refund not credited after cancellation

I cancelled my ticket booked thru go air website. But even after 20 days, they are not crediting the amount back into my account. GOAIR is a total fraud airlines. Worst ever customer service I have encountered from any company. Never ever book your tickets thru GO AIR airlines....

nobody attending the calls

No Refund as promised for cancelled ticket

Damaged baggage

Terrible business practices
