Dear sir,

I booked a round trip. I wanted a partial cancellation on the return but i couldn't understand the process (Go-air website) and got the full journey cancelled unfortunately.

Please help me get the journey restored, i cancelled it out of less transparent process on website. I tried help line numbers but didn't get any response. Please help asap.

I had booked a flight from bangalore to pune on 4th aug vide pnr mwxkkb for flight g8283. I was not well, i reached airport at 4.45am. Got stuck in morning queue and then reached the web checkin kiosk to print my ticket. I had tried web checkin yesterday 2 times, each time i selected the seat and deposited.400 inr for the seat. I booked Cochin to Delhi and Delhi to Cochin Air Tickets for five members via the Make my Trip Site . The date of travel is September 9th 2016 and return is 21st september 2016.
