I had an issue with my fridge cooling so I contacted you for the same. Your representative came the next day and informed that we need to replace the sensor ) fan for which he has charged 3450 + 350. but after this the frige has started making incredible noise as he has xhnged the fan to an older used one which he got it from some old frige also has taken the old parts and brought the same thing back stating its the new one.He said due to covid situation we will receive the bill in whats app which we never did and now he is not receiving the calls. This is my fist and the last request to get it resolved and refund my money back asap else Ill need to take legal action upon it if I dont get any response within 2 working days.Below is the screen shot for the payment done to him

    In July 2021 I had complained about touchpad not working and my appliance is under AMC the company sent the technician and he informed that the touch pad is not covered under AMC and I will have to pay 523 rs to replace it which I did, but after replacement also the issue is not resolved the technician informed that it should work after some time which it did not, I again lodged a complaint on 25th August 2021 this time àlso the technician informed that touch pad is faulty and told that it is covered under AMC which was strange because previously I paid for the touchpad.
    He replaced the touchpad under AMC but again same issue then he told that he will send a senior technician who came after 2 days this senior technician was the same person who had replaced the touchpad in July.
    He also tried with another touchpad (3rd time) but same issue after that they left without informing any details
    Then I received a call from vasai service center by a person called urmila and she informed me that she will arrange a person to collect the microwave and bring it to their workshop which is on 3rd of September and iam still waiting for the person to arrive when I called her back on 7th September she is giving lame excuses like person not available to commute by train. Please look into the matter and resolve my issue.

      Dear Sir/ Madam
      We refer to above subject that we had purchase Godrej refrigerator Model number GFE 25SMT3N/2012 on 18th June 2012, Soon after completing 1year, I renewed the warranty so that if there is any problem, we can cover it under warranty, they assure me that they will visit once in a year for general checkup, As this would be taken to pro –active measures to protect the appliance, Twice the warranty was renewed, but not even a single Service executive show up in that period, Last year when the problem arise, complaint was raised in customer care, there after some service technician from Palghar visit at my place by saying that we have come from Godrej service center with proper uniform and they were so insolent, then to I allowed them to check, there after problem was resolved for a while, I don’t know what service they delivered, Again the problem has arisen, when I checked with customer care, it was said that Service technician will visit at you’re place, after diagnosing the error, it was said that there is a problem in the coil, So you need to replace coil as well compressor, that can cost me 7500/-, kindly tell me if there is no fault in the compressor and only coil has to be replace, then why they are charging me extra for compressor, now he is saying that part is not available in stock, it’s been 2 week now, I am not getting a proper response from company, I have never experience such a pathetic service, I am literally disappointed .If you don’t have part available in the stock, then replace the product, as it all start because of companies technician who visit at my place last year, I’m going to viral it on social site so that let others come to know, what kind of service Godrej & Boyce provide to customer .

        Hello Team,

        I was charged with Rs. 6750 on Monday (06/09/21) for which I didn't get any receipt and the problem is also partially solved and the serviceman is not picking my phone now.

        Tried calling numerous times on [protected](Nitin Parmar) but no response from him.

        Also for the servicing, he didn't provide any bill and said that the bill would be whatsapped but no bill has been received since Monday.

        The people on this number [protected] ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY ARE SHOUTING ON ME upon asking for the receipts.

          This incident happened on[protected]. I want to complain about the refrigerator being burnt. It was purchased on 2017 January 19. It is from Godrej company. The reason behind the burning is unknown because it was burnt from inside. How come this happened. We have not heard this time of burning. It was in the early morning, we were going to start our daily routine jobs. But as soon as my sister opened the refrigerator. It was burning with a high flame from inside. The mixer juicer, plastic glasses, utensils. Everything was burnt. We have the experiences of 7-8 fridges in the span of 20 years. We have not seen this type of incident ever. Company people came to us for inspection. They were asking for the visiting charge. when we denied they commented in the report that the fridge door was open and so because of the overheating it was burnt from inside. Then again we had a conversation with the company people. He told us that we can complain anywhere we do not care because no one is harmed. we don't have any refund policy and inspection. We have done many complaints since the incident happened now they all are silent.

              Recently I have purchased 261 liter 2 door convertible refrigerator on 26.3.2021 from M/s.J.T.Karachiwala, Jalgaon (Maharashtra). While purchasing my object was to have maximum usable space with recent technology from a reputed manufacturer. Hence, I selected this but totally disappointed. The refrigerator has failed to keep vegetables fresh & liquids. but in turn it is reducing is shelf life which can be achieved even on room temp. All the vegetables get rotten like with water marks on it even on minimum cooling setting further ice formation in the liquids is common. This complaints were raised to seller who sent service personnel to my home. But the service representative told that there is no control on air flow through vents & u have to keep everything only on the sides of vent, we r not satisfied with his answer. This negative points need to be explained to the customer by the dealers before purchase but he deliberately hidden the facts. our overall impression is that our old refrigerator was too good than the new one. we have wasted our money by believing on godrej reputation and the technology has failed completely wrt customer satisfaction. In this case it is requested to replace the item with proper item or complete refund of money. U are requested to communicate your views in this regards at an earliest please.

                I have two 1 ton split A.C.s in my residence.Both are under AMC valid till December 2025.
                Few days back both were not giving cool air output and I lodged complaint in the specified toll free number of Godrej Appliances. Technician came from the Guwahati service centre and after checking told me that one needs refilling of refrigerant and the other needs repair of compressor for which 3-4 days will be required.
                Suddenly, today received a call from the service centre informing me that my AMC will be cancelled and not eligible for AMC benefits as the machines were purchased in 2015. Now, my question to Godrej Appliance is :
                1. Why did the company do the AMC knowing fully well the date of purchase.
                2. If repair/replacement of certain parts is not covered by AMC, I should have been informed that I will have to pay for the parts and get the service only AMC, which I would have done, instead just telling me your AMC is cancelled and we will refund the amount. This is very unethical and lacks professionalism not expected from Godrej Appliances.
                3.The company has lost the goodwill and trust of a genuine customer using Godrej Appliances products for last more than 30 years.
                I solicit a reply at the earliest.

                  Hi Team,

                  This franchise owner of RDV group Banashankari Banglore, Rajesh has taken 5000 rupees but has not fixed my fridge. I want my 5000 rupees back. Please take action against him. I have raised complaint to [protected]@godrej.com and received acknowledgement number 287167. But so far no one has contacted me. Please get me justice ASAP.

                    This is to inform you that I have bought refrigerator as mentioned in subject line.
                    Refrigerator is not getting cool within a month.
                    How does it happen?
                    We trusted Godrej and bought the product on the name of Godrej but within a month it is not working.
                    One technician visited the place and found PCB is not working.
                    It will take one week to bring PCB from Mumbai.
                    U please tell, is it possible to manage without refrigerator for week in this summer season?
                    after mailing to godrej also. they are not taking any action.
                    Please do the needful ASAP.

                            My sister bought Godrej Chair from Sec-14 Gurgaon last year in November worth 10500 approximately. The quality was such bad that it cannot resist the weight of 60 Kg and the base plastic got broken and after logging the complaint, technician Mr. Sahil visited who confirmed this to be replaceable but later refused when his senior management asked attraction of commercials for the case. Not only the guy who claimed to be part of the service team was rude and showcasing irresponsible behaviour but he has no sense to attend the Customer. He manipulated the technician who backed off later stating no such comments and their service manager has nothing to do with the Customer.

                              Automatically my Godrej 210Lt refrigerator ice chamber door broken, and it is in warranty period. I launch a complain at your Godrej costumer care centre with the complaint no W[protected], But when service engineer called he asked this is chargeable when ICE chamber door will exchange. This is for your information and necessary action my Refrigerator is in warranty period.

                                It is shame for godrej team that that 1.5 ton godrej AC got blast while on running position this may cause a great life damage to family members.Today i lodged a complaint against my Split Godrej AC 1.5 ton but in return they told that i have to pay for the damage done by Godrej appliances. I have purchased my My AC 2 year before but as per policy 5 year warranty given on godrej outdoor. I got a call from local service station regarding repair of compressor but i will have to pay technician charge and AC gas charge.
                                My point is if my ac is running good and nothing happened till date and gas was inside the compressor. But just because the compressor brust i have to call customer care, technician, and to refill gas.
                                Is Brust of compressor is my fault or company ptoduct fault.

                                Requesting to solve the problem in the earliest. Still my family is in shock after this brust of Compressor and its sound.
                                Hope you understand the problem and solve the issue immediately..

                                  Complain: if you set 18 in remote, it showing 78 in AC display
                                  several complain given to the dealer, there is no action taken to resolve the issue, which leads to impact your company reputation in market.
                                  If company is not providing service in less than one year, then what will we expect after warranty period.
                                  Even Dealer also saying "we will not do, whatever complaint you give, we dont care"

                                    I want to file a complaint regarding that my fridge had a problem and then I called in the toll free number of Godrej Appliances and they assigned someone from their authorised service center( A One Service Center)
                                    . So the person came and resolved the matter but the thing didn't work out and the problem was there. He even gave his personal number to contact for further assistance . But when we called him he started to delay the thing
                                    saying that he will come today, tomorrow but he didn't come . So i called the toll free number again and they said to contact the respective service center. The Service Center turned out to be false because when I called them on their number they said to send me the bill and i did it and they said that they will contact me but they didn't so i called them back but the number was switched off so i called on the alternative number and then the same thing he told me but he didn't as well so again i called them back but the number was not reachable. The part that the guy changed costed me Rs2800(shown in the invoice below). The service center as well as the deivery boy both are false. Please look in the matter ASAP

                                        Please note your technician has come on-site seen the faulty e-laptop safe which PCB board was not working and 2 of them keypad was not working ... its been more than 7 working days its not been fixed yet for complaint ID

                                        What kind of service we are dealing with where spare parts for even a few unit of the same product ex e-laptop safe are not kept in store ???

                                        I am opening my business after 18 months hence I got more than 10 e-laptop safe found damaged. I run a busines www.villacalangute.com having 70 rooms and 70 unreliable customer services safe of Godrej ... where customers need the safe daily ... if you are not able to provide fixing the issue quickly how can I rely on Godrej Safe in the future ...


                                        Please expedite and send over new parts asap.
