Our flight was precooked for 26th july 2017 for 1 pm from cochin to mumbai. We started from them kary at 6am to catch the flight. At 9.30 am we got s regret call mentioning that the flight has been cancelled. We kept on calling customer care but nobody was responding. We kept on trying from 2 different numbers. Finally after a wait of 1 hour, we connected with one customer executive but she disconnected the call in between. We tried again...

Travelled with family, reached yesterday mid night at home. Just realized that my camera (Nikon) have been taken out from pouch. Checked with call centre their response "they cant help need to go air port" which is not possible from himachal again back to air port. They gave one contact no[protected] which is out...

Be alert everyone...

At the end time flight cancellation message confirmation done by go air side due to minor issue,
And i agree with him, but how can i manage the ticket because of that the traveling time is less and charges is high,

Think before going to book a trip to go air and then book your ticket

I travelled on 30 june 2017 from pune to delhi. I lost my boarding pass and i need it for reimbursement purpose in private firm. My pnr is zdsf4e. I contacted go air team several time but there is no response from go air team. I need travel certificate asap for official reimbursement purpose. Please take immediate action on this and make it easy for customer to contact directly for all complaints....

On 07/26/2017 i was travelling from pune to bangalore. Below is the details of the flight

Yesterday when i was boarding the flight from pune international airport, i was having a card box luggage (G[protected]), which weigh 20 kg, where i have paid the extra baggage charges and they have taken the self attest for...

I had booked flight for 30th july in goair flight g8 713 for delhi to amd for three family members. One of the member is my infant baby. Suddenly i recieved computerised call from goair for cancellation of flight on 22nd july. Further no communication from goair nd no one attended the call in this respect. Even firm has not provide the tel. No. For direct contact to solve this problem now even dont whether they refund the amount or reshlchedule...

I had booked the flight for 30th july for three members one of them is my infant baby. Suddenly on 22nd i recieved the call for flight cancellation and no futher communication from goair. Even in the customer care no one attended the call to give information for refund or new schedule of flight. What ill do. Just booked the flight on same day so i attend the urgent meeting....

I booked the flight through goair on 22/07/2017, bangalore to lucknow via new delhi, flight was reached at airport (Delhi) late and next flight suppose to be in 1 hour but their display showed flight was departure so i missed my flight and i contacted to manger of goair which seems very rude and not supportive, even not ready to avail next flight instead of asking to book fresh flight which is chargeable. This is not at all fair with passengers....

Sir i have done air ticket by goair flght on 06 july 17 from ranchi to delhi date of journey was 20 nov17. Pnr no is udk6xh i have done payment through my sbi credit card. Payment of 4798 done but ticket not done. That time ask to go air customer care they told me it will revert back automatically. But after 7 day i call to customer care of sbi card they told me they have cleared that amount to go air transaction id given by sbi card is 004380....

My tour with family delhi to banglor flght g8/113 i reached timely pick boarding pass & put baggage & go to gate 5.30 your attended bed behave & says door closed no last call anauns & no phone calls. Your other staff manege your other flight charges 3250 *4, i want return my money with compansesan. (Sorry for mistakes spelling because my language hindi)...

I had booked two tickets at goair on 18th april 2017.in the month of june they informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the flight has been cancelled. Till date no refund has been given. We have travelled from srinagar to mumbai on 16 july at 7.30 am go air flight. We have checkin all our laugauge which include three bags i. E one big travell bag and two back pack.

Thank you for your mail. While noting the refund amount i notice that they have only intimated refund of the ticket fare. They are yet to include in the refund the compensation amount of rs.5000/-claimed by me for the losses incurred by me by way of excess amount paid for fresh booking and interest charges for holding my amount for two months.

I have travelled from blr to pat g8-373 on 15 june 2017 and my trolley bag was damaged, i have filed a complain against this to patna airport go air office to which they said we will repair or replace the trolley once i reach my permanent address jaipur.

I traveled from delhi to srinagar on 30th of june 2017. At the time of check in i submitted 03 bags, but when i reached srinagar (Kashmir) i got only 02 bags out of 03. One of my bag was missing. At that time i complaint the goair staff at srinagar airport and they prepared an authority letter on my behalf.

Form that day till today i didn't get back my bag.

I am continuously keep on calling to them but didn't...
