On 20/03/2017, I had to go to Lucknow by 14:45 Flight, Delhi to Lucknow on Flight number G8-268 holding seat number 12C,
On my boarding pass the boarding time was 14:05 and Departure time was 14:45, and it was clearly written on my boarding pass that Boarding gate will close 25 minutes before departure.
I reached the boarding gate by 14:18, and this time is 27 minutes before departure. Even after reaching on time I was denied by the Ground staff(the ticket checkers),
I requested them its an emergency for me but they didn't understand and canceled my flight without informing me and ask me to re book for next flight and pay Rs3250/-.
Sir, this is the clear case of harassment to the consumer
Please look in to this matter
To I have payed double due to GO AIR Ground staff.
Also when I re booked my flight on flight no:-G8-214 dated 20/03/2017, on which the boarding time was 15:30 and departure time was 16:10
the boarding for this flight was started ay 15:55 an flight departed at 16:28 from the airport, Now Can any one Tell me that where is the scheduled time have gone for GO AIR Ground Staff now, why have they not canceled the flight due to late coming of Pilots and the crew. where is the commitment that they have mentioned in boarding pass
Sir this is totally harassment case .
I don't know that any action will be taken against such peoples or not, But I have complained because what have happened is Wrong, totally Wrong . Its like the GO Air employees are robering the passengers by misguiding and miss leading the company GO Air and its RULES.
Really very Shame full incidence that has took place and leaded by GO AIR Employees
