Subject: refund for Rs 4477.00
This is with reference to the ticket purchased through not makemytrip.com Booking ID – NF[protected] on Monday 2 march 2015 for reservation Go Air flight no G8 – 345 Departure : Mumbai ( BOM ) Wednesday .18th March 2015, 22.00hrs arrival Delhi ( DEL ) Thursday : 19 march 2015.00:15 hrs.
On dated: 18th march 2015 when of arrived at the Mumbai airport at 20.50 hrs. for boarding I was informed by Go Air counter staff that flight was pre-pone and already take-off.
When I question them on why I was not informed on the fight being preponed, the Go air staff said that it is the duty of MakeMy trip to inform me as I had booked the ticket through them. When I enquire that I was already was inside the security zone at 20.50 hrs and there was no flight announcement for the fight take off. They had no answer.
The go air staff cancelled my boarding pass and led me outside the security check. Note: I had no check-in luggage.
Immediately soon after, I received a call from no: +[protected] and informed that the flight was waiting for me to take off. I handover the phone to the ground staff who accompanied me outside and they spoke to each other and then again informed me that it was not possible to catch the flight as we were also outside the security zone.
The staffs of Go Air behave in a irresponsible manner and was not helpful in soughting out they matter. Infact they were arguing among themselves.
I had to issue a new ticket from Go Indigo, flight no: 6E668 for 22.30 hrs. Dt 18th march for Rs.4477 / -.
Request you take up the matter with each other and reimburse Rs 4477/- (cost of the ticket).
Frankly speaking as a frequent flyer, I have never experience anything like this with any Airline and this is not acceptable from your kind of organisation where the ground staffs had created so much confusion & carelessness, causing much suffering to the passenger like me.
Kindly inform and reimburse the amount on priority
