Dear Concern,
I would like to give feedback at domestic airport Mumbai with Go air, Yesterday I have to travel from Mumbai to Delhi in flight no G8 339 timing was 6:15, I reached at boarding pass customer service counter at 5:40 PM, which was not as per norms of go airways, as per Go air I have to reach before 45 min before timings of my flight.
I am accepting that I have done big crime that I have not reached at time, but the way of employee behaviour at air port was very unprofessional like I am in local Govt office where no one is correctly guiding to resolving my problem what I have to do now in this situation what is the alternate, when I asked for help some of the employee are making me like ball pass go this counter & that counter inspite of guiding me to correct way all people are so busy in his or her work. Finally I went to ticket counter where one of the employee told me that she can't help me this situation one thing she can do that I have to pay difference amount for next flight & I got the ticket after paying extra amount, flight time was 8:50 PM.
My objections are:
1. There are certain exception, I was not so late, flight is already not deliver.
2. If there is no exception at that point of time at least your employee should be take care properly for next alternate inspite of sending this counter & that counter. I am feeling very helpless on that time.
3. Different employee have different statement, some one is saying that need not to pay extra amount for next flight, some is saying no you have to pay extra amount for next flight. It's clearly showing that no one have perfect idea what is to do. At least your employee should well skilled with proper knowledge.
It was my first flight travel with Go Air early I used to travel with Indego air ways there service is very very customer centricity, I would like to highlight one the instance happen at 4 th Jan when I have to travel Delhi to Mumbai, My flight time was 8:35 AM & I reached at airport at 8:00 AM, I am at customer counter line where boarding pass was ginen, I was standing long queue, suddenly one the employee announcing for passenger whose flight at 8:35 AM, I asked to her for help then she went with me till counter to put my baggage so that I can take the flight at right time. I appricate their customer approch on that point of time.
Next flight in which I have to travel that was also late approx one hour, if you are doing late then lot of excuses are there but in my case there is no excuse, I do not like to say that due to one passenger flight should be delay but there can be one exception as I was not so late.
Finally I would like to say very bad & pathetic experience with Go air first time, in future I would not like to travel with Go air.
