Sir,

I had booked a priority seat {corner aisle seat in the first row} by paying extra rs. 600 {plus rs. 131/= for insurance}, but the seat alotted was 3d in the g8 / 1184 flight from chandigarh to delhi for 15th aug. 2016.

It caused me tremendous embarassment, and discomfort to the passenger, on finding that the seat is not with extra leg room, and the seat alotted is not the one i had paid for.

Please confirm these facts and respond to me.

I am fully entitled to claim refund of money and damages for embarassment and discomfort.

A scan of the boarding card is attached.

    My flight g8303/g8585 got cancelled. And i was informed few days before. I booked the flights 1 n half month before when the price was 5000/- and now the flight prices has gone up and its[protected]/-, when the flight got cancelled i asked for booking another flight for me by calling the customer care but they said i dont have any other option but just to take a refund. This is so unfair!! I need a flight booked from their end!!

          I booed a ticket from bengaluru to mumbai for 5.45 am of goair airlines. my pnr no is kjd180. i arrived at the airport at 4.30 am itself and standing in the que. by the time my turn came printer was not working and the counter staff directed me to another counter handled by mr.sarat who refused to issue boarding pass for the reason that time is over. i lost entire ticket amount and had to book another flight for an exorbitant rate. while the airlines has taken my mobile number, they have not even bothered to call me or send an sms in case of closure of counter. the counter staff was totally non cooperative and very harsh towards the passengers. i advice everybody to avoid travelling by goair airlines

          I booked a ticket from Delhi to Lucknow For my daughter vanshika saxena for 12 Aug 2016 with flight no G8 214 scheduled for 5:25 pm but on airport boarding pass given to me for another flight G8 181 scheduled on 8:35 pm why?

            Myself booked 2 tckt from patna to delhi from yatra .com in same pnr, unfortuntely i had cancelled one tckt, after processing cancellation yatra had processed the issue and it fianlly returning RS 41 only against Rs3290 .
            my main concern is this after made booking from yatra, ihad purchadsed the seat for directly from go airlines, after cancellation no any authority of airlines processed my refund of my seat purchasing money that was already cancelled and go airlines already deducted the sai amount from that.
            i already mailed the issue and called many times but no any aunthetic reply had been given . MY PNR IS TKKJ92.kindly do the needfull action, otherwise i have to move the consumer court for this issue, my no is [protected] .

As per airline, cancellation charges were INR 2225 per passenger. We have received INR 1369 refund from the airline.               I have tried so many times to your help line numbers, but didn't get any sort of assistance. This is very unfortunate. I have to plan my journey immediately so I am going for other services available. Do get me full reimbursement of the cancellation.

              Today I got a call from go air ...they are asking me to get one side cancellation amount reimbursed. However that doesn't solve the issue.....They cancelled both my ticket and I claim the full amount ( 6630/- ). I cancelled it on 5/8/16 at 10:36AM (Journey Date: 12/8/16, 8pm)...thus by their rule within 48hrs -7 days they should have deducted 2000/- each side and[protected]=2630 should have been returned, where i got only 1880/- refunded...

                My Go Air flight G8-136/171 which is scheduled for 17th september 2016 from Patna to Pune has been cancelled.I got mail from Go Air regarding this and they have provided phone numbers to call them for any query. But on calling them no one is receiving the call from past 2 days. Please inform me as soon as possible whether Go Air will provide me with another flight or will refund the money back. And when can I be assured of this as I have to plan my trip accordingly.

                Please help me with it as soon as possible.

                  I had booked a flight from bangalore to pune on 4th aug vide pnr mwxkkb for flight g8283. I was not well, i reached airport at 4.45am. Got stuck in morning queue and then reached the web checkin kiosk to print my ticket. I had tried web checkin yesterday 2 times, each time i selected the seat and deposited.400 inr for the seat. The self. Checkin kiosk was not having go air link at bangalore airport. I was advised to get it printed there. That counter was closed at 5am. On the side counter, business check in was happening. I put forward my case. I was shown a time of 5.03am and that i can't board the flight. Due to all this, i had to book next flight to pune vide indigo and had to pay 5500 for it. I missed the flight, paid more, just because the self check in kiosk does not have the print facility for go air. I need my complaint to redressed with justice and not excuses. As a customer, i am hurt and missed an important meeting at pune.

                    I went to book a return ticket on www.goair.in on 3rd Aug16 for Mumbai to Delhi & Return, i choose the Mumbai to Delhi flight for 7.50 hrs for Rs 3155 for 6th Aug16, i went ahead to choose the return flight, after looking at the options i decided to fly back on a previous day so i clicked previous day, i choose my flight on that day and completed my transaction. When i saw my email i was shocked to see that i was booked on the first flight departing at 6.00 hrs from Mumbai to delhi. I went to the website and did the same procedure again to realise that on choosing next or previous day on the return ticket, the website automatically changes the first flight chosen to their default or cheapest flight. This is a very easy way for the air line to make extra money by changing a choosen flight in a round trip booking on its own and cause wrong booking with the passenger and then ask him to pay cancellation or changing charges. I contacted the call centre within 5 minuted of the booking and explained the matter but they said they could not help. They told me that i would have to pay the resheduling charges of approx Rs2000.
                    My Booking Reference No is NTCB04. change required is from 6.00hrs Mumbai to Delhi, to 7.50hrs Mumbai to Delhi

                    Hoping for the company to correct its website design logic, so as not to inconvenience their passengers, and change in my ticket.

                      Hi,

                      This is with reference to the go air flight g8-154 from bagdogra (Ixb) to delhi on date 22 july. I was on the way from kalimpong to airport but due to heavy landslide i got stuck in the jam and could not make it to airport on time.

                      But during this duration i tried to contact go air support many times to cancel or reschedule flight. Even though they picked my call no one responded and kept me on hold for long durations.
                      In a area where mobile network availability was already an issue, this irresponsible conduct from the support left me with no choice and i had to miss the flight and arrange for the next day flight causing me one day stay extra nearby airport.

                      I've sent a mail to them for the refund of 9, 382 inr which i had to pay extra for the next day flight. I will be probably needing consumerforums help in this regard if they dont initiate the process of refund.

                        I booked a flight in go air for Mumbai to Bhubaneshwar through Yatra.com. I tried to reschedule online in go air website. But in their website it was displayed that "For any cancellation/modification of this booking, please contact our Call Center". So i tried calling all their customer care nos displayed in their website. The IVR was telling me that your call may be recorded but after that indefinitely call used to be put on hold. No response at all. Tried several times, but same result. Then i sent complaint email to their nodal officer & appellate authority, but again no reply. Then i tried to call their head office and as usual no one responded. Then i called to their Mumbai Airport office, but the person speaking to me advised me to come down to their Mumbai/ ahmedabad airport office. To reschedule my booking if i have to travel from Rajkot to Ahmedabad/Mumbai then how logical the people speak!!! Finally he said nothing more can be done as it was their operation department and they cant help in this matter.. This is how this company runs and gives service to the customers...

                        Yes...Goair has the worst customer care centre. The same has happened with me also. I tried calling them many a times but the calls never go forward after IVR and it will keep on repeating that your call is important to us. I don't know in what way. How can an airline run its operation like this. For this I can't give it a rating of 1 also, they should add one more paramter for rating as negative 1.

                          I have booked a ticket as per agent's guidance on call and he told me to book the ticket which is suppose to be night but in eraly morning flight.

                          I have escalated next day and spoke with an agent who promised a callback, the amount of money on both the flights were same, i guess it is evening 7:55pm flight we were to book and agent asked me to book the morning flight after specifically told i was late flight as much as possible we have patients and oldies to be taken care and i never knew the time forwart was 24 hours format which caused lots of trouble but they never callback and never help and they promised 5 callback which they have never done until this day. I have written to nodal and all the appellate but no response. So sarcastic and [poor way and rude as well. Go air sucks.

                            i would like to complain you regarding my booking in go air airlines, i have booked my ticket for 21st july scheduled on 13:40 but on google play update schedule timing was showing 14:10, when i reached airport i was informed that counter is closed, as i know the rules and regulation of the boarding, but it was not my fault, as i have got wrong update,
                            i had my appointment, today as i m an architect, but this people didnot considered my issue and not allowed me to board my flight .
                            Totally dissatisfied my this service and never gone to travel in this flight
                            i have attached the screen shot which i had received .

                              There were 3 couples acompaning them... What you guys expect them to do? Sit one behind the other?
                              So i called the help line... No one answered it for 10 mins and then the lady on the line says it is nominal charge you will have to pay if you want to web check in

                                I have booked a flight ticket from mumbai to kolkatta (g8-339/228) on 4/7/2016 having pnr no. ppmd86. i booked the ticket on 2/7/2016 through credit card but on 3/7/2016 i received a message conveying me that the flight is cancelled due to maintenance problem. i called the customer helpline and asked him to refund me back my money. he told that it will be credited to my account in 7 working days but til date i haven't received my refund money. now whenever i try to call the customer helpline no. they don't pick up my call. this is a total lack of irresponsibility on the part of goair services. i just hope they refund me back my money at the earliest as possible.

                                I had booked a flight for 30th September 2016. Few days back i got a message that the flight has been cancelled. Since then I'm trying to call on their customer care number to get my refund but nobody is even receiving the call.

                                  Today i come from delhi to lko by flight no g8 214 and my seat no was 9c flight time 17:25 delhi.
                                  I said to air hostess when she came with trolly to my seat please give me water bottle she said other mam will give u. when she about to leave my seat i ask again to other air hostess two time. she said ook you want water bottle and she don't give me. at the same time i ask her three time. so don't reply me after that she cross my seat 4 time but she don't give me water. finally i put my money back into my pocket so i will never take u flight in future because your services are not good. thanks rajiv choudhary b-10 sec 61 noida phone [protected]

                                    I booked my tkt & while typing one letter of my name got escaped but when tried to rectify it, then call the customer care but didn't got resolution then move towards the airport & meet with the go airline booking counter persons, told them the facts that my mistake only one letter didn't typed then they start harrasing me by saying that i m not that person but i carried each & every type of identification with me they didn' t entertained it & ask for rs3000/- i was in hurry so i have to pay them for adding a single letter, but after receving the money they didn't ask any proof or identification. how is it possible that before paying the cash they created the situation as hell but when i agree to pay them they didn' t verified any thing, as i m also there corporate customer i requested all my team mates that not to support go airlines then have generated the revenue but in the meanwhile looses there goodwill & customers

                                      Sir,
                                      I am a go air passenger with pnr no: 0uvrd6 on delhi to kochi fight g3/336 dated 12 july 2016 scheduled for departure on 14:20. sequence no: 80/56.
                                      I booked this flight as it was a direct flight with only one stop at mumbai. when we landed in mumbai at 18:25 i got deplaned by saying that i have to board an another flight. but when i reached terminal they said my flight leave before my flight landed.
                                      They sent me to an hotel and said i will be sent in an another flight which leaves at 10:20 tomorrow. when i reached hotel they said there was no room and no room will be available in nearby hotels. my taxi was already left with out me.
                                      They left me in mumbai with out any protection at this late time of 09:45 pm.
                                      They did with out any hesitation of putting a passenger's life at risk. i had an urgent meeting tomorrow, which i will miss.
                                      Hoping to redress my grievance, so that no other passenger who believe that there is a system to protect us like me, never got neglected like this.

                                        I booked go air air line 02 flight tickets (pnr z1cxed) for 29 jun 16 from mumbai to jaipur. i paid 3800 rupeesthrough net banking. i cancelled ticket on 21 jun 16 and till date i did not get refund.

                                        I called to go air customer care and they said that the cancellation charge is more than my ticket fare and tickets were cancelled with zero refun.

                                        I would like to know that the cancellation charge is more than my ticket fare.
