To whom so ever it may concern I had a flight today (17 feb'15) at 16:00 from Jammu (IXJ) to New Delhi (DEL) and when i reached the airport at 14:45, ground staff Rupali Gupta attended me and to my dismay she misbehaved with me when i asked her to check what all vacant seats she has. She rudely replied "I am giving you a last seat". I again asked to check if there is any vacant seat, she said " your luggage is 3kg excess, first give me 750₹" I told her money is not an issue kindly tell me what all seats you have, then again she screamed "mam, give me 750₹ i cannot do anything, i will only give you last seat" This is to inform you that the way she spoke to me was humiliating and insulting. She doesn't have any courtesy as to how to talk to the passengers and when i walked off from there, another ground staff came to me and said, " mam give me your id ill get you your boarding pass" and while giving him the id i over heard her saying " 750₹ bhi isse le aana" Is this the way you talk to the passengers? Is this the way you treat people? Are your staff members not enough educated that they humiliate the people and say "isse leana" I have been humiliated in front of many people and i will certainly go to the consumer court for the same if the "Go Air team" doesn't take any action against this girl.       I booked 2 tickets from Kolkata to Nagpur and made the payment through my credit card, the details of which are given below. I have not received any acknowledgement from Go air. i have also not received any reply to 2 emails that I have sent to the nodal officer.       Go back to your bank that issued your credit card and demand a refund, under master card and visa rules the bank is duty bound to refund you for goods you have not received. Dont take no for an answer, many banks dont undersand you have these rights. Good luck

        Regarding Refund of my money from Go Air This is Dharmendra Singh from Mumbai.I had booked ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai on 07.01.2015 and booking date was on 03.01.2015.at Lucknow Airport Counter Booking Reference is BSMXX0.Due to some reason I had cancellation this booking on 07.01.2015. as per the rule and regulations of Go Air. As per the follow up with Go Air Customer Care Center regarding this matter as per their brief they told that on 22.01.2015 this process had been forwarded to my Account with 7 working days. But still till today I had not received refund in my Account. After regular follow-up with customer care centre from 4.02.2015 to 12.02.2015 regarding this refund and Reference Number for this is not provided to me. From 04.02.2015 they told me that with 24 hrs time they will give me RN.so that I can follow up with my Bank but still they had fail to do this and asked me to wait for 24 hrs more. Regarding this issue I had spoken with Senior Person of concern dept ( Mr.Rahul Sen Gupta) he also reverted the same reason and told to wait for 24 hrs. At the time of booking, I have booked meals too and cabin crew served the same but the drink which she has offered to me was expired. I was unaware of expiry drink, so, I drink-ed and after drinking, I was feeling sick with vomiting tendency, then i checked and found, the drink, which has been served by the crew was expire. Even because of this I missed my meeting too. So, I want to complain against Go Air for serving expiry drink @ Consumer Forum or kindly suggest what to do...

              WE BOOK OUR TKT THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP TO GO TO JAIPUR VIDE AIRLINE PNR. NO. SKAX7R, Make My Trip Booking ID NF[protected].TO PAY OUR LAST RESPECTS TO OUR NEAR RELATIVE DEATH, BUT WE CAME TO KNOW THAT THE FLIGHT IS RESCHEDULED BY MORE THEN TWO HOURS. AS WE HAVE TO GO 200 KMS. FAR FROM JAIPUR & FOR THIS WE ALREADY BOOK THE CAB AT JAIPUR AIRPORT BUT FLIGHT WAS DELAY & DUE TO DELAY WE CAN NOT REACH ON TIME AS WE HAVE TO REACH BEAWAR AT THE MOST BY 12:00. IT WILL TAKE ALMOST 4 HRS. TO GO TO BEAWAR. AFTER 12:0 AM THERE IS NO MEANING TO GO THERE & NOBODY WILL WAIT FOR US. AS WE ALSO BOOK OUR RETURN TKT BY SAME DAY EVENING FROM JAIPUR TO MUMBAI. IF WE REACH LATE THEN WE CAN NOT COMEBACK ON TIME. OUR ALL THE PROGRAME IS SPOILED. AFTER DISAPPOINTMENT WE APPROACH GO AIR FOR CANCELLATION & SURPRISE TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE RUDE & ASK PENALTY CHARGES FOR CANCELATION. IF FLIGHT IS DELAY BY TWO HOURS THEN AIRLINE CAN NOT CHARGE PENALTY. BUT THE AIRLINE IS ADAMANT TO CHARGE US PENALTY FOR CANCELATION. OUR POINT IS THAT WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR THE CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR WITHOUT ANY FAULT FROM OUR END? IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE AS WE CAN NOT REACH ON TIME TO PAY OUR LAST RESPECT TO OUR RELATIVE.                 My name is Rohit Chaturvedi, I boarded GO-AIR flight number G8-286 with PNR number 0MGEVG from New Delhi to Bengaluru on 5th of December 2014. I checked in my bag at New Delhi airport before boarding the plane in robust condition. Once i boarded the plane, i was asked to get to down to confirm if one let out baggage was mine, which i confirmed. But my bag was in terrible state, it was heavily damaged beyond repair. I was asked to consult ground staff at Bengaluru airport regarding this which i did and your staff confirmed that indeed the bag is damaged heavily. PFA : The screenshot of the damaged bag.

                I dropped a mail to the concerned department and got a confirmation stating maximum 1500/- can be paid for the damage or they can pay for the repairing charges.
                Since the bag is beyond repair and no bag can be purchased for as low as 1500/-, i at least want a settlement which offers me a similar bag or proper compensation for the same.

                    Hi, I had booked one ticket on 25th Jan 2015 from Mumbai to Bangalore for 29th Jan 2015. I have cancelled the same on 10th Jan due to some personal reason. I didn't get any confirmation of refund till date but on the goair.in portal it shows cancelled for the PNR #W6UZKY which was given after booking. I have called on the customer care number and even wrote on [protected]@goair.in and their nodal and appalling authority but didn't get any response yet. Penalty shows on cancellation is Rs. 3000 but remaining Rs. 4500 must be refunded. What kind the service this GO AIR provide. Even they dont concern about the customer problem.

                      Dear Concern, I would like to give feedback at domestic airport Mumbai with Go air, Yesterday I have to travel from Mumbai to Delhi in flight no G8 339 timing was 6:15, I reached at boarding pass customer service counter at 5:40 PM, which was not as per norms of go airways, as per Go air I have to reach before 45 min before timings of my flight. I am accepting that I have done big crime that I have not reached at time, but the way of employee behaviour at air port was very unprofessional like I am in local Govt office where no one is correctly guiding to resolving my problem what I have to do now in this situation what is the alternate, when I asked for help some of the employee are making me like ball pass go this counter & that counter inspite of guiding me to correct way all people are so busy in his or her work. Finally I went to ticket counter where one of the employee told me that she can't help me this situation one thing she can do that I have to pay difference amount for next flight & I got the ticket after paying extra amount, flight time was 8:50 PM. My objections are: 1. There are certain exception, I was not so late, flight is already not deliver. 2. If there is no exception at that point of time at least your employee should be take care properly for next alternate inspite of sending this counter & that counter. I am feeling very helpless on that time. 3. Different employee have different statement, some one is saying that need not to pay extra amount for next flight, some is saying no you have to pay extra amount for next flight. It's clearly showing that no one have perfect idea what is to do. At least your employee should well skilled with proper knowledge. It was my first flight travel with Go Air early I used to travel with Indego air ways there service is very very customer centricity, I would like to highlight one the instance happen at 4 th Jan when I have to travel Delhi to Mumbai, My flight time was 8:35 AM & I reached at airport at 8:00 AM, I am at customer counter line where boarding pass was ginen, I was standing long queue, suddenly one the employee announcing for passenger whose flight at 8:35 AM, I asked to her for help then she went with me till counter to put my baggage so that I can take the flight at right time. I appricate their customer approch on that point of time. Next flight in which I have to travel that was also late approx one hour, if you are doing late then lot of excuses are there but in my case there is no excuse, I do not like to say that due to one passenger flight should be delay but there can be one exception as I was not so late. Finally I would like to say very bad & pathetic experience with Go air first time, in future I would not like to travel with Go air. Sorry if I have raised wrong point as per your rules.                       Today (3/3/2015) I had a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore at 6.05...I reached at 5.35, no GoAir employee guided me correctly to resolve my problem. I booked different flight..To my surprise now I am sitting near boarding gate and Go Air gave a final call 10mins before for the flight of departure at 7.50 ...how come.? I reached 30mins before flight departure!! I just cant understand why it happened with me. :( This was not the case with Indigo and Spicejet...I am very dissapointed

                        Booked a return ticket for Luknow from Delhi for 13th jan and return on 15th jan.. on Wed Dec3 2014. totally disappointed as i have never faced such a situation being a frequent traveller from 1962 till date and also with international carriers. When we cancel your charges are ruthless but when yu cancel yu too have moral duty to look into the passenager inconvience. Its just like on the road. You are commited to us as a customer relation its your area to find the alternative irrespective of difference in fare with other airlines.Just saying sorry will not help.. As i called your complaint cell and given a polished reply sorry... i never expected from Go air to bring such a situation.. as my hotel bookings are there in lucknow with prior appointments with friends and relatives.. who will take care a word saying sorry wont help. Put yourself in my position.. Pl look into this Flight g8188 on 15th jan.

                            My Flight had been canceled but I had not known before. It's not fair for customer that I was booked for 4 months before departure date and I must buy a very expensive flight on departure date before 2 hours of departure time. Why the airline can not contact me before? I can rebook with the other flight at the same route and same time.

For example The average price of ticket from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar was Rs3200/- for March & April 2015 while checking on 28/12/2014.                                 Air line PNR: 1OCAWS Onward journey completed on Dec 30 from Mumbai to Patna by G8-385 Return journey need to be cancelled scheduled for Jan 1, 2015 from Patna to Mumbai by G8-385 I have been speaking to your executive Mr. Logon Rego and Mr. Suhail Shaikh, Floor Supervisor, GoAir Call Center, Pune. My request for cancellation of the return flight is been declined for some arbit reason that round trip tickets cannot be cancelled. This was never mentioned during the booking, nor is mentioned on the ticket. This amounts to an unfair practice wherein after the purchase is done and payment made you are denying my request to cancel the return flight. Its still 24h in advance I am writing to inform you to please cancel my return journey from Patna to Mumbai (dated Jan 1, 2015) by G8-385.                                   I had booked a ticket with Go Air On 29august 2014.on 9Nov 2014 my flight was cancelled by go Air due to bad weather.Since that day i have been calling, emailing everyday but no one seems to be concerned about the plight of the customers.i have had to wait for at least 20mins everyday before someone answers.They absolutely do not transfer calls to there supervisors and if luckily someone does agree to transfer after 5mins the same person tells me that the supervisor will call me back within an hour.After 45days of waiting I am still to receive a call back.I have absolutely no idea where my money is, when I will get it back, whether i will get it back.i have spent 1000rs just being on hold with these people.A middle class person does not have enough money to put up with the antics Go Air is showing.Finally today I have lodged a complaint with the consumer court.                                       Address: Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu

                                      I was a passenger in Flight no. G8 242 from Pune to Bangalore on 22nd Dec. 2014. My seat no, was 19E. The hand rest between seat no. 19D and 19E was bare without the cushion strip on the top missing. I could not rest my hand on the hand rest throughout my flight. Nobody seems to have noticed the same.
