I have cancelled my ticket on 29th Dec 2016 but still not received my cancelled ticket refund.

Even after multiple followup calls and mails there is no reply from Go Air. Tweeted same but still no reply.

I am unsatisfied with dealings of GoAir where I have to followup so much for my own amount, even after booking directly from GoAir .

I had a flight from bagdogra to Delhi on 11th Jan 2017 at 13:55 hrs. Around wee hours of the same day, around 8 hours prior to departure, I was informed that the flight is cancelled due to technical reasons. Today morning I was flying from HYD to BLR by go air flight. The food which I ordered was Samosa. And I was served chilled samosas instead of at least it was not normal temperature. And I have asked for some sauce to it . But I was not given even that. I was asked for a proper change to buy.

I had sent the mail to the goair refunds team on 19th Dec 2016 regarding the cancellation of airline tickets and waving off the penalty and repeatedly calling up the customer care team. Customer team is not able to solve problem at there level and neither letting me contacting with the senior. I travelled with my family & friends by your flights G8-101 & G8-102 on 20/12/2016 and 24/12/2016 vide PNR No.DR3Z83, 1XG85 & 1HPOMJ from Delhi to Port Blair & from Port Blair to delhi respectively. I was flying from lucknow to Delhi on 2 October 2016.. I had booked a flight from chennai at 8 20 pm and by the time i pay the money, the confirmation i get is for 7 30 in the morning. I had immediately called them regarding the wrong booking and they instead tell me it doesnt happen, you should have taken a screen shot of it. I have not received the return of ticket amount. Flight 327 was cancelled due to bad weather on 13th Dec. The flight was booked through the internet and it was GoAir lines. It was apprised through SMS from airlines that the flight was cancelled due to fog and bad weather. We have yet not received the fare. It is humbly requested to get the fare.
