Firstly i'm making a complaint regarding our flight cancellation. i want a compensation for the same.

Horrible experience with go air. our flight got cancelled on 7th oct from leh to jammu with just a msg to my mobile. we are stranded in ladakh where there is no internet and phone network also properly.

We had to catch our flight (spicejet) from jammu to bangalore at 1 pm on 7th october. since our flight from leh to jammu got cancelled we couldn't catch our flight in jammu so we had to cancel the spice jet flight which costed us 11500 cancellation fee for 4 passengers. its a huge loss. we had to book our ticket again which cost us another 5000 additional compared to our previous booking. so in total we had a loss of 15000. i want a compensation for this. else i'll go to consumer court.

Go air customer care was also horrible. i spoke to some one for 2 hour from ladakh all she was telling was they will refund my ticket price. i know you have refunded my ticket price but what about the loss we incurred???

Lastly after all this disappointment go air created we travelled back to delhi from leh on 7th oct by go air again with fresh booking which i still regret. i could have gone with different airlines.

    Hi Team,
    I booked a ticket for Ms. Anupama Jha on Go Air flight G8 338 for last Saturday (Confirmation #AN2F9Q). About 10 hours before the scheduled departure, I received a message informing me of the flight cancellation. I spent hours trying to reach your customer care service but failed to reach the customer care executive (assuming he exists). In the last few days, I have tried several times to contact the customer care service to enquire about my REFUND but have failed. This is gross negligence of my rights as a consumer. Kindly respind to this before I escalate this to the consumer courts and other social media forums.

      I want to bring a notice to Go Airways authority that my mother Usha Trivedi & Brother Abhisek Trivedi were travelling from Mumbai to Lucknow in Flight -G8 -395 . They have reached Lucknow but their luggage have not dispatched with same flight, even executives are not co-operating with proper manner .
      Can we expect any proper solutions in urgent basis with compensation.

      Hi, My booking done under PNR G5QYKM.
      Trying to do web checkin since last night, it isnt allowing me to make the payment.
      Screenshot attached, let me know what to do.
      Spoke to make my trip as well as Go air exec, he told me to login out and login again, i did the same almost 5-6 times.Nothing is coming and I dont understand how to go about.
      This is a very poor customer service.

      I did the webcheckin just 2 days back for a flight from Patna to Kolkata, and it worked fine.

      Kindly look into this ASAP.

        when i am trying to book ticket from kochi to mumbai for 6 pass.on 16 nov i am find network error.i can not receive any mail or message from bank or go air.

        so i book another booking for 7 pass .from kochi to mumbai .16 nov .but another flight.then i also get message of payment fail.
        then call to go air they give me pnr and say. go manage booking and do payment.
        so both of payment conformed.
        so please refund me

            Absolutely pathetic policy of charging for every seat except the middle row. A web check-in, which used to be a convenience has now turned to be a taboo coz you'll have to pay for the seats if you wish to check in, in advance. Your only option is to stand in the line and hope that you get some decent seats, if they are available. Bravo... Keep it up... As far as i am concerned, you've lost my vote and the business i bring along...

            Just have a look at the picture below, almost all (90%+) seats are chargeable... How ridiculous is it??

            Your call center associates are a notch above... Coz they do a perfect job of infuriating an already escalated customer... Kudos on that front too

              Hi,

              I have booked srinagar ticket for tourism purpose with indigo (Onward) and go air (Return : pnr 29txek) journey for 1st week of oct 2016. Booked 4 tickets for family for tourism purpose. Indigo has already provided by refund for 1st oct (Onward) journey. But go air refuses to give refund, this is such annoying customer service from go air. They followed same laws like other airlines for refunding amount till flights booked till 30th sept, so why not they plying for october flights too.

                दिनाँक 15 सितम्बर 2016, को Flight No. G8 -398 से मैं अपने परिवार (तीन मेम्बर) के साथ मुम्बई जा रहा था मेरे टिकट पर 12:35 का समय था परन्तु एक दिन पहले मेरे मोबाइल पर मैसेज आया कि मेरी फ्लाइट 13 बजे जायेगी, क्योंकि मैं लखनऊ एयरपोर्ट से 150किलोमीटर दूर रहता हूँ इसलिए मैं दो घण्टे पहले बोर्डिंग करने के लिए लगभग 10 :15 पर एयरपोर्ट पँहुच गया तबतक बोर्डिंग के लिए काउंटर खुला नहीं था लगभग 11 बजे दो काउंटर खुला, मैं लाइन में लग गया और मेरा बोर्डिंग sequence no. 14, 15, 16 था मैंने आपके स्टाफ से आगे की सीट माँगी परन्तु काउंटर पर मौजूद स्टाफ ने मुझे 22 D, 22 E, 22 F सीट दी ऐसा उसके द्वारा क्यों किया गया तथा जब मेरा seqence 14, 15, 16 था तो किस प्रकार बोर्डिंग पास पर समय 12:20 पड़ा जबकि 60 मिनट पहले आपका नियम है काउंटर बंद करने का I

The riots start in kashmir on 10/07/2016 so we cancelled our tickets and refund is reimbursed in agent account. With a very hard effotrs he gave Rs16000/- out of Rs.22000/- and now he is not picking the phone and not responding. So you are requested to take hard action against him.Because of these type of agent YOUR AIRLINES WILL ALSO BE DEFAMED.

                    We had booked tickets from del to jammu for travel date 19th august 2016 with goair from easemytrip. but on some medical grounds we couldn't board the flight thus we were promised full refund of 5380 as per duty manager ms. preeti pande. after speaking to her number of times about the refund she said that the formal approval is to given by the refund team for the same and after which we will get the refund and said that she is trying her best. i have provided her with all the required documents like sign and stamped form by her and my diagonistic report as well. it is almost a month now and we haven't received the refund. i am just not able to understand why so much delay is happening in terms of the refund when everything is sorted. this is ridiculous on goair's part to harass the customer and not provide refund on time. i have been calling and mailing almost all the departments of goair including feedback department stating my problem but didnot receive any reply!
                    I request you people to please look into the matter as i donot know where to go and get my refund and i have been not provided the reason for the delay! goair people specially ms. preeti pande is been very rude and doesnot even answer calls! goair doesnot have a even have sense to call the customer and inform! i have to keep on calling them! i am 9 months pregnant lady who has to undergo this harassment!
                    Pfa the signed and stamped form by ms preeti pande stating the full refund!

                      Sir I m shambhu sharma from defence background and I am frequent user of your flight.sir last time I have booked three ticket ( shambhu sharma, shivani sharma, aradhya sharma -child) whose pnr was - 6MGFRR by phone on 05 july 16 from delhi to srinagar for traveling on 17 jul 16 but at the time of payment you give me 1 hours but I think I was late for pay Money by own so I request to my friend vijayveer Singh choudhary and he paid by icici debit card at the cost of 12572/- Rs .Accout no-icici is[protected].and the transaction reference no is -

                      But after paid money I have received confirmation that your ticket is cancelled. So according to rules my money automatic return back to accout within 1week .but now more than 2 month gone my money not came back .i have already did a lot of quiry by phone but no satisfactory reply came back.so I have a humble request that please return my money as soon as possible.I will be very thankful of yours

                        Well today i had booked 3 airline tickets, from the mobile app, on the go air flight 1103 scheduled on 11th october 2016 from new delhi (del) to kolkata (ccu).
                        The passengers names are as follows:-

                        Intially the pnr no had been generated in my mobile app but i couldn't retrieve the pnr (boooking reference no.) since the app had stopped working.
                        I have'nt yet received a confirmation email nor a sms to the above mentioned mobile number.
                        I would like to get an email verification of the required flight ticket and also an sms confirmation

                          My name is Kapil Jain, My return tickets with my family(4 Passengers) are booked for 18th Sept 2016 from Delhi to Srinagar & 21st Sept 2016 from Srinagar to Delhi (PNR:-PHUAGU & UHTG2Z). We planned to Travel to kashmir for tourism by flight for the first time in our life.
                          But due to the ongoing curfew and unrest in Whole Kashmir valley we donot want to travel there for safety reasons.
                          I came to know that many airlines are giving free cancellations to passengers travelling to Srinagar.
                          I also ask go air to provide me the free cancellation but they are not providing the same.
                          They are imposing huge cancellations charges on passengers (20000/- INR in my case) who wish to cancel their travel plans to kashmir,
                          and by doing so these people are taking advantage of this mercy situation in Kashmir and making huge money as cancellation charges.
                          I am requesting them from last one week seeking free refund of my tickets as situation in Kashmir do not prevailing me to travel there.
                          I donot want to put my family on risk but these money making people playing with peoples emotions.
                          Why DGCA is silent on this matter. Why DGCA is not issuing any advisory to airlines to support curfew hit passengers.
                          I donot want to give my 20000/- hard earned money to these greedy people (Go air).
                          Please DGCA do something, otherwise they will eat lots of hard earned money from middle class people like me who are dreaming of travelling by flight for the first time in life.
                          Such a horrible experience with GO air before travel.

                              Today, 1 3/09/2016, I purchased Omax couple watch set in Flight no. G8/102 port Blair to Delhi and paid Rs. 2200/- Receipt No. 4003. Upon asking for the bill I was told that I will be given bill after some time. The flight was about to reach Kalkata I asked the air hostess for the bill, she said that it will be given to you later as you are going to Delhi. After asking again and again for the bill the hostess who boarded from Kalkata brought the bill when we were about to reach Delhi. After reaching home I opened the box to wear the watch I found that both the watches have scratches and the glass of the male watch is broken. Now I understand why there was so much delay in giving the bill, it means I have been cheated. Therefore you are requested kindly to get the set replaced.
                              Boarding pass, bill copy and the photo of the watch is attached.

                                I traveled to pune from banglore through goair.before travelling my luggage was fine and clean with no wear and tear but when I received my baggage at Pune airport it was damaged. The marks clearly indicate dragging and mishandling causing wear and tear.I would like to get a resolution or atleast an answer to this issue.I am pretty sure this might have happend to others but unless and until we make a stop to this it will keep on happening. Lets stop this together and make our country better.JAI HIND JAI BHARATH.

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  I have booked my ticket from Easemytrip.
                                  My flight is from Patna to New delhi on 6 December 2020.

                                  Flight PNR is SFP6KE

                                  My Name on documents is MD AFTAB ALAM

                                  My Name on Air ticket is Zafar Aftab

                                  (Zafar is my father name)

                                  I want to change the first name (Zafar) Which is not mention in documents (ID card)

                                  Please change the name Zafar Aftab to Aftab Alam
                                  So actuall name Will be Aftab Alam.

                                  Kindly change and revert me as soon as possible

                                    Sir i have booked my ticket from Mumbai to Delhi vide PNR OWFAF9 dt 16 Aug 16 vide HDFC debit card but on the date of journey i.e. 01 Sep 16 on ur boarding counter I came to know that my payment has not been done. However money has been debited from my account I have not get any mail or msg of cancellation of ticket till 01 Sep 16. due to that I got huge harassment and i have to run from pillar to poll i.e from ur boarding counter to reservation counter and customer care execute but didn't get proper reply i have shown them the debited amount from my account through bank statement. Ultimately after long hour of harrasment and spending around 60 rs of talk time to ur customer care i have to book a fresh flight ticket on the spot and for that i made to pay rs 3127 in place of rs 2380 and also i have not get any refund of money till to date. In view of the above i request u to please consider my old ticket and refund of the fresh ticket i.e. rs 3127 may be done my mob no is [protected]

                                      I booked the flight but it is CANCELLED.
                                      I got mail, "If you wish to avail the option of a FULL REFUND or a FREE REBOOKING we request you to call us on [protected]/[protected], up to 2 hours prior to departure. "
                                      In first time when i called to the customare care then she also confirmed that date is flexible and then i told her i want to reschedule the flight but will confirm you later.After few days back i decided and planned to reschedule it on but this time they are saying free rebooking is not possible.

                                      while in mail it is clearly mention about free rebooking upto 2 hrs prior to departure.

                                        Sir,

                                        I had booked a priority seat {corner aisle seat in the first row} by paying extra rs. 600 {plus rs. 131/= for insurance}, but the seat alotted was 3d in the g8 / 1184 flight from chandigarh to delhi for 15th aug. 2016.

                                        It caused me tremendous embarassment, and discomfort to the passenger, on finding that the seat is not with extra leg room, and the seat alotted is not the one i had paid for.

                                        Please confirm these facts and respond to me.

                                        I am fully entitled to claim refund of money and damages for embarassment and discomfort.

                                        A scan of the boarding card is attached.
