Dear sir, Need to understand why your team is refraining from answering my specific concerns :- * I have booked ticket for travel of My wife from Bhuvaneshwar to Mumbai for 12th April 2015. The booking was well planned in Jan'15 to take price advantage. * Due to change in flight timings from 11am to 7.25am it was very difficult for my wife to reach Airport at desired time from the place where she was suppose to stay (approx.. 3.5 hours drive from Airport). * I requested air line to accommodate her in alternate flight (with suitable timings between 11am to 5pm, which airlines refused as they had only single flight that too only at 7.25am) or change the sector. * Also, it is commercially incorrect on Airline part to charge full money for Advance bookings - hold it for considerable time with them and offer only 100% refund (what about cost of interest??). * Further, when a passenger request them for a change a huge amount is charged as Penalty, why similar compensation should not be paid to me, when alternative flight is available at such high cost. * The intention of Go-air was very clear as the change in timing was not intimated to me or my wife by any mode thru them and I came to know about this thru one another person who was also trying to book the same flight. * I consider that Airline must ensure passenger comfort as well as safety and should not restrict them under their own policy which is not favorable to passengers. * Details of Travel are as follows:- Passenger name : Bhavana Dubey Date of Travel : 12th April 2015 Date of booking : 14th January 2015 Sector : Bhuvaneshwar to Mumbai Fare at the time of booking : Rs. 3000/- approx.. Fare as on today for flight available at similar timings (around 11am) : More than Rs. 6500/- PNR : FBZY4I of Go-Air I request you to please help me in getting respectable treatment for my well plan travel without any financial impact to me.     I booked my ticket one month back for Pune-Delhi-Leh on 14th July. Initially it was scheduled from delhi at 5:15 am to Leh in the morning.But I got a call from customer care guy at afternoon 13th before my departure from pune and was told that I have been rescheduled to 8:40 am morning due to operational hazards. Anyway I had to make this trip and was waiting at delhi airport for additional three hours with red eye and then noticed people are being boarded for the same flight scheduled at 5:15 and I was felt cheated with a false information of its being canceled.I am just typing this mail while I am at airport with a smirk and see how "FlySmart" company like you make people feel to be cheated. Anyway You are the "future" of our beloved country !!!

      Dear Sir, I had a flight today afternoon at 12:45 from Chennai to Mumbai for which I received a message from GO Air about the cancellation today morning. On calling the customer care I was given the option of full refund or reallocating it to another date. I had asked if I could get a via flight or a flight nearest to my destination (Pune), but the customer care executive politely refused that it would mean sector change and it cannot be accommodated. However if I want I could cancel my Mumbai booking and book for Pune as a separate flight for which the cost is almost three times that I had paid for Mumbai booking. I had planned this trip almost 3 months in advance and non availability of options has cost me dearly. I had spoken to Mr. Suraj from your customer care and would request you to provide options to fly to the nearest destination in case of cancellation of a flight, free of charge.

        I was traveling from mumbai to goa on go air flight no g8 / 371 on 29th jun 2015. I checked my baggage on arriving at goa airport my baggage was open and inside stolen my rs 20000 / - (100* 2 bundle) and lock also broken and zip side pocket also open. Then i was complain goa go air office executive. She say your complain lodge in [protected]@goair. In. And my return flight from goa to mumbai on go air on 3rd july 2015 flight no g8 / 372 at 4 pm and i also negative remark in feedback form. I was using go air for 1st time and experience was extremely bad. So please check your vigilance camera and return my rs 20000 / - otherwise i have action police complain file and expose news or media. Because of i am asst editor of news media.

          Dear authority We have booked your flight g8-397 for lucknow we have with us cancer patient when asked by yoyour ground manager neeraj to assist us to provide space to make the patient sit/ sleep comfortably he ignored us and told us there is no such arragment available we cant do anything . please ask him to be patient dealing customers and please provide assistance to aquite patients.             I cancelled the tickets days before the flight it was from ranchi to Mumbai n back to ranchi, but never got the refund amount, it's already 6months, earlier they use to say that it'll b refunded in few days now they say it has already been refunded however they refuse to give any transaction details, even worse now whenever I call from my no. Nobody takes the call however when I call from another no. They take the call n say the same thing, its highly irritating worst service by goairway, I am going for the RTI now and will never suggest this airway to any of my friends and family, its pathetic

MY REQUEST TO ALL PASSENGERS PLEASE DON'T BOOK OR TRAVEL BY CHEATER GOAIR ." "BEWARE OF GO-AIR who knows if some problem appears they kidnap you for shake pf money . they can do any thing. your truely susanta kumar satapathy

                To begin with details of my complaint, I intend to place background of my story. Me and my wife planned a trip from Chandigarh via Delhi to Kolkatta and vice versa on 14th -16th June 2015 to join our son who got admission in IIM Calcutta. On 14th June our spicejet flight was fine. The return flight was GO AIR Airlines No.G8102 PNR No 7VEHDQ at 2.30 P.M. We proceeded at IIMC campus at 11.30 a.m. and there was sufficient time to reach at Kolkatta airport. But our bad luck during transition to Airport there was enough rush and blocades. After facing long stoppages and blocades, we reached and entered the Airport at 2.05 P.M. Initially we could not trace the counter of GO AIR, but when we reached and spoken to duty officer that our flight to New Delhi is at 2.30, pl help. His immediate reply was ‘You are late. Reporting time was ahead of 45 minutes. Doors already closed, we cannot allow.” We requested number of times, explained the true picture and informed that there is still time. But without listening to our request they straight away refused to attend. There was some hard discussion. I even brought to the notice of Sh. Bhupender Rao Duty Officer, if you would be in my place, what will be your answer. He was adamant. Finally, on my request he given us in writing at 2.16 No show. (copy enclosed) There was no alternative. No flight for GO AIR on this day. I had to cancel my connected Shatabi Railway scheduled Ticket at 7.30 P.M. New Delhi to Chandigarh. Due to prior engagements on Wednesday, it was necessary to reach Chandigarh without fail. There were flights of Indigo, Spicjet, Jet Airways, Air India but no to GO AIR. Finally I got the ticket for Air India (copy enclosed for reference). At Delhi took VOLVO to Chandigarh and reached the destination at 3.30 on wednesday morning. I acknowledge, inevitably we reached late but airline could adjust us, as there was still 20 minutes. A similar situation seen on 14th June morning in one of flight from New Delhi.We frequently see such situations for VIPs; but in our country a common man has no say, only writ of VIPs play. Any how, I request the respected airline to refund the cost of my ticket Rs. 9, 110/- (Rs. Nine thousand one hundred and ten only), copy of ticket is already been attatched.                   Dear Sir, The flight from Goa to Mumbai on June 11, 2015 was rescheduled (anticipated by 6 hours) and I was not informed about the change of time (not even a text message), so I missed the flight (PNR No is - A5PCS) and my connection from Mumbai to Nagpur. Your airlines gave me a ticket the next day but I had to purchase a fresh ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur (thru Indigo - PNR: E51K5C). This error and negligence from your part has caused me a big inconvenience as besides purchasing a fresh ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur I ended up missing an important meeting I was to attend the next morning in Nagpur. I will not ask you to compensate me for my missed meetings and other inconveniences and other expenses incurred but I would like you to compensate me for the cost of my flight from Mumbai to Nagpur (PNR no. ETR no). The amount is Rs. 4, 949/-. If you want to verify my request then I can send you hard copies of all the above tickets etc. If the airlines is not willing to take this responsibility and compensate me then I will be forced to take further action and ask for compensation for all the inconveniences caused to me.                     I am a 65 year old retired government employee. Me and wife had booked a ticket (flight no G8 - 385/542) from Mumbai in Goa Air on 22 March 2015, for our travel on 28th October, 2015 for a total ticket price of Rs. 8868 as part of their promotional offer. The booking was made through their website. However, earlier today, I received an email from the them stating the following: "Your flight G8-385/542 from Mumbai to Kolkata on 28th Oct'15 is CANCELLED due to issues beyond our control. If our valued Smart Fliers wish to avail the option of FULL REFUND or FREE REBOOKING we request you to call us on our number [protected]/[protected], upto 2 Hours Prior to departure" This is absolutely incorrect and unfair on their part. I missed out on lucrative fare from other airlines due to this offer. Now when I try to book other flights, during the period, I find the same more expensive. Who is going to compensate me for such loss? The premium that I now have to pay would be a substantial amount for a retired person like me. Please help.

                      To who so ever it may concern My flight was scheduled at 07;35 am today, 15th June, 2015; Details: Go Air 283 Pune to Nagpur PNR- HEBJOW(G8) Vijay Pardeshi, Contact no. +[protected] I reached airport at 7.00 am, to my surprise i found 'NO STAFF' at the Check in counter. Even after multiple requests there was no support from the staff, also the call centre executive did not seem willing to help when i called at 7.14 am ( [protected]) stating that " we cannot help you" As a result i missed my flight and was not given a reschedule. This was a terrible experience for me as your staff was unavailable and unsupportive. I was shocked to hear that YOU had only 3 staff members assigned with no one at the counter. That too your Baggage check employee had to notify. I need an explanation on the same and Another flight Scheduled today itself because Less Staff is definitely not my problem. I would lodge an FIR if this issue is not taken care of Thanks Vijay Pardeshi

                        I had a flight scheduled for Nagpur (G8 283) at 5.50 am on 11th june 2015. I checked in with my luggage at 4.45 am and was standing in the queue for security check. It was a long queue and I was standing there for almost 45 mins. All other airlines made a final call for the passengers (till 10 mins before the plane timing) but go air did not. Long queue took time for the check and I missed my flight. NOT A SINGLE FINAL CALL. And they knew I had checked in with my luggage. They conveniently put that luggage in their office but did not give me a call. This happened with 6 other people for the MUMBAI flight scheduled at 5.40 am. When asked they say they gave a final call as if I and the other 5 peoples are fools to miss the flight deliberately. PATHETIC. This shows how concerned the airlines is about their passengers. Just lost yourself a customer.

                          I traveled in flight G8 144 from Patna to New Delhi on 06/06/15. None of your crew members were standing to welcome the passengers at the time of boarding and also none was present at the time of diboarding at New Delhi. While in way to Delhi, the behavior of your air hostaces was comparatively ignorant and quit formal. This was my first and the last experience in "GO" AIR FLIGHT. G8142 AIRLINE PNR 3GL7CD AND TICKET NO. 3GL7CD DATED 20TH MAY2015 PASSENGER NAME Mr. AJIT TAGGER IN THIS TICKET WHICH IS BOOKED THROUGH CLEARTRIP I HAD PRE ORDER ONE VEG COMBO BOX MEAL WHICH IS THERE MENTIONED ON MY TICKET, BUT THE MEAL HAD NOT BEEN SERVED. WHEN THE FLIGHT WAS ALMOST LANDING AT NAGPUR I ASKED THE CABIN CREW Ms KARMA BHUTIA ID 3021 AND SHE SAID IT WAS NOT IN PSM.AND SHE REFUSES TO SERVE. SO INSPITE OF PRE ORDERING AND PAYING GO AIR IN ADVANCE NO MEAL IS SERVED GIVEING ME POOR IMAGE OF THE AIRLINE SERVICES

                              Dear Sir/Madam This is in reference to my travel with family (wife and daughter) from Delhi to Portblair via Kolkalta and back from same route. We travelled from Delhi to Portblair on 14th may and returned on 19th May. While I travelled from Portblair on 19th May from Spice Jet to Kolkata, my flight got rescheduled and started at 11. 45 am instead 9 am which reached koltata at 1.50 pm and by the time I collected my luggage and reached your ticket counter it was 2.03 pm Scheduled departure of GoAir Flight from Kolkata to Delhi was 2.30 pm so GoAir did not allowed us to board the plan. I requested again and again to help me board the flight but your ground staff instead helping customer was explaining the rules. Due to no mistake of mine I faced the issue and bought new ticket of some other flight which costed my 30, 000 INR. Apart from Financial loss I also had mental torture because of your staff’s non cooperation Request you to kindly look into the matter and help us get the cost of my tickets back.                                 Hi, I was travelling from GOA to Mumbai through flight # G8/376 Class : Z, PNR NO. : 611487F Dated : 26/05/15 has given the bag while check-in 05:30 at Goa airport and camera was inside the 2nd pocket of the sack. But when I received the bag at Mumbai airport I could not find the camera and also check the bag completely at the residence but could not find the camera. Make : Sony Model # DSC -W570 cyber shot Color : pink rose Please look into on a urgent basis and If you find the camera, Please contact at my mobile # [protected] / [protected].

                                  I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Guwahati on 26 th Jun 15 with following Details PNR: 1FB87B Name : Abhilash Actual Sir Name : Sharma Mobile: [protected] email: abhilash.[protected]@live.com Sir Name Mistyped as : shmaar During the process of booking i mistyped the sir name as shmaar. I made calls on the same date to customer care for correcting this mistake, which can be easily done at the company"s office. But they answered that the policy of company does not permit this correction and you have to cancel the ticket and rebook it. Finally i asked them to cancel the ticket. If this type of problems can be corrected within a minute or two by other Airlines then what is the problem with GoAir. I used to prefer Go Air for Travels, but this incident has made me so much annoyed that i booked ticket with other airlines. So simple vis this to correct this type of problems, then why do you not help the customer in this regards. Dr. A.K.Sharma

                                      Our family of 6 people had planned a trip to Kashmir from Mumbai - travelling from Mumbai to Delhi on May 24th by G8319 GO Air flight starting at 9:55am from Mumbai. We had a connecting flight from Delhi to Srinagar at 2:30pm from Delhi to Srinagar and a subsequent trip booked at Srinagar. I had booked the flights several days in advance. On 23rd May - at 10:00pm I received an SMS from GoAir stating that due to operational reasons, they have cancelled this flight. When I called them, the only option they gave were - a full refund of the ticket or 6:50pm flight in the evening. When I asked them on what happens to my connecting flight from Delhi to Srinagar, they indicated that they cannot do anything about it. When I complained to them, the call center person at the customer care center told me that he would transfer the call to his supervisor - but surprisingly, nobody picked up the call. Finally, I had to ask Goair to provide me the refund for tickets and then at the last minute, I had to book tickets with Jet Air paying more than double the price for which I had booked Goair. GoAir did not show absolutely any concern for the trouble and the extra amount I had to bear for such inconvenience caused. I asked them for any compensation but they did not show any courtesy except the fact that they will make refund of the ticket that I had booked at a much lower price. I also told them that several other flights have seats vacant and they should transfer me, but customer is not all important for GOAir I would very strongly recommend that people should not fly GoAir. If required, I can provide the PNR and the amount details of all the tickets that I had booked, had to cancel for the GoAir issue and then book the Jet Airways flights at that time.

FROM 09/11/14 TILL 09/08/15, IN TOTAL 10 TICKETS I HAVE BOOKED OF DATE 9 OF EVERY MONTH. I BOOKED FOR BOM - AHD 7.40 GO AIR G8 -367 & AHD - BOM 20.45 G8- 370. I FACED LOTS OF ISSUES FROM YOUR SIDE DUE TO FLIGHTS TIMING CHANGED. I ALWAYS BOOK RETURN TICKET OF YOUR AIRLINE OF SAME DAY RETURN. FOR G8 -367 7.40 FLIGHT I HAVE PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU CHNAGE THE FLIGHT TIME TO 13.30 P.M WHICH IS NOT PREFARABLE TO ME. I BOOK MY TICKETS IN ADVANCE & GET RELAX ABOUT MY TRIP. BUT AT THE END I GET CALL FROM YOUR SIDE ABOUT FLIGHT TIMINGS CHANGED. THIS HAPPENED WITH ME FOR THIRD TIME YOUR MORNING FLIGHTS CANCELLED. I FACE LOTS OF TROUBLE TO GET MY REFUND, I DO HAVE TO PLACE REQUEST EVERYWHERE TO YOU & TRAVEL AGENT. IT INCREASE MY FOLLOW UPS TOO. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION ON MY MAIL FROM YOUR SIDE.
