We have travelled from srinagar to mumbai on 16 july at 7.30 am go air flight. We have checkin all our laugauge which include three bags i. E one big travell bag and two back pack.
Our flight was connecting flight from delhi. So we got our laugauge directly at mumbai airport. Once we reached home after checking we found that my new watch timex watch and one nokia cellphone which we have kept in our backpack is missing.
This is such a very bad experience we had ever faced in our. Request you to kindly look into this matter and try to get our stolen things back.

      Thank you for your mail. While noting the refund amount i notice that they have only intimated refund of the ticket fare. They are yet to include in the refund the compensation amount of rs.5000/-claimed by me for the losses incurred by me by way of excess amount paid for fresh booking and interest charges for holding my amount for two months.

      It may kindly be noted that yesterday during the conversation on phone, go air customer service (Mr. Rakesh and mr. Abbas) offered to fly later flight without rescheduling charges (Rs.2250/-ticket), and no extra charge for the next flight.

      This offer could not be taken since it was not offered while cancelling the ticket nor i could connect with go-air customer service since no one picked up/responded to repeated calls to their customer service no given in the sms.
      Under these circumstances it is incumbent upon go-air reimburse the extra charges incurred solely due to their fault. I. E. Rs.5000/-
      If required, the matter may please be escalated to their senior levels to resolve the issue.
      Thank you 'make my trip' for your pro-active customer service.

      Dear sir
      I am extremely disturbed and upset to note the shabby treatment by go-air,
      The details are below-
      1) i had booked two tickets, self and wife (, both senior citizens. Retired), on 17th. May'17 to chennai from kolkata by flt g8-606. On 11th. July 4pm i received and sms simply informing that the said flight has been cancelled and you will connect with me within 24hrs or i can call your serivice nos given in the sms.
      2) i desperately tried to connect on the nos given no of times but only heard music and no connection was forthcoming. Also there is absolutely no communication from your end till today as promised in sms.
      3) since there was absolutely no connect with you and i had to be in chennai on 23rd since my daughter was coming from abroad with two kids, i had to make alternative arrangements to be in chennai airport 23rd evening.
      Since, time was running out and being end sept.& puja time (, peak season of holidays), the airfare was going up by the minute, i had booked alternative flight by indigo at rs.13, 784, rs.4290 more than the rate at which i booked your flight for no fault of mine.
      I therefore demand not only the full refund but also the difference in fare in view of the circumstances stated above.
      3) till yesterday again since there was absolutely no communication from your end, in desperation i had registered my complaint with make my trip customer service and very promptly ms. Neha called me and also understood the problem and on conference call
      Connected me to your mr. Akash who was completely avoiding the issue and only evading and non-cooperative. I insisted on speaking to the next higher up mr. Abbas, who was worse.
      I wanted to speak to the higher manager of go air but mr. Abbas totally refused.in fact i has to wait for over 20mts. Before mr. Abbas was kind enough to take my call.
      Sad sad indeed that this is how you treat your customer.
      4) in view of the difference in fare and the interest for the period from 17th. May till you make the payment i demand compensation of rs.5000/-only.
      Please therefore remit the full refund of the fare paid to you plus rs.5000/-as stated above.
      Trust you will have the time and inclination to reply.
      5) as a person who held senior postions in public and private sector industries, and taught b-school students marketing, suggest you please improve your customer service and ensure that your staff learn how to empathise with customer's problems and solve them. Make my trip dealing can be a benchmark in this respect.

      How could you anticipate 'reasons beyond control'5months in advance. Normal force-majeur conctions are, war, tempest, flood, rain, natural calamities or may be bankructy etc. If none of the above it cannot be 'reasons beyond control'

        I have travelled from blr to pat g8-373 on 15 june 2017 and my trolley bag was damaged, i have filed a complain against this to patna airport go air office to which they said we will repair or replace the trolley once i reach my permanent address jaipur.
        I have send my compalint to [protected]@goair.in, and received following email from admin
        Your service request number is g[protected] and our agent shall respond to you soon.

        For all future emails related to this query, please quote your service request number in your communication to us. Message received outside normal business hours will be reviewed on the next business working day

        But still no response. I tried calling over helpline number but no body replied.
        I visited jaipur airport go air office and they denied saying no such complain listed with them.

        I need the repaired or replaced suitcase in a week time otherwise will file case in the consumer court with all relevant docs.

          I traveled from delhi to srinagar on 30th of june 2017. At the time of check in i submitted 03 bags, but when i reached srinagar (Kashmir) i got only 02 bags out of 03. One of my bag was missing. At that time i complaint the goair staff at srinagar airport and they prepared an authority letter on my behalf.

          Form that day till today i didn't get back my bag.

          I am continuously keep on calling to them but didn't getting any positive answer from there side.
          Please help me

            It is the responsibility of airline to rebook the flight. Why should i pay extra? Plus no information has been given how the refund is going to be processed. This is such a bad attitude towards customers. Airline has to be reliable.

            Plus customer care numbers are always busy. What do you expect people to do?

                I have done the flight tickets on 22 of june 2017 the ticket was not generated but the amount was deducted from my accnt and the go air customer care didn't receive the any call and they didn't refunded my money till now i even went to their customers counters they told me it will take 14 days but still i didn't get the money the amount was of 20318 so kindly see the matter.                   Now i put your complaint in consumer court.

                    My flight was delayed for 1 hour and i got the message and email only by 4 pm on 4th july whereas the scheduled departure was at 6:15 pm.

                    I reached airport by 5 and found that other flight g8-188 came only by 7:30 and then only flight g8-182 boarding was started.

                    It actually started by only 7:50 pm and because of this i missed my connecting flight from delhi to chennai which was scheduled at 8:55 pm as go air flight reached at delhi airport by 8:50 pm.

                    I had spent 17k to reach to chennai. I need compensation for this

                      I have booked tickets on flight g8-261 (Booking reference xzj8n7) on 17th feb 2017 for kolkata to lucknow for me and my family members. The tickets were confirmed. Today i received a message and a voice call stating the flight has been cancelled. On calling up the customer care numbers repeatedly,, there was this executive named amit who told me he would see the possibility of reallocation, after putting me on hold for a time, he said casually there are no flights on that day and further there are no flights in september 2017 from kolkata to lucknow, please book a flight on another airlines, we will return the full booking amount. On asking to speak to the supervisor, i was put on hold for 20 minutes without the supervisor coming to speak.
                      I am going for a holiday and all bookings have been made for hotels.in such case booking in another airline would be very costly at this time. Does goair take into consideration the financial loss customers have to go through because of the cancellation of flights? I am amazed that they are not even considering accommodating customers through other routes which can help them reach the destination.
                      I am totally at a loss at the shoddy manner of goair in which they are dealing the customers, disgusted to say the least about the integrity of the company.

                          This mail is addressed to your desk because some how Go Air has not been responding to my calls and mails.

                          My booking was for the sector CCU to PNQ on the 4th July 2017.

                          From the last 3 days am trying to reach the call center of Go Air and the lines are always busy. I sent a mail and there was again no response.

                          I needed to reschedule my flights from 4/7/2017 to 2/01/2018

                          I have lost my money and also not been able to get the reschedule. I have decided to take this matter very seriously and do the necessary actions to ensure the airlines
                          operating respect the customers .

                            Hi,

                            This complain is regarding one of my recent travel with Go-Air. with PNR-JIHHKR. This flight was initially at 13.30 Monday 03.07.2017. I got update in my mobile via google that flight is delayed by 1hour 10 minute.
                            To verify I called to airlines customer care and they declined about the delay. So I reached airport on time and there after 30min I got announcement that the flight is at 3.10PM. So in general the total delayed time was 1hour40minute.

                            This has not happened for first time. Flight service providers are not providing correct information and they are never on time.
                            I want here should be a charge and action taken against these companies. If they cannot provide service on time so they should increase their schedule time.

                              I booked two tickets from hyderabad to chennai for 28th september 2017.
                              Today i received a IVR call informing about flight cancellation.
                              Since last eight hours i have tried calling about 50 times to customer support for confirmation about alternative flight or refund but there is no response
                              My PNR no is 9ELD1G.
                              Travel Date is 28 sept
                              Flight No is G8-504.
                              From Hyderabad to Chennai.
                              I need the confirmation from AIRLINE ASAP regarding the alternate flight arrangement. Or they should refund me my complete ticket charges.

                              I need to make arrangement for my travel once again. So request to provide me all necessary information ASAP.

                              And improve your customer care handling. Even after waiting of 10 mins no one picks call from customer care.

                                I made a student booking on the Go Air website for 16th July, 2017 ( from Kolkata to Ahmedabad ) and also paid extra for the seat of my choice, seat 4C ( aisle seat ).

                                My Go Air PNR : 6V4PL7

                                However I pre-poned my flight from the Go air site itself to 7th July. While changing my booking I called the go air customer care to ask if the new modified booking will still be a student booking and also if the seat I paid extra for will remain same, the customer care executive said it would remain the same and to go ahead with making the changes.

                                When I paid and got my fresh ticket, it got transferred into a regular economy booking and my selected seat wasn't the same, on calling your customer care executive they said that they cannot do anything about it. A student booking allows extra baggage allowance of 10 kg's.

                                I have made several complaints to go air, via mail and telephone but they haven't responded.

                                I request you to help me out Sir.

                                  I have booked flight from Mumbai to DEL & DEL TO Jammu well in advance. PNR IXPZBZ, CEYMSZ. The connecting flight is cancelled & I m informed via email & msg less than 48 hrs from the departure of the flight. I tried getting in touch with your both customer care numbers at least 20 times which says always busy. And in the midnight when by chance got through your customer no. after numerous try what I heard that you are running only one flight from del to Jammu at 02.05 pm and you have no vacancy for 7th July. I have everything planned and I can not shuffle my dates as my concurrent forwarding booking of my travel and hotel stay everything was booked. This is really unacceptable and poor service which you are offering to your customers. I am surprised with so conveniently you guys are producing inconvinience to your customers. I am extremely disappointed with the service and unfortunately I have to cancel out my ticket from del to Jammu. Now as I am trying to rebook a new ticket it is costing me thrice the cost on what I have booked who will pay the difference. Why customer will suffer for your negligence. Please get back to me with a solution.

                                    I had booked a flight from Cochin to Mumbai on 11 July. Got an sms from go air saying the flight is cancelled and reach out to customer care. First of all I don't understand why we have to call customer care if Go air cancelled the flight. It should be their responsibility to contact the customer.

                                    Called the customer care number. which was waiting on another call.

                                    After many attempts the call went through but no one bothered to pick up.
                                    I am not sure how to proceed now.

                                      i didn't received the baggage at Pune airport which was Black, American tourister large-sized Trolley bag, filed PIR at airport given all necessary information to them but till now they are only saying that we are not able to track your bag.
                                      I don't even know if they are trying to find my bag because the number they provided me on PIR was wrong, their customer care number is not working, they are not even replying to mails or feedback submitted on website.
                                      I don't know what to do now since there is cash in my bag and all of my clothes, they didnt even provided any compensation for purchasing some clothes for the meantime.
                                      GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Flight was booked via paytm and money has not been refunded yet.

                                        My flight was cancelled and it seems that i got a call and i didn't answer.
                                        Still there was no mail in my box regarding this. I wan my refund back at the earliest.
                                        Its ridiculous on the part of go air that they give customer care number and never respond. Line shows busy 24x7!!!
