I booked a ticket from Chennai to Mumbai 4 months prior to travel. On the day of travel when I reached the airport I was told that the flight had been preponed and I had missed it as it was a no show. They had tried to contact me on the international mobile no but said it was not contactable as of course they didn't dial international code despite the no being longer. No email was sent to me. I had to then purchase another ticket worth Rs 10000 to fly to mumbai. The airline doesn't feel it's any of their responsibility and seems to feel that I have to fly whenever they feel it is convenient to fly rather than according to the schedule that they put out.

I do not feel refunding the price of the ticket I purchased 4 months is equivalent and they should compensate me for the difference in cost for me to buy another ticket on the day, as the fault was theirs and even if I was contacted, I couldn't just abandon my conference commitments to pleas the airline.

The airline no doubt saved a lot of money by probably combining two flights but the sacrifice was a couple of customers like me.

    I was travelling from Srinagar (J&K) to bangalore(BLR) on 27th. i checked in my baggage at Srinagar airtport at around 12 'o' clock for my flight at 2pm in the afternoon. I had asked ppl there in check in table to lock the Bag zip, as i had some valuable materials inside. They did it so, but for only one compartment. and rest was kept open. I had my mobile in one of the compartment which was not locked. Only after receiving i checked, zip was open and mobile was gone... not only lost mobile but also important document in it.. Please help me to get it back or refund.

      I have cancelled my ticket on line but found live when checked, also tried to connect with customer care before before flight for the cancellation but couldnt get through. However, on next morning i managed to get hold on customer care and got cancelled return flight . I need my refund for both ways, which has not been bredited to my account yet.         BOOKING ID NF[protected] via make my trip FLIGHT NO. G8 391/397 date 8 july 2014 occasion : emergency due to Demise of my father from Bangalore to Lucknow Via Mumbai tickets cost : 25K approx for 2 tickets we bought urgent two tickets of go air flight ON 8JULY beacuse of our fathers demise on the same day. boarding time was 45 min before scheduled time, but we reached 30mins before. Ravi Repswal was at go air counter and that denied out chekin even after telling him the emergency reason.we called make my trip to cancel our tivket beacuse flight was still on ground. but make my trip customer care refused to do on phone. who will understand consumers problem ???? we missed the funeral ceremony too. who is responsible ?? we want our money back . Go air Staff is resonsible for our loss, we had mental and financial issues. we want compensation of our loss. refund our money. Go air is the worst flight with such a people in staff. we will never travel with this service again

        We are sorry to read about the issue. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

        With reference to your complaint, please note that we never restrict our customer to cancel the booking however we have to abide by Airline policies and the only reason we denied to cancel your reservation on 08JUL14 is because as per the Airline policy they dont allow to cancel the booking within 02HRS prior to the departure of a flight. Any cancellation made within that time will be considered as NOshow. Please note that the airline has processed the refund of amount INR256 to us and the same amount has been initiated from our end on 13JUL14. The Refund Reference Number for this transaction is #[protected] and you can share this number with your bank to check the refund status.

        Further to your query we have checked with Go Air and found that they cannot do anything at this moment however if you have any complaint regarding Go Air services offered to you, please write an email to them on [protected]@goair.in .

          Respected Assigned authority, This is to put to your notice that i had a Go airways flight from jaipur to goa on 2nd of july for some wedding of my relative. But due to some problem in GO AIRWAYS flight it got extremely delayed. As i was supposed to reach goa on time. I asked them at the airport itself to manage and send me by any other flight. On this they suggested me to take the full refund and book an early flight by myself as those people do not have tie ups with other airways. I did as i was told by their authority people, firstly i asked them to give me some proof of my refund because i am not from well to do family so my major concern was the full refund to book any other flight. As they committed to me they gave me the letter of full letter. They handed over to me a sealed full refund form and then i went ahead and booked a early flight for myself. Now when i am mailing the go airways On [protected]@goairways.in they have not replied to even a single mail of mine. But now after travelling when i contacted cleartrip with whom i booked this flight for refund they said that the airline has denied for the refund. For your reference i have attached the the form which your authority person has given me. Sir i am from a very poor family who had faith in Go airways and got it booked for travelling.               Hi, This regards to PNR no 8P68KQ, Go Air. On 11th July, I have booked ticket for my relative Vaibhav in Go Airline though your call centre. Travel date was 12th June, from New Delhi to Patna for 5.10 pm flight. While making payment, on your IVR, after completing all proceeds, suddenly get the message that there is technical error. But amount was debited from my SBI Credit Card. Same I have informed to call centre guy. First they asked me to check my bank for the transaction. When checked my bank has confirmed that transaction has happened. My Bank has informed that Go Air has claimed the money on 12th June and transaction no is 044338 and Amount Rs 6501 Same I informed to GO Air customer care desk. and Since than I am doing follow-up with them but they have failed to give any information. I have shared my monthly statement with GO air, and had word with their Floor Manager Mr Amit and Mr. Pravin. and written to there all e-mail id like feedback, refund and nodal officer. All guys with whom I have connected, given me misleading information. I request you to look in this matter. Let me know, if you need any further information from my side.               Hi All,

              I think this is a ongoing issue with GoAir providing poor customer service, they don't even raise a Service ticket to track customer's complaint. There won't be any response given back to our mail ID / text on Phone.
              My Flight to Chennai got cancelled on 13th Dec'16 - Ref # PI946Z, GoAir has assured to refund the paid sum amount of Rs.6, 792 /-, however till now I did'nt get the reimbursement.

              And the sad part is, after calling the customer care on Jan 3rd 2017, they said, the request will be processed within 7 days and they have taken my bank account details via phone.

              Till date I have called several times, multiple supervisor calls...but :( NO action was taken. I really don't know how they run a Air line company with such poor service.

                Dear Sir / Madam I have been chasing with GOAir for over a month to get my refund on cancellation of tickets. The refund amounts that I have to receive are Rs.9, 474/- (PNR: XOD234) and Rs.4, 480/- (PNR: J7H1DX) respectively. I had called the GOAIR customer care yesterday and was surprised to hear that only an amount of Rs.2, 294/- (this is yet to be credited to my bank account) has been processed with respect to PNR: XOD234 instead of Rs.9, 474/- and the amount of Rs. Rs.4, 480/- pertaining to PNR: J7H1DX is still under process for approval. I have provided all my bank details to their customer care over phone. Could you please help me resolve this.                   This is with reference to the booking ref no. QEKHWW. My Complaint: "At Kochi Airport around 5.10pm my kids were denied boarding pass and were asked to pay RS1500/- as handling charges for the minor passenger. Please note as my younger daughter sreelekha aged 11 was accompanied by my elder daughter sreelakshmi aged 16, there was no need for any assistance and also they were a regular traveller without parents to Kerala and back. Ultimately after arguing and harassing for about 45 minutes my daughter had to pay 1500 (some she borrowed from a relative who came to drop and some she had meant for getting dinner in the flight) This has also put us in shameful situation amongst relative!! You appreciate that it was never mentioned anywhere in the terms and condition printed along with the ticket nor through email subsequently. After this humiliation episode, the children faced mental agony and now they have denied to travel by air. You people have really played with the future generation!!!" The cases have been reported at the following different mode, date wise timeline mentioned below: Please note that I had submitted my complaint on June 25th 2014 after discussion with your customer care representative Mr Yadnyesh at around 7 pm. At 7.44pm i had submitted my written complaint @ ([protected]@goair.in), i received an automated response (Service Request no. G[protected] on June 25th 2014. Then no response till afternoon. At around 2.59pm i sent a mail to ([protected]@goair.in, [protected]@goair.in, [protected]@goair.in) with the enclosure cash receipt of 1500/- which was meant for excess baggage but used for something else as per their convenience at the Kochi Airport. On this i received a mail from Riccale D'souza, Executive Customer care stating that "Your comments have been forwarded to the concerned team and the matter is being currently looked into". PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAD NOT GIVEN ANY COMMENTS I HAVE RAISED VOICE AGAINST AN HARASSEMENT DONE TO MY KIDS AT THE AIRPORT (Request No. G[protected] on June 26, 2014) Again on June 29th I have sent another mail to update the proceedings about my complaint.                     Hi, I had booked ticket from Delhi to Patna for 12th June 2014 and cancelled the ticket on 10th June. I was informed that refunded amount will be creditted to my card in 15 days but till now 18 days have passed and the customer care executive does not seem to having any clue whatsoever.                       Myself, my spouse and my son travelled on 21 june 2014 from leh to delhi by go air flight g8-194, booking reference 7pos8j. This flight was delayed by 45 minutes, with the result, we missed our air india flight from delhi to mumbai ai-863. We therefore had to buyu new tickets for rs.30864.00. Our air india missed flight tickect cost was rs.12585.00. We had to pay rs. 18279.00 extra. I wrote several e-mails to go air but no response. Please help me to get my rs.18279.00.

Munia for the two way journey from Delhi to Srinagar on 23/6/14 and Back. on 28/6/14 The same air ticket are cancelled on 14/6/2014 on the ticket window and window official issue voucher not give the money back. So you are requested torefund the amount. I want a cash refund. Please refund to my bank account.

                              we arrived mumbai frm Leh boarded flight no G8/194 on 18/06/2014 via Delhi G8/336 PNR No. B6F17J. However we have not received 5 baggage out of 9 checked in. The concerned Duty Officer at mumbai Airport filled PIR form and assured us to deliver next day i.e. on 19/06/2014 at our residences. the contact no. given by him was[protected], which has turned out to be a wrong no. Since morning we are contacting on contact numbers given on your web site but no solution to our issue, Request to locate our baggage ASAP.

                                I had travelled from Leh to Mumbai via Delhi on 17th June, 2014 through Go Air flight. I could not find one bag of mine which I had put for check in at Leh, when I reached Mumbai. There are valuables and certain important books in the baggage. Besides the strain involved in getting the baggage in place, as there are important belongings, the loss of these belongings is creating mental trauma and other allied problems. I urge upon the airlines to retrieve the lost baggage and arrange to deliver the luggage to my residence at the earliest.                                   TO WHOM I MAY CONCERN I was supposed to fly for the first time with GO AIR. I booked my ticket online via GOAIR web site on 13 June 2014 Booking Reference no. is 00TMR8 at 6.47 AM . I Checked in at the Airport 45 Minutes Before the Scheduled Departure. As Required I had My Luggage Screened and Proceeded towards the Boarding Pass Desk. Till this time no announcements were made for My Flight and When I Approached the Boarding Pass Desk due to queue I had to wait for My Turn.I requested the attendants to escort me towards the Boarding Desk for an Speedy Check In, But No Body paid heed. I was Informed that the Check In for the Flight has been closed, And they turned me away despite My Requests for Help and Information about the alternative Options. I Approached Reservation Office of Go Airways at Patna Airport, they were not at all supportive, despite repeated attempts. They Should have let me Know about the alternative options Such as Cancellation of My Connecting Flight From CCU (Kolkata). I tried Contacting the Customer Care Number Provided by GOAIR, but these calls went Unanswered. I want to Convey that Myself being the First time Flier Expected some Assistance from Your Side, but Despite requesting for Help repeatedly, I was Denied Help and Co-operation. For Further References, I request You to Go Through the CCTV Recording, That will proof enough for the Utter Mismanagement and Misbehaviour from the Airline's Staff . Regards Sudhakar Raman

                                    I made booking for 10 th May flight from Pune to Nagpur.While booking the flight first time the amount was debited from my netbanking account but the ticket was not booked successfully.The transaction number was : B2EK1A:19376301 which was unsuccessful.

                                    I called up the Go Air customer care and they informed me that the payment was not successful and I have to make payment again for the same PNR number by retrieving the reserved ticket.

                                    The second transaction B2EK1A:19376691 was successful.

                                    The amount was Rs 6100.

                                    Despite multiple follow ups i havent got any response

                                    I made a booking on Go Air website 20th Aug and the amount got deducted from my account, but the airlines website the payment was declined so I had to do rebooking. I called multiple times bank and airlines to follow up also dropped email twice to [protected]@flygofirst.com. But I haven't received any response. Amount is 29685.

                                      I was flying from srinagar to guwahati via delhi, flight no : G8/192 ( Srinagar to Delhi ) and G8/151 (new delhi to guwahati ) on 1st june 2014 . I have checked in 3 luggages at Srinagar airpot till guwahati . My PNR no. is W91Z5L but when i reached guwahati airport i didnt get my luggage and when i contected the GoAir staff they said they will be tracking the luggage and informing me withing half n hour, but now it has been more than 7 hours but they couldnt track it . They have taken the particulars from me more than 3 times but when i keep asking them wheather they have tracked my luggage or not they couldnt say anything and now they have switchoff their mobile number and no one is picking there landline number at guwahati airport . Please provide some information as soon as possible because there are many valuables in my luggage without which i am facing problem . And my carrier bag tag numbers are 0284G8607593, 0284G8607594 and 0284G8607595 .                                       I had my goair flight on Saturday dated 21st June 2014- Morning 5:20 a.m. from Chennai to Ahmedabad via Mumbai. Flight No.:- G8/377-PNR NO.-1WFA06(CHENNAI TO MUMBAI) AND G8/367-PNR NO.-1WFA06

                                      I had given one checkin luggage of one with tag numbers - 0284G8888320 and 0284G8888319.

                                      I have already complained the staff at the Ahmedabad airport on the same day but to no avail the same has yet not been reverted from your team. Its a point of high distress that the airlines has no response for the same and no value of customers.
                                      I need a solution to the same asap. Attached the photos of my open baggage received at the arrival terminal.
