हमने 15 अगस्त को लोटस सपना संगीता ब्रांच से गोदरेज eon 260 lt dubble डोर फ्रीज लिया जो सुरु से ही डिफेक्टिव पीस था हमने कस्टमर केअर में लगातार शिकायत की पर 7 दिनों में समस्या का समाधान नही निकला।लोटस ने खराब पीस दिया है हम उसके स्थान पर नया पीस चाहते है।कृपया निराकरण करे।

My sister bought Godrej Chair from Sec-14 Gurgaon last year in November worth 10500 approximately. The quality was such bad that it cannot resist the weight of 60 Kg and the base plastic got broken and after logging the complaint, technician Mr. Sahil visited who confirmed this to be replaceable but later refused when his senior management asked attraction of commercials for the case. Not only the guy who claimed to be part of the service team was rude and showcasing irresponsible behaviour but he has no sense to attend the Customer. He manipulated the technician who backed off later stating no such comments and their service manager has nothing to do with the Customer.

Automatically my Godrej 210Lt refrigerator ice chamber door broken, and it is in warranty period. I launch a complain at your Godrej costumer care centre with the complaint no W[protected], But when service engineer called he asked this is chargeable when ICE chamber door will exchange. This is for your information and necessary action my Refrigerator is in warranty period.

It is shame for godrej team that that 1.5 ton godrej AC got blast while on running position this may cause a great life damage to family members.Today i lodged a complaint against my Split Godrej AC 1.5 ton but in return they told that i have to pay for the damage done by Godrej appliances. I have purchased my My AC 2 year before but as per policy 5 year warranty given on godrej outdoor. I got a call from local service station regarding repair of compressor but i will have to pay technician charge and AC gas charge.
My point is if my ac is running good and nothing happened till date and gas was inside the compressor. But just because the compressor brust i have to call customer care, technician, and to refill gas.
Is Brust of compressor is my fault or company ptoduct fault.

Requesting to solve the problem in the earliest. Still my family is in shock after this brust of Compressor and its sound.
Hope you understand the problem and solve the issue immediately..

Complain: if you set 18 in remote, it showing 78 in AC display
several complain given to the dealer, there is no action taken to resolve the issue, which leads to impact your company reputation in market.
If company is not providing service in less than one year, then what will we expect after warranty period.
Even Dealer also saying "we will not do, whatever complaint you give, we dont care"

I want to file a complaint regarding that my fridge had a problem and then I called in the toll free number of Godrej Appliances and they assigned someone from their authorised service center( A One Service Center)
. So the person came and resolved the matter but the thing didn't work out and the problem was there. He even gave his personal number to contact for further assistance . But when we called him he started to delay the thing
saying that he will come today, tomorrow but he didn't come . So i called the toll free number again and they said to contact the respective service center. The Service Center turned out to be false because when I called them on their number they said to send me the bill and i did it and they said that they will contact me but they didn't so i called them back but the number was switched off so i called on the alternative number and then the same thing he told me but he didn't as well so again i called them back but the number was not reachable. The part that the guy changed costed me Rs2800(shown in the invoice below). The service center as well as the deivery boy both are false. Please look in the matter ASAP

Thermostat stops working, so in the freezer section a huge amount of ice gets develops and water droplets keeps on dropping inside the fridge

Please note your technician has come on-site seen the faulty e-laptop safe which PCB board was not working and 2 of them keypad was not working ... its been more than 7 working days its not been fixed yet for complaint ID

What kind of service we are dealing with where spare parts for even a few unit of the same product ex e-laptop safe are not kept in store ???

I am opening my business after 18 months hence I got more than 10 e-laptop safe found damaged. I run a busines www.villacalangute.com having 70 rooms and 70 unreliable customer services safe of Godrej ... where customers need the safe daily ... if you are not able to provide fixing the issue quickly how can I rely on Godrej Safe in the future ...


Please expedite and send over new parts asap.

I bought fridge in month of 20 January21, now fridge compressor is not working, yesterday your technician came and replaced compressor. Now fridgr worked for one day, now today your compressor is not working and there is no cooling in fridge. I asked custom service officer to replace this fridge as it is defective piece, but they wont listen. Please why you are giving damage pieces? And which company compressor stop working in 5months. Kindly replace this fridge.

Hello I buy wardrobe from mohali phase 11 today your technician came for installation as the size is perfect for my space but this slider wardrobe they assembled it before placing its original place and when they try to put that space it has issue for moving because there is beam on the top and it can’t be done moreover by doing this some scratches has come on my wall nd bed now who will bare this instead of that I talked with showroom they said you have to talk with service team I call mr Manish dubey he said ask to showroom to change your wardrobe because as per technician it can’t be adjust at that space but the showroom deny to change what should I do it’s a big problem for me it’s a big company where everyone trust and you guys are doing like dis it’s seriously a bad behaviour please change it because it’s useless for me talk with showroom to replace it with other wardrobe

Both the knobs wash snd dry of wadhing Machine need repairs/replacement. Please attend asap.

Repair to Split Air conditioner

Water had started dripping from my split air conditioner. I registered a complaint with Godrej with the Complaint Number D[protected] on Saturday, 31/7/2021. A technician visited my residence on 2/8/2021, checked the Split Air Conditioner and stated that the Condenser Coils need replacement and gas has to be refilled as gas would leak out while replacing the Condenser Coils. He gave an estimate of Rs.8, 000/- for the repair work and collected Rs.2, 000/- in advance on 2/8/2021. On 3/8/2021, he came again and carried out repairs and collected the balance Rs.6, 000/-. Despite my insistence to leave the old replaced parts, he took them away stating it was the company's property as the company had given me a discount of Rs.500/-. On both occasions, he furnished me a cash receipt on the letter head of Magic Technologies, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

2. However, as water dripping started again, I tried to contact Magic Technologies at the numbers indicated on its letterhead on which the technician had furnished his cash receipts. The landline number indicated therein does not exist. For the call on the mobile number, there was no response.

3. After my mail, Godrej Technicians visited my house and rechecked the split air conditioner. They found that the outlet pipe for the water was choked and hence water was dripping inside. The outlet pipe was cleaned and dripping of water has stopped.

4. Thus, it is seen that there was no problem with the Condenser Coils. Thus, the replacement of Condenser Coils and filling of gas was not called for and I was made to unnecessarily pay Rs.8, 000/-. I, therefore, requested Godrej to deduct the charges payable for cleaning of choked outlet pipe from Rs.8, 000/- already collected from me and refund the balance amount to me. There has been no response from Godrej yet

I am based in Kerala and have spent more than 10 days with a complaint in my refrigerator and none of the technicians have responded, inspite of saying that the refrigerator is o[censored]tmost importance to keep medicines for my father who has just undergone surgery and is recovering at home. On the 10th day I was contacted by a technician who was very rude. I need to file a formal complaint against the technicians here and want to know the best way to do it. This is highly unprofessional and very irresponsible.

It causes many problems like compresser is not working, freezer is not working due to this all food items are destroyed.

I would like to inform you, i have raised a querry on[protected], problem of refrigerator 165 ltr., penta cool model, your representative will come and inspect and he is told to replace of 2 items, he charged for rs.2600/-.

I have paid rs.2600/-, bill not given he is told bill will come through e mail, still we have not received bill from them & not lifting our calls.
