I am really fade up with the performance of a brand new Ac installed in my office chamber (Split AC, 2 ton inverter model). Within the warranty period, it broke down several times. We made several complaints and after the attending the same it was found that there was gas leakage from external unit as well as there was problem in sensing the circuit in the internal unit. Then they replaced the same circuit and repaired the gas leakage. Now...

I would like to register and report a fraud/cheating on my compliant regarding the Godrej refrigerator servicing.
May I know the process or procedure.
I can share all the evidences that is required....

Godrej's service is very poor and slow. They are not able to resolve a very small problem and it took 8 days as of today and as per them it may take more 5-8 days.

If it is so then I will not recommend to others to go with them.

They have a good product selling power but they can't afford a good after sales service....

I have purchased Godrej Eon Regfrigerator on October 27, 2020. Within six months of the purchase I have to complain for service for refrigerator not working due to compressor issue. Technician came and installed new compressor and said no problem will occur from now. The very next day when i kept fresh vegetables it got fungus. Machine was purchased on September 2020 which was replaced in November 2020 after chasing with your company for so many times.

Now the current problem is.. after turning the cold water tap, the water is not entering into the washing machine. The water is available from the tap and the cold water tap for the washer is turned on but till the water is not entering into the washing machine.
Raising this request 2nd time...

I have purchased 3 ac as per attached bill and there had been about 10 breakdowns until now. I understand that this model is not good, no cooling at all . Very poor service and bad behaviour of your service head Lucknow Mr. Ramesh Singh. I have audio recordings to prove it.
