Pls refer my service request no G[protected]. Till date l have got no response from your end. I requested for travel certificate a to claim my LTA as l have lost my boarding pass. Ticket details are: new delhi to srinagar and bck. Airline pnr is 2VKA69. But till date there is no response ... Wrote several mails regarding this to [protected]@goair.in and [protected]@goair.in. l was assured to get quick response for request ID G[protected], First mail l initiated 2 feb 2017. After that mail also l hd send many mails but not getting response from airline... Pls issue travel certificte so that l can claim my LTA

    We had booked 18 tickets for our company offsite on 26th feb 2017 (Return from delhi to bombay). However, the flight was cancelled by the airline itself (On 24th feb 2017).
    We had booked the tickets from cleartrip website and have received a refund only from them. We have been charged a cancellation charge of rs. 2, 225/- which is not at all acceptable as the airline had cancelled the flight.
    Requesting a full refund at the earliest.
    I would also like to bring it to your notice that goair has caused inconvenience to us in december 2016 when we tried to book tickets from their website. Their website mentioned bank transfer/online payment options with bank details to which we transferred the money but we received an email stating that they received the money but could not accept this mode of payment. They further took 2/3 weeks to transfer the money back to our account even after providing them the bank details on the same day they said it was not acceptable.

        Hi,

        I am travelling from chennai to hyderabad on flight 501, seat#7D. I have been informed that my luggage bag american tourister suit case is damaged and need a sign. I dint agree to sign because there is no proper explanation given to me how it got damaged. I have been travelling in multiple air lines but they have never been this irresponsible towards passenger or luggage.
        The duty manager told she will get back and then no response. They put me back in the plane.
        I seriously regret using Go Air and also the way the staff treats the passengers. I will have to take this to next level, if neccessary action is taken.
        I will wait for one day or else i will take proper action.

          My flight has been cancelled and i want to change the dates and its very very urgent for me. I have been calling customer care since 5 hours continuously and i have not received any answer. Not picking up the call and i have also called head office and airport but not even a single place anyone has answered my calls. Di something ASAP. This is very bad move from your airlines.

            Date of the Incident :- 22nd February 2017

            Full Description of the incident :- :- On 22nd February 2017 morning we four unfortunate passengers of Go Air Flight G8 305 from Mumbai to Chennai witnessed a very harsh, unprofessional and careless customer service from Go Air ground service personnel's at Mumbai domestic terminal we had to miss our flight due to their unsupportive attitude towards customers.
            The sad part is 5.50 am flight left departure gate by 5.35 without four passengers even though all the four were identified by GoAir ground staff much earlier.
            Details of the passengers are as follows.

            1. Venkata Narayanan Srikanth -- 4A

            2. Yogesh Khaise 16B

            3. Anjjani Mishra 15C

            4. Nomaan Nathani 7F

            While each have their own grievances towards GoAir ground staff let me share my experience.

            After collecting my boarding pass hard copy from the counter I proceeded towards security. There was heavy rush at the security, somehow I managed to reach the X ray counter. There we ( with Mr Norman ) spoted Mr. Farhaad Kerawala - Senior CSE of GoAir who was calling for Chennai flight passengers. We identified our-self and told him we are stuck here due to our luggage at security check belt not moving. He not only questioned the security staff and made fun about the slow work of security personnel's he also told us to run at full speed to the boarding gate. After taking our luggage we ran towards A7 boarding gate. We were totally at shock to see no body atGate A7 and more over the flight have left the time was 5.35 am.

            We saw some commotion at gate A8 and rushed there, we saw two more Chennai passengers arguing with GoAir ground staff Mrs. Bhavana Raghuvanshi - Duty Officer. I am sorry to say she was not ready to listen to passengers and very arrogant in her response.

            We were then directed to Mr Mayuresh Chadhekar - Duty Manager who could not help us by putting us on some other flights to Chennai. After waiting and arguing with him for more than an hour we were directed to Mr Dinesh Gupta - Deputy Airport Manager who was also not in a position to help us but asked us to purchase another ticket by paying Rs 3250.

            The most frustrating part in the whole episode is none of the GoAir ground staff were ready to listen to our concerns, all were uniformly telling that nothing can be done and we have to purchase new ticket. Our questions are

            - after locating passengers by GoAir staff inside the boarding launch how can the boarding gates close.

            - we understand Mumbai is a silent airport at least GoAir can send SMS to the passengers who have taken boarding pass and still not boarded.

            - why GoAir ground staff who identified us did not inform the boarding gate staff about our presence at boarding launch.

            We faced loss of time ( missing business / office commitments ), mental torture, very high stress in missing the flight and arguing with your staff for one hour without any solution and huge financial losses .

            GoAir repeatedly says they cannot help us and says we did not report in time.             Let me share another experience I had the same day ( 22nd February 2017 ) on GoAir flight.

            My experience with GoAir Flight G8 303 dated 22nd February. My seat was 4D.

            As scheduled the Boarding gate opened by 17.50 and passengers started boarding. By 18.05 almost all passengers were on board. We were waiting for the flight gate closure. By 18.20 one passenger boarded the flight and occupied seat 9F. Ground personnel's came in, paper work got completed and the Pilot instructed all ground personnel's to leave and close the gate. By 18.25 the aircraft gate was closed and aircraft left the boarding gate.

            Mr Suhail one of the flight attendant of G8 303 confirmed and even showed me the trip sheet or flight sheet which says boarding gate closed at 18.16. As per GoAir policy the boarding gate for G8 303 should have closed by 18.05 which is 25 minutes before departure. Note :- G8 305 of 22nd February 2016 departed 20 Minutes before scheduled departure. Where as G8 303 of 22nd February 2016 waited for one passenger to board 10 minutes before scheduled departure.

            This proves GoAir have no firm policy works based on their whims and fancy. If some important VIP have not boarded, boarding gates do not close till he board the flight.

            I am not prepared to loose my hard earned money.

              I have booked tickets for me and my brother in GoAir
              from New Delhi - DEL(01 May 17 at 10:50hrs) to Bagdogra - IXB(12:55hrs) and
              return from Bagdogra(10 May '17 at 13:25hrs) to New Delhi(15:45hrs).

              PNR number : OBOZZF
              Date of booking : 04 Feb '17

              On 04 Mar '17(after 1 month) I am getting a message saying

              "Thank you for contacting GoAir. Your booking has been successfully modified.
              Your PNR is OBOZZF for your flight G8-53 deaprting on 01 May at 1:25hrs from DEL to IXB and flight
              G8 -851 departing on 10 May at 15:15hrs from IXB to DEL. Please report 2hrs prior..."

              They have modified the flight timings without any intimation!!
              So now the flight from IXB to DEL will reach DEL at 17:40hrs.
              I have connection flight from DEL to TRV at 18:05hrs and also my brother's DEL to BLR at 17:45hrs.
              How could we catch those flights now?

              I have contacted GoAir customer care and they are telling the reason for the delay as operational reasons.
              There is still a 2 month period for the journey!

              So I asked for a full refund since I have to cancel the tickets for both o[censored]s and book in some other flights.
              But they told since the flights are not delayed by 2hrs, they cannot provide a full refund.

              Previously it was at 13:25hrs and now at 15:15hrs. So it is delayed by just 1:50hrs only! Oh great.
              There is a 10 minuts difference. So they didn't forgot to make the delay less than 2 hrs to quote this rule!

              I have told them I will complaint. But they have no problem sincce they very well there is nothing I can do.
              I didn't knew where or to whom to complaint. I have googled and find this place.
              Please consider this case and do if anything possible. It's so sad to face this. Please help.

                  I am Indira from Bangalore. i had booked 3 seats for Bangalore Mumbai Goair flight no. G8-395 to travel on 20.02.2017.This flight was cancelled and as soon as I got the cancellation intimation I cancelled the tickets on 25.1.17. I got a message from Airlines that an amount of Rs.7224 will be refunded within 7 days. Till now I have not received refund amount. My Trans. ID was NF[protected]booked on 19.9.16). PNR 8NVFTW. I want to know when I will get the refund.

                  My suitcase was damaged once i collected it from baggage belt at airport. The suitcase is damaged from side and is of no use for me. When i complained about it at airport to Go Air helpdesk, they asked me fill complain online. Please either repair my suitcase or refund the money.

                    Subject: Refund of the cost incurred on Srinagar to Delhi flight on 1st February 2017 (PNR - F015CM)

                    I am writing this email based on my conversation with your customer service executive,

                    I went on a visit to Leh (J&K) from Delhi on 23rd January 2017 and my return flight was on 30th January 2017

                    Please refer to the PNR - 2CBFQL for the details of my flight,

                    on the 30th the scheduled flight got cancelled and I was asked to come back on 31st January to a replacement flight,

                    Unfortunately, I could not be accommodated on Flight leaving on the 31st January, and I was promised by the Go Air Manager in Leh Mr Lobsung (pardon me if the name is spelled incorrectly) that I will be accommodated on the flight leaving on the 1st of February

                    On 1st February, I was informed by the Manager Mr Lobsung that there were no seats available in the Leh-Delhi flight and they will send me on Leh - Srinagar Flight instead.

                    And I was supposed to contact the Go Air manager in Srinagar for the connecting flight to Delhi

                    The Go Air Manager at Srinagar told me there were no flights available, but I could find a ticket online, and he suggested to me that I should book that Ticket and Go Air will reimburse that, I contacted The Leh Manager and he too promised me that this will be done, and the refund will be credited to the card from which I booked the flight

                    I paid for this ticket which cost me somewhere around 17, 800/- and reached Delhi, The PNR for the same is mentioned in the Subject (F015CM)

                    My Credit Card Due date is fast approaching and request you to please expedite the refund,

                      I have booked go airways for ranchi to delhi on 6th January, 2017 through make my trip and i reschedule the ticket on 16th january, 2017 by going to the airport by cash.On 15th january i received message from airways itself that flight has been cancelled due to unsolvable reasons.i recieved my amount from make my trip but the remaining amount from go air which i paid through cash still not been given back...i have make contact to go airways and they ask me to submit my passbook scan and submit it to [protected]@goair, in but the service is unavailable...i couldnt fine any other possibilities to get my money back...its really frustating

                          I am a frequent flier of Goair. I flew from Patna to New Delhi on 17th, Friday. My flight was supposed to fly at 8:25. I received a message followed by a recorded call that my flight has been cancelled and reason was beyond control. Already on a tour, it was a panic situation for me. When my travel agent contacted, after a much resistance and 750 extra payment, i was given a a ticket in another flight which flew at around 15hours, also late. I missed a very urgent meeting in Delhi. My charge is that GoAir is very unprofessional, irresponsible, erratic and unpredictable Airlines extracting money from the fliers unnecessarily. In fact, i deserved compensation from my losss due to delayed flight. I am attaching both tickets

                          As per sms by GO AIR, flight delay and Re-shouldered 8.45 pm at the time of 7 pm.
                          But at the time of boarding, your staff has told, flight no G8 - 702 departured on time. after all your staff has done bad behavior with us.

                            My name is mayank maheshwari...i took a flight from jammu to New Delhi. ..flight is reshduled for half an hour...arrival time of flight in New Delhi is 12.50pm...but flight landed in new delhi is 1.20pm...due to this inconvenience l missed my next flight which one on 1.50 pm...i want my refund back which is missed from go air airlines...why i bear this losss...i want my refund back...

                              Dear Team

                              I had booked tickets from Goa to Mumbai on 07th Feb 2017 by paying 4450 Rupees via credit card. (GoAir G8-372)

                              However, due to some family issue, I had to cancel my journey. I called up GOAIR customer care for cancellation, and from here series of surprises start.

                              Surprises 1 -Customer care agent told me that if I cancel the ticket only 100 bucks will be refunded back to me.

                              Surprises 2 - Hence I told them to post pond the dates of my journey with the same destination then I was told that rescheduling charges will be more than what I paid for this tickets ( some 4000 rs)

                              Please explain

                              · I am not able to understand what is the logic of cancellation if I get peanuts (money) back?


                              · What is the logic of rescheduling if I have to pay more than what I had paid before?


                              Above pointers clearly, indicates that GOAIR is simply saying, customer, that you have paid the money and we will not refund you back in any circumstances of cancellation or rescheduling. It was your mistake you have booked tickets with GOAIR.

                              This was a moment of misery for me that too from a reputed airline company policies.

                              I will highly appreciate if the amount is refunded back with no more surprising revert from GOAIR as I had cancelled the tickets in well advance 7 days.

                              Awaiting for your revert !!!

                                On 14/1/2017, I was trying to book 6 tickets from Chennai to Pune. The transaction got cancelled but the amount was debited to my account. I have been continuously following up with GoAir since then, but I have never received any proper response.
                                First I was told that the refund was processed on 16/1/17 then later they said 27/1/17, again they changed the refund date to 3/2/17. They have been continuously dodging my questions & rarely reply to my emails.

                                I have still not received the refund till date (16/2/17).

                                  My self praveen kumar gupta air line pnr no - bd if20,.

                                  As per schedule flight was supposed to depart at 5.50 am and as per the normal arrival time we arrived 60 minutes before schedule departure i. E at 4 20am. On reaching go air counter at 4:36 am for boarding pass, i was informed that flight door has been closed as the flight was preponed due to some reason.

                                  I was at the go air counter at 4 :36 am i must have entered through the gate at around 4 : 25 am. There was no body from the air line side to rush the passenger of the said flight for boarding pass and for security check so that passenger should get into the flight. More over i received sms at 3.11 am from the go air informing about the schedule departure time. There was no information about flight being preponed or so.

                                  My agony — i had very important meeting with the client for approval which was missed due to negligence and callous approach on part of air line which led to business loss of 10 m inr.

                                  More over the air line manager mr rangarasan present on behalf of air line was very rude and more interested in exiting the customer rather than to provide alternative and be supportive. After repetitive request he provided us the ticket for evening flight of 18: 40.

                                  Surprise — to my surprise, preponment of the schedule departure was a surprise to me.

                                  Request to dgca — in case of preponment air line or service provider should be made mandatory to make personal contact over phone to the customer about the incident.

                                  Apprehension — air line had cancelled the flight due to lack of passenger and they were making case through preponment.

                                  Matter must be take up with go air manegement because this type of incident bring so much of hard ship to customer. More over you can imagine people take morning flight because o[censored]rgency to reach to destination. For person with family & kids this will be very awkward situation.

                                    Lost my baggage from the Bangalore airport during journey from Mumbai to Bangalore. Carrier bag tag number 0284G8092192. PNR No. 980GJO G8-525. Bag is silver coloured duffle strolley bag having costly cloths inside with some documents. Out of two bags one bag was available another one not getting. When called for enquiry nobody responding properly, taking it very lightly with negligence.

                                      Hi this is abhishek Tyagi and on 26th Jan 2017 i booked flight with Goair. At the time of booking the timing of flight was shown 11:25AM but when i was done with making payment to them the flight time was 6:25AM. Immdidately i called the Goair People and informed them about that and told them that i don't need flight at that time and this is what i didnt choose.then they said sir we need to do some modification and modification charges will be approx 3200. which i declined and asked them to cancel the ticket and offer me the refund. I paid 7100 to them out of which they said i only can get Rs. 3866 /-. i realized that i got scammed but even then i asked them to refund what they can. and they said it will take 7 business working days and after which my money will be refunded. but since then it has more than 7 days and nothing has arrived into my account. Again i called these rascals on 9th Feb 2017 and asked the refund then they said i need to write an E-Mail to [protected]@goair.in. Same i did and after few minutes i got an server failure email that the receiver's email address doesn't exist. These peoples are fraud and i request you to please take this issue on priority and help me in fighting against these fruadster. My PNR number was YQSZKG

                                        I travelled from RGIA Hyderabad to Bagdogra by direct non-stop flight of GoAir ( flight no. G8 299) on 04 Feb 17 Saturday. To my horror and surprise, I could not find my checked-in baggage (tag no G[protected]at arrival hall in Bagdogra airport. I immediately reported the matter to GoAir officials at the airport. They also could not trace the bag and initiated a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).
                                        Thereafter I made numerous calls to GoAir help line, met their officials at Bagdogra and Hyderabad airport and sent email reminders but nothing could reduce my agony of loss.
                                        What hurt me more is the callous unprofessional attitude of the staff who are ill trained to handle such unfortunate situations and bring utter disrepute to GoAir. I request the GoAir management to compensate my loss immediately and take steps to prevent such lapses in future.
