I was flying from lucknow to Delhi on 2 October 2016.. At the time of check in I submitted my baggage to the airline company and when I received my baggage at Delhi airport, I found it completed turned.. I was told about to get the damage compensation a few days later, but it's about two and half months and I didn't even get any call from ur side.. Kindly do the needful..

    I had booked a flight from chennai at 8 20 pm and by the time i pay the money, the confirmation i get is for 7 30 in the morning. I had immediately called them regarding the wrong booking and they instead tell me it doesnt happen, you should have taken a screen shot of it. Why would anyone take a screen shot of it, who would think of it. No refund of money for cancellation. I am extremely disappointed by this, very bad customer care. I hope they atleast serve other customers well instead of taking them for granted. Please look into my complaint and do the needful.

      I have not received the return of ticket amount. Flight 327 was cancelled due to bad weather on 13th Dec. The flight was booked through the internet and it was GoAir lines. It was apprised through SMS from airlines that the flight was cancelled due to fog and bad weather. We have yet not received the fare. It is humbly requested to get the fare. The amount was paid by the net banking.

        I Keerti Bhamidipati booked 4 flights tickets of goair from HYDERABAD to KOLAKATA for the date of journey 19 jan 2017 for our office trip.
        Unfortunately in the process one of the ticket of PNR- NZ4F2I i booked it to a different flight timing in the day (G8-122) instead of G8-261 through HDFC smartbuy website quoting cleartrip travel price.

        The ticket happens to be a refundable one of fare RS 2301. On enquiring the customer care about the re-scheduling and cancellation charges i was told i will get only rs10 on cancellation and charged extra 2225rs for re-scheduling, which is in no way justified for a journey that is a month after from now.

        It is of real pain and concern to see the ambiguity of your policies designed for the sale ticket prices.

        In such a scenario i would myself never in future be comfortable to book ticket by goair for any of my future journeys let alone the tickets i need to book for our return journey from KOLKATA.

        I wish for a better response from the concerned authority regarding this as soon as possible .

          With reference to subject PNR NO:46OU6Y, i had my flight departure scheduled for 7th dec from Port blair to Mumbai. However due to Vardhan storm in Andaman, i had to rescheduled it through cleartrip to 9th December. However due to bad weather i was unable to catch that flight too. hence i had given cancellation request to cleartrip on 8th December.

          However later on after we were rescued to portblair, we were informed by help desk of tourism department that if my PNR no is active Go air can still schedule your flight without any charges.

          Hence i checked with airline & since PNR (46OU6Y) was still active they rescheduled my confirmed flight for 11th December (Hard copy attached- this was physically handed over to me at port blair @ Goair desk). However next day when i arrived at airport i tried to check in they told that my ticket is cancelled due to some agent from cleartrip has cancelled it on 9th night. It clearly means that you have cancelled my flight without even informing me. If you have handed over hard copy copy to me. How can you cancel my ticket even without intimating me ?

          This is pure mistake from Go air. This i have discussed with Airport authority of India & local police of Port blair as well tourism head of Port blair. They agreed that this is sole mistake of Go AIr which cost me 2 days accommodation & new ticket bookings.

          Due to this negligience, my pregnant wife & 1yr 11month child were left helpless & had to stay for 2 days in port blair as all flights were full.

          My family has suffered a lot due to this surprising cancellation.

          Hence i need total refund of my cancellation charges (10243) + my accommodation charges for 2 days (10000) + new flight booking charges 20250 from Go Air.

          Total amount 40, 493.

            Our flight has been cancelled by go air. And refund request has been done over the go air counter at igi airport on 22/11/16.

            But until now, fund still not credited.

              This is with regard to my booking I made with GO AIR today 10th Dec 2016 morning from Bangalore to Pune roundtrip.
              26th Jan to 28th 2017 was my First Booking (which they said to makemytrip executive they will refund to me 100% so based on it within 1 hour I had to rebook the flight with different dates)
              26th Jan to 30th 2017 was my Second Booking ( I booked immediately within 1 hour and when I called makemytrip and GO AIR to process my payment back they denied and said we can't refund )

              Based on Saajan's update and conversation with GO AIR Farida I was advised to book another ticket with change in return tickets I did same as per his insturction within 1 hour. After booking my tickets again I followed with Makemytrip for refund so that they can help in transaction with GO AIR.

              I spoke to Abhishek and he connected conferences call with another GO AIR agent after my second booking the lady totally denied my refund and she said I will charged for cancellation of my tickets and there will be no refund of money. I will not receive any refund for my bookings.

              This something very weird, absurd, and worst customer service which GO AIR is giving she is saying mirror booking which I have not heard of anytime ...she totally denied my refund. I am now totally upset with the service they are giving I will definitely not recommend any one GO AIR and tell very clear the policy are not good and they making money very unethically and not even considering any valid reason if customer is having.

              In service industry customer should be retained by good customer service experience and they will be repeat customers
              but GO AIR is interested in having only one time customers.

              Brand image will build up with repeat customers but with this kind of service they can make just policy one time and attract customers one time and no repeat customers will be there.

              One day definitely GO-AIR AIRLINE will shut down if they continue to have such policy & services ... I will write negative comment on their website about their response and not recommend to anyone.

              I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided on the website of Go-air and Makemytrip they say it is refundable but it totally non-refundable. The WORD REFUNDABLE is misleading.

              I am not sure why the message was not communicated to me fully. I definitely need any answer from GO-AIR & Makemytrip on this.

              I will share & escalate this email with all airlines so that they can know what GO-AIR is communicating and not serving correctly their ethically.

              To follow up on my complaint Asma Saifi & Jameet Singh both supervisors from Makemytrip didn't help me inrefunding my money on the wrong information given by their colleague Sajan Anand post sales executive I lost Rs 16000. Asma & Jameet were ready to close the case and said they can't refund if Go Air doesn’t refund. You can check all my call recordings. It was purely Sajan Anand' s mistake conveyed wrong info to me.

              I will not recommend Makemytrip & Go Air to any one. I will tell all please check your local travel agents to book tickets rather than believing these portal. They call number 1 portal but SAD it is not.

              Every time I call from US to follow up on my they put me on hold more than 1 hour and never answered my calls. Makemytrip made sure customer gets frustrated with long holds.I called consecutively 5 days from 10th Dec to 15th Dec but Makemytrip didn't resolve the problem. They blamed Go Air but whereas Go Air clearly testified for the information they gave to Sajan Anand once Makemytrip learnt it was there mistake they started avoiding my calls. Standard answer they will give to any customers is please don't worry we will resolve your issue and give us 24 hours time to work on it.

              BUT DON'T BELIEVE THEM. THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU.THIS IS HARD FACT. I learnt worst, customer service Makemytrip is giving.

              Hi Makemytrip & GoAir,

              My registered number I can't access because I am travelling and your colleagues with whom I interacted they know about it.
              I wanted a 100% refund for the booking I made but you cancelled my tickets without my consent from 26th Jan to 28th Jan and refund only Rs 996 and Rs 346 for two different PNR numbers which is not even 100% of total ticket cost I spent Rs 15814/- for 3 tickets round-trip. How about the remaining money will it be refunded. I would like to know about the balance amount.

              Finally, I got my refund after following up for 10 days consecutively. I would like to suggest Go Air team you need to be more professional in handling calls when the partners approach with a problem on booking. All call recordings which you have with customers or partners are subject to public disclosure on request there is nothing wrong in doing business straight and clear but you denied when asked for call recordings only testified the conversation between Farida and Sajan Anand this shows unprofessional way of business.

              Go Air your policy regarding refundable needs to be clearer it should not apply to all customers same. Now a days we use TABs, apps computer etc for booking and if they internet or data connectivity is slow or portal select the dates wrongly while booking and the ticket is generated wrongly with wrong date as in my case you denied refund for mistakes happened with connectivity problems. You should at least have some flexibility to change the tickets and this change is applicable only before 5 days their travel. Unlike in my case within 40 minutes from my booking your denied my refund when portal selected wrong dates it was almost Rs16000/-. You were not at all flexible and obliged to what I said or Makemytrip explained rather you blamed Sajan Anand, Makemytrip executive for his understanding. As customer, you explained me jargons, which was not relevant to me. Policies are there to help customers and business but Go Air policies are there only to help them not customers it is only one-sided policy not mutual policy at all. I appreciate to be more co-operative with partners-Makemytrip and customers to generate more business rather than losing business.

              Makemytrip team no doubt in this whole scenario if I have to appreciate someone then it is Sajan Anand. He not only responded on my case, responded to all my concerns and only one executive who reverted back to me thrice and assured me case will be resolved after my repeated follow up. Excellent job Sajan Anand . Definitely after Meenu Saini started working on my case things started moving and I got the refund . I truly appreciate only Sajan Anand & Meenu Saini for the whole process and working on my case.

              I am disappointed with Asma Saifi and Jasmeet Singh behavior being supervisor for Makemy trip they need to have product knowledge and need to know how speak to customers but they sounded more frustrated and irritated employees with their rude talks, lack of professionalism, putting customers on long hold, lack of follow-through, not resolving a complaint both Asma and Jasmeet wanted to close the case before it was resolved. Jasmeet bluntly said if Go-Air refunds we will refund otherwise we will not. Asma even knew I was calling one day at 10:00am she made herself not available for the call and asked other executive to take that call this attitude shows the irresponsible behavior towards customers and when I insisted I want speak to her she made we wait more 1 hour and every day all 8 days I used to call internationally because I am travelling. Asma never even had courtesy to reply at least with an email if she can’t call back on my international number.

              Makemytrip revise your business policy with partners and provide better training for your sales executives better on product and handling customers, they should know how to de-escalate and de-stress the frustrated customers in stressful, demanding and changing business need environment.

              I would like to appreciate and thank only Sajan Anand and Meenu Saini or any one who was involved in resolving my case.

              The applicable refund for both bookings has been initiated, within 3-4 working days depending upon your bank's processing cycle the refund will get reflect in your bank's account.
              Also note that you need to get in touch with your bank's ATM CELL Department to trace the refund amount.

                I was trying to book my ticket from New Delhi to Banglore and unfortunately it got booked from Banglore to Delhi. After 10 minutes I called MakeMyTrip to find the solution for it. I was directed through an executive to GoAir Executive who told me no matter it was booked 10 minutes ago (by mistake) than also I will be charged Rs 2250 + 300. After 40 minutes of my booking I spoke to MakeMyTrip again and then an executive named Abhishek informed me that airlines like Indigo, Air India, and Jet Airways return the complete amount if it is cancelled within few hours if it is done by mistake and help in re-booking. I just want to highlight this issue that why should I pay Rs 2500 if I reported the error in 10 minutes of my booking. What if somebody cannot even afford the air tickets? Does he/she has to bear this big amount for an error made? I want to re-book my ticket but I want my money refunded.

                After thinking alot I have cancelled my ticket. (Reference Number - IN1612R9S2538157). I was charged Rs 2250 + Rs 225 + Rs 300 as a cancellation amount which is 82.4% of the booking amount. This is not acceptable. If somebody has booked a ticket by mistake and has logged a complaint within 10 minutes of booking a feasible amount deduction can be accepted but anyhow 82.4% deductions makes no sense. I want my money back. GoAir has proved to be the worst airline in this case.

                  My husband name gagandeep singh travelled via go air dated 27.11.16 bearing flight no: g8/446, sequence no. 122, time:7.30 pm landed mumbai at 9.40 pm and after he landed he was searching his luggage bag almost for 2 hours and he did not received it and then he spoke to air go staff about his luggage they said that due to power bank it is stuck in delhi and he will be receiving luggage and power bank both on next day i. E. 28.11.16 (Confimed and assured by your staff name: suyash mishra, nizam hasan and & pratap kumar) wen he visited airport on 28.11.16 they said as due to "bharat band day" luggage has not come and ask him to come on next day i. E. 29.11.16 and when he visited on 29.11.16 you people said that sir here is your luggage but power bank you will be receiving on next day (Confirmed & assured by rahul - who works in morning shift and sumeet - who works in second shift).

                  First of all you people have to contact and tell us that luggage has arrived or not as due to busy life schedule of we working people we do not have time every now and then to go to airport and ask for luggage we have upfrontly called them and collected our luggage and toay morning i spoke with rahul and he is saying that you will not get powerbank, why we will not get??? What is our mistake??? Just that we were unknown for the powerbank to be keep in luggage??? When we spend so much to travel via your airline is it not your responsiblity to take care of our belongings??? Is this the service we can expect from go air??? If this will be situation then definately people will prefer traveeling in train then go air as in train this kind of thief will not happen.

                  Kindly look in to the matter as your people have provided me the delhi security contact no, why will i contact them??? Its your people responsibility to take care of the customer belongings then we will definately contact you rather then delhi security or any other concern person who will be relate to this.

                  Awaiting for your quick positive response as i just cannot spend my whole time in following up with for my own power bank.

                    I had goair flight from delhi to srinagar on 18 th november 2016. Due to some technical reasons our destination was made jammu in place of srinagar and we were told that luggage will arrive srinagar airport the following day. I recieved 3 out of 4 bags after a few days. 4th one is still missing. It has already been 11 days since i recieved rest of my bags. I would like to mention that the missing bag contained the most expensive stuff. Go Air is not providing the whereabouts andis not able to locate it till date.

                    When will I get the refund of flight G8-171 which was scheduled from srinagar to new delhi on 28 nov.
                    I was travelling through go air from Bangalore to mumbai on 8/12/2017. My flight details are G8-418 and PNR O2WP6V. After collecting my luggage I found a very expensive watch of 28k was missing. In my luggage the clothes were not at the same place, a zara perfume was out of its package and calvin klein watch was missing. I am a frequent flyer and this has not happened with any other flights. This is totally unacceptable.

                      Hi,
                      My 2 Gold ornaments(worth Rs 60000.00) are missing from digitally locked briefcase while traveling from patna to Mumbai. It is very shocking for me. How goairways employees are working. Very cheap work. It is very shameless work by goair employee.

                      I am sure it has been taken out at patna airport only, because 2hr before I checked in my luggage and they have enough time to unlock my digital lock. I want all employee info who are in checking bag security check of patna airport yesterday. I will lodge FIR against him and will take further action.

                      Please verify at your end and let me know as soon as possible.

                        In Web checkin Goair allows only middle seats, and seats on the last row for selection without fee. Rest all are not available for selection. This is blatantly unfair that only 2 aisle and 2 window seats are available for selection out of 150+ total seats without additional fees.

                          Hi my name is balaram ashok sau, my arrival date to goa was on 9th november 2016, 13:35 flight from mumbai. My baggage was sent through earlier flight and i received it in very bad condition. The wheels was broken and bag was completely damage, valuable has been lost, edox watch wroth rupees 147000 and gucci gg sunglass worth rupees 11500. And they offer a compensation of rs. 500 for a rs. 5400 worth bag. I complained the same to the go air authority but they were very rude and said we cannot help now you'll get a call within 24 hours but still didn't get any response from them.                             Don't travelling in go air. I am travelling mumbai to delhi in my luggage 10, 000 money and mangal sutra and go air staff theft the money and mangal sutra. When i reached my home and i find there is no money in my bag and no mangal sutra how cheap staff is it and when i call to airlines there is no response they said we are helpless what the hell is that some one stole my money and mangal sutra and go air is so irresponsible.
                            Please some one help me to find this i have already complain to mumbai airport police waiting for revert what can i do please help me.

                                Dear Team,

                                With great inconvenience, I'm writing to you with the sadest heart. I had booked tickets for my cousin from my bhabhi's account, he reached airport and took his boarding pass at 9.14 pm, he called me then too informing that he reached the airport. He further stated that he had took his boarding pass and was waiting for the flight, the boarding pass is attached. He was informed by your executive at 23:00 that the flight is delayed by 20 mins, and boarding will take place after 20 minutes.

                                At 23:00 on 4th Nov 2016, he called me and stated a sardarji by the name of Mr.burbinder or perminder Singh of Goairways at the boarding gate, informed him the flight to Ahmedabad is delayed by 20 mins, we spoke for 5 minutes 22 seconds where he asked your executive Mr. Singh if he could visit the washroom, the executive said to return within 10 minutes, he then went to washroom and returned to the gate in the specified time, he didn't find that sardarji executive there and the next available representative at 23:12 stated that the flight has already departed.
                                After speaking to your staff at the reservation counter, a lady representative stated, that she just logged in and the next flight available is only later in the night. I had asked my bhabhi to arrange a ticket for my cousin to get here so that he could attend his CAT exam, which is scheduled at 10:30 am 5th Nov 2016 in Ahmedabad.

                                Your DM for the night shift Mr Sujit or Suchit(his name as confirmed by him is mentioned in the audio call recorded, attached with this mail), informed me that YOUR flight left at 23:20, the same information is attached with this email in the form of a call recording made to [protected], who kept stating that his staff was competent and to further add fuel to the fire, stated that my brother is lying to me, about missing his flight.
                                Your team stated they tried contacting me on my number +[protected], but I didn't receive a single call, I have a different phone with full bar network, and didn't receive a single call from your team, I am so frustrated about the incompetence of your airline representatives, just because that sardarji was logging out, he gave wrong information and misled a passenger, who had already checked in. I had to book another ticket costing me another Rs10, 000+ as I can't have your airline representatives spoil my brothers future. I request you to provide me a full refund for the incompetence from your airline staff. Your DM confirmed that this flight to Ahmedabad left at 23:20 on 4th November 2016, as you notice in the call log screenshot, my brother called me at 23:12 stating that the flight has departed.

                                Herewith attached are all the details along with the AUDIO confirmation from your DM that the flight left at 23:20. If the flight was delayed and left at 23:20 then why was my brother told by this sardarji at 23:12 that the flight has left??

                                I need a full refund of my ticket.

                                I expect a reply within a maximum of 48 hours. If no response received, I will be contacting the next line of management in the hierarchy.

                                  First, there is no email regarding flight itinerary and I missed my flight due to their unprofessional behaviour.my flight was at 8:55 PM, I reached Mumbai airport by 8:10 PM but on counter's screen they have not mentioned any flight details so how do I know which queue is for which flight plus nobody is calling for last call if they are closing counter for particular flight. I was standing in queue for 10 mins after 10-12 mins finally it was no number in queue and still there are approximately 35 mins lefts but they told me that I have missed my flight I was in shock how can they say without talking to their supervisor and I have one crucial meeting to attend the very next day for which I have plans for Weeks but because o[censored]nprofessional behaviour of goair I lost that and they dont even regret for that and their manager was like it's our mistake and told me that we are calling for closing of counter and I purposefully mussed my flight.I requested alot with their manager because I have meeting very next day to adjust me in any next flight but goair doesn't even know how to treat with their customer. Seriously goair doesn't deserve to be in aviation industry or either they should learn from other companies.

                                    Mumbai to delhi flight no G8/319 of goAir...scheduled departure time 9.50 am dated 1/11/2016...reached airport at 7.00am ...at boarding time...informed me that flight is delayed by 1.20 hrs...now it will depart at 11.10am...I was having an urgent bussiness meeting at delhi...but due to go airlines indiscipline I could not attend meeting as they informed me at last hour about delay...no prior intimation through mail / SMS has been sent by goair...airline is totally responsible for my loss.

                                      Having checked-in a day before my departure and carrying no luggage, I reached at the airport an hour prior to the scheduled time and went straight to the Boarding Pass printer machine to print my boarding pass as an e-version of the same is not acceptable.

                                      I spent almost 10 minutes trying to access the machine and even took help of people around to assist if I was doing something wrong. With 50 minutes now left remaining I decided to go the mundane way and ask a Go Air employee to print the pass for me. Standing in front of the counters, with not even a single worker at desk, I'd nowhere to go and no idea whom to consult either ! After 10 minutes of searching I spotted one man dressed in his uniform, I shared my trouble with him and requested him to print the boarding pass to which he responded that I had missed my flight because 45 minutes are over. Like seriously ? My time got wasted because their machine wan't working and no worker at their desk. I further requested him that he could easily print the boarding pass and let me through the security check-in because the airline would face no trouble at all as I was carrying no luggage and the airline was far ahead to call passengers for boarding the bus. He not only continuously harassed me and other fellow 6 passengers but was constantly adamant that he would not help us. He offered my wife and me tickets for the same flight next day and told us to leave.

                                      The real behind story is that they had overbooked the flight which is why all this drama happened. A fellow passenger even had a print of his boarding pass and was told that he can't take the flight at security check-in because they do not accept pdf printed format boarding pass. Since when did this happen ? Last week I had taken their flight and they easily accepted. Also, no airline gives you a free ticket for next day if it is the passenger's fault and especially if it is around peak Diwali season. Whom are you kidding ?

                                      I'd come to Delhi with my wife for her appointment with a Neurologist as she is facing severe headaches and is deprived of sleep. She can't stand or sit for more than an hour. We usually prefer travelling in train because of convenience but only so that she could be home early and have rest, we choose to fly. Having nowhere to go in this city with no relatives, we both felt homeless for the first time in our lives. This is neither what we paid for nor the service we had expected from GoAir. We had no option but to leave early morning next day, so we booked a train which only went till Kanpur and then went on a 2 hour journey by road for reaching our home in Lucknow as no direct trains were available to the city.

                                      In an attempt to hold my seats on the flight, tickets of which were given for free by GoAir's employee, I checked in again before time. Now today, I get a call from the airline 10 minutes before the departure saying Sir, we see you have checked-in but haven't reached the airport yet. Would you be travelling with us tonight ? Now why did I not get this call yesterday when I was flying ? Why did the airline was all of a sudden concerned that I make it to the flight ?

                                      It is completely evident that the airline was overbooked. If I am being called 10 minutes before the departure time, I was at the airport an hour before yesterday.

                                      I demand full refund for my tickets as the airline has fooled us. This is no way to treat your customer and amend his travel dates as per airline’s convenience.

                                      Your ethics are a pity and I'm going to make sure that this incident outreaches as many people and on as many social platforms possible.

                                        Ms. Sanchari Sen was booked in GoAir flight from Delhi to Patna at 5-25 PM from Delhi IGI Airport on 19th Oct 2016.
                                        I had booked the ticket using my Axis Bank credit card through Easemytrip(Easemytrip ref no:BET[protected];GoAir PNR:AHDQ48.
                                        I received a sms on 19th Oct 2016 afternoon that the flight no:G8-149 has been preponed at 16-45 hrs. Ms. Sen, the concerned passenger reached Delhi the same morning from Kolkata on my business at Delhi which would have had remained unfinished to get this rescheduled flight.
                                        On my request by email and later on phone GoAir cancelled this reservation as they had no other flight leaving Delhi from Patna that evening.
                                        GoAir CC representative assured to refund the paid amount FULLY as per rule in this case, to my credit card account used for the booking. They also assured to mail me in this regard.
                                        But, although the cancellation as requested was done, I neither received any mail or refund as yet.
                                        My further mails in this regard to GoAir or Easemytrip were acknowledged but not replied to.
