We flew from Port Blair to Delhi via Kolkata on G8 102 on 30th April. The original scheduled flight should have left Port Blair at 11.40am and arrive in Delhi at 4.30pm however we were severely delayed. The original aircraft should have landed in Kolkata briefly before taking us onwards to Delhi however when we arrived we were advised we had to change planes. Then when we left the aircraft we were advised the next flight would be at 4.30pm, without any further explanation. We waited in the airport over lunch without any further information and then eventually saw that the flight was due to depart at 6.30pm (4 hours late). E then boarded the plane but didn't depart until 7pm. The reason we booked the flight with GoAir is because it was convenient in the aircraft being the same. It was extremely frustrating to be told to change planes without any reason and then have a 5 hour delay to our journey. We landed in Delhi very late and without being able to eat any dinner. We are traveling around India from England but would not wish to use GoAir again if this is how you treat your customers. Regarding this I complian to customer care of SBI as well as GOAIR but no any solution found. On dated: 18th march 2015 when of arrived at the Mumbai airport at 20.50 hrs. for boarding I was informed by Go Air counter staff that flight was pre-pone and already take-off. When I question them on why I was not informed on the fight being preponed, the Go air staff said that it is the duty of MakeMy trip to inform me as I had booked the ticket through them. When I enquire that I was already was inside the security zone at 20.50 hrs and there was no flight announcement for the fight take off. They had no answer. The go air staff cancelled my boarding pass and led me outside the security check. Note: I had no check-in luggage. Immediately soon after, I received a call from no: +[protected] and informed that the flight was waiting for me to take off. I handover the phone to the ground staff who accompanied me outside and they spoke to each other and then again informed me that it was not possible to catch the flight as we were also outside the security zone. The staffs of Go Air behave in a irresponsible manner and was not helpful in soughting out they matter. Infact they were arguing among themselves. I had to issue a new ticket from Go Indigo, flight no: 6E668 for 22.30 hrs. Dt 18th march for Rs.4477 / -. Request you take up the matter with each other and reimburse Rs 4477/- (cost of the ticket). Frankly speaking as a frequent flyer, I have never experience anything like this with any Airline and this is not acceptable from your kind of organisation where the ground staffs had created so much confusion & carelessness, causing much suffering to the passenger like me.         I have Booked flight from Delhi to lucknow G8 187, on 2nd may 2015, (my PNR is -6F4A5Z) for my Family . But yesterday i got a massage of cancellation .Just a massage, not any call. I spoke with their customer care team 4 times( Many other times they were busy), Bhawana, Swapnil ( Floor Supervisor ), Radhika ( Supervisor). for other alternate, But no reply they all three people cut my phone line in middle of communication. I have a request to all who are Sufferer by the same kind. Kindly do not sit silent, Come together and file a petition against these people. This is their routine. May be in future other people save their time by not choosing this airways.They all are irresponsible.           Hi I had booked couple of ticket from kochi to mumbai on 16th December 2014 from your counter on Kochi airport. I had travelled on that ticket. The transaction amount was around INR 16000. The transaction was reflected in the credit card statement of December month. After that I received a credit of INR 13000 (approx) in month of January 2015 from you and in April 2015 there was a debit of INR 13000 (approx) on my credit card from you. I don't recognise / authorise these transactions as the they were done with out informing me. Due the debit transaction done by you with out informing me my credit card balances have breached maximum limit and bank is charging hefty amounts for breaching limit. This amounts to harassment. I am salaried professional. Every penny I spent is hard earned. I expect a reply from you in this regard quickly. I am planning to go to consumer forum.             I had booked a flight in January 2015 for travel in April in Go Air (G8283) from Pune to Kolkatta. Around mid March, I received a message that the flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons. When I requested for alternatives, the options given weren't lucrative considering that I was travelling alone with 2 kids. I was given to fly via Nagpur with 8-9 hours wait at Nagpur and total travel time of 12 hours from Pune to Kolkatta. Go Air was not willing to provide meals/stayover arrangements at Nagpur either. The other alternative was given via Delhi (stayover at Delhi)- I do not have any place to stay at Delhi and neither was Go Air willing to provide the accommodation. As a result of this, I had to do a fresh booking of other airlines- this obviously cost me more considering the booking is being done in the last minute (less than month before my actual travel). I would like to get a proper response on why the flight was cancelled in the last minute and worse, no equal alternatives was provided. Because of their last minute cancellations, I had to shell out more money to purchase new tickets at a much higher price considering the travel was less than a month away. In addition, the inconvenience and the stress that I had to bear to purchase last minute tickets. Since i couldn't find reservations for the original date, I had to leave a day earlier thus making adjustments to my work and personal schedule. This seems to be a gimmick used by Go Air to make short term investments by blocking passenger's funds for 3 months and then cancelling. Go Air is making their money but putting citizens at an inconvenience and a loss too. I demand an appropriate response to the same and a compensation for the inconvenience caused.

              Dear Team Goair, My family and me was very excited because I have taken a reservation for 21st June from Delhi to Srinagar and return ticket for 25 June Srinagar to Delhi but now today I was trying to do some modification in my tickets on the website but suddenly it got cancelled it might be a technical error at the same time immediately I called up to goair customer care and ask to retrieve my booking because I dont want to cancel it actually, but they are not ready to listen any thing and saying sir it is got rejected and you have to pay again. My PNR number is 4VV7Q8 and ZS1MMH .I was called more then ten time to goair team in Mumbai but every budy says that from customer care call centre we cant help you out any thing even I have spent more then 500 Rs are already spent to speak to customer care team but no result. Now I want to retrieve my services or my money back on immediate basis because according to flights I have also booked my hotels and other things which is also getting lost and that would be big pain for me and my family.                 Dear, I Vijaykumar Patale from Pune. Money has been deducted from my IDBI account. I have traveled by Go air on 25th Mar 2015 PNR No: 3RPARV (G8452) from Pune to Chennai by paying. But on 15 th of APR 2015 money RS. 2881 has been deducted from account without any booking or reservation (Conformed from Bank). I did send mail to customer care but not getting response & called to customer care no 3 times on [protected] but during speaking they put me on hold for long time.                   Well here I am again writing to you guys regarding the status of my issue G[protected]. Though one good thing on your part was one of your executive Donna called me to hear my issue. But Alas! That too didn't work... Seriously guys this is pathetic!! I mean your executive gave me her number so as to contact her as your customer care is already disgusting.. But that number too whenever I try, no one seems to address.. Guys with this bad service from yu ppl, I am even planning to cancel all my other tickets too.. Haven't ever seen such bad service throughout my fly. Never gonna fly from Go air ever. Will recommend others the same...

                    Dear All, I Mursaleen Qadir today was tavelling from Mumbai to Srinagar the ticket was booked by my company in which my seat was already booked as 10A but when I go to checkin counter they give me different seat and when I told them that my seat is already prebooked then they give me the same seat . Secondly my meal was already booked through corporate meal the boarding pass which the person sitting in checkin counter gave me the same was not mentioned in the boarding pass like it is mentioned in indigo flights. After that when I board in the plane the when I ordered for some meal the cabin crew asked me for money then I told then my meal is prebooked they don't have any information and then I give money to them .After sometime the cabin crew returned me my money back and told me that your meal is prebooked this indicates the bad service of the company .I gave clear instruction to my company not to book any ticket of go Air further for me .                       I was travelling from srinagar to mumbai on flight num G8 387 on 31 march 2015.i asked for food which was in the menu was not there only one item they were serving so i ordered that.but tat was also of poor quality and when i complain to cabin crew they dint respond properly..i really had a bad experienced i was travelling with my wife and my 3 yr old son he was so hungry but in such a long flight frm srinagar to mumbai u dint have ny thing to eat..i m really disappionted...

                        My dear sir, my name is smitaranjan pattnaik, my booking reference ID is - NRNQ7I. DOJ is 25/03/2015( this is a preponed ticket date). Flight number is G8-330.My flight sheldule was at 7:05am. I reached the airport at 5:45am. But I couldn't able to get boading pass till 6:30am, because of the go air authorities didnot have my payment details. I called customer care and they informed the airport authorities about my payment details. During this period I mentally disturbed. Even after payment was done intime, I was harrassed. So please take necessary action sothat this incident may never repeated thank you

                          I alongwith my wife & two children travelled from Ranchi to Delhi on 11 march 2015 by GOAIR flight no G8/148. among other i put my suit case in chech in baggage vide tag nos 0284G8263465/E3Z4P; 0284G8263464/E03Z4P:0284G8263463/E03Z4P. on reaching Delhi at around 11.pm i found that the lock on oneside of thr suitcase was broken. it appeared to be a case of delibrate brokenness. this made the whole suitcase unusable as it can not be closed/locked now. the make of suitcase is of samsung and size is big. this matter was reported in the arrival hall to one Shri Om Dixit, one of your employee there and gave this complaind in writing in the proforma bearing serial number 129196. however til now no such complaint has been registered by you. please reimburse the cost of suitcase (rs. 10, 000), and the harassment caused to me and my family in the night. yours R.C Sankhla Email.[protected]@gmail.com [protected]

                            I cancelled my flight ticket Reference no. ICAR8Y for a journey that was scheduled from Port Blair to Kolkata on 14 of Jan 15 in GoAir airlines.. I was told that the due money would be credited into my account in 21 working days from the date (13 jan 15) of cancellation... However, it is highly displeasing to say that Go Air airlines bears least responsibility towards its customers as after the 21 days past I still have to keep asking/reminding its representative on its customer care no[protected] about the said refund amount as it has not been reflected into my account till date... Also for each call we make to Go Air it charges a reasonably high amount which is approx Rs 1.50 per minute. It is worth mentioning that I had to call them more than 10 times till date (11 Mar 15)...The time, energy and money we spent on the process has little meaning for the airlines...I deeply suspect that the airlines are in a practice of accumulating high money from customer pockets by holding it for longer durations and investing in shares.. Also the call charges are yielding them huge profits as the airline is also in practice of keeping customers for long hold during the call... It is high time the airline improves itself...I request other customers who are also troubled to share their views...together we can make a difference and put such corrupt elements behind the bars...this stands as a warning for them to refund my amount in my account in 02 days ie, by 15 Mar 15.                                 If not replied will lead to consumer complaint in court. I had a flight booked from Mumbai to Goa on 26th Feb 2015 at 05:25 AM, PNR No. POGF6F, Go Air Flight G8-375. I had done a web check in a day prior to the departure, seat No. 20A & 20B. I was at the air port by 04:45 and due to heavy rush with almost all airlines flying during that time i completed my security check at 05:10 AM and reached Gate A16 at 05:15 AM and to my surprise the Go Air official at the gate told me that i have missed my flight as i came late at the airport, the scheduled departure was at 05:25 AM. to add fuel to fire your official was so rude that instead of trying and helping he kept on arguing that you have missed your flight and we as an Air Line cannot do anything about it, he asked me to take the next flight to Goa which was scheduled to depart at 12:15 PM. My question to you is when i had already done the check in and was carrying the boarding pass why did your staff not checked at the security counter if there is anyone else stuck for security check, How did your flight depart with vacant seats that were already allotted to the passenger and that also 10 mins prior to the departure time. Another reason why your staff should have checked and had a last call for the passenger is because the next flight was after 7 hrs. What if someone had a medical emergency, and to my dismay the flight scheduled at 12:15 PM departed at 01:00 PM because of some technical delay and the same staff again in his rude manner said that "since this is not a base flight there is a delay", so a 45 Mins delay from your side is ok because we have already booked the flight and you can do anything with your customers, this is how you will treat your passengers. This is for the Go-Air management, its the consumers who has made your air line the preferred airline and its your duty to put your customer first, if you cannot train your staff to speak with your customers with out most respect, then your air line will soon incur losses because for us the options are open to fly. i expect a reply on this or else will move to consumer court because i lost a business deal that day. Instead of reaching Goa at 07:00 AM i reached at 02:30 PM.

I reached at the airport at 5:00 am in the morning, but it was my first time so I didnt knew we need to take boarding pass. Everyone were standing in the luggage que, So I ask security whether for go-air we need to stand here and he told me yes. But that que was long and after security checked me they told I need to first get the boarding pass and then at 5-25 hrs I went to get it but they told they wont give me boarding pass as it has been already closed. I requested even your deputy offficer but no one willing to concern about me. And suddenly one of your officer came there and told to your staff that flight is already full. How could that be possible if we passengers didnt board and no one listened to us and didnt gave the ticket.They instead resheduled flight at 16-40 hrs in the evening but I already missed my interview So I cancelled it at 13-00 hrs. Because of all this stuff I missed my interview at singapore for Phd. I want you to look in this matter very seriously and I do need reply early. On 10 th february i cancelled my tickets from go air customer care and they said money will be refund within 7 days. But its now 15 days over they are not refunding my money. I spoked with them and also mailed their refund section and nodal officer but they are not respondindg. I send bank statement copy 2 times but resualt is same. Now i am helpless.
