Hi,

I travelled jaipur - ahmedabad on 8 may'2017 by flight g8-701, pnr - 4736xl. The trolley legs of my checked in luggage, was broken adversely. I have registered a complaint on arrival. The ahmedabad go air ground staff refused to log the complaint & told me that go air is not reponsible for wear & tear of baggages. How hopeless can such services be. How rude can a staff be. I was been told to callup at go air call centre which is only on ivr & doesnt ever lands upto agent for complaints
. Zero servicing!!!
I deny to accept it since the handle costs a lot more plus the inconvenience cost should be paid.
I wish to claim for damage & denial of services by go air
I would be taking this to consumer court.

    I sandeep a. deshpande (along with 11 other members including 5 children and 1 senior citizen) had booked return ticket from mumbai to chandigarh by goair flight (g8-381 dt. 29th april 2017 and g8-384 dt. 5th may 2017, departure time 19:05 hrs and reporting time 17:05 hrs) vide pnr no. – d1y29l (5 members), 4brb8u (1 member), gvor5l (3 members) and qoe7mg (3 members). i had made all these bookings well in advance on 10th february 2017. we had done web check-in on 2nd may 2017 (72 hrs before as per goair rules) and booked our seats in advance by paying extra amount for all. on 5th may 2017 while we were heading towards airport, at 16:04 hrs i received an automated call from goair informing me that my flight is cancelled and for further assistance, i should contact their no. – [protected] or [protected]. after many attempts we were able to get in touch with goair representative who was unaware of the rules and could not answer what should i do. i again dialled the second number, the representative after checking with here senior replied that there are two alternatives –
    1) either i should travel their flight within next 30 days at same cost (but the seats were full for next 2 days and they could make arrangement for 7th may 2017 only)
    2) i should claim for full refund.
    Both the above options were not feasible for me as –
    1) we could not wait till 7th may 2017 and also goair was not ready to make any arrangement for stay for days.
    2) what would i do taking refund at last moment? which will get deposited after 7 days from then?
    I had to travel all the way from chandigarh to delhi (spending rs. 6800/- extra) by 2 nos. innova cars. and also book the tickets at higher rates (rs. 7500/- per head). further i had to bear other miscellaneous charges (approx. – rs. – 5000/-) and also face lots of trouble.
    As per my knowledge goair should have arranged us to travel on very next flight on same sector, or should have made the arrangement to travel from delhi to mumbai, made arrangement for stay till next flight get available.
    I request goair to refund all the amount with 4 months interest, pay me 150, 000/- towards the extra expense and situation i had to face.

      At delhi airport today[protected], they kept the power bank, didn't allowed me to carry with me, need my power bank. It is urgently needed as a person can carry their power bbank. Kindly respond so that i can mention the address and other details which ever is required. And even i don't know what they do with our belongings. Power bank is costly and urgently required.         I am utterly disgusted with this airline. Not only did you cancel our flight at 00.01 at night when we were asleep!! You then said you never put us on next flight as we hadn't contacted you!!! We called all night and your company didn't pick up. Then we finally get on the next late flight ruining our check out / day with hotel. Then to top it off you damaged my suitcase stained it with black oil and all my clothes are wet!! I will take you to court i have evidence. Disgusted and want compansation.

          Mrs Harshini Agarwal in counter no c04 at 1d terminal at delhi on 4th may 2017 was present at check in counter
          We are 23 passengers travelling by flt no g8 203 to Leh by booking ref K7HZ2A
          She weighed our luggage and seing so many passengers she got annoyed but could not say anything and given boarding pass . Then I requested madam if possible two 75 plus senior citizen travelling with us can give their hand luggage she started shouting that u peaple do this type of games and want to take more luggage and wantedly weighed our luggage 2 times we asked y you r doing this type act with us she replied is to shut our mouth and when we asked to give complaint register she refused and when we asked for senior manager she replied that I am the senior manager u do what u want to
          Sir the behavior of mrs Harshini Agarwal was hurting to me and my family members
          We travel about 4 to 5 times in group of 20 to 30 in a year
          Pls take appropriate action against Mrs Harshini Agarwal and inform me sir

            I had booked a flight from mumbai to chennai on 29th april, 2017 @ 5:50am. I reached airport before 5am. I went to the check in counter, the lady over the counter said the counter is closed and she won't give me the boarding pass. I checked time it was almost 5:10am, i kept her telling to give the pass but she instead of helping me she argued and just didn't wanted to help. I requested her even talked to duty manager over there.. this people kept on wasting my time instead of solving it. I called customer care people they again said me to talk to duty manager he will help. I went to him again but he denied.
            I then asked them to get my booking in next flight they asked me to pay for that again. I said that they can adjust the ticket fare against the earlier booking as that also costs for Rs.14800/-. Then they clarified that neither ticket would be adjusted nor it would be cancelled for any refund even though earlier flight didn't take off yet.
            This felt so helpless, that my so hard earned money is taken and against that I didn't get the service.
            The next day i put a complaint on go air feedback page as well. Its almost 4 days I haven't got any response from there. This is my last place of hope. Pls pls pls I request u pls look into the matter.
            If i was at fault I would have never asked. Pls help

            I faced the exact same problem.I reached exactly 45 minutes before the departure but was denied check-in. Even I was told to book the next flight which was more expensive than the one I missed. Totally un-cooperative staff, it felt like they all were playing this game so as to make me book the next, more expensive flight.

              Go air flight no - g8-261

              Customer care calls me 5 days before my scheduled departure to tell me that apparently due to some technical difficulties my flight has been cancelled. Upon my repeated request of telling them to reschedule it, the rude lady on the other side, just calmly says that go air cant help me. I had to book a new flight in indigo under these circumstances and it costed me a bomb (Almost double than original).

              I was told that i would get refund for the cancelled flight. However when i didnt get any notification for flight cancellation, i called the customer care again, who told me that i need to raise a "request" for the same. I mean at this point i don't know should i laugh or be angry. U cancel my flight and then u come and ask me do i need a refund?? Is that even a question, ofcourse i do need refund you #.

              And now i have to raise a seperate request at yatra (Website where i booked the flight), who say that they have not got any confirmation from go airlines to process my refund. So at the end i am feeling angry and ashamed that i am so dumb to book tickets in such a stupid airlines.

              Also a week back, i stood in line for getting my boarding pass for 2 hours at bhubneshwar (G8 286), as the "system " was down and the honorable staff decided to manually write the details on the boarding pass. I still understand this as a technical difficulty and ignored the issue.
              But the flight cancellation and the way the customer care speaks as if they had decided to fly me for free.

              Its my humble request to everyone, to never ever choose goair, whatever it may be. Only if we don't tolerate this kind of behaviour, they will either improve or close down their business.

                I was to travel from Patna to Kolkata on GoAir flight G8606 on 1st May 2017 at 15.20 hrs. But the flight got delayed and reached Kolkata late and because of that I missed my connecting flight. I talked to the airline but they are not ready to accept their mistake and because of that I have to Rs 7005 to the indigo airline from which I was supposed to travel.

                I need the airline to refund my money as it was totally their fault.

                  On 26 april, i flew from Delhi to srinagar on goair flt 190, PNR G8/N6V2WD, after landing i found one of my baggage was missing. Tried to speak to Srinagar office of Go Air, but there has been no news about the baggage. I had bought some expensive items from Delhi, and the Airline needs to compensate for that. Kindly advice me what to do in this matter.

                    I reached airport T1 Delhi at 4:40 am for 5:45 am flight. Informed the ground staff let me go ahead as tickets might not be issued later on to which he refused. Then reaching the check-in counter 5:05 am after waiting for 25 mins in the queue, I was asked that you have come very late. On top which the ground staff mentioned that I reached the airport at 5:08 am.

                    After multiple requests for letting me go first, the team made me miss the flight. I want refund of Rs 8500 for 5DE9NQ.

                    I really condemn the way the they shouted at customers and didn't take the charge of something they were responsible for. It was not one passenger but 5 o[censored]s. Some were travelling to Bangalore and others to Calcutta. Highly untrained and unprofessional staff

                      I was travelling by GoAir G8-390 from Mumbai to Jaipur on Saturday 15 April, 2017 my PNR is GA5EEJ. My flight landed in Jaipur airport but I could not find my baggage. I complaint to the duty manager Mr. Narender that my luggage has been lost.I made a written complaint regarding the same on the very day the tag number was 136383. Mr Narender assured me that he will make a search and inform me .I made several calls to him and asked him to do the needful but he is not cooperating, sometimes he says it has been found and later he denies it.He told me that he will inform me in the evening but he did not.On 16th April when I called him he rudely said he will inform me whenever it is possible for him to search.
                      Request you to search immediately as there were important documents and valuables in the luggage

                          My money Rs.12030 is not refunded till date. This payment has gone to you through GoAir gateway, for booking 3 tkts, Lko- Mum for 17 June. Money deducted but tkt not issued.
                          Whosoever is responsible to resolve the issue, pl. do it.
                          You are Airline business person, not cheater.
                          But your approach is very very POOR, as far matter is for resolving the issue.
                          May be the person is on LONG LEAVE who will take decision to resolve the issue.

                              I have booked flight and that flight got cancelled on 23rd March. I have raised request for full refund but till date i have not received any amount. Goair representatives are just giving false commitments by saying amount has been already transferred to my account. Now i am following this up via email. Government should take serious actions against this type of companies. I am going to wait for another 2 days else I am going to escalate this to PMO office.

                                I am done a booking for me(khushbu Agrawal) & Sidharth Dey sarkar(My son) from yatra .com and the Airline PNR is GNNZ02 and Yatra PNR is[protected]

                                I have again done a booking for my Sister Priti Agrawal and the booking went through fine . But when i got an email. Saw that the booking is done for khushbu Agrawal instead of Priti Agrawal.Airline PNR is Airline PNR LA5NCD and yatra PNR is[protected].

                                I called up Yatra immediately. They told might be some glitch happened and they are not sure and its the airline who can help me right now. They connected me to airline but just after talking for few seconds the call got disconnected.

                                I again called Go air, they are telling they cannot issue a full refund. i asked them to connect to supervisor but he is so busy that he is keeping me on hold yet. Do i need to call or email anybody in high authority.

                                My questions are below

                                1.Why would i have done same booking for the same flight for the same person twice?

                                Go airline is not willing to help the passengers in those small cases. this was the first time, i booked this airline ticket and faced pathetic issues. Very horrible.

                                  I tried to book 3 tickets on 11 March 2017 from GoAir Lucknow to Mumbai, for 17 June 2017. While making payment I opted ok for final payment through GoAir gateway. In the meanwhile system wrote - FAILED. I could not receive any ticket but Rs. 12030 deducted from my a/c. Payment was made through Canara Bank debit card on[protected] at 11:37 AM.
                                  After that I again tried to book 3 tickets, and this time for payment gateway, CITRUS PAY appeared as gateway. I oped ok, my money Rs. 12030 deducted from my same Canara Bank debit card, and received tickets also with PNR 0JNUWW.
                                  But my Rs 12030 is still not refunded in my account till date, which delivered to Go Air( on 11 March at 11:37) through GoAir gateway.
                                  I request pl. refund Rs.12030 without any delay.

                                    I received an sms from Go Air that my ticket LPXYB5 on G8-229 flight dated 8 april has been cancelled due to process that is "out of our control."

                                    How can they auto-cancel my ticket which i had booked 40 days in advance?

                                    I sent email to Go Air customer care but still no reply and I don't even expect now, but I wonder how can they fleece customers to such an extend.

                                    I want ticket on same day.

                                      I have given a cancellation/Refund request to the Airlines due to the sad dismiss of my Grandfather and then Grandmother in the span of 15 days. As per the customer care they have asked me to send the Cremation Certificate for the same and send an email to [protected]@goair.in. Which I did as advised. I did even called back the customer care an informed them that have send the email as advised with the attached documents. They informed me that the turnaround time would be 24 hours. Its been 5 days I have not received a response. When I called the customer care they neither have a reply or a senior member to take up my call and asking me to call back again which I might not be able to do as I will be travelling.                                         On 20/03/2017, I had to go to Lucknow by 14:45 Flight, Delhi to Lucknow on Flight number G8-268 holding seat number 12C,
                                        On my boarding pass the boarding time was 14:05 and Departure time was 14:45, and it was clearly written on my boarding pass that Boarding gate will close 25 minutes before departure.
                                        I reached the boarding gate by 14:18, and this time is 27 minutes before departure. Even after reaching on time I was denied by the Ground staff(the ticket checkers),
                                        I requested them its an emergency for me but they didn't understand and canceled my flight without informing me and ask me to re book for next flight and pay Rs3250/-.
                                        Sir, this is the clear case of harassment to the consumer
                                        Please look in to this matter
                                        To I have payed double due to GO AIR Ground staff.
                                        Also when I re booked my flight on flight no:-G8-214 dated 20/03/2017, on which the boarding time was 15:30 and departure time was 16:10
                                        the boarding for this flight was started ay 15:55 an flight departed at 16:28 from the airport, Now Can any one Tell me that where is the scheduled time have gone for GO AIR Ground Staff now, why have they not canceled the flight due to late coming of Pilots and the crew. where is the commitment that they have mentioned in boarding pass

                                        Sir this is totally harassment case .
                                        I don't know that any action will be taken against such peoples or not, But I have complained because what have happened is Wrong, totally Wrong . Its like the GO Air employees are robering the passengers by misguiding and miss leading the company GO Air and its RULES.
                                        Really very Shame full incidence that has took place and leaded by GO AIR Employees
