Hi, my prenst along with my younger sister have booked three individual go air tickets via yatra website on 22/06/17 from ahmedabd - bangalore, date of flying is 23/8/17. But yesterday (1/8/17) my father received a call from go air representative that the flight has been cancelled and what would you prefer rescheduling or refund as they already had their return tickets they couldnt take refund so he asked for rescheduling but when he inquired about rest two tickets which were booked individually, they said they would revert back but the representative neither confirmed his ticket nor gave any information regarding the other two. When we came to know that my father is having trouble in reaching them, we tried reaching yatra, the yatra representative didnt had any clue of flight cancellation and when we inquired about the ticket status they informed us that all the three tickets are cancelled. When we contacted go air, the representative didn't had any valid reason of flight getting cancelled that too 22 days prior to the flying. They told us that one ticket is on maybe rescheduled status but rest are cancelled. The go air people dont even bothered to call us to ask what we want whether we want rescheduling/cancellation, they just cancelled two tickets by their own. How can they do it by their own wish!! After explaining to two representative the whole situation they finally got my two tickets rescheduled with first one. Go air dont care for customer not even senior citizens, their actual flight was of 2 hours that too direct one but due to irresponsible behaviour of go air, now my parents are forced to travel for more than 6 hours that too by changing two flights.. I dont know what to expect from these people they think everything is realted to monetary compensation. My parents wont be able to due such long travel but their will to meet me after so long is strong that they dont have any choice but to travel by this flight. Go air authorities dont even bother to make their customers flight comfortable but try to make it worse. Highly disappointed. Wont recommend or travel by this flight if this issue is not addressed properly. Would definitely escalate the issue further.

    Dear sir, i am tp das taken ticket to &fro from lucknow on march' 17 for 23 sept'17, due to festival time it's very difficult to get any ticket by train or flight just impossible, but you see it's more then 4 months if your flight is not moving that day, after giving sms you have to return back my money know, but in vain no body is taking care of that, why it so? Please send as early as possible. My detail as below.

      I have booked a flight ticket of go air for kolkata to patna vide pnr no. Ilptkp journey date 05.08.2017. The airlines has cancelled the flight but could not refunded the booking amount of rs. 2198/- despite several request. Wherease, the latest provision is to compensate the passenger in such cases. I may please be refunded the booking amount alongwith compensation.

        I sent a thamks mail to you 20 mnts ago.
        Someone rahul called me from mobile no - [protected], and asked to give my atm details, so that he will refund the money.
        After few dialogues... I told him doing this some can hack my more money, or may be you will do this. He told i, m not asking pin, give me only 16 digit details.
        As i told - i have already received money... Mobile [protected] disconnected.
        Please take care, he is in touch with mails of airline company.
        I am posting this for general interest and information.

          It's not complaint but thanks mail to you that after my so many mails and push from my side your account/ what so ever department, refunded my money rs 12030. This amount was paid for tickets and due to fault of link pay, money was paid 2 times, for same tickets.
          Any way, thanks; i got money back.
          But i took lot of pain for this, continuous correspondence with unknown persons and lot of calls with different people every time. My experience was horrible. Since i got money, so i'm relaxed now. It took more than 2 months to get back money.
          Go air... Gooooo...

            Our flight was precooked for 26th july 2017 for 1 pm from cochin to mumbai. We started from them kary at 6am to catch the flight. At 9.30 am we got s regret call mentioning that the flight has been cancelled. We kept on calling customer care but nobody was responding. We kept on trying from 2 different numbers. Finally after a wait of 1 hour, we connected with one customer executive but she disconnected the call in between. We tried again and after 20 minutes we got connected. We were given 2 options. Rebook or refund. I asked them to rebook the immediate next flight but she said there are no flight from cochin to mumbai today. She can reaccomodate us tomorrow for the same flight. After rebooking when i went to make my trip, to my surprise there was a flight at 7.30pm on the same day. I was misguided n given wrong information. After getting this information we kept on calling to the customer service but our call never got connected. We had bear extra expenses of rs.5000 for 2 rooms and food for an extra day and our cab also left us n we had to face lot of inconvenience and on the top of that we lost business because of not attending an important scheduled meeting in mumbai. This wrong information by customer service has caused us lot of expenses. Who will hear these expenses. Why are there no incentive for inconvenience caused to the customer. How can they cancel the flight at the last moment n give wrong information later. We would like our reimbursement of expenses.

                Travelled with family, reached yesterday mid night at home. Just realized that my camera (Nikon) have been taken out from pouch. Checked with call centre their response "they cant help need to go air port" which is not possible from himachal again back to air port. They gave one contact no[protected] which is out of service. Checked from net many nos but of no use

                All have excuses that they are help less

                What to do??

                  At the end time flight cancellation message confirmation done by go air side due to minor issue,
                  And i agree with him, but how can i manage the ticket because of that the traveling time is less and charges is high,

                    As per rule you provided a boarding pass to passengers before entry of flight. Unfortunately, I lost my four members boarding pass that is Mr. Rajesh Bansod and Mrs.Indira Bansod(Air line PNR no = FEDZ4A) and Miss Neha Rajesh Bansod and Mr. Akshay Rajesh Bansod( Air line PNR no = RV59BS) in Leh Hotel which i did not find again. My Father Mr. Rajesh Bansod is officer in Bank of India He wants refund of tickets from his bank. We show the tickets to this Bank but, they want boarding pass and they suggested to me for asking you about travel certificate for these four passengers.

                        On 07/26/2017 i was travelling from pune to bangalore. Below is the details of the flight

                        Yesterday when i was boarding the flight from pune international airport, i was having a card box luggage (G[protected]), which weigh 20 kg, where i have paid the extra baggage charges and they have taken the self attest for no damages in the box, after the journey, when i received the baggage from kempegowda international airport (Bangalore), it was torn and found defective whereas the files and proceedings which was inside the box was about to fall down. This is totally not acceptable. Please take a proper action on this and do the needful.

                        This shows the carelessness of the goair flight authority. This will damage the reputation of the company and the customers will not prefer to travel in this flight after the first journey.

Suddenly i recieved computerised call from goair for cancellation of flight on 22nd july. Further no communication from goair nd no one attended the call in this respect.                               This cancellation is done by goair they have sent me a mail which conveyed that flight has been cancelled.

                              Why you have deducted all amount.

                              It's Airlines responsibility to refund the amount but instead of refunding the amount you have deudcted all the amount.

                              This is the way you people all deal with your customers.

                                I booked the flight through goair on 22/07/2017, bangalore to lucknow via new delhi, flight was reached at airport (Delhi) late and next flight suppose to be in 1 hour but their display showed flight was departure so i missed my flight and i contacted to manger of goair which seems very rude and not supportive, even not ready to avail next flight instead of asking to book fresh flight which is chargeable. This is not at all fair with passengers. They should know how to behave with passenger. They are not helping to the passenger instead hey are troubling people. Such a bad service in fact worst.

                                  Sir i have done air ticket by goair flght on 06 july 17 from ranchi to delhi date of journey was 20 nov17. Pnr no is udk6xh i have done payment through my sbi credit card. Payment of 4798 done but ticket not done. That time ask to go air customer care they told me it will revert back automatically. But after 7 day i call to customer care of sbi card they told me they have cleared that amount to go air transaction id given by sbi card is 004380. Sbi care told me to talk with go air because go air already claimed payment of 4798. They will refund. I talk to go air customer care they r not replying me i have already sent 10 mail to [protected]@goair.in and [protected]@goair.in they had no response of my mail. I m continued sending mail to both from 17 july. There is no response. Go air customer care telling to send email to same [protected]@goair.in. What should i do i have make 100 time call to customer care but they are replying same. To mail him. I want that pls refund my amount to my sbi credit card. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have send mail to go air. The time when i booked ticket mail was [protected]@gmail.com. Please reply my no. Is [protected] and [protected].

                                  Still complain is not resolve no response from go air refund team..
                                  Stupid people at GoAir Delhi indirectly stole passenger's items which is purchased by hard earned money of poor people who come to India. This is totally rubbish and unacceptable. And over that they are giving away others items to other passengers. We will be officially making a complaint over this poor airline behaviour.

                                        I had booked two tickets at goair on 18th april 2017.in the month of june they informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the flight has been cancelled. Till date no refund has been given. I have given repeated reminders. The last request number was 33411832. My flight pnr was f9iose flight no. G8606. Kindly take proper action so that i can get back my own money
                                        GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
