I tried to reserve a seat and paid from paytm 99 rs. The same happened during 1st week of August. the seat did not get reserved but money got deducted from my account. Also there has been no allocation of seat against but wen I contacted paytm they said I need to contact goair for the same and refund the amount to my paytm wallet as once payment is made they cant do anything

    Sir madam

    I shailaj diwakar travelling with goair delhi g8 153 flight on 19 aug 2017. My daughter was also travelling with me (She is infant). She was carrying a ticket with my mother whose pnr num was kbqqgy. My concern is that go air people charged it again saying that she was joint with my ac. My pnr num is j3zsz6.
    Now my daughter whose only tax is payable they charged me twice.
    Is it fair
    They haven't given me two ticket also.
    The go air domestic delhi 1d terminal staff are very much rude and useless.

        The take off time was 6.45am and i was present there by 5.30am but the flight took off before 6.45am without boarding me when i was carrying the boarding pass.
        No staff numbers were there in the the gate and extremely non cooperative, worst airline.
        Immediately refund the money or wil take legal action.

          I had pre-booked meal on goair flight from ranchi to bengaluru, on 12 august 2017, but the flight attendant refused to serve any food, saying meal is exhausted, but asked me the meal coupoun of boarding pass, when i say do not want any meal, after 15 minutes she served broken packet of sandwitch, that this is only left out. But after refusing me, i saw she was selling food packets on cash basis to other customers.

          Is it the reason goair ask to pre-book, for low price and latter deny to meal, and sell at higher price in-flight.

            I was travelling from delhi to leh by flight no g8203 on 11 th aug 2017 with pnr number rjh2pr and tag no as g[protected]. When i reached leh and collected my baggage from the counter i observed and huge dent on my black 4 wheeler and it was damaged to a great extent. And we have seen the way how our luggages were just mishandled and thrown in and out of the truck while loading and unloading luggages. I would request the concerned team to look into the issue at the earliest. Since i was in leh, ladakh i had no connectivity to lodge a complaint against the baggage service of go air.

              Total weight including check in and hand baggage was 35kg and they asked her to pay 3500₹ instead of 2300₹.
              I never expected this type of cheating. We customer trust you people and you in return chest is.

                I have booked 3 tickets of GoAir flight from Goa to Mumbai through yatra.com portal. As per the fare details provided by the yatra.com the total fare collected by yatra.com on behalf of airline for 3 passengers is Rs11808/-. inclusive of and fees & Surcharges (inclusive of taxes) is Rs 2459.99. However the Itinerary retrieved from Airlines site shows the Taxes & Fees is Rs 1860/- and have hidden the base fare by showing it as 'XXXX'. On contacting the Customer care number, they informed that the fare cannot be disclosed because of confidentiality clause. This is giving chance to the agents to cheat the customer who are actually paying for the service. Also it deny the right of common people, whether they are charged correctly and the exact amount of taxes deducted and paid to the Govt.

                  I had booked a ticket with Ref. # WZLKTW from Lucknow to Pune travel date July 8, 2017. The ticket was booked on May 30, 2017. They cancelled my ticket on July 7, 2017 because of flight cancellation. This amount has not been credit in my account till August 15th. In the initial few follow ups, they asked me to provide bank account details while showing inability to return the amount on the Credit Card used at the time of booking. When I call at customer care, they just say that it has been transferred and no sign of this amount in my account. My bank also says that there is no amount transferred in my account. There is no response on email as well after repetitive follow ups on [protected]@goair.in.
                  Appreciate if refund can be processed at earliest.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I booked the flight from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai on date 12/08/2017 PNR G43VXS and tried to pay it from your site as your site was having problem customer care executive from goair helped and requested me to book it through secured credit card payment accordingly i booked flight by paying the amount of 10, 363 rs which was deducted through my credit card ending 5481.
                    However i did not receive tickets, so i have to rush to air port and check i went to Bhubaneswar air port and inquired the entry for payment was not reflected so the airport goair staff asked me to pay again at Bhubaneswar, and I then i got ticket from airport. There is double payment received by Goair from my credit card for PNR G43VXS.
                    Please refund my 10363 rs immediately back to my credit card or reply to me for any bank details required from my end.

                      I had to send my boarding pass to the interviewing company at banglore for reimbursement purposes. By mistake i misplaced them.

                          I had booked a flight ticket for my wife, geetha p, by goair flight g8-381 from goa to mumbai on 11 may 2017 (Pnr no. Icau75). Booking was done through travel agents, m/s balmerlawrie. The flight was cancelled and received an advice from goair authorising for full refund. However, the refund amount not yet received from the travel agents even after three months. Upon contacting balmerlaurie, they informed that they have not got the refund from goair. No reply received to my mails to nodal agency as well as appallate authority of goair. Amount to be refunded was rs.4242/- it is requested that goair may be impressed upon to credit the refund to balmerlawrie, who can the make the refund to my account. Regards, anil kumar s

                            I am a resident of kashmir and i and my brother was traveling from bangalore to delhi via go air flight and from delhi to srinagar was our connecting one via another go air flight... The departure time of our first flight was sharply at 1:50 in the afternoon we reached the bangalore airport at exact 5:58 in the morning and the guy out there namely raghav the cruelest one i've ever seen in my entire life straight refused to give us boarding pass saying that we are late by 3 minutes the boarding has been closed... I mean come on 3 minutes is not a big deal... As the conversation with raghav was going on a girl came at 6:10 am and believe me he let her pass giving her the boarding pass and told us to get out from there we where like there are still 45 minutes for the flight to take off n this freaking guy is not giving us the boarding pass... I dunno ahat yhe reason was... Because of him we took another ticket worth rs 21000 n didn't receive a single peny for the previous ticket... The girl members out there were cooperating with us saying that they can surely let us pass easily but they have orders by raghav not to do so... What is he there for??? Hannnnn? That # even abused us without any reason... Please i request u to take strict action against him n kick his # or kick him outta the job... The flight and ticket details are

                              I wanted to pre-book meal on my flight on 11th august at 16.40. Since i wanted a jain meal which is a special request so i thought of pre-booking it. I tried booking meal on the website but everytime the page opens it asks to book a flight and not a meal.
                              It is strange and saddening that their site is not even interactive enough to allow booking of meals.
                              So i called up at the customer care numbers (Both mentioned on the site) since they are (Apparently) 24*7 lines. I called them up around 10 pm the previous night. Tried calling them and held the call for around 10 minutes but there was no answer from the "customer care" side. It is indeed quite ironical that they call them selves a care representative!

                              So i thought it i'll call them tomorrow and get it booked (Since it was night and no customer care should be provided at night)! On receiving my request, the lady (Not helpful or caring) informed hat i could only book a meal 10 hours prior to the flight departure!! Since there was only 5 hours left of my flying i couldn't book it!!

                              Dear go air services,
                              1. Your site doesn't allow customer to book a meal who is 10 hours and more in advance while trying to do so
                              2. Your site doesn't mention anywhere that meals need to be booked 10 hours prior
                              3. Your customer care representatives do not bother picking up my call at night (Both the numbers)
                              4. Your customer care representative (A fine lady) informs me she consulted her senior and said nothing could be done. On requesting to speak to the senior, she informs me the "senior" is the person sitting next to her and not a "senior" per say :)

                              With an assurance that i'll get a call back from "senior" within 24 hours (And definitely after my flight has taken off and landed and all deal done) to look into my matter!!

                              With only a matter of meal, your services failed!

                                This is with ref to my call to your customer care and my booking ref no. I9t5ka

                                1. I booked ticket for leh to delhi - flt g8194 for 6th sep made the payment of rs. 8, 78.00 got my ticket confirmed took the print
                                2. Then i went to book my other ticket from delhi to pune - i face a system problem and it was showing me to pay rs. 1710.00, which i felt was not correct.
                                3. I closed the site and did the fresh booking the system still showed me to pay the same amount of rs. 1710.00 for delhi to pune
                                4. I closed and did enter the details again and this time also system showed me to pay rs. 1710, i went ahead and did the payment
                                5. When i checked my both the tickets, the booking ref no. Was same for both the tickets and then i raised this issues with your customer care ref, after speaking with her on length for almost for 20 mins, she gave me feedback that the system have actually modified may leh to del tickets and further booked for delhi to pune
                                6.in this system confusion and error, my leh to delhi ticket is cancelled / modified and i have been charged rs. 4500 and cancellation / modification charges.
                                7. I request you to kindly refund me this amount of rs. 4500 and any other amount happened due to this system error, as i can assure you it has not happened from my side by mistake also.
                                8. Pls confirm me this on priority about my refund, as i still need to do my leh to delhi fresh booking for 6th sep.

                                    I am on board go air flight g8 702 from jaipur to kolkata.
                                    My seat 4a was dirty, spilled with food, side wall was spilled with chai or cold drink. Floor carpet is sticky and damp.
                                    And everything is stinking! Though with assistance it's partially cleaned.
                                    Apart from the discomfort of shifting place to place to complain and wait for the cleaning of the seat it's totally disappointing and uncalled for prestigious airlines like yours.

                                      We have booked the flight of go air to visit srinagar from new delhi on june 17, 2017 at 9:25 am. Flight number is g8128. Go air has preponed the flight on their own at 8:55 am which is actually not suitable to us and informed us. We have reached on time and take a boarding pass. But due to negligence by staff who was on duty at boarding gate we have missed the flight as he is calling at wrong number which was not updated with go air records and which cost us mentally harassment and for the amount of inr 20 k.
                                      GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      and date of booking was 18 june 2017 from delhi to ranchi .
                                      but flight had cancelled from patna to ranchi

                                      I HAVE NOT RETUREN ANY AMOUNT
                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have not received the refund amount of the cancelled flight of 20 Sept 2017 from LKO to kolkata. The details are as under :-
