Kindly find the attached screenshot and refund the Amount of Rs. 6500.00 against PNR BL7ZS4 as the changes are made by customer through call centre without our consent which we are not expecting from GoAir when access to our direct business is given to an external person and violate our business privacy and norms . You are requested kindly look into the matter and refund the amount at earliest.

I have done the flight tickets on 22 of june 2017 the ticket was not generated but the amount was deducted from my accnt and the go air customer care didn't receive the any call and they didn't refunded my money till now i even went to their customers counters they told me it will take 14 days but still i didn't get the money the amount was of 20318 so kindly see the matter. I traveled from delhi to srinagar with go air on 30th of june, 2017. At delhi airport i submitted 03 bags, but when i reached srinagar i received only 02 bags, one of my bag was missing. At the same time i complained the go air staff at srinagar airport. They prepare a authority letter and said that they will deliver my bag to my hotel at srinagar. But form that day i didn't received my bag or even any response from their side.

My flight was delayed for 1 hour and i got the message and email only by 4 pm on 4th july whereas the scheduled departure was at 6:15 pm.

I reached airport by 5 and found that other flight g8-188 came only by 7:30 and then only flight g8-182 boarding was started.

It actually started by only 7:50 pm and because of this i missed my connecting flight from delhi to chennai which was scheduled at 8:55 pm as go air...

Flight g8 319 mumbai- delhi booked for 15.7.18. Sms recd. from Goair on 3.7.17 informing cancellation of said flight due to ' issues beyond control'.
Since yesterday evenning, I have tried 02 helpline numbers given in sms at least 10 times. No response and no body picks up phone.

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Jaipur and Jaipur to Mumbai from go-air. We received a mail stating that the flights are cancelled and a number was provided to us for seeking refund. That number is always unreachable and we have not received any refunds from the company. None of their customer care is working. This is really the worst experience ever.
