due to heavy traffic on the airport i came late jus 5min and the duty officer refused to gv boarding pass and behaved very rudely. After that the counter officer kicked us out through emergency exit n asked us to pay 3250 for nxt fight which was on the same date as we were discussing this issue with the go air manager.. He also didn't helped us thn after that...

udf refund

received damaged luggage

I travelled from go-air from pune to delhi. My suitcase which i received at delhi airport was damaged with handle broken. I looked for go-air help desk for help, however just saw one single person who was almost asleep. I showed him the luggage and he casually replied, we do not address these issue. regarding refund amount of cancelled flight

It is regarding refund for PNR No 8IXU9U flight from Kolkata to Chennai. Flight has been cancelled at your end and promised to refund full amount. But in spite of calls to customer care and mails at refunds @goair.in, I have not received my amount . It has been more than one and half month . Go air is the worst is customer satisfaction. airport service / flight delay

My mother along with 200 passengers is stranded at ahmedabad airport.. Go air flight 718 was to start at 5.30 pm ahmedabad to delhi... Not yet started.. The staff had been giving different excuses since 6 pm... When the passengers raised their voice.. Police was called to silence them and then the go air staff ran away...
