I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Delhi on 11 July. Got an sms from go air saying the flight is cancelled and reach out to customer care. First of all I don't understand why we have to call customer care if go air cancelled the flight. It should be their responsibility to contact the customer.

Called the customer care number. which was waiting on another call. I don't understand what kind of customer is serves just one call and goes on waiting if someone else calls at the same time.

After many attempts the call went through but no one bothered to pick up.
I am not sure how to proceed now.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Booked a ticket yesterday and have been trying to reach customer service since then to add wheel chair facility but to no avail. I have attempted innumerable times on the support number but either they put on hold forever or are engaged. Extremely poor customer support system. I have tried all possible numbers of Go Air but none is responding. Absolutely irresponsible and unethical approach of the airline.
Absolutely poor service. Customer care does not pick up phone at all. I have been put on hold all 15 times I have called through the day. I never reached a customer service agent. Pathetic website and pathetic customer care service.

    Flight g8 319 mumbai- delhi booked for 15.7.18. Sms recd. from Goair on 3.7.17 informing cancellation of said flight due to ' issues beyond control'.
    Since yesterday evenning, I have tried 02 helpline numbers given in sms at least 10 times. No response and no body picks up phone.
    Kindly help resolve the issue and arrange booking in next flight on same day, same sector, same flier. Any e mail address where we can send request please advise

      I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Jaipur and Jaipur to Mumbai from go-air. We received a mail stating that the flights are cancelled and a number was provided to us for seeking refund. That number is always unreachable and we have not received any refunds from the company. None of their customer care is working. This is really the worst experience ever. They should without any complains resolve the matter on their own.

        I booked GoAir flight ticket from HYD-BBI vide PNR no. LEJOSR for onward journey on 24th Aug 2017 and PNR NO. ASCUXY for BBI-HYD on 4 Sep 2017.

        Now the irony is that when I am checking the status of flights, its showing NO Flight on the above mentioned dates. I tried to contact the customer care via Phone, but it remained always not reachable. Even in response to my e-mails to customer care, it was only told that their agent will contact me. This is what happening for past 10 days.

        I would like to file a complaint about GoAir by this platform so that at least they can realize the pain I am going through and clarify the situation ASAP.

          I booked for tickets jaipur kolkata jaipur travelling date 14.06.17 and 23.06.17 against pnr no.7wx3ec. Due to medical reason, two return tickets were cancelled by me on 13.06.17. At the time of cancellation, for refundable amount rs.9184.00 i advised to contact make my trip when the tickets were booked by next from go air. I contacted make my trip, they advised that these tickets were not booked through us. I am constantly trying to customer care, but phone is not picking by any person. I do not know how i will get the refund.
          2. I submitted a request to goair refunds.co.in for not to deduct any amount from cancelled tickets and submitted a medical certificate of the travelling person. Due to illness her husband was also not able to travel hence both return tickets were got cancelled.
          It is shameful for such air line for not attending phone by the customer carw than why customer care number have been given on web site.
          Please resolve the problem

            I booked my tickets for mumbai to kochi flight for 1st july morning. Pnr-1gtkpa

            A week back i suddenly got a message that their flight has been cancelled. I had already made all the bookings for hotels and activities for kerala.

            Now they said we can put you in another flight +-30 days or we will give full refund.

            My concern is that although it is full refund but i had to shell out 5k extra to book other tickets in the last week of my travel. This was for no mistake of mine.

            While i understand that flight get cancelled but this is happening frequently with goair.in such scenarios the refunds must be processed on the price for that particular date.

            Booked well in advance but Go air cancelled my flights and when I called up customer care then nobody turned up to receive my call. Customer care really needs to ramp-up their service process else customers would be definitely give a harsh hit on reputation of Goair.

              We have reported at the counter at 7.30 pm terminal id at go air counter. At 7.40 pm the officer onduty has issued boarding passesd with seat no 31 a to f for we six family members whereas he was well aware about the pre pond of flight departure time. He was also well aware that if we cross the security gate but gate 2b is closed and we shall not be able to board flight.

              The officer on duty was correct. Everything happen as he desired. We missed the flight and we lost the money paid for the tickets. There was no alternative given by the officer on duty when we reported him about our sad story.

              We now request for the refund of our airfare as we are punished for no fault on our side but this is the pre plan idea of officer on duty to see that we lost our money.

                I was travelling from kolkata to delhi in goair flight g8102 today. My luggage that i received at the belt was drenched in liquor, i want you to compensate me for this, a careless behaviour like this is just not accepted, to top it all i did not find a single attendant from go air to help me at the airport with the issue. All the belongings have been damaged because of the carelessness of our attendees.

                  On 09 march-2017g8 - 285, i had booked a ticket on goair flight g8 - 285 for 22-april-2017 (From goa to new delhi) v subsequently, i had to cancel my travel plan and cancelled the ticket through toll free of go air 16 april -2017. Cancellation charges of 2 tickets have been deducted; however, goair refunding the balance amount of rs. 5400/-.

                  This is a fraud as the goair ticket does not make my payment but goair retains the balance amount of rs.5400/- as well as the cancellation charge. Kindly take necessary action to get the money (Rs. 5400/-) refunded as my money is unnecessarily blocked by the airline. Such sort of cheating is just not acceptable to me.

                    This is reference to your trailing mail regarding interest charged on the amount which is refunded of rs. 9440/- against total payment made of rs.11336/- but instead of refunding of rs.11336/- you have wrongfully deduct conveyance charges and insurance charges on the aforesaid amount. Please confirmed me why you deduct 1896/-. This is clearly indicates cleartrip.com. Cheating with customer. Flight was cancelled by go air then why conveyance charges & insurance charges bear by customer. I want to know my deduction detail. Here is no fault by me, so return my full amount 11336- in icici bank credit card last 4 digit no.5006.

                    Please look into the matter otherwise i have no other option to take up the matter with consumer forum. Because trip is cancelled by you the why suffering customer/ you deducted our insurance charge & convenience charge. Please answer me as soon as possible

                        I made a flight reservation for june 26th but cos i booked in my phone an error happened the date the flight got booked was for aug 26th did not realize it till the time i reached the airport on 26th june and as it was an emergency situation while i was at the airport had to purchase a new tickets for 7000 hence called to cancel the booking and requested for a refund for aug 26th reservation. Spoke to a customer executive akshay sharma for goa air. He understood my situation i did not have money on me with what i had i had to purchase a new ticket. He initially did do nothing about it he said that he can give a refund of 400 out of which 300 would be charged by yatra and i ll be getting a refund of 100. A ticket worth of 2100 which 2 months after has to be cancelled andd they offered me a refund of 100 bucks spoke to the manager. I don think this is fair and it has to reported and complained.

                          My flight from lucknow to pune for 4-jul-2017 has been cancelled and no other alternate booking has been made for it. The reason for flight cancellation has not been mentioned. The cancellation has caused very much changes in tight schedule. The company is not responding on the customer care contact number. The refund for the ticket has also not been processed.

                            Dear sir,

                            I (Sunjay nayyar sequence number 20 seat no. 4f) travelled from delhi to ahmedabad on 24/06/17 by g8 180, arrived at 9.15am i didn't get my bag, tried locating my bag for 1 hour but i couldn't find that.

                            I made a complaint with local office and they assured i will get it in few hours.
                            I called 8-10 times till 9pm but every time they would made a false promise of calling me back. I had to buy new clothes for my meeting. But nobody in the local office is responsible enough to even give appropriate answer.

                            Till 3.45pm on 25/6/17 i have not received my bag and nobody is able to give a satisfactory answer.

                            Please locate my bag at the earliest as tomorrow i have very important meeting and i don't have any clothes.

                            Irrespective to mention that it had clothes worth rs50, 000/ or more.

                            Please compensate my loss.

                              We booked a go air flight for travelling to mata vaishno devi from delhi - jammu for 5 passengers with go air

                              They confirmed the tickets, took payment and issued pnr tickets

                              At the last moment, one day they sent email that due to operational reasons they have cancelled the onward flight and call customer service. We called customer service, after being on phone for 2 hours, they finally rebooked on a different flight at a different time for onward travel from delhi - jammu and kept our return flight the same.

                              Then after 2 days go air sent another email that our return flight from jammu to delhi is also cancelled and call customer service. After attempting to call their customer service for 5 hours we finally reached the customer agent sweety dhabhalia from go air customer service, she said she can rebook our return flight but not on the same day but 2 days after. She said go air cannot provide accomodation during the 2 days that they delayed our booking. They also said that they cannot refund us the full flight cost as well because we rebooked our delhi to jammu flight once, when we said forcefully that the onward delhi - jammu was canclled by the airline not us then also she said she cannot refund, when we asked to talk to supervisor then she put us on hold then said she can now refund the entire trip cost due to airlines cancelling the flight, she cannot do anything. Our mata vaishno devi trip was completely ruined by go air due to their whims and fancies. Go air is completely unprofessional airline.

                              It is strange go air had to cancel both onward and return flights without offering a suitable rebooking. They also refused to take care of our hotel accomodation request. The customer service agent weety dhabhali simply said please book in another airline that is they are not responsible for our re-booking on our planned dates which they cancelled unepectedly. We have to bear so much loss due to go air.

                                  Due to political chaos and turmoil prevailing in bagdogra from where i have booked the ticket in goair to kolkata on 27th june, 2017, i wanted to cancel the booking but the company is not giving any refund.

                                  It is not in my control if political turmoil prevails and there is widespread threats not to go there by political parties, so as a tourist we cannot risk our lives.

                                    Hi there. I booked flight g8-121 from hyd to ccu (Duration is 2 hrs 10 minutes) 3 months prior for date 17th june, 2017 at ₹2500. 10 days before the flight schedule i received a message stating the flight has been cancelled please contact customer care.
                                    They asked me to either take 2500 back or take a connecting flight of 17 hours duration.
                                    At this point since i cannot afford to take any other airline as the minimum one way charge is ₹8000 i am going on a connecting flight provided by go air which will take 11 hours.
                                    I am completely trapped by this airline.
                                    When you try to cancel the ticket even for 1 minutes difference, they ask you to pay cancellation charge plus current flight rate

                                    Now who would pay me ₹8000 to book a new flight where in i had booked the flight for ₹2500 prior to the schedule.

                                    I am highly disappointed. Can someone please help me here..: (

                                    I received a call immediately after raising the complaint. The person said he is the escalation Manager from GoAir.
                                    He asked for my Adhar card details and confirmed which bank account I used for booking the flight .. Also got my Gmail otp associated..
                                    Suddenly the call got disconnected and he is unreachable now.

                                    The person was a fraud. Seriously I am completely pissed off now... Not sure where to seek help from !!!

                                      My flight no. Was g8-135, departure time 6:20am. I reached the counter dated 16 june 2017 at 5:25am for getting boarding pass. On first counter i waited for 5 minutes then they said go to second one because he was dealing with some other vip person.
                                      When we reached the second counter they said, the process has been closed and there is no any option other then cancelling and shifting to other flight and extra amount charged ₹6500 for next flight g8-131sucheduled at 12:30 dated 16 june 2017.

                                        Hi,

                                        After 2 complains in designated email id, i am not getting any response from the goair. I have traveled in goair recently. I have faced one issue while booking one ticket. My transaction was success from paytm gateway whereas it failed at goair site. I have communicated with the concerned team through phone and mail. After the confirmation from goair customer care that the payment was not successful i have booked another ticket from makemytrip in goair on saturday from pune to bengaluru. N phone they have told me that its an issue at paytm, whereas they are saying its an issue at your end.
                                        Paytm has asked for a written confirmation regarding the same. I have mailed the same concern to the your site, but didn't get any reply.

                                        Can you please help me out on this?

                                        I have communicated with GoAir Customer Care and they said that the amount was not received at their end where as PayTM has confirmed that the amount has been successfully sent to GoAir. PayTM has asked for a written mail from GoAir that they haven't received the money, so that they can proceed further. But GoAir people are not responding to any mail from my side.
                                        Please help me.
