Hi,

After 2 complains in designated email id, i am not getting any response from the goair. I have traveled in goair recently. I have faced one issue while booking one ticket. My transaction was success from paytm gateway whereas it failed at goair site. I have communicated with the concerned team through phone and mail. After the confirmation from goair customer care that the payment was not successful i have booked another ticket from makemytrip in goair on saturday from pune to bengaluru. N phone they have told me that its an issue at paytm, whereas they are saying its an issue at your end.
Paytm has asked for a written confirmation regarding the same. I have mailed the same concern to the your site, but didn't get any reply.

Can you please help me out on this?

I am attaching all the proofs along with this mail for your reference. Even the below mail from paytm has been attached.

I have communicated with GoAir Customer Care and they said that the amount was not received at their end where as PayTM has confirmed that the amount has been successfully sent to GoAir. PayTM has asked for a written mail from GoAir that they haven't received the money, so that they can proceed further. But GoAir people are not responding to any mail from my side.
Please help me.

    I had to board a flight from delhi airport terminal 1d for flight g8-228 from delhi to kolkata, we have already waited for more than 45 mins but there is only two operative counters whereas there are so long queues of passengers. The officer in charge also didn't have answers to our queries. I had tried uploading pictures of the cabin but the site wouldn't let me upload.

      My son reached late to the indira gandhi international airport at 1.40 pm due to some difficulty faced by him due to ola driver. He was supposed to take 2.15 pm g8-336 flight. He requested the airline staff to let him board the plane as he had to appear for a test in mumbai very next morning.
      His request went into deaf ears and no effort was made by the airlines staff available there. He was rather advised to pay rs. 3250 and book next available flight g8-446 at 7.40 pm. The poor boy went ahead with the suggestion and paid the money.
      The newly booked aircraft could only leave delhi airport around 8.45 pm and reached mumbai close to 11pm. There was heavy rain at mumbai airport and boy had to face further difficulties to get to his final destination during late hours.
      Well, go-air will cite excuses like operational difficulty or technical problem for delayed departure.
      I have 2 questions to ask:
      • even if a customer gets into a genuine difficulty, go-air is happy to charge rs. 3, 250 for delay of 25 minutes to boost their revenue.
      • what amount we should get if there is a delay of 65 minutes or more by go-air?
      There should be a level playing field for both parties when it comes to late charges.

The sequrty officer kept the power bank (Intex, 16000mah), didn't allowed me to carry with me need my power bank. It is urgently needed as a person can carry their power bank. Kindly respond and so that i can mention the adress and other details which ever required. And even i don't know what they do with our belonging. My power is so costly and urgently required.           Good day,

          Self with family had booked ex-mumbai-leh tour through cox & kings from 04/05/2017-11/05/2017. Our return flight from leh-delhi-mumbai g8-204/338 departure leh 08:35- arrival 12:50 mumbai was rescheduled to g8-194/446 departure leh:1030hrs arrival mumbai 21:40 hrs without informing the passengers.

          Due to reschedule of flight i was missing my on-wards journey to goa by train whose schedule departure from mumbai was 18:58 hrs 11/05/2017. Self had to cancel my flight from delhi-mumbai by go-air and made my own arrangement to reach goa with a note taken from go-air help desk for refund of my delhi-mumbai air fare, please find attached scan copy of same.

          The refund amount is still awaited, amount was promised to reimburse within a week. Kindly do the needful and reimburse the refund amount as soon as possible.

          I have booked Airline ticket from Yatra.com having PNR: KVPYL8 Flight No: G8-122 on 22nd June 2017 form Hyderabad to kolkata. I have received message on 6th June from GoAir regarding the Flight Cancelled. I am trying to call him but did not get any response.They did not tell any reasons of cancelled flight and amount refund.

            I m mayur, on 8th June I was booked a flight ticket from Delhi to leh traveling on 9th June name of jhala jitendra singh and which payment paid through paytm but due to some reason my ticket called cancelled because payment not reached to go air in between my payment was paid through paytm after then I was contacted with paytm they said payment done from them contact to go air merchant.when I tried to contact the go air merchant customer care at where no one was respond to my call.so I want to resister complaint against go air want to know that where is my money worth rupees of 6015/-.

              I traveled through go air on 26th may, flight - go air
              G8-532 from kolkata to guwahat, 9.20 a. M with pnr 0ssu6n.

              I was carrying medicines in my luggage and also requested to put a fragile tag into that.
              While arriving at guwahati airport i found my luggage was broken and while complaining and showing to respective go-air authority, they asked me to complaint online.
              Some people blamed the airport staff and some airline. But my issue was not resolved.
              When i arrived at home my all medicines were broken and clothes were also damaged for same.

              I request a proper investigation on this to avoid recurrence and also compensate my lose of valuables and time.

                Goair should be "goneair"... They cancelled a flight for 16th june from hyderabad to kolkata and informed us today i. E less than 2 week which is the minimum requirement as per the civil aviation requirement and in return they are either refunding you the ticket amount paid at the time of booking i. E april for me (Today's cost of ticket is approx 300% of the original cost) or are providng with a replacement flight which will take 17 hrs starting 5am in mrng which is kind of weird option (It seems to be a strategy for not helping customer even after providing option). They are not even aware of the rules & regulations applicable for aviation industry. While talking to customer care they are not ready to provide any additional support... Goair please find a copy of rules and regulation which you seem not to be aware of inspite of being available on your own website (Hopefully this might open up an option for you to answer your customers)

                  Confirm ticket that i confirmed in time of eid now suddenly they cancle flight. So how can in take a new ticke. Now ticket price is high.

                    Hello sir, i wanted to bring this to your notice that today we had 4 tickets booked for 4th of june at 09:15 pm pnr number 9czem7 with go air we reached indira gandhi delhi airport the go air counter at 8.30 pm there was 45 mins until departure and the airlines did not let us check in and i do understand we got late by a few minutes but the way they treated us it was humiliating and so not customer centric. They could have helped us by pushing us through or given us information on rescheduling our flight but no help whatsoever. Absolutely disconcerting both the manager name parminder singh at indira gandhi airport in delhi and the subordinate manu ahuja walked out on us without giving us a solution and were extremely rude and manu ahuja even threw pen on us say do whatever you want to do but you guys are not allowed in this flight and there is no solution we have for you. Manu ahuja put counter closed board on our face while we were requesting him to give us a solution and took his bag and left. They even processed a no show for us which is ridiculous. Now we are stuck at delhi for the nite without a flight scheduled for ahmedabad or vadodara. This feels more like fooling people to make money out of them. We request you to do check the cctv footage for the same day and the flight seats as we have informed by one of the airport member that they do some changes for the people and sell the tickets to others. Thank you for creating a platform for people to voice out their concerns. Please help me filing case against the goair airlines and ibibo for treating us like this specially to teach a lesson to people like parminder singh (I have never seen a sikh treating people like this) and manu ahuja. Hope u find a solution to this or help fix this situation.

                      Go air staff haven't allowed us to checked in before 45 mins and threw pen on us by staff member name mr ahuja and his supervisor pajji. Flight was for 9:15 pm and we requested them to let us in at 8:30 was trying to check in at 8:30. Plz don't trust ibibo and go air. Cheaters they make money by doing this. Mr ahuja and his supervisor have done same with the other couple before us as well. Plz check the delhi airport cctv cams. Plz don't book any flights from ibibo and from the go air as they are big time cheaters and scamsters.

                        Regarding cancellation (With immediate effect) and refund (100%) due to terrorist activity, we were on the way to pahalgam on 27th may 2017. We left from katra at 10:00 am by our tempo traveller no - jk14c0052, as we reached qazikund (Near anantnag) mob of bad elements attacked to all the vehicles including our'sby pelting stones, we was shocked that what happened, it took few minutes to turn the vehicle from road as all athe vehicles was trying to turn back, inbetween few stones hit our vehicle and damage the vehicle, we save our lives by hiding ourselves in the vehicle.

                        We was in very panic stage and not able to accept the truth that what happened with us without knowing the reason of the attack, after that our driver rushed our tempo traveller back and while reaching ramban we saw that comming back all the vehicles was been badly damaged and few of tourist was badly injured due to attack, we stay for few minute at locxal dhaba in ramban to know about, what happen, there we heard news of terrorist encounter of sabzar batt and thios attack tooks place against the protest of his encounter.

                        We heard in news that all the mobile and internet services was been stopped and two days close is been called by hurriyat, and curphew took place in major part of srinagar and adjoined areas. It was too late due to jam so we decided to stay at patnitop as no option was left with us, we thought that might be situation will be controlled and we would be able to reach srinagar to board our flight, on 28th may when we saw news that situation is going worst over there in srinagar and in front of our eyes we saw many vehicles comming back to patnitop on 28th may 2017 as we confirmed from them they too told us that army personals returned them back, then we again called to go air on 28th may 2017 (9:00 pm) and talked to your representative mr. Ashish from pune and let him know about the situation, he suggested us to write a mail to go air on mail id - [protected]@goair.in for our grivience plus cancellation and refund (100%) of our booking in this unacceptable circumtances.

                        We request you kindly arrange to make the cancellaion and refund (100%) of our above mention bookings, as when a person cant able to reach the destination then how it could be possible for him/her to board the flight, we humbly request you to do the needful at the earliest so that our faith against go air cant be shaken.

                        Also we are attaching herewith the pictures of our damaged vehicle for your consideration and few news clips of 27th may 2017 encounter and worst situation over there.

                        I pradeep mittal again humbly request you to settle my refund at the earliest.

                          I have booked my ticket online through go air website. I have booked for 10th of June for 15:05 PM. As soon as i paid for it time changed by itself to 18:50 PM. Thanks to their website error. I tried to contact them and explain everything but thing didn't go well. They refused to help. They asked for 2000 rupees. Also there was no price difference for both airline timing. Finally because of bad customer service from go air me and my whole family, my relatives and whole office staff not going to book any ticket from GO AIR. This people have not antiquate how to talk to clients.

                          Please find the attached files as proof.

                            I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Goa for 25th June 2017 and due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to cancel the travel. I did this booking through makemytrip.

                            The airfare was Rs. 2036/- from Mum to Goa. To my astonishment, the cancellation changes of Go Air for this flight are Rs. 2225/-. More than the original fare.

                            I promise myself that I will never travel by Go Air in future. I request all friends here never to travel by this cheat air.. named Go Air.

                              Hi,
                              I have made a transaction on 24th may, 2017 through cirtus payment gateway to book flight ticket from go air website using my citi bank credit card. After completed the transaction, "transaction failure" message was shown, but the ticket fare 23, 585.00 was deducted from my credit card account which is now reflecting in my internet banking site.

                              How could i get back the amount? Please resolve my issue aspa

                                My self om prakash. I booked 03 ticket in flight g8-304 from port blair to chennai on 11 may 17 through go air call center and he give me pnr (Ufpq25) dated 05 apr 17 and total amount 19191.00. I try to payment through your website but payment has been done and ticket not genreted. Message came on my mobile that your pnr (Ufpq25) has been cancelled. I communicate with service call centre and he told me that your amount will be deposit in my account but still amount did not come in my account. It is request that refund my amount earliest..                                   I had booked a ticket for GOAIR for flight G8-345 with PNR F7CYOV from BOM to DELHI for 21st May 2017 due to fare change of 9 rs my desired flight got arranged serially and I booked this flight by mistake, I then requested GoAir customer agent to please consider the request as I am requesting just within 5 mins of my booking to transfer my booking to another flight in the same route with same fare (fare was more by 9 rs) as it the order was changed just before I booked.

                                  The agent demanded 2250/- + 200 rs inconvenience for changing the timings
                                  I requested the agent to transfer the line to supervisor twice, but the she dint transfer the line instead made me wait for 5 mins each time and the agent was rude in her conversation.

                                  These kind of events are highly inconvenient for any traveller and that too a traveller who has flown with you for over 50 times in last 6 months. I had no other option but to cancel the ticket with 2250 charges even when the fares for the flights where same as I had the connecting flight from Delhi before arrival of this flight.

                                  GoAir's customer support is highly inconvenient and these kind of events will only make you suffer in the market with your image.

                                  I had a similar problem with Indigo once and they did this smoothly without arguing or holding me for 10 mins on hold before attending me or denying access to senior supervisors.

                                  This event shows lack of customer centric approach of the the airlines.
                                  I would hence request the airlines management to take into account these events and make sure the frequent flyer or a genuine customer is not troubled.

                                    I had booked 4 seats on G8 262 from Kolkata to Bhubaneshwar for June 2, 2017 and now they have cancelled the flight and not providing any alternative tickets. It is very urgent to travel since I have connected bookings. Their call centre do not have a solution and are giving false information stating that DGCA is not allowing any flights to Bhubneshwar while other airlines are flying there.

                                        The go air flight g8-327 @ 7.50 am saturday 01-april -2017 from mumbai
                                        To new delhi was cancelled. The reimbursement in favour of passenger
                                        Vibhuti kar having pnr no:- jr2ah1 with reference no:[protected]
                                        Is still awaited.
                                        Requested for immediate refund of money in my account no from which
                                        Ticket was booked through my debit car. The ticket was booked on[protected]
                                        Through yatra.com. On[protected] i received message on my mobile that
                                        The flight g8-327 iwith above given particulars is cancelled due to unavoidable
                                        Circumstances. The inconvenience caused by the cancellation has been overlooked by the go air authorities. Besides the reimbursement of money
                                        Hould have been done automatically the next day, but more tan 40 days have elapsed and still i am craving for refund of money.
                                        GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
